Senior Backend Engineer - Do Health

MANUAL

London, England, UK

**Senior Backend Engineer** Do Health \- London, Hybrid (3 days/week in person) Why this role exists We're hiring the a Founding Backend Engineer at Do Health \- a mobile\-first preventative health product co\-founded by Dr Rangan Chatterjee, built as an independent startup inside Voy. Voy is one of the UK's fastest\-growing digital health companies (£300M\+ revenue, doubling next year, \~2x YoY growth across men's health, metabolic health, menopause, hormonal health, TRT, dermatology and more). Do Health is its next chapter: the first product designed not to treat illness, but to prevent it. The product combines regular blood tests, longitudinal health data, behaviour\-change science and AI personalisation to help people make better lifestyle decisions over time. We already run AI systems in production at a scale very few UK companies match. You'd join a 10\-person team, partnering directly with our lead engineer on the backend. There's no layer of management between you and the work. What you ship in month one is what users get. What you'll actually do * Own major backend features end\-to\-end \- design, build, ship, monitor, iterate. Not "contribute to" \- own. * Shape architecture alongside the lead. Real technical decisions, made by you, kept or changed based on what works. * Scale our blood testing infrastructure across the UK and internationally as we expand. * Build production AI systems \- personalisation engines that act on longitudinal health data at scale. * Improve reliability, observability, and the foundations that everything else depends on as the product grows. * Work directly with product, design, and clinical teams. No tickets thrown over walls. The kind of engineer this works for **You'll Fit If You Have** * 5–8 years of backend experience with strong fundamentals. We care more about depth than years. * Experience at a startup or scale\-up where you genuinely owned things. * Architectural thinking. You can hold an end\-to\-end technical conversation about systems you've built — what trade\-offs you made, what broke, what you'd do differently. * A track record of shipping reliable systems. Not just features — the boring infrastructure that keeps them up. * Comfort with judgement calls in ambiguous situations. Most decisions here don't have a clear right answer. * Confident, responsible use of AI tools in your workflow. Not "vibe coding" \- using them as a force multiplier where they help, ignoring them where they don't. **Nice\-to\-have, Not Required** * Strong TypeScript / Node.js experience (it's our primary stack, but we'll happily hire someone excellent in Go, Kotlin, Python or similar) * Experience scaling systems to high user volumes * Exposure to ML/AI systems in production * Healthcare or regulated\-industry experience Why this might be the right move * Genuine equity in a product with real upside, not lottery\-ticket equity at a company that may never exit * Startup velocity with grown\-up backing \- Voy isn't going anywhere, so you're not betting your mortgage on Series A survival * A product that matters. Preventative health is one of the few areas where building software actually changes outcomes, not just engagement metrics. * A high technical bar from day one. You're not joining a team that needs convincing to do things properly. * Direct access to leadership \- your work, your decisions, your name on them. Practical details * Location: London * Working pattern: Hybrid, \~3 days per week in person * Compensation: Competitive \- happy to discuss bands early in the process * Process: Intentionally short. Hiring manager interview, technical conversation, team chat. We move fast for the right person. If you've read this far and any of it resonates, we'd like to talk \- even if you're not actively looking. Healthcare is broken. We’re fixing it — and we need your help. Back in 2019, we launched MANUAL to tackle men's health (starting with hair loss and sexual health). A few years later, we launched Voy with a focus on weight loss. But our ambition has always been bigger. Healthcare too often treats conditions in isolation, not people as a whole, and we're on a mission to prove there's a better way. In 2025, we evolved from MANUAL into Voy, a brand built for the long game: supporting people through every stage of life, not just a single diagnosis. Today, we support over 1 million members across the UK, Germany and Brazil, delivering personalised care across weight loss, menopause, hair loss and TRT (with more categories on the way). Ready to join us and change how healthcare feels for millions of people?

Director of Acquisition - Weight Loss

MANUAL

London, England, UK

We're looking for a Director of Acquisition to own how Voy acquires new patients. You'll run a multi\-million\-pound budget across every acquisition channel and the team who deploy it. Voy supports over 2 million members across the UK, Germany, Brazil, India, and Poland. You'll have full ownership from day one, a direct line to the executive team, and a mandate to keep us scaling beyond 10 figures ARR. This hybrid role is based three days per week in our London HQ. **What You'll Do** * Own acquisition end to end: Manage the full acquisition budget across categories and channels. * Lead the channel teams: Manage and develop the team running paid social, paid search and our other channels. Set clear goals, give direct feedback, and raise the bar. * Decide where the budget goes: Set channel mix and budget allocation and back every call with data. * Scale creative testing: Work with our paid creative team to keep testing volume high and feed performance data back into what gets made next. * Open new channels: Build and run tests in TV, OOH, podcasts, influencers and partnerships, and scale the ones that pay back. * Own measurement: Set the standard for attribution and incrementality so we know what each channel adds and spend on that basis. * Partner cross\-functionally: Work with brand, product, CRO and data on the full journey from first impression to paying customer. **Who You Are** * 7\+ years leading acquisition or performance marketing, including taking a consumer brand from eight to ten figures in revenue. * You've owned a budget of £50M\+ a year and answered for both volume and efficiency. * Expert in Meta and Google at scale, with working knowledge of attribution, incrementality testing and marketing mix modelling. * A player\-coach: you can set multi\-quarter strategy and still go deep in a Meta campaign with a channel manager. * You've built and led channel teams, and the people who worked for you got better at their jobs. * You work at pace, decide with incomplete information, and stay calm when things get messy. * You can present to the C\-suite and coach a junior manager in the same afternoon. Healthcare is broken. We’re fixing it — and we need your help. Back in 2019, we launched MANUAL to tackle men's health (starting with hair loss and sexual health). Business Operations Manager (12-month Fixed Term Contract)

