Eucalyptus

London, England, UK

**About Eucalyptus** We're on a mission to make good health last a lifetime. More than 1 billion people live with obesity worldwide, driving preventable chronic conditions. We're here to build better long\-term care. Eucalyptus is now part of Hims \& Hers, the global leader in personalised health and wellness. Euc is the company behind Juniper, one of the world's largest weight\-management programs combining GLP\-1 medication with personalised nutrition, movement support, and clinician\-led care from prescribers, nurses, health coaches, pharmacists, and dietitians. Our published clinical research shows that our combined clinical and behavioural approach helps patients lose significantly more weight during their treatment with Juniper by four times. **Our Growth Story** * Supporting patients living with obesity across our 5 markets * Received selective NICE endorsement to provide services to the NHS * Tailored our offering to thousands of patients in Australia, the UK, Germany, Japan and Canada. **How We Think About Marketing** At Euc, marketing is about capturing attention and turning it into real growth. We're not here to chase perfect CTRs or vanity metrics. We're here to grow the business by finding where our audience is, grabbing their attention, and telling stories that drive action. We move fast. Really fast. Because when ideas ship quicker, we learn quicker, make bolder bets, and don't waste months on "safe" campaigns that never move the needle. **Here's How We Think** * Creative wins. We don't have exclusive access to channels, so great storytelling is how we stand out and earn attention * Speed matters. Fast tests beat perfect plans. We ship early, learn fast, and move on * Ad buying is problem solving. Whether it's fixing a leaky funnel or finding the next unlock, curiosity is our superpower * Fit matters. A good idea needs to match the channel. We tailor stories to the format, and we're ruthless about what we let run * Data is a compass. We ask why, not just what. Trends are more useful than daily swings. Insight plus action equals impact * We focus on outcomes, not channels. If Meta works, we scale it. If TV works, we shift spend. No channel loyalty. Just growth What's next? We're entering one of our most ambitious chapters yet. Over the next 12 months we're scaling our existing international markets (Germany, Canada, Japan) and launching Juniper into new ones, with a 90\-day window per market to hit target CAC. We're hiring a **Performance Lead** for the international team to help drive that growth. You'll own channel execution across our international portfolio and work alongside Jordan (Head of International Growth and Performance) and Juan (Staff Performance Marketer) to set the pace. You'll also work closely with best\-in\-class performance marketers across our Australia and UK teams, who have built the playbooks we're now scaling globally. **About The Role (What You'll Be Doing)** We're looking for a **performance marketer** who works fluidly across channels and platforms. **Meta is your deepest channel** , but you'll think and operate just as comfortably across landing pages, lifecycle handoffs, measurement, and creative strategy. In a **market launch** , every part of the funnel moves at once, and we need someone who can move with it. This is a hands\-on role for someone who likes being in the account and the data, designing the next test rather than briefing it. You'll work across markets, brands, and channels, with strong central support on signal architecture, measurement, and creative production. **You'll** * Run and scale Meta across our international markets (Germany, Canada, Japan) and the new markets we launch over the next 12 months, with a focus on day\-to\-day execution and steady performance lift * Scale TikTok and emerging channels alongside Meta as they grow into a meaningful share of spend, bringing the same rigour to creative testing and measurement * Help stand up new markets end\-to\-end, partnering with central teams on signal architecture, account structure, measurement setup, and creative production from day one * Stay current on platform changes (Advantage\+, ASC, server\-side eventing, attribution, bidding) and translate them into account changes that actually move the needle, not just the report * Design and run tests across creative, audiences, bidding, and signal, and define what a successful test looks like before it ships * Work cross\-channel on landing page experiments, measurement methodology, quiz and signal design, lifecycle handoffs, and search partnership. You don't need to own every channel, but you do need to think and act across them * Bring a commercial point of view to budget allocation conversations with the Head of International Growth and Performance, the Head of Search and Marketing Analytics, and the local Heads of Growth. You're fluent in CAC, LTV, payback, and the trade\-offs between volume and efficiency * Partner with Central Creative and Production on briefs, testing, and pillar mix, informed by what the data is telling you * Own the performance reporting cadence for the markets you operate in, turning numbers into insight and next steps the wider team can act on * Share learnings across markets so what works in one place reaches the others quickly This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working hands\-on across the funnel rather than going deep on a single channel. You'll be measured on the performance of the markets you operate in, the speed with which new markets reach target CAC, and the quality of the cross\-market learning you contribute to. **About You (Who You Are)** You're a performance marketer with strong Meta foundations who has worked across the funnel, not just the buy. You're comfortable in conversations about landing pages, measurement, lifecycle, and creative strategy, and you reach for commercial framing as easily as platform mechanics. **You'll Likely Bring** * 5\+ years of performance marketing experience in direct\-to\-consumer brands, with Meta as your deepest channel * Current fluency in modern Meta mechanics: Advantage\+/ASC vs manual, server\-side eventing and CAPI, attribution windows, learning phase, and bid strategies. You can talk through a Meta change in the last 12 to 18 months that actually changed how you operate, not just how you report * A track record of working across the funnel, not just the ad account. You're as comfortable in a landing page review or measurement conversation as you are in Ads Manager * Experience standing up performance marketing in a new market or for a new brand, not just inheriting and operating an existing account * A background in consumer subscription or considered\-purchase categories (telehealth, fintech, DTC subscription, education). Apps growth and pure lead gen are different muscles and aren't the focus here * Commercial framing as a first instinct. CAC, LTV, payback, and contribution margin are how you think about budget decisions * Hands\-on instincts. You design the test, write the doc, and look at the data yourself * Comfort with ambiguity. You can take a vague problem ("we have budget, where should it go?") and turn it into a defensible plan within a week * Strong written communication. You'd rather send a doc than book another meeting **Bonus Points If You Also Bring** * Healthcare or other regulated\-industry experience * Multi\-market international experience (especially Europe or APAC) * Native or fluent in a second European language (German particularly useful) * Familiarity with measurement methods beyond platform attribution (geo holdouts, incrementality, MMM) * Comfort with SQL or BigQuery, even at a basic query\-modify level * Lifecycle or CRM literacy. You've worked closely with a lifecycle team and understand where paid hands off * Hands\-on contribution to landing page testing or CRO programmes * Prior experience working with or in\-house with a Central Creative and Production model * Fluency with Claude Code or other AI workflow tools. You use AI to make yourself faster, smarter, and more rigorous, not to replace your thinking What this role isn't * It helps to be upfront about who this role is and isn't for, so we don't waste anyone's time: * It isn't a single\-market BAU buyer role. Local BAU buying sits with market\-level operators, and this role works across markets * It isn't a Meta\-only role. Meta is the deepest channel, but you'll think and work across the full funnel * It isn't a brief\-and\-review strategy role. You'll be in the account, designing the test, and looking at the data * It isn't an apps\-growth role. Apps acquisition mechanics like MMP attribution and CPI optimisation aren't the focus here * It isn't a "stable Meta playbook" role. The platform changes quickly, and the playbook is being rebuilt as it does. You'll enjoy that change rather than resist it **Why join Eucalyptus?** * Make real impact, fast. We move quickly, build in the open, and learn by doing. You'll help deliver real health outcomes for real patients from day one * Operate at scale. Run media for one of the world's fastest\-growing health companies across multiple countries * Be supported to grow. Regular feedback, professional development budget, and access to senior operators who'll challenge you to get better * Work with incredible people. High talent bar. No ego. Serious care for the mission * Global exposure. Access to markets, brands, and categories that would take years to reach elsewhere **Perks And Benefits** * Hybrid working (3 days/week in our Old Street office) * Annual professional development budget * Equity options so you share in our growth * 25 days holiday \+ bank holidays * Wellness allowance * Enhanced parental leave (20 weeks paid for primary carers) * Fun, frequent socials

