Director of Physical Product

HeliosX Group

London, England, UK

Ready to revolutionize healthcare, making it faster and more accessible than ever before? **How We Started** Founded in 2013 by Dwayne D’Souza, HeliosX was built on a simple but powerful idea: healthcare should be easier to access, faster to receive, and centred around the individual. From day one, we’ve grown without external funding; scaling profitably through technology, disciplined execution, and deep medical expertise. What started as a challenger idea has become one of the most significant healthcare platforms operating globally today. **Where We Are Now** We’ve earned the trust of millions of people worldwide through category\-leading products and well\-known brands, including MedExpress, Dermatica, ZipHealth, RocketRX, and Levity. A key driver of our success is vertical integration; we operate our own manufacturing and proprietary products, led by in\-house medical teams, researchers, and pharmacists at the top of their fields. In 2025, HeliosX treated more than 1\.7 million patients globally and reached £781m in revenue, representing \+337% year\-on\-year growth and cementing our position as the clear market leader in the UK. That growth translates into real\-world outcomes: our weight\-loss treatments helped patients lose 8\.5 million kilograms of excess weight in 2025 alone, contributing to an estimated 1,300 fewer cardiac events. This is growth with measurable, life\-changing impact at scale. Today, we operate across four international markets, with successful launches in Germany and Canada and continued expansion in the US. We were also recently recognised in the Sunday Times Top 100 fastest\-growing tech companies, further validation of both our momentum and our ambition. **Where We’re Going** 2026 is a step\-change year. Our ambition is to reach £1\.6bn in revenue, expand from four to eight global markets and significantly broaden our condition and treatment portfolio. Over the coming years, you’ll help shape HeliosX into a truly world\-leading healthcare partner; one that combines scale, speed, and clinical rigour to redefine how personalised care is delivered. Joining HeliosX now means building systems, teams, and products that will define the next decade of digital healthcare, and doing work that genuinely improves lives, at global scale. **There’s never been a more exciting time to join HeliosX. Come be a part of making our dream of easier and faster healthcare a reality!** **The Opportunity** We're seeking a Director of Physical product to own and lead all Physical Product/NPD across the business, spanning licensed Rx medication, compounded treatments, OTC medicines, supplements, and personal care, transforming Physical Product and NPD into a commercially strategic, insight\-led, and operationally disciplined growth engine. This role is accountable for turning customer needs, clinical opportunity, and market insight into a profitable, brand\-strengthening physical product portfolio that drives retention, cross\-condition usage, and long\-term value. Sitting at the intersection of Brand, Medical, Product, and Commercial, this role owns physical product end\-to\-end; from strategy and prioritisation through to development, launch, lifecycle management, and scale. This is a full time, permanent role. The successful candidate will be expected on site two days per week at our HQ in Central London. **What You'll Do** Product Strategy and Innovation Pipeline * Own all Physical Product categories, including licensed Rx medication, compounded treatments, OTC medicines and supplements, and personal care and adjacent product systems. * Define category\-led physical product strategies, with GLP\-1 as the primary growth engine and other conditions sequenced based on commercial and clinical impact. * Design connected product systems (Rx, supplements, add\-ons, kits) that drive monetisation, adherence and movement across conditions, not just individual launches. * Own a rolling 12–24 month innovation pipeline, balancing fast commercial wins with category\-defining bets. * Identify whitespace and future category opportunities through competitive intelligence, insight, and category modelling. * Partner with Insight \& Strategy to ensure all innovation is backed by market demand, consumer validation, and commercial proof. * Make and defend hard prioritisation decisions to focus resource on the highest\-impact categories and initiatives. NPD Governance and Process