Eucalyptus

London, England, UK

**About Eucalyptus** We're on a mission to make good health last a lifetime. More than 1 billion people live with obesity worldwide, driving preventable chronic conditions. We're here to build better long\-term care. Eucalyptus is now part of Hims \& Hers, the global leader in personalised health and wellness. Euc is the company behind Juniper, one of the world's largest weight\-management programs combining GLP\-1 medication with personalised nutrition, movement support, and clinician\-led care from prescribers, nurses, health coaches, pharmacists, and dietitians. Our published clinical research shows that our combined clinical and behavioural approach helps patients lose significantly more weight during their treatment with Juniper by four times. **Our Growth Story** * Supporting patients living with obesity across our 5 markets * Received selective NICE endorsement to provide services to the NHS * Tailored our offering to thousands of patients in Australia, the UK, Germany, Japan and Canada. **About The Role** The Services team is at the heart of how Juniper delivers outcomes for patients. We run one of the world's fastest\-scaling health coaching operations — directly responsible for the engagement, retention, and weight loss outcomes of our patient base — and we're looking for a **Strategy \& Operations Associate** to cover a maternity leave on a **1\-year fixed\-term contract** . This is a project\-heavy, cross\-functional role with a lot of variety. You'll work on pressing operational and strategic challenges in the Services function, translating strategy into execution and reporting to the Head of Services. In practice, that means designing and improving the systems, processes, and ways of working that allow us to deliver a great coaching experience at scale. This role does not include direct people management, but you'll work closely with Health Coaching Team Leads and other cross\-functional stakeholders (products/ operations/ clinical team) to drive projects from hypothesis to completion. No two weeks will look the same. If you're someone who gets stuck in, enjoys problem solving, thrives in ambiguity and wants to do work that improves how we deliver care at scale and affects patient outcomes — this role is for you. What You'll Do You'll own a mix of projects and ongoing operational work (typically 2\-3\+ things at a time) that improve patient outcomes and drive meaningful business value for Eucalyptus. You'll be accountable for moving core team metrics like engagement with our services, retention, quality of support, and safe practicing within the Health Coaching team. **Drive operational excellence in how we deliver coaching at scale** * Design and optimise the systems and processes coaching teams use day\-to\-day, to improve efficiency and scalability and ensure we can deliver a consistent, high\-quality service as we continue to grow * Contribute to effective capacity planning, coverage, and resource allocation across the team to meet demand and maintain quality standards * Spot inefficiencies and fix them — whether that's a broken process, a gap in our tooling, or something that worked at a smaller scale but doesn't anymore * Translate patient and commercial problems into clear hypotheses, measurable success metrics, and execution plans that ship improvements fast * Use data and operational insights to inform future service design, ensuring the function scales effectively with business growth **Lead cross\-functional initiatives end\-to\-end** * Act as a primary point of contact for mid\-level and senior stakeholders, translating strategic priorities into clear execution plans across the HC team, taking priorities and turning them into clear plans the team can actually deliver * Work with product, clinical, and operations teams to improve how coaching fits into the broader patient experience * Own projects end\-to\-end: define what needs to happen, keep things on track, remove blockers, and see them through to completion \- holding a high bar for pace and quality. **Be a strategic thought partner to Services leadership** * Track and improve key performance metrics (engagement, retention, quality, safety), intervening where needed to drive results * Use data to make the case for what we should prioritise, and to inform decisions about how the team is structured and resourced * Feed into planning cycles with practical insights grounded in internal team context relevant to your work **About You** * 3\+ years in operations, strategy, or a similar generalist role — ideally at a fast\-growing company * Confident with data — proficient in Google Sheets and able to draw practical conclusions from numbers to inform decisions and plans * Hands\-on operational experience — you've improved processes, managed systems, and run projects from start to finish * Strong communicator — comfortable working with senior stakeholders, translating goals into clear plans, and keeping people aligned as things change * A creative, positive problem\-solver — you take initiative, find solutions, and stay constructive and flexible when things get complicated * Strong collaborator — you care more about getting things done than getting credit, and you're happy to do the unglamorous work when it's needed * Commercially aware — you understand how the business makes money and can connect your work to what actually matters **Bonus points** * Familiarity with health coaching, nutrition, or patient\-facing services * Experience in digital health or a health\-adjacent industry * Background at a startup or scale\-up * People management experience (not a requirement, but useful — some project management elements form part of the role) **Why This Role Is Exciting** * Work on things that matter. The Services team is directly responsible for patient outcomes — your work will have a real impact on the health and wellbeing of thousands of people. * Own work end\-to\-end. You'll drive operational and strategic projects from problem definition through to delivery, with accountability for the outcome. * Grow quickly. You'll get a lot of variety, real ownership, and the chance to work across strategy, operations, and delivery in a fast\-moving environment. * Work with great people. You'll be part of a high\-performance team that cares deeply about patients and holds a high bar for quality. **So, Why Join Eucalyptus?** * Make real impact, fast \- We build in the open together, which helps us learn and iterate more quickly so we can deliver high quality outcomes faster than anyone else. Helping impact patients lives for the better from the moment you join Euc. * You’ll work with others who are incredibly passionate about what they do \- Our talent bar is high and our work ethic is strong. You’ll get to stretch yourself everyday, be given autonomy to tackle interesting problems, and work amongst people who care deeply about our patients. * Want to hear more about what it’s like to work at Eucalyptus? Hear from our team here or check us out on Instagram @eucalyptus.health *At Eucalyptus, we value individuals from all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives, and we embrace the unique qualities each person brings. When you apply, please let us know of any reasonable adjustments you may need during the interview process. Ready to revolutionize healthcare, making it faster and more accessible than ever before? **How We Started** Founded in 2013 by Dwayne D’Souza, HeliosX was built on a simple but powerful idea: healthcare should be easier to access, faster to receive, and centred around the individual. From day one, we’ve grown without external funding; scaling profitably through technology, disciplined execution, and deep medical expertise. What started as a challenger idea has become one of the most significant healthcare platforms operating globally today. **Where We Are Now** We’ve earned the trust of millions of people worldwide through category\-leading products and well\-known brands, including MedExpress, Dermatica, ZipHealth, RocketRX, and Levity. **Who We Are** Healthcare needs a better rhythm: one that keeps care continuous and deeply human. Heidi is building an AI Care Partner that works alongside clinicians to make that possible. We’re a team of doctors, engineers, designers, researchers, and creatives building tools that help clinicians stay focused on what matters most: their patients. In just 18 months, Heidi has given back more than 18 million hours to healthcare professionals \- supporting 73 million patient visits in 116 countries. Today, more than ten million patient visits per month are powered by Heidi worldwide. Backed by nearly $100 million in funding, we’re growing in the US, UK, Canada, and Europe, partnering with leading health systems including the NHS, Beth Israel Lahey Health, and Monash Health. **The Role** As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you’ll serve as the technical leader during the sales process \- helping prospects understand what’s possible with Heidi, guiding integration feasibility, and ensuring a smooth transition into implementation. You’ll work closely with Account Executives, Solutions Architects, Product, and Engineering to navigate high\-stakes enterprise requirements, including EMR integrations, SSO, custom data workflows, and security architecture. You’ll bring technical credibility, customer empathy, and a strong sense of ownership to every deal. The deals that matter most rarely fit the playbook, and this role belongs to whoever runs toward that ambiguity and builds the path through it when no one can hand them one. **What You’ll Do** * Technical Discovery \& Qualification: Lead deep technical discovery with enterprise and mid\-market prospects to uncover integration, security, and compliance needs. * Solution Design: Collaborate with product and engineering to design tailored solutions that meet customer requirements while aligning with Heidi’s platform roadmap. * Product Demos \& Technical Presentations: Deliver compelling demos and architecture walkthroughs to technical stakeholders including IT, InfoSec, and engineering teams. * RFP \& Security Review Support: Own technical responses for RFPs, security assessments, and due diligence requests with attention to detail and accuracy. * Deal Acceleration \& Objection Handling: Proactively surface and resolve technical concerns that slow down the sales process \- acting as a trusted technical advisor to the customer. * Post\-Sales Handoff \& Feedback Loop: Partner with implementation teams to ensure a smooth transition post\-signature and provide feedback to product and engineering from the field. **What We’re Looking For** * 5\+ years of experience in Sales Engineering or Solutions Architecture, preferably in SaaS, healthcare, or enterprise software. * Strong working knowledge of integration protocols (REST APIs, SAML/OIDC, SCIM), enterprise architecture, and security standards. * Experience supporting sales cycles with large healthcare providers, health systems, or EMR vendors is highly valued (FHIR/HL7 familiarity a plus). * Ability to synthesise complexity and communicate clearly to both technical and non\-technical audiences. * Comfortable operating autonomously in a fast\-paced, early\-stage environment. * A trusted partner to sales and a credible voice in the room with technical leaders on the customer side. * Bonus: Experience in healthtech, startups, or regulated industries. **What do we believe in?** Heidi builds for the future of healthcare, not just the next quarter, and our goals are ambitious because the world’s health demands it. We believe in progress built through precision, pace, and ownership. * Live Forever \- Every release moves care forward: measured, safe, and built to last. Data guides us, but patients define the truth that matters. * Practice Ownership \- Decisions follow logic and proof, not hierarchy. Exceptional care demands exceptional standards in our work, our thinking, and our character. * Small Cuts Heal Faster \- Stability earns trust, speed delivers impact. Progress is about learning fast without breaking what people depend on. * Make others better \- Feedback is direct, kindness is constant, and excellence lifts everyone. Our success is measured by collective growth, not individual output. Our mission is clear: expand the world’s capacity to care, and do it without losing the humanity that makes care worth delivering. **Why you should join Heidi 🚀** * Real product momentum. We're not trying to generate interest, we're channelling it. * Equity from day one. When Heidi wins, you win. You'll share directly in the success you help create. * Unmatched impact. Play a pivotal role at a critical growth moment \- working on a product that delivers tangible, real\-world value to clinicians and patients every day. * Work alongside world\-class talent. Join a team of operators and builders who've scaled unicorns. * Your health, covered. Comprehensive private medical and dental cover through Bupa, plus 24/7 mental health, coaching and wellbeing support through Sonder and a £100/month Healthy Heidi’s stipend. * Global parental leave. 26 weeks paid for primary carers and 18 weeks for secondary carers, subject to eligibility. * Fertility support. £7,000 one\-off payment, eligibility applies. * Learning \& development. £700 per year for courses, books, memberships, conferences and more. * Home office budget of £500 one\-off to set up a workspace you actually want to work in. * Recharge days after major milestones and busy periods so you can reset and come back strong. * Work from anywhere for up to 4 weeks per year, wherever the world takes you. * Clinical leave. 10 days per year for eligible clinical roles to maintain accreditation and requirements. * Flexibility that works. A hybrid environment, with 3 days in the office. **Heidi’s commitment to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion** Heidi is dedicated to creating an equitable, inclusive, and supportive work environment that brings people together from diverse backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. Our strength is in our differences. We're proud to be an equal opportunity employer and are proud to welcome all applicants as we're committed to promoting a culture of opportunity for all.