Senior Analytics Engineer

MANUAL

London, England, UK

You will join our Data team as a senior analytics engineer modelling raw data and turning it into production ready tables for stakeholders and AI products that underpin the decisions that shape our business. This is a high\-impact role at the heart of a fast\-growing healthcare scale\-up — one where the data you model and the standards you set will directly influence how every team in the company operates, and how well our AI\-powered products perform. You'll work closely with data and business stakeholders. You will be the bridge between raw data and meaningful insight, ensuring our modern data stack — built on BigQuery, dbt and Looker — is scalable, trusted and AI\-ready. Your work will underpin both the analytical decisions of our internal teams and the performance of the patient\-facing AI tools we build. You'll have genuine ownership over the data models and governance practices that underpin our data function. At a company growing as fast as ours, the standards you establish today will shape how we scale tomorrow — across products, markets and millions of patient interactions. **What You'll Do** * Architect, model and optimise the core data models that power analytics and AI applications across the business, building for scale and performance from the ground up. * Ensure the data layer is structured to support AI and LLM use cases — including feature pipelines, evaluation datasets and the clean, well\-documented data that reliable AI products depend on. * Partner with cross\-functional teams across marketing, finance, operations and product to translate business requirements into robust, reliable technical solutions. * Own data governance of the data models you own — ensuring integrity, consistency and security while maintaining documentation and enforcing best practices. * Shape our data culture, driving adoption of rigorous modeling frameworks and analytical standards. * Identify opportunities to improve the performance, reliability and usability of our data stack, and take full ownership of seeing those improvements through. **Who You Are** **AI \& LLM awareness priority** * A working understanding of how AI and LLM\-powered products consume data — including familiarity with feature engineering, evaluation pipelines and the data quality standards these systems require. * Experience contributing to or supporting AI/ML workflows, whether through building feature stores, curating training data, or structuring outputs for model consumption. **Technical expertise** * 3\+ years of experience in analytics engineering, data engineering or a closely related role. * Advanced SQL skills — you can design, optimise and debug complex queries with confidence. * Hands\-on experience with dbt or Dataform, and a strong track record of building scalable, well\-structured data models. * Comfortable working within a modern data stack; direct experience with BigQuery and Looker is a strong advantage. **Analytical acumen** * Strong understanding of measurement approaches, data analysis and statistics — you think carefully about what a metric actually means before you build it. * Able to hold both the technical and business context simultaneously, ensuring every data solution is anchored to a real company objective. * Experienced in data governance, quality assurance and documentation — you understand that trusted data is the product. **How You Work** * A natural collaborator who can earn the trust of both data analysts and non\-technical stakeholders alike. * Takes ownership end\-to\-end — from understanding a business problem to delivering a solution the whole company can rely on. * Excited by the challenge of building in a fast\-paced environment and motivated by the idea that your work helps improve patient outcomes at scale. * Someone who resonates with ownership, strategic thinking and the pace of a high\-growth scale\-up. Insight plus action equals impact * We focus on outcomes, not channels. Email, SMS, WhatsApp, push, in\-app, we use whatever moves the patient forward in that market. No channel loyalty. Just growth What's next? We're entering one of our most ambitious chapters yet. Over the next 12 months we're scaling our existing international markets (Germany, Canada, Japan) and launching Juniper into new ones, with the goal of three more markets live by the end of the year. To get there, we're centralising growth as a function across the international team, building the central engines that let every market scale faster than it could alone. Lifecycle is one of those engines. We've already built strong lifecycle programs in Australia and the UK. The opportunity now is to take what works and make it work across our international markets. We're hiring a **CRM \& Lifecycle Lead, International** to own that engine. You'll run lifecycle as a central function across our international markets, assisting scale what already works in our established markets and building it from scratch for each new launch. You'll report to the Product Growth Lead, partner with the Head of International Growth and Performance on strategy, and lead execution through a team of local\-language copywriters. **About The Role (what You'll Be Doing)** You'll own the international lifecycle engine end to end: the strategy and the builds that ship it. You won't be starting from a blank page. Strong lifecycle programs already exist in our UK and Australia teams, and your job is to take what works, adapt it for a multi\-market international context, and build the central system around it. We're an early, lean international team, so this is a hands\-on role: you'll set the lifecycle strategy and you'll be in the tool building the flows, not just briefing them. For established markets you'll provide strategic oversight and keep scaling what's live. For new launches you'll build the program from the ground up, with support from your copywriter team. **You'll** * Own CRM and lifecycle as a central function across our international markets, from strategy to execution, accountable for activation, adherence, retention, and LTV * Help scale our established markets (Germany, Canada, Japan) with strategic oversight, finding the next unlock in each program rather than letting it go stale * Build the lifecycle program for new market launches end to end: the flows, the segmentation, the measurement, and the messaging, in time for go\-live * Be channel\-adaptive by market. Email leads in some markets; others lead with WhatsApp, SMS, push, or in\-app. You'll build the right mix for each market rather than forcing one playbook everywhere * Own segmentation and automated flows (onboarding, adherence, follow\-up, winback, reactivation) and the experimentation roadmap that improves them * Run a measurement framework that proves whether lifecycle work actually moved retention and LTV, not just open and click rates * Lead a team of local\-language copywriters to localise and execute at quality and speed across markets, owning briefing, QA, and delivery * Partner with the Product Growth Lead and the wider growth function so lifecycle and conversion pull in the same direction, and the handoff from paid to owned is clean * Own deliverability, list health, and compliance (GDPR and local privacy regimes) across every market we operate in * Share winning programs and learnings across markets so a win in one place reaches the others quickly This role is ideal for someone who wants to own lifecycle as a whole, both the strategy and the build, and is happy doing it lean before it scales. As markets grow, this role is expected to grow with it, with the opportunity to build and manage a team of lifecycle marketers underneath you. You'll be measured on retention and LTV across markets, the speed with which new markets get a working lifecycle program live, and the quality of the cross\-market learning you contribute to. **About You (who You Are)** You're a lifecycle marketer who has owned a program end to end, from strategy to the flows themselves, and you're as comfortable in the data as you are writing the brief. You think in customer journeys and you reach for retention and LTV framing as easily as channel mechanics. **You'll Likely Bring** * 5\+ years in CRM, lifecycle, or retention marketing, ideally in DTC subscription or healthcare * Hands\-on experience with a modern lifecycle platform (Customer.io preferred; Braze, Iterable, or similar also relevant), building flows yourself rather than handing them off * Strong command of segmentation, automation, A/B testing, and lifecycle measurement, with a clear method for proving impact on retention and LTV * Versatility across channels (email, SMS, WhatsApp, push, in\-app) and the judgment to build the right mix for each market rather than copy\-pasting one playbook * Experience standing up a lifecycle program for a new market or brand, not just operating an established one * Comfort across several markets at once, and with the ambiguity and deadlines of new launches * A command of deliverability, list health, and data compliance (GDPR and equivalents) * Strong written communication. You'd rather send a doc than book another meeting **Bonus Points If You Also Bring** * Healthcare or other regulated\-industry experience * Multi\-market or international experience (especially Europe or APAC) * Experience with non\-email\-first markets, where WhatsApp or SMS carries the program * A second language relevant to one of our markets * Comfort with SQL or BigQuery, even at a basic query\-modify level * People leadership experience, or a clear appetite to grow into managing a team * Fluency with Claude Code or other AI workflow tools. You use AI to make yourself and your team faster and more prolific, not to replace the thinking Why join Eucalyptus? * Make real impact, fast. We move quickly, build in the open, and learn by doing. You'll help deliver real health outcomes for real patients from day one * Operate at scale. Build and lead lifecycle for one of the world's fastest\-growing health companies across multiple countries * Be supported to grow. Regular feedback, professional development budget, and access to senior operators who'll challenge you to get better * Work with incredible people. High talent bar. No ego. Serious care for the mission * Global exposure. Access to markets, brands, and categories that would take years to reach elsewhere Perks and benefits * Hybrid working (3 days a week in our Old Street office) * Annual professional development budget * Equity options so you share in our growth * 25 days holiday plus bank holidays * Wellness allowance * Enhanced parental leave (20 weeks paid for primary carers) * Fun, frequent socials (our last winter party was in Paris) * Your own MacBook, setup, and Euc swag *At Eucalyptus, we value individuals from all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives, and we embrace the unique qualities each person brings. When you apply, please let us know of any reasonable adjustments you may need during the interview process. Growth Marketing Manager