Excellence * Act as the single point of accountability for physical product go / no\-go decisions, escalating where required. * Own and evolve a stage\-gated NPD governance framework, embedding transparency, accountability and high\-quality decision\-making. * Implement consistent business case standards covering pricing, margin, scalability and ROI. * Balance governance and pace, ensuring stage gates enable focus and speed rather than friction. Cross\-Functional Orchestration * Act as the central orchestrator across Clinical, Brand, Commercial, Regulatory, Supply Chain and Insights teams. * Partner deeply and continuously with Medical to translate clinical opportunity into safe, compliant, differentiated physical products. * Ensure early feasibility input (both clinical and legal regulatory, operational, financial) to prevent late\-stage failure or rework. * Lead cross\-functional reviews at each development stage ensuring alignment, ownership, and speed of decision\-making. * Partner closely with Growth \& Product to ensure physical products are designed to improve retention, add\-on rates and LTV post\-acquisition. * Partner closely with Manufacturing \& Supply Chain to ensure seamless tech transfer, scale\-up, and uninterrupted ongoing production, designing for quality, cost efficiency and operational scalability from day one. Execution and Commercial Rigour * Oversee end\-to\-end delivery from concept to launch, including formulation, packaging, testing, regulatory \& operational readiness. * Set ambitious, yet realistic timelines and stage accountability, ensuring speed to market without compromising standards. * Own post\-launch performance, lifecycle management and iteration, ensuring products continue to deliver against retention, adherence and margin targets. * Establish dashboards, reporting cadence and decision forums to give leadership visibility across the physical product portfolio. * Identify optimisation, reformulation or extension opportunities across the lifecycle. **What You'll Bring To HeliosX** Knowledge and Experience * Proven leadership owning end\-to\-end product strategy \& innovation roadmaps in health, beauty, wellness, CPG or similar. * Experience building product portfolios that support retention, repeat usage or subscription\-like behaviour, not just first\-purchase conversion. * Experience partnering closely with Medical, Clinical or Regulatory teams to bring regulated products to market. * Experience transforming or scaling NPD functions, ideally having implemented structured governance or business case models. * Strong commercial fluency (business case modelling, pricing dynamics, margin optimisation, scalability). * Experience working across regulated environments (cosmetics, Rx, medtech, supplements). * Comfortable operating at strategic (roadmap shaping) and executional (delivery driving) levels simultaneously. Core Skills * Strategic commercial thinker — blends market insight, brand opportunity, and P\&L logic. * Systems thinker — able to design connected product ecosystems across categories rather than isolated SKUs. * Operator mindset — drives clarity, process rigour, predictable outcomes at pace. * Exceptional cross\-functional influencer — aligns stakeholders early, resolves blocks rapidly. * Consumer \+ market obsessed — builds products that win on desirability and profitability. * Calm under complexity — able to bring order, urgency, and momentum to ambiguous environments. **Life at HeliosX** At HeliosX, we want to improve healthcare for everyone, and to do this we need a team of brilliant people who share that ambition. We are currently a diverse team of engineers, scientists, clinical researchers, physicians, pharmacists, marketeers, and customer care specialists committed to our mission \- but we need more talented folks to join us, if we want to achieve our global ambitions! Aside from working with our all\-star team, here are the other benefits of coming on board: * Generous equity allocations with significant upside potential * 25 Days Holiday (\+ all the usual Bank Holidays) * Private health insurance, along with extra dental and eye care cover * Pension scheme * Enhanced parental leave * Cycle\-to\-work Scheme * Electric Car Scheme * Free Dermatica and MedExpress products every month, as well as family discounts * Home office allowance * Access to a Headspace subscription, discounted gym memberships, and a learning and development budget (alongside a free Kindle and audible subscription)