**Let's make the NHS the most advanced healthcare system in the world 💙** The world’s best healthcare, for free. It's not a new idea, it's called the NHS. But the largest healthcare provider is fundamentally broken. So we’re on a mission to fix it with technology that actually works. We love the NHS because it’s accessible to all, free at the point of delivery and employs millions up and down the UK. But we've all read the headlines. It's under intense pressure with rising costs, GP strikes, budget uncertainty and an ageing population. Which means longer wait times, fewer appointments and lower quality care for the people who need of it most. *The NHS is beautiful, but broken.* The largest cost (£66bn\+) is staff, who spend a ridiculous amount of time on mundane admin. 35% of NHS staff are employed to complete administrative work all day, every day. And that's where we're making a difference. We're focused on relentlessly automating repetitive processes within the NHS. And we’ve had great early success. Our first product, Automated Registrations, is already used by 24% of GP practices in England. With this wedge in the market, we're now building more powerful tech that unlocks access to healthcare for the entire nation. Check out bookable.health for a sneak peek. ⛩️ Our Principles Exciting Challenges Lie Ahead—guided By Our Principles, We’ll Meet These Challenges With a Thoughtful And Caring Approach To Support Our Community Of NHS GP Practices. We're the team to do this \- We were previously ranked 8th fastest growing startup in UK and 33rd fastest in Europe. Now, we are hiring a Senior Growth Specialist to help us get in front of more practices. Your core focus will be on full cycle sales from lead generation to closing and onboarding practices. You’ll be joining an ambitious sales team with prior experience at Monzo, Revolut, the Civil Service, the NHS, investment banking, consulting, and other VC\-backed startups. We thought so too. That’s why we’re here to rewrite the script on reproductive healthcare, putting women’s bodies exactly where they belong, at the centre of it all. We’re taking reproductive science out of the lab and putting it into the hands of women everywhere. No jargon. No judgment. Just real answers, real choices and real empowerment. Let’s break the cycle of being dismissed and build a future where women’s health finally gets the attention it deserves. ****Hear from the Team 💬**** "Hi, I'm Melanie, Head of CRM at Hertility. There's rarely comms that feel like they were built around a real person's experience. At Hertility, we believe women deserve messaging with the same care and depth as the clinical support behind it. We're building a CRM function that treats every touchpoint with real intention, supported by a team that shares your passion for raising the standard of women's healthcare. If you're ready to do work that genuinely changes lives, we'd love to have you with us" ****We’re Here to Support You 🌍**** At Hertility, we want every candidate to feel comfortable and confident throughout the hiring process. Head of Growth Marketing - Men's Health

MANUAL

London, England, UK

Voy is a leading preventive healthcare platform for men and women, with core clinical pathways across weight management, hormone treatments, dermatology and mental health. The business is scaling fast \- $675m annualised revenue, growing \~130% YoY, operating across the UK, Brazil, Germany and India. Within Voy, the Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT) category is one of our fastest\-growing and most strategically important lines. We're the largest private TRT provider outside the US, with 250,000\+ men tested for low testosterone, a published outcomes study with Harvard Medical School covering 9,500 patients, and a clinical authority team led by Dr Jeff Foster (co\-author of the UK's national testosterone guidelines). Despite that, TRT in the UK sits roughly where female HRT did a decade ago: clinically common, culturally stigmatised, and largely absent from mainstream conversation. The category is on the cusp of a cultural shift, and we intend to lead it. We're hiring a Head of Growth Marketing to take the TRT category from where it is today to category\-defining scale \- building both the acquisition engine and the cultural conversation that gets us there. You'll have full ownership of growth strategy, a meaningful budget, and the chance to build the team and infrastructure to match the ambition. This is a rare role: the commercial scale and operational rigour of a $675m business, combined with the category\-defining mission of changing how the UK talks about men's hormone health. **What You’ll Be Doing** * Own the overarching growth plan, achieving 100% yoy growth in acquisitions * Lead the growth marketing strategy for category awareness and stigma reduction \- partnering with PR and clinical teams to translate cultural relevance into measurable acquisition outcomes * Lead end\-to\-end creative campaign development \- from concept through media planning, creative production, and performance optimisation * Act as the primary growth\-side client for our PR agency \- defining objectives, measuring impact on acquisition, and ensuring patient stories, clinical research, and celebrity partnerships translate into commercial outcomes * Own the integrity of the patient experience from first impression to activation \- driving alignment with product, lifecycle, and operations to ensure the funnel converts efficiently end\-to\-end * Own the P\&L for paid and earned acquisition \- accountable for CAC, payback period, contribution margin, and revenue contribution to the category * Define where the next growth will come from \- identifying whitespace, emerging channels, and new audience bets before they're obvious * Set acquisition targets and growth investment plans in partnership with Finance, defining the unit economics, payback expectations, and budget allocation that underpin the category P\&L * Serve as the senior voice on growth in cross\-functional planning, influencing product roadmap, pricing, and GTM decisions Healthcare is broken.

HeliosX Group

London, England, UK

A key driver of our success is vertical integration; we operate our own manufacturing and proprietary products, led by in\-house medical teams, researchers, and pharmacists at the top of their fields. In 2025, HeliosX treated more than 1\.7 million patients globally and reached £781m in revenue, representing \+337% year\-on\-year growth and cementing our position as the clear market leader in the UK. That growth translates into real\-world outcomes: our weight\-loss treatments helped patients lose 8\.5 million kilograms of excess weight in 2025 alone, contributing to an estimated 1,300 fewer cardiac events. This is growth with measurable, life\-changing impact at scale. Today, we operate across four international markets, with successful launches in Germany and Canada and continued expansion in the US. We were also recently recognised in the Sunday Times Top 100 fastest\-growing tech companies, further validation of both our momentum and our ambition. **Where We’re Going** 2026 is another significant year for HeliosX. Our ambition is to surpass £1\.1bn in revenue, continue expanding thoughtfully into new international markets and broaden our condition and treatment portfolio. As we scale, we're focused on building the technology, operational excellence and clinical capabilities that will support sustainable long\-term growth. Joining HeliosX now means helping shape the systems, teams and products that will define the next chapter of digital healthcare. You'll be solving complex problems at pace, working alongside exceptional people and building products that genuinely improve lives at scale. **There’s never been a more exciting time to join HeliosX. Come be a part of making our dream of easier and faster healthcare a reality!** **The Role** We are looking for a high\-impact People Systems Lead to own, optimise, and scale HeliosX's HR tech infrastructure. Reporting to the Function Lead, you will serve as the subject\-matter expert across our systems landscape, owning the configuration, integrations, data flows, and vendor relationships across tools like BambooHR, Lattice, Greenhouse, and Enboarder. As a senior individual contributor, you will build a clean, connected data foundation, drive automation, enforce robust AI governance, and lead critical implementations, including transitioning from Lattice to a new performance and engagement platform. **What You'll Do** * Systems Estate Ownership: Own the multi\-system HR technology architecture end\-to\-end, defining how tools configure, integrate, and handle data sequencing and failure handling. Hold the forward\-looking vision for the estate, bringing recommendations and options to leadership. * System Implementations: Lead the technical design, data mapping, migration, testing, and cutover of our new performance management platform, holding vendors accountable to HeliosX’s data standards rather than default templates. * Data Architecture \& Integrity: Uphold BambooHR as our clean single source of truth, enforcing consistent field definitions, data mastership, and resolving data quality issues at the source. * Automation \& AI Readiness: Identify and deliver cross\-system automation opportunities, assess AI features in current tooling, and enforce strict AI governance standards to protect employee data. * Vendor \& Cross\-Functional Partnership: Act as the primary technical contact for vendors, holding them to committed product roadmaps. Serve as the bridge between People, People Operations, IT, and Engineering. **What We're Looking For** * 5\+ years of experience owning a complex, multi\-system HR technology estate and managing system integrations. * Proven track record of delivering end\-to\-end HR system implementations (design, configuration, migration, testing, cutover, and embedding). * Strong HR data architecture expertise, with the ability to define data models, field mastership, and data governance standards. * Experience with vendor management, holding suppliers accountable to product roadmaps and feature delivery. * Hands\-on automation \& AI experience, including automating workflows across HR systems and applying governance controls around AI tools and employee data. * Strong cross\-functional communicator who can bridge technical execution with non\-technical People stakeholders and collaborate effectively with IT/Engineering. * Direct experience with BambooHR is desirable, though not essential. **Life at HeliosX** At HeliosX, we want to improve healthcare for everyone, and to do this we need a team of brilliant people who share that ambition. We are currently a diverse team of engineers, scientists, clinical researchers, physicians, pharmacists, marketeers, and customer care specialists committed to our mission \- but we need more talented folks to join us, if we want to achieve our global ambitions! **Benefits** Aside from working with our all\-star team, here are some of the other benefits you may be eligible for when coming on board: * Generous equity allocations with significant upside potential * Annual leave allowance alongside public holidays * Private health insurance, along with pre\-existing condition, dental, and eye care cover * Pension scheme * Enhanced parental leave * Cycle\-to\-work scheme * Electric car scheme * Free Dermatica and MedExpress products every month, as well as family discounts * Annual home working and L\&D allowance * Free Headspace subscription, employee assistance programme, and discounted gym memberships