MANUAL

London, England, UK

We’re looking for a commercially\-minded, highly analytical Growth Marketing Manager to own and scale growth. This is a high\-impact role at the intersection of marketing, product, and clinical, where you’ll shape how women discover, experience, and engage with care. You’ll join the Growth team, responsible for driving sustainable acquisition, conversion, and retention across Voy’s core categories. In this role, you’ll take ownership of the full growth funnel from first touch through to plan conversion and long\-term retention, identifying the biggest levers of growth across paid, organic, product, and clinical experiences. This role goes beyond channel management. You’ll work cross\-functionally with product, clinical, CRM, creative, and data teams to turn insights into scalable growth initiatives. You’ll have the autonomy to test, iterate, and influence category strategy while building a commercially strong and clinically responsible growth engine. **What You’ll Do** * Own growth performance managing acquisition, conversion, CAC, and scalable revenue growth across the funnel. * Lead performance across key paid channels such as paid search, paid social, and affiliates, continuously improving efficiency, creative performance, and conversion rate. * Identify and unlock new growth opportunities across channels, landing pages, pricing, messaging, product flows, and clinical pathways to improve user experience and commercial performance. * Partner closely with the CRM team to improve lead capture, nurture journeys, retention, reactivation, and overall customer lifetime value. * Build and execute a structured experimentation roadmap across acquisition, CRO, and product experience, using rapid testing and iteration to drive measurable impact. * Define and evolve attribution frameworks, success metrics, and reporting structures using cohort analysis, funnel diagnostics, and incrementality. * Collaborate cross\-functionally with product, creative, clinical, data, and strategy teams to deliver initiatives that improve both business performance and customer outcomes. * Translate performance insights into clear recommendations for senior stakeholders, influencing roadmap prioritisation and investment decisions. **Who You Are** * You have strong experience in growth or performance marketing within a fast\-growing DTC, consumer tech, healthtech, or subscription business. * You bring hands\-on expertise managing and scaling paid acquisition channels such as Meta, Google, affiliates, or other performance platforms. * You’re commercially minded and understand that growth extends beyond channels into pricing, conversion, retention, and product experience. * You’re highly analytical and hypothesis\-driven, comfortable using data to identify opportunities, validate decisions, and prioritise initiatives. * You take a full\-funnel approach to growth, naturally thinking beyond acquisition and considering the entire customer journey and lifecycle. * You’re comfortable working with ambiguity, moving quickly, and testing ideas without waiting for perfect conditions. * You have strong spreadsheet and analytical skills, with experience using tools such as Google Sheets, Excel, Looker, or Tableau. * You’re an effective communicator who can translate complex performance data into clear, actionable insights for cross\-functional stakeholders. **Nice to have** * Experience in healthcare, wellness, or other regulated industries. * Strong creative instincts and experience partnering closely with creative teams to develop high\-performing campaigns and messaging. * Understanding of organic growth channels including SEO, content, and PR. Healthcare is broken. We’re fixing it — and we need your help. Back in 2019, we launched MANUAL to tackle men's health (starting with hair loss and sexual health). A few years later, we launched Voy with a focus on weight loss. But our ambition has always been bigger. Healthcare too often treats conditions in isolation, not people as a whole, and we're on a mission to prove there's a better way. In 2025, we evolved from MANUAL into Voy, a brand built for the long game: supporting people through every stage of life, not just a single diagnosis. Today, we support over 1 million members across the UK, Germany and Brazil, delivering personalised care across weight loss, menopause, hair loss and TRT (with more categories on the way). Ready to join us and change how healthcare feels for millions of people?