Our platform now powers **Total Triage** to manage patient demand, and **Self\-Book** that lets patients schedule their own appointments in seconds. Forward Deployed Engineer - UK

Heidi

London, England, UK

**Who is Heidi?** Heidi is building an AI Care Partner that supports clinicians every step of the way, from documentation to delivery of care. We exist to double healthcare’s capacity while keeping care deeply human. In 18 months, Heidi has returned more than 18 million hours to clinicians and supported over 73 million patient visits. Today, more than two million patient visits each week are powered by Heidi across 116 countries and over 110 languages. Founded by clinicians, Heidi brings together clinicians, engineers, designers, scientists, creatives, and mathematicians, working with a shared purpose: to strengthen the human connection at the heart of healthcare. Backed by nearly $100 million in total funding, Heidi is expanding across the USA, UK, Canada, and Europe, partnering with major health systems including the NHS, Beth Israel Lahey Health, MaineGeneral, and Monash Health, among others. We move quickly where it matters and stay grounded in what’s proven, shaping healthcare’s next era. Ready for the challenge? **The Role** As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you'll be embedded with our most strategic customers — the person who makes Heidi actually work in the real world. You'll own the full technical lifecycle from first deployment through to a thriving, self\-sufficient customer: standing up integrations, building custom clinical workflows, debugging production issues, and becoming a trusted technical partner to the clinicians and IT teams you work with. You're not handing off to someone else — you're seeing it through. You'll work closely with Product and Engineering to surface what customers actually need, acting as the field intelligence that shapes the roadmap. **What You'll Do** * Own end\-to\-end technical onboarding for enterprise customers — EMR integrations, SSO, SCIM provisioning, data pipelines, and security configuration. * Work directly with clinical and operational stakeholders to design and build custom workflows that fit how care is actually delivered. This means writing code, not just writing specs. * Be the escalation point for complex technical issues — diagnosing problems across the stack, coordinating with engineering, and closing the loop with the customer. * Build tooling, scripts, and automation that make deployments faster, more reliable, and easier to scale. * Translate what you see in the field into clear, actionable signal for Product and Engineering — you're closest to the customer, so your input matters most. * Leave every customer more capable than you found them. Document, train, and build internal knowledge so customers can operate independently. **What We'll Look For** * 4\+ years in a forward deploy, implementation engineering, or customer\-facing technical role \- ideally in SaaS, healthtech, or enterprise software. * You write code. Python, JS, SQL \- whatever gets the job done. * Strong working knowledge of integration protocols: REST APIs, SAML/OIDC, SCIM, and ideally FHIR/HL7\. * Comfortable owning ambiguous, high\-stakes problems end\-to\-end without a playbook. * Sharp communicator \- you can explain a complex integration failure to a CTO and a head nurse in the same breath. * Experience working embedded with enterprise customers or health systems is a strong plus. * Home office budget. £500 one\-off to set up a workspace you actually want to work in.

GTM

Heidi

London, England, UK

**We're Heidi** We're building the future of healthcare by giving every clinician the earth's finest AI Care Partner. In just 18 months, our clinical AI products have absorbed the administrative chaos of 73 million patient visits. Today, we support over 2\.5 million patient sessions a week across 190\+ countries. Healthcare systems are failing us; clinicians spend more time on documentation than on patients, and the human connection that makes medicine worth practicing is eroding. Our mission is simple: double the world's healthcare capacity and strengthen the human connection at its heart. We found product\-market fit with a freemium medical scribe that clinicians love. Now, we're expanding. Every task a clinician hands to Heidi is a patient who feels more attended to, a health system unclogged, and a clinician who gets to be a clinician again. If you don't choose easy and you want to build something way bigger than yourself, we might be a good place for you to start. **Our perspective on GTM** We believe that sales has fundamentally changed in the last 6 months. The repetitive work is automated now: AI does the market research, drafts the emails, summarises and scores the calls. The last year has taught us that the people who succeed have a blend of the following traits. * Intellectual dexterity: consultant\-like ability to structure and break down a problem into its constituent parts, think from first principles, and self\-improve rapidly. Inherent curiosity goes a long way here. * Natural charisma: can build rapport with anyone. You work out quickly who you're talking to, what they're dealing with and what they actually need, then have the conversation that gets you both somewhere. * Drive \& focus: as AI commoditises intelligence, work ethic and agency matter more. An outlier candidate here is far more productive than the mean than they were two years ago, and the gap keeps widening. * The mark of humanity: in a world filling up with AI slop, work where you can feel the person behind it stands out. Where the copy, the imagery, and the strategy is indelibly human. We don't think the talent market has caught up with how GTM is changing, so we’re open minded \- title or experience isn’t important. Most of our team started outside the profession: VC, consulting and creative are common. This role is high leverage, highly rewarding, and intellectually stimulating. We want you to be part of that. **The role** Heidi sits in an unusual position. We lead a category being built for the first time. Hundreds of thousands of clinicians found us on their own, started using the product for free and told a colleague. The market is genuinely open and the clinicians in it already like the product. Your job is to turn that quiet enthusiasm into real revenue conversations. You're the first line to Heidi. Inbound demand and product signals point you at practices and hospital groups already using us, and you decide whether to qualify each one in, out, or close it yourself. The signals tell you who to reach out to, you decide how. This is the first rung of our UK sales org, and for most clinicians you'll be the first person from Heidi they ever speak to. How they feel about us afterwards is largely down to you. You'll triage the inbound to your Account Executive's where it belongs and close your own deals from day one, because we want people as close to the frontline as possible. You'll build a network across UK healthcare that outlasts the role. **What This Means Practically** * Work the inbound queue and the warm product signals. Your day goes to clinicians and practices already using Heidi, where the product tells you who's outgrown the free version * Research the accounts behind those signals, work out who else in the practice or hospital group needs to be in the conversation, and build the angle for each one * Reach the people the signals point to, across calls, email and social, while the interest is still fresh * Book demos and meetings for your AEs with enough context that nothing is lost in the handoff * Own small SMB deals end to end, from first conversation through to closed * Keep the CRM accurate, keep the pipeline moving and hit your qualified\-lead number every month * Partner with AEs, Marketing, Product, Operations and Customer Success so what you promise on the call matches what clinicians get * Track what's shifting in UK healthcare and across the competitive set, then tell the team what you're hearing on the phones **What You'll Need** * You've worked somewhere with a high bar, whether that's tech, creative, banking, consulting or PE/VC. We care more about what you've achieved than any time in a sales role. * You care about what we do. You'd rather learn how the product actually works than memorise a pitch. * You can hold a conversation with anyone and get to the point of it fast. Clinicians have twenty patients before lunch. You respect that and still get the meeting. * Organised and autonomously functioning. You run your own list, your own day and your own follow\-ups without being chased. * Passion for AI, shown through hands\-on building, prototyping, or side projects. * You default to building over requesting. * You're confident in your thinking and open to being wrong. Great ideas win regardless of who surfaces them. Attitude beats experience here. If you're hungry, competitive and you like solving the problem in front of you, we want to hear from you. **How We Show Up** * Build for the next decade, not next quarter. Our targets are outrageous on purpose. The world's health doesn't have the luxury of incrementalism. * Lead, don't wait. We treat tomorrow's problems today. Sometimes we build what's needed before it's wanted, and we're fine with that. * Follow the evidence. Trust the patient. We pursue truth relentlessly. But when the subjective and objective disagree, we treat the patient, not the numbers. Ego is a comorbidity we can't afford. * Own the outcome. Everyone here carries the company. Raise problems with solutions, solve them end\-to\-end, and never be a bystander. * Ship, measure, go again. A button today, a workflow tomorrow. More iterations beat better planning. We're precise at pace, not reckless. * Live in clinicians' reality. Not the ideal workflow, the twenty\-patients\-before\-lunch actual one. We build for exhausted humans, and we'd better be decent ones while we do it. **Why Heidi?** You'll join a team focused on real\-world impact over imaginary valuations and glossy PR. We live and breathe the challenges of modern health systems, and are laser\-focused on exacting the change we'd like to see. We're medicos, engineers, builders, and designers who've felt the moral and practical toll of what non\-care feels like. True A\-players progress extremely fast here. The nature of the scale\-up game is demanding, but we value sustainable performance and mental health. You're trusted to perform, and you set your schedule. We operate on outcomes \> inputs, not process theatre. We all take the bins out, metaphorically and literally. Building what we're building isn't always easy. But we didn't choose easy, we chose to build something that actually matters. We hold ourselves to a higher standard because healthcare demands it. If you join Heidi, you recognise that the deeper question isn't *whether* AI can solve the global healthcare crisis, but whose hands will shape it. The work is hard, but you will trust and admire the people you work beside, and rest easy knowing you're doing the defining work of your career. **We take care of you** We offer comprehensive private medical and dental cover through Bupa, 24/7 mental health, coaching and wellbeing support through Sonder, a £100/month Healthy Heidi's wellness stipend, a £500 home office budget, a £700 annual learning and development budget, 26 weeks paid primary parental leave and 18 weeks paid secondary parental leave, fertility support up to £7,000, up to four weeks of work from anywhere per year, Recharge Days after major milestones and busy periods, 10 days per year of clinical leave for eligible clinical roles, and a hybrid working environment with 3 days in the office. We chose to open\-source our benefits hub, if you care to take a peek.

Senior Product Manager

Doccla

London, England, UK

**🌍 A Bit About Us** We're Doccla, and we're redefining where and how healthcare is delivered. Our Virtual Ward, Remote Monitoring and Proactive Care solutions enable hospitals and health systems to care for patients at home. We support patients across the full care journey, from early discharge and acute recovery to long\-term condition management and proactive care. We provide everything clinicians need to deliver safe, effective Virtual Care: medical\-grade devices, logistics, patient onboarding, EHR integration, and an end\-to\-end clinical platform built around real\-world workflows. We currently work with over 60% of NHS ICBs and support health systems across the UK, Ireland and the DACH region to reduce hospital pressure, improve outcomes, and create a more resilient model of care. We're backed by top European investors, having secured £35m in Series B funding led by Lakestar, with participation from Elaia, General Catalyst, Speedinvest, and Bertelsmann. **🚀 Why Join Us?** This is your chance to join Doccla at a key stage in our growth. We're building the category leader in Virtual Care and Remote Patient Monitoring. You'll be part of a highly entrepreneurial, mission\-driven team that combines expertise across clinical, technical, commercial, and operational domains. We're solving real problems for patients and health systems, and growing fast. We are scaling and the trajectory is steep. Steep is where careers are made. **🧑‍⚕️ What You’ll Do as a Senior Product Manager** **The mission** Find innovative ways to engage the patients that traditional digital methods leave behind. Our patients are often older, frequently unwell, and many have never used an app. The industry answer is a better onboarding flow. That does not work here. Your job is to find what does, at scale. If patients do not engage, nothing downstream works. Engagement is how the service delivers results and how we prove them to NHS clients and commissioners. Nobody else is doing this. Voice AI reaching digitally excluded patients inside a regulated medical device, at NHS scale, has no playbook to copy. You will be working it out. **What You'll Own** * Our voice AI product * Multi\-channel engagement campaigns * Orchestrating all of it at scale * The regulatory path for everything you build **How The PM Role Is Changing Here** The job is not what it was three years ago. You will not be expected to ship code. Everything else is in scope. Market engagement, user research, prototyping and testing ideas, generating production\-level designs, deep data analysis, building and running evals, enabling and tracking delivery, testing, go\-live plans, product marketing. We are looking for expert generalists. People who spot a gap and step into it rather than waiting for the right function to exist. People who instinctively reach for AI to assist them, and who have the critical judgement not to accept its first answer. **✅ What You'll Do** **The parts that are specific to this role** **Develop evals** Our voice and generative AI products meet real patients every day. You will mine that real\-world data for failure modes, build evals that catch them, and use them to drive measurable improvement. This is the core loop for any AI product and you will own it. **Design for the digitally excluded** Get properly close to them: listen to real calls, sit with patients in person, talk to the HCAs and clinicians who care for them. Then design engagement that meets them where they are, not where a product manager would like them to be. **Run experiments at service scale** Channel, timing, wording, sequencing, voice. Design experiments that produce a real signal across thousands of patients, read the results honestly, and kill your own ideas when the data says so. **Navigate the regulatory landscape** Doccla is a CQC registered care provider and medical device manufacturer. You will work inside our SDLC and meet medical device, infosec and clinical governance standards. This is not something you hand to a compliance team, it is part of designing the product. Prior experience is useful but not required. Learning it and embracing it at Doccla is non\-negotiable. **Orchestrate across a live service** Changes land in a running care service with patients, clinicians and clients depending on it. Sequence them so the service keeps working while it improves. **The parts we'd expect of any senior PM** * Own outcomes. Define, track and own your metrics and KRs. Accountable for whether the number moves. * Frame problems. Root cause first, and problem statements sharp enough to know when they are solved. * Set the focus. Right bets, tight roadmap, say no clearly and often. * Lead discovery. Time boxed, ending in decisions rather than a document. * Enable delivery. Go beyond the role to get things shipped and live with real users. * Generate insights. Evaluate impact after the fact and let it shape what comes next. * Partner with engineers. In early, not at handover. Shape work clearly, then get out of the way. * Communicate. Clearly, to all stakeholders, continuously. **💡 What We’re Looking For** **Must have** * A strong track record as a PM, with sharp product taste and judgement * Shipped and iterated on an AI product to real users (not a prototype or an internal demo) * Worked in a Technology start\-up / scale\-up * Ran experiments on large data sets * Excellent communication skills * AI\-native in the way described above: you use these tools daily, and you check their work * Curiosity, paired with determination to get things done **Nice to have** * Building and running evals from real\-world data * Working in regulated environments * Working in Health\-tech **Hybrid. Minimum one day a week at our London HQ.** **🧠 How We Work** We empower everyone at Doccla to take ownership of their work and the company's mission. We act ethically and always put patient safety and outcomes first. To thrive here, you’ll need a **can\-do attitude** and an **action\-oriented approach** , along with a **willingness to learn and grow** through open feedback. We’re a **hybrid team** , with offices in **London, Denmark, Germany** . Most of our team is London\-based and enjoys in\-person time at our WeWork HQ 1–3 days per week, where you’ll find great lunch, barista coffee, and a pet\-friendly space. Some of our teams are **fully remote** , depending on the team and responsibilities. This includes our **Engineering, Clinical \& Patient Support** teams. **🎁 What You’ll Get** **Annual Leave \& Holidays** 🌴 25 days annual leave \+ up to 8 UK bank holidays \[this varies depending on the role] 🔄 Option to buy or sell holidays **Remote Working** 🏡 Flexible remote options 💻 Remote working stipend **Financial Benefits** 📈 Employee stock options 💸 4% pension on full basic pay 🛡️ 4x salary life insurance **Health \& Wellness** 🩺 Private health insurance 🫄 4 months full pay for birthing parent\* 👶🏽 4 weeks full pay for non\-birthing parent\* 👶🏽 Phased return back to paid work 🤒 Sick pay **In\-Office Perks (London HQ)** 🍝 Free daily lunch 🐶 Pet\-friendly office **Other Benefits** 📚 £500 L\&D budget per person 🚲 Cycle to work scheme **Via Smart Health** 🧑‍⚕️ 24/7 GP appointments 🧠 Mental health support 🥗 Nutrition \& fitness advice 🧪 Second opinions \& health checks **🏆 In Return for Your Hard Work** * A competitive compensation package (base \+ stock options), with half\-year and annual performance reviews * The chance to work on patient\-first, system\-level healthcare challenges in one of Europe’s leading healthtech companies * Opportunities for growth and leadership we want you to challenge the status quo, own your impact, and continue developing, with our full support **🤝 Diversity at Doccla** We embrace diversity. To build a great product, we need a team with a wide range of perspectives, backgrounds, and experiences. We’re committed to equal opportunity hiring regardless of race, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, disability, or background. If you're excited about the role, we encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn't match every point. **🔐 Safer Recruitment** We are committed to safer recruitment practices. As Doccla is a CQC registered company, a **Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check** will be required for all roles. It is an offence to apply for such work if you are barred from working with children or vulnerable adults.