Lead Resource & Planning Coordinator

Numan

London, England, UK

**About Numan** Founded in 2018, we’ve already grown to be a 300\+ team distributed across the globe, united by a singular mission: empowering people to take control of their health. Numan is transforming health: we’ve built a cutting\-edge platform that integrates diagnostics, medication, supplements, digital programmes, and doctor consultations. Giving people the tools they need to maximise life. To deliver on our transformative mission, we are guided by our 5 company values: * Patients first. * Learn fast. * Own the quality. * Succeed together. * Care deeply. Backed by top\-tier investors, Numan is already having a positive impact on hundreds of thousands of patients here in the UK, and we want you to help us deliver this mission! **The Role** We are looking for a proactive and analytical Lead Resource \& Planning Coordinator to own workforce planning, capacity modelling and resourcing strategy for our clinical function — with this role expected to grow to cover all of Operations as we scale. This is a step up from a coordination role into ownership of the strategy behind it: you’ll build the forecasting models, capacity plans and efficiency initiatives that shape how we resource the business, while also managing a Resource \& Planning Coordinator who supports day\-to\-day delivery. It’s also a genuinely hands\-on, build\-it\-from\-scratch role. Many of the tools, processes and rhythms this function needs don’t exist yet, so you’ll be setting them up yourself — from rostering processes to reporting dashboards — while also handling the day\-to\-day resourcing decisions that keep the clinical team running smoothly. You’ll report to the Head of Clinical Operations, with a clear path to grow this role into a broader Resourcing leadership position as it expands across all of Operations. **What Success Looks Like** * A reliable, regularly\-refreshed capacity plan and forecast is in place, with forecast accuracy improving quarter on quarter. * Shift fill rates and rota coverage meet target, with fewer last\-minute gaps and reduced reliance on overtime and contractors. * Contractor and overtime spend is visible, controlled and trending down as a share of total resourcing cost. * Core workforce planning processes and reporting are documented, repeatable and ready to extend beyond clinical into wider Operations. * The Resource \& Planning Coordinator is confidently owning day\-to\-day delivery, freeing you to focus on strategy and forecasting. **You'll be:** * Capacity planning \& forecasting + Building and owning demand forecasting models — patient volume, seasonality and growth plans — translated into headcount and skill\-mix requirements across 3–12 month horizons. + Running scenario and what\-if modelling (e.g. attrition, absence, demand spikes) to stress\-test staffing plans and reduce risk. + Tracking forecast accuracy against actuals and continuously refining models. + Translating business growth plans into resourcing plans and headcount business cases for leadership. **Efficiency \& building the function** * Identifying inefficiencies in scheduling, staffing and workforce processes through data, and owning improvement projects end\-to\-end. * Setting up new processes, tools and ways of working from scratch where none currently exist — this is a build\-from\-the\-ground\-up remit, not just running what’s already there. * Driving adoption of workforce management tools and automating manual scheduling/rostering tasks. * Leading change management as new processes and tools are introduced — bringing the existing team along and embedding new ways of working. **Day\-to\-day operations \& people leadership** * Managing day\-to\-day workforce planning, ensuring appropriate staffing levels to meet patient demand. * Monitoring real\-time service activity and making adjustments as needed. * Overseeing shift planning and scheduling, ensuring fair and effective workforce allocation. * Line managing, developing and setting standards for a Resource \& Planning Coordinator. * Acting as the key point of contact for urgent resourcing issues or service needs. * Overseeing onboarding, training and performance tracking for clinical teams. * Ensuring staffing plans meet safe staffing levels, escalating clinical risk promptly and in partnership with the Clinical Governance team. **Budget \& commercial ownership** * Owning the resourcing budget and cost\-to\-serve, including contractor and overtime spend, and working to reduce reliance on premium\-cost labour. * Managing invoicing for contractor staff and overtime, ensuring accuracy and timely submission. **Reporting \& stakeholder management** * Reviewing key performance data to identify patterns, risks and opportunities, and presenting insight and recommendations to leadership. * Building dashboards and reporting on utilisation, fill rate, forecast accuracy and cost. * Partnering closely with Clinical Leadership, Finance and People teams to align resourcing strategy with wider business plans **We’re looking for someone who has:** * Proven experience in workforce planning, resource management or operations management, ideally including forecasting or capacity modelling. * Experience managing, mentoring or developing at least one direct report. * Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, complex formulas, modelling); working knowledge of SQL or BI tools (e.g. Looker, Power BI) is a strong plus. * Confidence using workforce planning tools and customer service platforms (e.g. Zendesk, Intercom, or similar). * Experience designing and implementing new processes from scratch, not just running existing ones. * Experience leading change management — introducing new tools or ways of working to an existing team and driving adoption. * Strong stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence senior leaders you don’t directly manage across Clinical, Finance and People. * Strong problem\-solving skills and the ability to adapt in a fast\-paced, evolving environment. * Clear, confident written and verbal communication skills. **It’s a bonus if you have:** * Experience scaling a resourcing or workforce planning function across multiple teams or departments. * Background in a regulated industry or MedTech. * Familiarity with statistical or predictive forecasting methods. * Experience working in a high\-growth or fast\-scaling business. **Our Benefits Include...** 📈 \- Share options. 🏖 \- 25 days holiday, plus bank holidays (increasing to 30 the longer you stay with Numan). 🩺 \- Health insurance with Vitality . 🚘 \- Electric car salary sacrifice scheme with Octopus . 🧸 \- Enhanced maternity and parental leave. 🥳 \- A day off on your Birthday! 🐥 \- Nursery benefit provided by YellowNest . 💼 \- Employee assistance programme (access to therapy, financial planning and discounts). ⚖️ \- Generous pension (includes both employee and employer contributions). 💻 \- Flexible working options, including a dog\-friendly office in Farringdon. 📚 \- Personal training and development budget via Learnerbly. 👟 \- Wellhub membership, giving you access to over 2,000 locations in the UK. 🚲 \- Cycle to work scheme. 🚆 \- Season ticket loan. % \- Discount on Numan products for your friends and family. 🤲 \- Paid volunteering days. 📅 \- An additional 2 weeks off once you reach your 5th anniversary with Numan. **Diversity at Numan** At Numan, people are at the heart of who we are. Our ambition is to be the next version of this in digital health: **the world's leading international consumer health platform.** We are here to provide better long term care to millions of patients around the world. Following our acquisition by Hims \& Hers, International is the top priority for Eucalyptus and we're growing the team responsible for making that happen. The business is growing, and growing fast. We will be operating multiple businesses, serving different conditions across a range of countries, and that footprint will keep expanding. **The International Strategy \& Commercial team owns the strategic initiatives and commercial decision\-making across International.** Spanning our existing operating countries (Canada, Germany, Japan) and new country launches (2 in process), across both the Hims and Hers brands. **The Remit Primarily Sits Across Three Pillars** * Operating Countries: set up and pull the right levers to win in every country. You will help set up strategy and own the commercial performance of our live markets (Canada, Germany and Japan today, with more to come). That means understanding what drives each market's P\&L, running experiments across the funnel, placing data\-driven bets, and partnering with local teams to execute them. You’ll work closely with GMs to set up joint OKRs to execute the strategy and win each market. * Global Pharma \& Strategic Partnerships: strategise with our most important commercial relationships globally. This covers our big\-pharma partners (e.g. Novo Nordisk, Eli Lilly) alongside strategic partnerships and corporate development (M\&A, supply and distribution). You'll help set strategies (medication launches), structure and negotiate commercial deals (rebates, co\-funding and demand\-generation), build the models that underpin them and help execute long term value drivers for the business. * Group Strategy: high\-value, ad\-hoc projects that drive the International business. Think Special Situations / Biz Ops. One month it's acquiring a business or unlocking regs for growth, the next a pricing overhaul or an org\-design question. You’ll be looking ahead, thinking through the bets you need to make to always be one step ahead of the competition and win market share. You scope the problem, build the analysis, drive to a clear recommendation, and often own the execution that follows. This is a small, high\-ownership team that operates like a high leverage SWAT team. Priorities may shift month to month and you'll move fluidly across all three pillars depending on where the business needs you. We move fast, operate with high autonomy, and hold ourselves accountable to outcomes. **Skills And Experience** **About You (Who We're Looking For)** * You have at least 6\+ years experience working in a high\-pressure environment such as consulting (MBB preferred), investment banking, or as an operator in a recent high\-growth startup. We index towards a strong commercial skill set, and experience across more than one of these areas is highly valued. We're open to other backgrounds, but we operate at the intensity of these types of organisations and are uncompromising on our expectations. * Commercial \& financial modelling: You can build a commercial model from scratch, make your assumptions explicit, and defend them across market sizing, unit economics (CAC, LTV, payback) and deal structures. * Business understanding \& due diligence: You quickly grasp what makes a market or partnership successful for Eucalyptus, what the unit economics depend on, and how options compare. You use that understanding to frame your research and produce a clear, structured point of view to support a go/no\-go decision. * AI \& Data: You're comfortable getting your own answers from data and know how to make AI work for you. You're genuinely strong with Claude, not just prompting it for first drafts, but using it to automate access to information, stress\-test arguments, and build repeatable workflows. You see it as leverage on your thinking, never a replacement for it. The ability to self serve on Sigma will also be highly valued. * Negotiation: You've had real commercial conversations with partners, suppliers and pharma companies, and moved them forward. * Project management: You've run complex cross\-functional workstreams with real accountability. * Communication: You write tight investment theses and clear slide decks. * Founder mindset: You operate like a founder and enjoy the hustle of getting things done. You are an example of resilience and ownership — when something breaks you fix it, you don't wait for others. **Behaviours \& Attitudes** * You act like an owner and lead with humility. You are low ego and highly coachable * You're resilient, adaptable and comfortable with ambiguity and shifting priorities * You move fast * You think from first principles **Who You'll Be Working With** This role reports to Owi Weerawardena, Head of International Strategy \& Commercial, and you'll work day\-to\-day with: * Ryan Nolan (VP, International) * Deniz Ekmekci (Chief of Staff, VP International) * Alejandro Ugarte Limer (Head of International Expansion) * Benjamin Emmanuel (Launch Lead \- International Expansion) * Jordan McTeare (Head of International Growth \& Performance) * Dave Williams (General Manager, Japan) * Henry Winter (General Manager, Germany) * Austin Kouri (General Manager, Canada) International is how Eucalyptus (Hims and Hers International) wins consumer healthcare globally. We are looking for high ambition individuals who want the opportunity to scale rapidly and lead this business in its efforts to provide digital healthcare to millions of people around the world. Why Join Euc? Senior Mobile Engineer - Do Health