Healthtech 1

****We're unlocking access to the NHS, because healthcare is not truly free until it's truly accessible 💙**** The world’s best healthcare, for free. It's not a new idea, it's called the NHS. But the largest healthcare provider is fundamentally broken. Patient satisfaction is at an all time low, and the biggest reason cited is lack of access. So we’re on a mission to fix it with technology that actually works. We're building the front door of UK healthcare, creating a future where one billion NHS appointments are transparent and instantly bookable, and patients are guided to the right service first time using AI. We're developing critical national infrastructure. Today, 26% of GP practices in England use our patient registration software, while one in five GP practices in London use Bookable Search to help new patients find and book appointments seamlessly. Our latest product, Bookable Navigator, extends this vision by automatically booking appointments for existing patients. We operate from within a working GP practice in East London 🏥 We're backed by Y Combinator, Innovate UK and the NHS Clinical Entrepreneur Programme, and were previously ranked the 8th fastest\-growing startup in the UK and 33rd fastest\-growing in Europe 🚀 **⛩️ Our Principles** Exciting challenges lie ahead. Guided by our principles, we’ll meet these challenges with a thoughtful and caring approach. These principles drive everything we do at Healthtech\-1: * 💙 Care deeply * 🏋️‍♀️ Work hard * 🤝 Be your word * 💬 Trust in radical truth and transparency * 🚀 Do your life's best work * 🥳 Find the fun Read more about our principles and our "why" in the Healthtech\-1 Handbook. **Why this role matters** 35% of NHS staff time is spent on admin. That’s the opportunity. Our first product is already used by 26% of GP practices in England, and we’re now scaling a platform that transforms how patients and clinicians interact with healthcare. We are hiring Senior AI Engineers who have built real AI products. We mean people who have deployed AI products, have measured and monitored their efficacy, iterated on their implementation, and launched them to users who rely on the accuracy of the result. Curiosity about AI isn't enough. The interesting problem here is developing a clinically capable AI to handle high\-stakes care navigation scenarios. Just like our NHS clinicians, that means a combination of training, context and totally defensible decisions 100% of the time. As a Senior AI Engineer, you’ll own and shape the experiences used every day by patients and clinicians where performance, clarity, and reliability directly impact real patients. **What You'll Own** * End\-to\-end product features across the frontend, backend, data, and API layers, owned through to production * AI\-powered care navigation * Integration work that turns model providers and AI tooling into product experiences people can depend on * Evaluation and feedback systems that make AI behaviour measurable and improvable over time * Trust surfaces that enable us to become a certified medical device and achieve national procurement * Close work with founders, customers, and domain experts, turning ambiguity into shipped product **Our Tech Stack:** * Fullstack (Backend leaning): React, TypeScript (core focus) * APIs: Designing and consuming scalable, well\-structured services * Data: Working with production systems and performance considerations * AI: Integrating modern AI models into real\-world healthcare workflows * Experience in scaling product environments or high\-stakes domains (health, finance, infra) is a strong advantage. We’re based inside a GP practice, so you can walk downstairs and see the real\-world impact of your work. **Why join our engineering team:** * Build technology that actually matters at national scale * Solve complex, meaningful problems with real\-world constraints * Work in a high\-performing, product\-led team * Have real ownership, real responsibility, and real impact * Engineering velocity through automation, AI\-assisted development, and internal tooling that lets a small team do the work of a much larger one **What we're looking for:** * At least 5\+ years of professional engineering experience, with broad full\-stack range * You've shipped AI features that people rely on, and you can point to them * You can talk concretely about prompts, evals, failure modes, latency, cost, and the UX tradeoffs of building with language models * You use AI coding tools fluently and have strong, earned opinions about where they help and where they fall down * You've come from somewhere that held a high bar, such as FAANG, a top AI lab, or a respected product\-engineering environment * You want more ownership, speed, and upside than those environments tend to offer * You have strong product taste and can make pragmatic calls without waiting for perfect requirements **💙 A Bit About Us** 💙 We’re all NHS staff. We’re inside\-outsiders. Trusted with one of the biggest datasets in the world. 🏥 Our office is within a GP practice. This is our unfair advantage. Got a question? Pop down the corridor. Want to learn how your work affects real patients? Pop downstairs to reception. 💪🏼 4 days in the office and 1 day WFH (for most roles). We highly prioritise in\-person communication and prefer candidates who want to work 4\+ days a week in the office. Our anchor days are Mon, Tues, Thurs and Fri. Homemade breakfast and lunch are on the house every day when you're in the office, ensuring you're fuelled for success! 🌀 We work in growth cycles. Every 8 weeks we do the same set of activities. 1 week outside of Business\-as\-Usual to research, strategise, plan our work. 7 weeks to knuckle down and deliver it. 🤝 We’re highly collaborative. One of the benefits of a high trust team is we often work autonomously, but as a team we’re very collaborative by nature. Two heads are often better than one, and we frequently lean on each other to solve problems together. 🤜🏽 We’re backed by industry leaders. We’re on the DigitalHealth.London Accelerator, backed by the NHS Clinical Entrepreneur Program, winners of the London Business School Healthtech Challenge, Innovate UK, and Y Combinator (S23\). **🚀 An opportunity for real upside** 💉 Paid volunteer days. We offer an additional 2 paid days off per year where you can give back to your mission of choice. 🎢 Every 8 weeks we take a day off to socialise as a team. In the past we’ve hiked box hill, raved at All Points East and spent one rainy day at Thorpe park. This works out as 6 working days a year. 📚 Learning budget of £250 annually and time off to spend it \- we care about this; this is flexible and based on need but everyone will receive a yearly allocation towards their continual growth. 🍽️ Homemade breakfast and lunch are on the house when you're in the office, ensuring you're fuelled for success! 🥡 Team takeaways every Monday night 🥗 Health and fitness budget of £60 per month \- see more here 🧘‍♂️ An additional 7 days of paid leave is available if you want to take time to learn how to meditate. 💫 Tooling; You’ll have your choice of operating systems and any additional tools you need to do your best work (e.g. keyboard, additional monitors, mouse etc). If you’re on our Engineering teams you’ll receive the latest MacBook Pro and our Growth \& Ops teams receives a MacBook Air. 🩺 We know health and family come first which is why we have a generous sick leave policy with additional days that can be taken for mental health leave. ✈️ We prioritise time outside of work to bond, once a year we’ll holiday together! Destination chosen by popular vote. In 2025, we spent 8 days in a surf camp in France! 👎 No private medical insurance, because we believe in the NHS and we are here to improve it! 🐥 Parental leave: Post passing probation it is: statutory \- 6 weeks 90% pay then, SMP for 33 weeks; if you've been an employee for a year: 12 weeks 100% pay then, SMP for 27 weeks; and if you have been here for 2 years: 18 weeks 100% pay then, SMP for 21 weeks. This will improve over time. We also include up to £9,000 of childcare contribution for primary caregivers to support a five\-day return where possible. 👪 Fertility leave. We understand how difficult a fertility journey can be. This is why we give an extra 5 days off per year if you or your partner are going through fertility treatment. 🐖 Pension \- We operate a standard 3% employer contribution and employees auto\-contribute 5% of their salary. We use Nest as our provider. 🏡 Local living benefit \- A one\-off benefit to support living closer to the office: £5,000 if you live within a 30\-minute walk, or £2,500 within a 30\-minute bike. It is optional, available immediately on signing, and not linked to performance or progression. 🚕 If you choose to work late in the office, you can expense dinner after 7pm and an Uber home after 9pm, or earlier if you feel unsafe travelling in the dark. This is optional and about wellbeing, not performance or expectations. ⛵️And of course, an adventure of a lifetime! **🌈 Inclusive \& Diverse by Design** We care about building a product that is loved and a culture that is rich in perspectives, experiences, and backgrounds. Our team represents more than ten different cultures. We come together every lunch time for a home cooked meal, rotated among team members! We want everyone in our team to know that they belong. We are purposeful about this and are proactively building a company that is inclusive of all people; from race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, neurodiversity, disability, c

Senior Product Security Engineer

Numan

London, England, UK

**About Numan** Founded in 2018, we’ve already grown to be a 300\+ team distributed across the globe, united by a singular mission: empowering people to take control of their health. Numan is transforming health: we’ve built a cutting\-edge platform that integrates diagnostics, medication, supplements, digital programmes, and doctor consultations. Giving people the tools they need to maximise life. To deliver on our transformative mission, we are guided by our 5 company values: * Patients first. * Learn fast. * Own the quality. * Succeed together. * Care deeply. Backed by top\-tier investors, Numan is already having a positive impact on hundreds of thousands of patients here in the UK, and we want you to help us deliver this mission! **The Role** We build and operate a regulated digital health platform. Patients trust us with clinical data, identity documents and payment details, and our clinicians trust our systems to be correct. That makes application security a patient safety concern, not just a compliance one. We are shipping quickly, adopting AI and agentic systems across clinical operations and patient\-facing products, and running a lean security function that scales through engineering leverage rather than headcount. We need a senior engineer who can go deep on design and code, then bring the rest of the business along with them. This is a hands\-on individual contributor role with genuine influence over how the platform is built. **The Team** You will work within the Cyber Security function, collaborating directly with Engineering, Product, Clinical, Legal, and the executive team. Security at Numan is not a gatekeeping function — it scales through influence, credibility, and being useful early. **You'll be:** * Running threat modelling sessions with product and engineering teams on new features and architectural changes — STRIDE\-based, with clinical safety, abuse, and business\-logic threats kept in mind alongside the technical ones. * Owning and evolving our Secure by Design process: self\-evaluation screening, secure design review, and the threat modelling pathway, including our use of automated tooling against technical artefacts. * Turning threat models into tracked, prioritised controls that engineering teams actually implement. * Pushing design decisions upstream so the cheap fix is designed in rather than the expensive one retrofitted. * Assessing and securing AI systems in production: LLM\-backed features, retrieval pipelines, agentic workflows, tool\-calling integrations, and the MCP and API surfaces that connect them. * Building practical threat models and controls for agent\-specific failure modes — prompt injection, tool misuse, excessive agency, data exfiltration through context, unsafe autonomy, and supply chain risk in model and plugin ecosystems. * Performing automated application and API penetration testing against our own products — web, mobile backends, cloud\-native services on GCP, internal tooling, and AI features. * Leading penetration engagements with third parties and working on the fix with engineering. * Chaining findings into realistic attack paths and demonstrating impact, rather than delivering a list of scanner output. * Embedding security into our pipelines: SAST, SCA, secrets detection, IaC scanning, container and dependency hygiene — tuned so signal beats noise and engineers trust the gates. * Working with platform and engineering to raise baseline standards: authentication and authorisation patterns, secrets management, tenancy isolation, and logging and detection coverage. * Actively participating in the security community — OWASP chapters or projects, local meetups, CTFs, research groups — and publishing research, write\-ups, or blog posts under your own name. **We're looking for someone who:** * Brings substantial hands\-on application security experience in a product engineering environment, at senior level. * Has demonstrable threat modelling practice — not just familiarity with the theory. * Has practical offensive skills against modern web and API stacks, with an appropriate certification or equivalent demonstrable experience (OSCP, OSWE, CREST, Burp Suite Certified Practitioner or similar). * Is comfortable reading and reasoning about code in at least one language used in production systems, and can review a pull request meaningfully. * Has working knowledge of cloud\-native architecture and its security model — ideally GCP, but AWS or Azure experience transfers. * Has experience integrating security tooling into CI/CD, and the scars to know what makes engineers ignore it. * Has a track record of shipping security improvements through other teams. * Has experience securing AI or agentic systems in production. * Has hands\-on experience securing Kubernetes environments and managing cloud security posture using CNAPP and CSPM solutions, with a primary focus on GCP but AWS and Azure experience is translatable. **It’s a bonus if you have:** * Regulated environment experience — healthcare, fintech, or similar — and comfort with frameworks such as ISO 27001 without treating compliance as the goal. * Detection engineering or incident response exposure for incidents related to application attacks. * An existing community footprint: talks, published research, maintained projects. **Our Benefits Include...** 📈 \- Share options. 🏖 \- 25 days holiday, plus bank holidays (increasing to 30 the longer you stay with Numan). 🩺 \- Health insurance with Vitality . 🚘 \- Electric car salary sacrifice scheme with Octopus . 🧸 \- Enhanced maternity and parental leave. 🥳 \- A day off on your Birthday! 🐥 \- Nursery benefit provided by YellowNest . 💼 \- Employee assistance programme (access to therapy, financial planning and discounts). ⚖️ \- Generous pension (includes both employee and employer contributions). 💻 \- Flexible working options, including a dog\-friendly office in Farringdon. 📚 \- Personal training and development budget via Learnerbly. 👟 \- Wellhub membership, giving you access to over 2,000 locations in the UK. 🚲 \- Cycle to work scheme. 🚆 \- Season ticket loan. % \- Discount on Numan products for your friends and family. 🤲 \- Paid volunteering days. 📅 \- An additional 2 weeks off once you reach your 5th anniversary with Numan. **Diversity at Numan** At Numan, people are at the heart of who we are. We recognise and value the unique perspectives and experiences that individuals from all backgrounds bring. We promote innovation and creativity, enabling us to tackle things from various viewpoints and are committed to equal opportunities and continuously strive to create a workplace where everyone feels respected, heard, and valued. Embracing diversity isn't just our goal; it's our strength, driving us towards a more inclusive future.

Senior Paid Search Specialist

Voy

London, England, UK

We're looking for a world\-class **Senior** **Paid Search Specialist** to own one of our most important acquisition channels across the UK, with the opportunity to scale it internationally. You'll have end\-to\-end ownership of a multi\-million\-pound budget and be responsible for the strategy, automation, measurement, and optimisation that drives profitable growth. This is a role for someone who loves building. You'll combine analytical rigour with technical execution, designing automated bidding systems, leveraging AI to scale your impact, and developing search strategies that outperform competitors in one of the UK's most competitive digital markets. You'll work closely with our Data, Product, and CRO teams, have direct access to leadership, and play a key role in shaping how search operates at Voy as we continue expanding globally. **What You'll Do** * Own Paid Search end\-to\-end, managing a multi\-million\-pound budget across the UK while delivering against CAC, LTV, volume, and revenue targets. * Build and continuously improve automated bidding systems using value\-based bidding, scripts, APIs, and custom logic. * Leverage AI and automation across the channel, from search query mining and ad copy generation to budget allocation, reporting, and workflow optimisation. * Develop sophisticated auction strategies, including competitor conquesting, brand defence, impression share optimisation, and efficient market coverage. * Dive deep into performance data, attribution, search query reports, and incrementality analysis to understand exactly what is driving growth. * Partner closely with Data, Engineering, and CRO teams to improve measurement, attribution, Quality Score, and conversion performance. * Forecast channel performance and make commercial decisions backed by robust analysis and experimentation. * Build scalable playbooks that enable successful expansion of Paid Search into international markets. **Who You Are** * You have 3\+ years of experience managing Paid Search at significant scale, ideally within a highly competitive consumer business. * You're highly analytical, comfortable working directly with raw data, advanced spreadsheets, and SQL rather than relying solely on dashboards. * You have hands\-on experience building automated bidding strategies using Google Ads Scripts, APIs, or other custom automation. * You're AI\-native, regularly using LLMs to improve analysis, automate workflows, generate creative, and increase operational efficiency. * You think strategically about search, understanding competitor dynamics, auction mechanics, conquesting, and long\-term market positioning. * You take full ownership of your channel and are comfortable operating as a high\-impact individual contributor. * You move quickly, enjoy solving complex commercial problems, and back every recommendation with data. * You're excited by the opportunity to build from first principles, continuously improving how Paid Search operates as the business scales globally.