Voy

London, England, UK

Do Health is a mobile\-first, preventative health product built by a small, autonomous team within Voy. We operate like an independent startup — modern stack, high trust, fast decision\-making — with the backing and resources of an established company. Co\-founded by Dr Rangan Chatterjee, our mission is simple but ambitious: shift healthcare from reactive treatment to proactive prevention. You’ll join the core product engineering team responsible for building and scaling our Expo / React Native app. This is not a ticket\-taking role. You’ll own major mobile features end\-to\-end, influence architecture and product direction, and help shape how thousands (and eventually millions) of people understand and improve their health over time. If you care about craft, autonomy, and building something meaningful — this is a rare chance to do all three. **What You’ll Do** * Own major mobile features end\-to\-end in our Expo / React Native app, from concept to production. * Collaborate closely with product and design to shape UX, technical architecture and delivery strategy. * Make product and engineering decisions, not just implement predefined specs. * Drive improvements in app performance, reliability and maintainability as we scale. * Architect scalable patterns for state management, API integration and offline\-first experiences. * Champion high engineering standards: testing, observability, code quality and thoughtful reviews. * Use AI tools responsibly to accelerate development while maintaining quality and correctness. * Ship high\-quality features independently, with minimal oversight, in a fast\-moving environment. **Who You Are** * 5\+ years of frontend engineering experience with strong software fundamentals. * Deeply experienced with TypeScript, React Native and Expo. * Takes full ownership of projects and sees them through to measurable impact. * Product\-minded: cares about UX, user outcomes and craft — not just code. * Comfortable operating in ambiguity and making sound technical judgement calls. * Pragmatic and execution\-focused — you ship, iterate and improve. * Experienced in fast\-moving consumer startups, scaleups or design\-focused teams. * Confident using AI tools thoughtfully — accelerating output without compromising engineering quality.

You’ll be part of a highly entrepreneurial, mission\-driven team that combines expertise across clinical, technical, commercial, and operational domains. We’re solving real problems for patients and health systems and growing fast. **🧑‍⚕️ What You’ll Do as a Senior UX \& Service Designer** Our mission is to find patients before they deteriorate, get them enrolled, and keep them engaged for long enough to change their outcome. Everything downstream depends on those three things working. Ensuring we have a seamless journey that runs across our apps, voice channels, SMS, emails, letters, support scripts, logistics processes and the physical box that arrives at someone's door is what this role is all about. You are the voice of the patient and their advocate in all our design and service decisions. This is not a role that produces artefacts. It is a role that moves enrollment, onboarding and engagement rates, and is accountable for doing so. Own the end\-to\-end experience for proactive care patients and the teams who support them, across every touchpoint: * UX in our apps * Voice experience * Patient\-facing communications \& content (SMS, email, letter, video, leaflets) * Scripts for Patient Support and Enrolment Specialists * Operational and logistics processes * Physical devices and the contents of the Doccla box **Specifically:** * Map the key journeys and improve patient experience. Find the gaps that are limiting enrolment, onboarding and engagement, and close them. Mapping is a tool for finding the solutions, not a deliverable in itself. We’re looking for someone with a bias to action. * Own the numbers. Translate our company and team north star metrics into granular, patient\-level tracking. Work with our data team to make sure it's instrumented. Read it. Use it to decide what to work on and to prove whether what you shipped worked. * Design for people who are not like you. Elderly patients, low digital literacy, sensory and cognitive impairment, carers acting on someone else's behalf, people who are unwell and anxious, non\-native speakers. This is the core design challenge here and your critical mission. * Run research with patients. Open\-ended discovery and focused usability testing. You recruit, you run it, you synthesise, you act on it. * Own content design and tone of voice across patient\-facing communications. The words are part of the experience. * Work hand\-in\-hand with the Enrol and Engage PMs, and with engineers through to implementation. The further you can reach into the build to reduce handoffs, the better. * Collaborate across the business \- tech, operations and logistics, clinical, regulatory and commercial. This is not a traditional product design role. As much as the impact will come from improvements beyond our software as from within. * Contribute to the design system. Ensure we have a consistent look and feel across our experiences and enable PMs and engineers to self\-serve. * Usability testing. Supporting our regulatory commitments to ensuring usability, including; use\-related requirements and risk analysis, formative evaluation through design, summative validation, and supporting the maintenance of the usability engineering file. **✅ What Experience You’ll Bring To The Team** * 5\+ years professional design experience * Startup or scale\-up environment * A genuine blend of UX and service design: * UX / product design: wireframes, prototypes and polished production\-ready designs, plus the judgement to know which is needed when * Service design: journey mapping and service blueprinting * Research: both open\-ended discovery and focused usability testing * Native user of AI in your day\-to\-day work * Experience designing for non\-expert or vulnerable users * Evidence you moved a number. You can name the metric, the change you made, the result, and how you know it was you ****Nice to have**** * Health tech * Regulated industry * Software, hardware and service\-based products together * Experience designing generative AI experiences (voice, LLM\-mediated interfaces) * Front\-end development skills, or a real appetite to grow into it **🧠 How We Work** We empower everyone at Doccla to take ownership of their work and the company's mission. We act ethically and always put patient safety and outcomes first. To thrive here, you’ll need a **can\-do attitude** and an **action\-oriented approach** , along with a **willingness to learn and grow** through open feedback. We’re a **hybrid team** , with offices in **London, Denmark, Germany** . HeliosX Group

Royal Leamington Spa, England, UK

Ready to revolutionize healthcare, making it faster and more accessible than ever before? **How We Started** Founded in 2013 by Dwayne D’Souza, HeliosX was built on a simple but powerful idea: healthcare should be easier to access, faster to receive, and centred around the individual. From day one, we’ve grown without external funding; scaling profitably through technology, disciplined execution, and deep medical expertise. What started as a challenger idea has become one of the most significant healthcare platforms operating globally today. **Where We Are Now** We’ve earned the trust of millions of people worldwide through category\-leading products and well\-known brands, including MedExpress, Dermatica, ZipHealth, RocketRX, and Levity. A key driver of our success is vertical integration; we operate our own manufacturing and proprietary products, led by in\-house medical teams, researchers, and pharmacists at the top of their fields. In 2025, HeliosX treated more than 1\.7 million patients globally and reached £781m in revenue, representing \+337% year\-on\-year growth and cementing our position as the clear market leader in the UK. That growth translates into real\-world outcomes: our weight\-loss treatments helped patients lose 8\.5 million kilograms of excess weight in 2025 alone, contributing to an estimated 1,300 fewer cardiac events. This is growth with measurable, life\-changing impact at scale. Today, we operate across four international markets, with successful launches in Germany and Canada and continued expansion in the US. We were also recently recognised in the Sunday Times Top 100 fastest\-growing tech companies, further validation of both our momentum and our ambition. **Where We’re Going** 2026 is another significant year for HeliosX. As we scale, we're focused on building the technology, operational excellence and clinical capabilities that will support sustainable long\-term growth. **Our Growth Story:** * Supporting patients living with obesity across our 5 markets * Received selective NICE endorsement to provide services to the NHS * Tailored our offering to thousands of patients in Australia, the UK, Germany, Japan and Canada. **Our Growth Story:** * 130% YoY revenue growth and a 90% reduction in cash burn \- culminating in our $1\.15bn acquisition by Hims \& Hers in 2026, giving us the platform to take long\-term care global * Supported over 350k patients living with obesity across our 5 markets * Received selective NICE endorsement to provide services to the NHS * Tailored our offering to thousands of patients in Australia, the UK, Germany, Japan and Canada You're a talented Senior Product Designer with a passion for health and excitement about building our expanding healthcare platform. You enjoy working in dynamic environments, solving complex problems, and creating thoughtful, user\-centred design solutions that make a real impact. ****In This Role, You Will:**** * Own a problem area across connected surfaces, not a queue of screens, from definition to delivery. * Research it, design it, write it, test it, measure it, iterate. You drive it without waiting for a spec. * Move commercial outcomes on your surface: activation, conversion through regulated intake, retention, adherence. You know which metric you are moving and why. * Create designs that build trust and hold up in a regulated market. ****What Good Looks Like**** * Scope: you own a problem area end to end. * Impact: you moved a meaningful metric and can show the before and after. * Influence: you raise the bar around you. You give sharp critique. You make junior designers better without being asked to. ****About You (who You Are)**** You're a talented Senior Product Designer with a passion for health and excitement about building our expanding healthcare platform. You enjoy working in dynamic environments, solving complex problems, and creating thoughtful, user\-centred design solutions that make a real impact. ****Skills \& Experience**** * Problem definition. You shape the problem, not just the pixels. Using research, data and the input of others, you break the ambiguity down and package it back up into something the team can build. The signal is evidence you helped define the right problem, not just made the screens. * Visual craft. Non\-negotiable. Typography, spacing, colour, motion and micro\-interactions, used with intent, not decoration. Weak craft is a no, whatever the strategy talk. * Accessibility. You design inclusively without being asked. You know why the standard exists, not just what it says, and it shows in judgement calls a checklist cannot make. * Systems thinking. You design across surfaces, from mobile to emerging platforms like AI\-native interfaces, and contribute to the system others build on. Infrastructure compounds. Single screens do not. * Product and commercial sense. You shaped what got built. Metrics, research and commercial awareness sit next to the work. Craft in isolation moves nothing. * Communication. Clear, specific, opinionated. You say what you decided and why, and you are just as clear on what you chose not to do and why. * Working in the open. You share early and often, and you use critique to sharpen the work. You lift the quality of every review you join. ****How You Work With AI**** * LLMs are already embedded in your workflow. * You prototype in tools like Claude Code and Cursor to test ideas in real code, not just mock them up. Tighter build\-measure\-learn loops. * The signal is workflow, not tool count. Judgement spent where it counts. **The full stack** We expect you to work end to end, from problem definition and research to information architecture and UX writing. * Your own research and usability testing. * Validation and experimentation. You set up A/B tests and read them honestly. * UX writing. In a regulated market, this is craft and compliance at once. * Problem definition. Break it down. Package it back up. **Your portfolio** Show problem solving that moved a commercial lever, not just well\-made screens. We want evidence of the outcome, the craft behind it, the care in the finish, how you contributed to the Design System, and where AI tightened your process. How you write it says as much as what you show. Concise and clear is a signal of how you communicate. Applications without a portfolio will not be considered. ****Experience**** Typically 5 to 8 years in product design, with a track record of owning problems end to end and influencing direction at a team level. **Behaviours \& attitude** * Patient\-first mindset. You put patient outcomes first. Every decision weighs commercial growth against clinical safety and care, and you don't let one erode the other. You understand real health journeys well enough to make them simple, accessible and worth trusting. * Collaborative creation. You work well across product, engineering and clinical, and you know a good idea can come from any of them. You listen to feedback and take it on, using it to make the work better. * Curiosity. You ask why before how. You stay curious about the patient, the problem and the tools you use to solve it, and you're comfortable being a beginner when something new is worth learning. **Why join Eucalyptus?** Euc is also behind a growing family of digital healthcare clinics (Pilot, Kin, Software) across men’s health and well\-being, fertility, and skincare. ****Here’s What Makes Joining Euc Unique:**** * What’s next \- Our goal for the next three years is to support 1 million patients globally to live better for longer. Head of Growth Marketing - Testosterone Replacement Therapy