Lead Product Manager - Obesity

**The Role** We're looking for an exceptional Product Lead to drive commercial growth across acquisition, conversion and retention for our Obesity category. Numan operates at an interesting intersection of consumer product, healthcare and commerce. Growing effectively means creating experiences that convert better and retain patients for longer, while maintaining clinical safety, patient trust and the standards expected of a regulated healthcare business. This role will lead product across some of the most commercially important parts of that system, from how prospective patients understand and enter Numan, through to how we improve conversion, proposition performance, retention and long\-term patient value. You'll work directly across Product, Design, Engineering, Clinical and Commercial teams, turning company priorities and complex constraints into clear product choices and measurable outcomes. You'll be expected to make strong calls in an environment where opportunities move quickly, regulation changes, commercial pressure is real, and the right answer often requires balancing several competing forms of value. We're looking for someone with exceptional commercial product judgement, strong product craft, and the ability to move fluidly between strategy, discovery and hands\-on execution. **You'll be:** * Turning company strategy and commercial priorities into a defensible product roadmap across acquisition, conversion and retention. * Making the calls where commercial opportunity, patient need, clinical safety and execution risk intersect. * Owning the successful delivery and performance of the product area, with clear accountability for measurable commercial and patient outcomes. * Understanding Numan's regulated clinical environment deeply enough to grow commercially while protecting patient safety and compliance. * Using AI personally to increase the quality and speed of your own work, not simply managing teams that build AI features. * Succeeding through the quality of both your decisions and the environment you create around them. **You'll have:** * Experience leading product for consumer digital products, with direct accountability for acquisition, conversion or retention outcomes. * Experience working in regulated environments and translating regulatory or clinical requirements into product decisions. * A clear sense of when experimentation is valuable and when conviction and speed are more appropriate. * Exceptional product judgement and the ability to make difficult trade\-offs in ambiguous environments, with the confidence to defend what the team will and won't do. * Evidence of personally using AI to materially improve how you work. * Exceptional stakeholder management skills across executive, commercial, clinical and technical audiences. **It's a bonus if you have experience in:** * Digital healthcare. * Subscription, recurring\-revenue or direct\-to\-consumer business models. * Using AI\-native workflows to design, prototype and ship product experiences end to end. * Owning a product experience end\-to\-end (e.g. acquisition and retention).

Account Manager

Anima

London, England, UK

I quit medicine because I kept watching patients die needlessly, for avoidable reasons. In almost every case, the science and the clinicians were fine. It was the system around them that failed: the way information moved, the way decisions got routed, and the way fragmented teams and fragmented data turned solvable problems into tragedy. Our mission is human wellbeing, and we're focusing on the breakthrough technology of personalised medicine. Since the beginning, our proprietary insight has always been that the company to create a true active learning data engine with a loss function against human wellbeing would be the one to crack it, becoming one of the most impactful companies in the world as a result. We're now in 1,100\+ clinics, across 4 product lines, serve \>20% of the UK population, and have solved \>5\.7 million patient cases in the past 12 months alone, saving an estimated 8,600 lives. We are cash flow positive, growing fast, and have a tight crew of \~35 people. Multiple trillion\-dollar companies will be built in healthcare over the next two decades, and we intend to be one of them. We have a knights of the round table culture with a flat hierarchy, where we empower builders to have outsized impact on millions of lives, and where we collaboratively converge on the optimal action without dogma or ego. We're all here to serve a greater mission than ourselves. The closest analogy for our culture is probably Firefly (the TV series): a small crew on a ship at the frontier, each person exceptional in a specific way, deeply loyal to each other and the mission, resourceful under constraints, and having a genuinely good time doing something that matters. We're carefully curated, lean, and wholeheartedly in. If you want your skills to be at the highest possible stakes, you belong at Anima. Your work here will save lives. * Shun Please note this role is only open to those based in the UK. Applicants from Europe will be considered if they are able to travel to the UK regularly for customer visits. **We’re Looking For Someone Who** * Has 3\+ years revenue closing experience in B2B SaaS, with a track record of consistently hitting quota. * Has experience running a full sales cycle within an existing customer base, from discovery and commercial framing through negotiation to close. You have strong commercial acumen and can build compelling business cases that tie product value to practice\-level outcomes. * Is a hunter who thrives on revenue targets, is disciplined in pipeline management, and relentless in pursuing expansion across a large book of accounts. * Is in the UK / European timezone and can do site visits to UK customers. **What To Expect In The Role** * You’ll work in one of the most important parts of the business with a mission\-driven team. We’re a tight knit unit working relentlessly to drive growth. * You’ll deliver real, tangible value that grows Anima’s impact. Your north star metric is expansion ARR closed. Everything you do ladders up to growing revenue from the existing customer base. * You’ll own expansion revenue across a defined book of GP practices — identifying, qualifying and closing upsell and cross\-sell across all Anima product lines. * You'll run the full sales cycle within your accounts, from identifying pain points and building champion relationships through to commercial framing, negotiation and close. * You’ll learn at an exponential rate. You’ll manage complex deal cycles involving multiple stakeholders and competitive displacement of incumbents.

The role is intentionally ops\-heavy and focused on keeping real systems healthy in production. **What You’ll Do** * Participate in on\-call and incident response: Respond to production incidents, contribute to service restoration, and support clear communication during incidents. Over time, take increasing responsibility for leading incidents end\-to\-end. * Improve operational reliability: Identify recurring issues and reliability risks, and drive fixes through better alerting, automation, system changes, or process improvements. * Own parts of the production environment: Operate and improve Kubernetes clusters, cloud infrastructure, and core platform services, with growing ownership as familiarity increases. * Strengthen observability: Improve dashboards, alerts, logs, and traces so issues are detected earlier and diagnosed faster, with a strong focus on actionable signals. * Reduce operational toil: Automate repetitive tasks, simplify runbooks, and improve tooling to make on\-call and day\-to\-day operations easier and safer. * Support safe change: Improve deployments, rollback mechanisms, and operational readiness to reduce the risk of incidents caused by change. * Contribute to operational practices: Write and maintain runbooks, participate in blameless post\-mortems, and help improve incident response processes over time. * Collaborate closely with engineers: Work with product and feature teams to improve production readiness, service ownership, and reliability expectations. **What We’re Looking For** * 3–6\+ years in SRE, DevOps, Platform, or operations\-heavy engineering roles. * Experience supporting production systems and participating in on\-call rotations. * Comfortable debugging live systems under pressure. * Experience operating cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred). * Working knowledge of Kubernetes and containerised workloads. * Infrastructure as Code experience (Terraform or similar). * Familiarity with monitoring and alerting tools (Datadog, Prometheus, etc). * Scripting or automation experience (Python, Bash, or similar). **Nice To Have** * Experience leading incidents or mentoring others during on\-call. * Experience in regulated or security\-sensitive environments. * Familiarity with databases, queues, and caches in production. * Interest in reliability practices such as SLOs, error budgets, and capacity planning. **How We Work** * We own production: The Platform/SRE team is responsible for reliability and incident response. * Incidents are blameless: We focus on learning and improving systems, not assigning fault. * Practical over perfect: We prioritise improvements that reduce real operational pain. * Calm under pressure: Clear thinking and communication matter during incidents. We're not trying to generate interest, we're channeling it. * Home office budget. £500 one\-off to set up a workspace you actually want to work in.