MANUAL

London, England, UK

Voy is a leading preventive healthcare platform for men and women, with core clinical pathways across weight management, hormone treatments, dermatology and mental health. The business is scaling fast \- $675m annualised revenue, growing \~130% YoY, operating across the UK, Brazil, Germany and India. Within Voy, the Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT) category is one of our fastest\-growing and most strategically important lines. We're the largest private TRT provider outside the US, with 250,000\+ men tested for low testosterone, a published outcomes study with Harvard Medical School covering 9,500 patients, and a clinical authority team led by Dr Jeff Foster (co\-author of the UK's national testosterone guidelines). Despite that, TRT in the UK sits roughly where female HRT did a decade ago: clinically common, culturally stigmatised, and largely absent from mainstream conversation. The category is on the cusp of a cultural shift, and we intend to lead it. We're hiring a Head of Growth Marketing to take the TRT category from where it is today to category\-defining scale \- building both the acquisition engine and the cultural conversation that gets us there. You'll have full ownership of growth strategy, a meaningful budget, and the chance to build the team and infrastructure to match the ambition. This is a rare role: the commercial scale and operational rigour of a $675m business, combined with the category\-defining mission of changing how the UK talks about men's hormone health. **What You’ll Be Doing** * Own the overarching growth plan, achieving 100% yoy growth in acquisitions * Lead the growth marketing strategy for category awareness and stigma reduction \- partnering with PR and clinical teams to translate cultural relevance into measurable acquisition outcomes * Lead end\-to\-end creative campaign development \- from concept through media planning, creative production, and performance optimisation * Act as the primary growth\-side client for our PR agency \- defining objectives, measuring impact on acquisition, and ensuring patient stories, clinical research, and celebrity partnerships translate into commercial outcomes * Own the integrity of the patient experience from first impression to activation \- driving alignment with product, lifecycle, and operations to ensure the funnel converts efficiently end\-to\-end * Own the P\&L for paid and earned acquisition \- accountable for CAC, payback period, contribution margin, and revenue contribution to the category * Define where the next growth will come from \- identifying whitespace, emerging channels, and new audience bets before they're obvious * Set acquisition targets and growth investment plans in partnership with Finance, defining the unit economics, payback expectations, and budget allocation that underpin the category P\&L * Serve as the senior voice on growth in cross\-functional planning, influencing product roadmap, pricing, and GTM decisions Healthcare is broken. We’re fixing it — and we need your help. Back in 2019, we launched MANUAL to tackle men's health (starting with hair loss and sexual health). We run one of the world's fastest\-scaling health coaching operations — directly responsible for the engagement, retention, and weight loss outcomes of our patient base — and we're looking for a **Strategy \& Operations Associate** to cover a maternity leave on a **1\-year fixed\-term contract** . This is a project\-heavy, cross\-functional role with a lot of variety. You'll work on pressing operational and strategic challenges in the Services function, translating strategy into execution and reporting to the Head of Services. In practice, that means designing and improving the systems, processes, and ways of working that allow us to deliver a great coaching experience at scale. This role does not include direct people management, but you'll work closely with Health Coaching Team Leads and other cross\-functional stakeholders (products/ operations/ clinical team) to drive projects from hypothesis to completion. No two weeks will look the same. If you're someone who gets stuck in, enjoys problem solving, thrives in ambiguity and wants to do work that improves how we deliver care at scale and affects patient outcomes — this role is for you. What You'll Do You'll own a mix of projects and ongoing operational work (typically 2\-3\+ things at a time) that improve patient outcomes and drive meaningful business value for Eucalyptus. You'll be accountable for moving core team metrics like engagement with our services, retention, quality of support, and safe practicing within the Health Coaching team. **Drive operational excellence in how we deliver coaching at scale** * Design and optimise the systems and processes coaching teams use day\-to\-day, to improve efficiency and scalability and ensure we can deliver a consistent, high\-quality service as we continue to grow * Contribute to effective capacity planning, coverage, and resource allocation across the team to meet demand and maintain quality standards * Spot inefficiencies and fix them — whether that's a broken process, a gap in our tooling, or something that worked at a smaller scale but doesn't anymore * Translate patient and commercial problems into clear hypotheses, measurable success metrics, and execution plans that ship improvements fast * Use data and operational insights to inform future service design, ensuring the function scales effectively with business growth **Lead cross\-functional initiatives end\-to\-end** * Act as a primary point of contact for mid\-level and senior stakeholders, translating strategic priorities into clear execution plans across the HC team, taking priorities and turning them into clear plans the team can actually deliver * Work with product, clinical, and operations teams to improve how coaching fits into the broader patient experience * Own projects end\-to\-end: define what needs to happen, keep things on track, remove blockers, and see them through to completion \- holding a high bar for pace and quality. **Be a strategic thought partner to Services leadership** * Track and improve key performance metrics (engagement, retention, quality, safety), intervening where needed to drive results * Use data to make the case for what we should prioritise, and to inform decisions about how the team is structured and resourced * Feed into planning cycles with practical insights grounded in internal team context relevant to your work **About You** * 3\+ years in operations, strategy, or a similar generalist role — ideally at a fast\-growing company * Confident with data — proficient in Google Sheets and able to draw practical conclusions from numbers to inform decisions and plans * Hands\-on operational experience — you've improved processes, managed systems, and run projects from start to finish * Strong communicator — comfortable working with senior stakeholders, translating goals into clear plans, and keeping people aligned as things change * A creative, positive problem\-solver — you take initiative, find solutions, and stay constructive and flexible when things get complicated * Strong collaborator — you care more about getting things done than getting credit, and you're happy to do the unglamorous work when it's needed * Commercially aware — you understand how the business makes money and can connect your work to what actually matters **Bonus points** * Familiarity with health coaching, nutrition, or patient\-facing services * Experience in digital health or a health\-adjacent industry * Background at a startup or scale\-up * People management experience (not a requirement, but useful — some project management elements form part of the role) **Why This Role Is Exciting** * Work on things that matter. The Services team is directly responsible for patient outcomes — your work will have a real impact on the health and wellbeing of thousands of people. * Own work end\-to\-end. You'll drive operational and strategic projects from problem definition through to delivery, with accountability for the outcome. * Grow quickly. You'll get a lot of variety, real ownership, and the chance to work across strategy, operations, and delivery in a fast\-moving environment. * Work with great people. You'll be part of a high\-performance team that cares deeply about patients and holds a high bar for quality. **So, Why Join Eucalyptus?** * Make real impact, fast \- We build in the open together, which helps us learn and iterate more quickly so we can deliver high quality outcomes faster than anyone else. Helping impact patients lives for the better from the moment you join Euc. * You’ll work with others who are incredibly passionate about what they do \- Our talent bar is high and our work ethic is strong. You’ll get to stretch yourself everyday, be given autonomy to tackle interesting problems, and work amongst people who care deeply about our patients. * Want to hear more about what it’s like to work at Eucalyptus? Hear from our team here or check us out on Instagram @eucalyptus.health *At Eucalyptus, we value individuals from all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives, and we embrace the unique qualities each person brings. Lifecycle Manager

MANUAL

London, England, UK

**The opportunity** You'll join the Lifecycle team at Voy, sitting at the intersection of marketing, product, data, and clinical. The team owns email, SMS, push, and in\-app channels as genuine performance drivers — not just communication tools — and is focused on scaling Lifecycle attributed revenue 2x. You'll work alongside Lifecycle Marketing Managers who move fast, experiment constantly, and care about commercial outcomes. This role gives you direct ownership of campaigns that move core growth metrics: CVR, CAC, retention rate, and LTV. You'll have the autonomy to run experiments, shape segmentation strategy, and write copy that converts — with the data infrastructure to see the impact of your work clearly. **What You'll Do** * Design and execute campaigns that drive lead conversion, first\-time buyers, reactivation, and long\-term retention across email, SMS, push, and in\-app. * Build and optimise automated flows and trigger\-based campaigns using customer behaviour data to improve engagement and CVR at every funnel stage. * Own A/B testing across all Lifecycle channels — develop hypotheses, run experiments, and apply learnings to meaningfully move conversion rates. * Write high\-impact copy tailored to audience segments and funnel stages, from first\-touch nurture to win\-back sequences. * Track campaign and funnel performance in Looker, Metabase, and Mixpanel — identify optimisation opportunities and feed them back into execution. * Partner with Lifecycle Marketing Managers to translate customer data into segmentation strategies that improve targeting precision and campaign ROI. * Contribute to scaling Lifecycle as a channel by documenting what works, building repeatable templates, and improving operational efficiency across campaigns. **Who You Are** * Takes full ownership of campaigns end\-to\-end — from brief to build to performance analysis — without needing to be chased. * Data\-informed by default: you reach for the numbers before forming an opinion, and you know how to turn experiment results into actionable next steps. * Experienced building in Lifecycle platforms (Customer.io or similar) and confident working across email, SMS, push, and in\-app channels. * A strong copywriter who can craft converting messaging for different segments, funnel stages, and channel formats. * Thrives in a test\-and\-learn culture — you launch quickly, fail constructively, and scale what works. * Commercially minded: you understand how Lifecycle metrics connect to business outcomes and can prioritise accordingly. * Bonus: experience in DTC, healthtech, or consumer startups; familiarity with HTML email builds. Healthcare is broken. We’re fixing it — and we need your help. Back in 2019, we launched MANUAL to tackle men's health (starting with hair loss and sexual health). Product/Graphic Designer - Lifecycle & Growth

Voy

London, England, UK

**The opportunity** You'll join the Lifecycle and Growth team at Voy, working at the intersection of design craft and production infrastructure. We're building the template system that powers lifecycle, email, and landing page output at scale — and this role exists to design it. You'll create a comprehensive library of high\-quality, reusable templates that our AI tools and production team can execute against, freeing strategists to focus on performance rather than production. This is a systems\-thinking design role with real commercial impact. The work you do will directly shape how Voy communicates with customers across multiple brands and markets — and how efficiently we can do it at scale. **What You'll Do** * Design a full suite of email templates across acquisition, retention, and referral for multiple Voy brands. * Build modular landing page templates that can be adapted across categories, campaigns, and markets. * Create a design system with clear rules, components, and variants that non\-designers can work within confidently. * Partner with Lifecycle Managers and Creative Strategists to translate performance needs into effective template structures. * Document templates in a way that trains AI creation tools to produce on\-brand output at scale. * QA output from offshore editors and AI tools against your design standards, maintaining quality across the production pipeline. **Who You Are** * A systems thinker who designs for reuse and scale, not just individual executions. * Has a strong portfolio across email, landing pages, and digital marketing assets — with evidence of scalable design system work. * Comfortable at the intersection of craft and production: you care deeply about quality and think in components and variants. * Familiar with AI design tools and how to structure templates for AI\-assisted production workflows. * Works fast, makes decisions independently, and doesn't need to be pointed at every problem. * Bonus: experience in DTC, health, or subscription brands. Tools: Figma, plus familiarity with email production tools (Klaviyo, Iterable, or similar). Healthcare is broken. We’re fixing it — and we need your help.