CRM & Lifecycle Lead, International

Eucalyptus

London, England, UK

**About Eucalyptus** We're on a mission to make good health last a lifetime. More than 1 billion people live with obesity worldwide, driving preventable chronic conditions. We're here to build better long\-term care. Eucalyptus is now part of Hims \& Hers, the global leader in personalised health and wellness. Euc is the company behind Juniper, one of the world's largest weight\-management programs combining GLP\-1 medication with personalised nutrition, movement support, and clinician\-led care from prescribers, nurses, health coaches, pharmacists, and dietitians. Our published clinical research shows that our combined clinical and behavioural approach helps patients lose significantly more weight during their treatment with Juniper by four times. **Our Growth Story** * 130% YoY revenue growth and a 90% reduction in cash burn \- culminating in our $1\.15bn acquisition by Hims \& Hers in 2026, giving us the platform to take long\-term care global * Supported over 350k patients living with obesity across our 5 markets * Received selective NICE endorsement to provide services to the NHS * Tailored our offering to thousands of patients in Australia, the UK, Germany, Japan and Canada. **How We Think About Marketing** At Euc, marketing is about capturing attention and turning it into real growth. We're not here to chase perfect open rates or vanity metrics. We're here to grow the business by reaching people, earning their trust, and helping them get real outcomes from the treatment they've started. We move fast. Really fast. Because when ideas ship quicker, we learn quicker, make bolder bets, and don't waste months on "safe" programs that never move the needle. **Here's How We Think** * Creative wins. We don't have exclusive access to channels, so great storytelling is how we stand out and earn attention * Speed matters. Fast tests beat perfect plans. We ship early, learn fast, and move on * Lifecycle is a growth lever, not a cost centre. The work after the sale (activation, adherence, retention) compounds, and we treat it that way * Data is a compass. We ask why, not just what. Trends are more useful than daily swings. Insight plus action equals impact * We focus on outcomes, not channels. Email, SMS, WhatsApp, push, in\-app, we use whatever moves the patient forward in that market. No channel loyalty. Just growth What's next? We're entering one of our most ambitious chapters yet. Over the next 12 months we're scaling our existing international markets (Germany, Canada, Japan) and launching Juniper into new ones, with the goal of three more markets live by the end of the year. To get there, we're centralising growth as a function across the international team, building the central engines that let every market scale faster than it could alone. Lifecycle is one of those engines. We've already built strong lifecycle programs in Australia and the UK. The opportunity now is to take what works and make it work across our international markets. We're hiring a **CRM \& Lifecycle Lead, International** to own that engine. You'll run lifecycle as a central function across our international markets, assisting scale what already works in our established markets and building it from scratch for each new launch. You'll report to the Product Growth Lead, partner with the Head of International Growth and Performance on strategy, and lead execution through a team of local\-language copywriters. **About The Role (what You'll Be Doing)** You'll own the international lifecycle engine end to end: the strategy and the builds that ship it. You won't be starting from a blank page. Strong lifecycle programs already exist in our UK and Australia teams, and your job is to take what works, adapt it for a multi\-market international context, and build the central system around it. We're an early, lean international team, so this is a hands\-on role: you'll set the lifecycle strategy and you'll be in the tool building the flows, not just briefing them. For established markets you'll provide strategic oversight and keep scaling what's live. For new launches you'll build the program from the ground up, with support from your copywriter team. **You'll** * Own CRM and lifecycle as a central function across our international markets, from strategy to execution, accountable for activation, adherence, retention, and LTV * Help scale our established markets (Germany, Canada, Japan) with strategic oversight, finding the next unlock in each program rather than letting it go stale * Build the lifecycle program for new market launches end to end: the flows, the segmentation, the measurement, and the messaging, in time for go\-live * Be channel\-adaptive by market. Email leads in some markets; others lead with WhatsApp, SMS, push, or in\-app. You'll build the right mix for each market rather than forcing one playbook everywhere * Own segmentation and automated flows (onboarding, adherence, follow\-up, winback, reactivation) and the experimentation roadmap that improves them * Run a measurement framework that proves whether lifecycle work actually moved retention and LTV, not just open and click rates * Lead a team of local\-language copywriters to localise and execute at quality and speed across markets, owning briefing, QA, and delivery * Partner with the Product Growth Lead and the wider growth function so lifecycle and conversion pull in the same direction, and the handoff from paid to owned is clean * Own deliverability, list health, and compliance (GDPR and local privacy regimes) across every market we operate in * Share winning programs and learnings across markets so a win in one place reaches the others quickly This role is ideal for someone who wants to own lifecycle as a whole, both the strategy and the build, and is happy doing it lean before it scales. As markets grow, this role is expected to grow with it, with the opportunity to build and manage a team of lifecycle marketers underneath you. You'll be measured on retention and LTV across markets, the speed with which new markets get a working lifecycle program live, and the quality of the cross\-market learning you contribute to. **About You (who You Are)** You're a lifecycle marketer who has owned a program end to end, from strategy to the flows themselves, and you're as comfortable in the data as you are writing the brief. You think in customer journeys and you reach for retention and LTV framing as easily as channel mechanics. **You'll Likely Bring** * 5\+ years in CRM, lifecycle, or retention marketing, ideally in DTC subscription or healthcare * Hands\-on experience with a modern lifecycle platform (Customer.io preferred; Braze, Iterable, or similar also relevant), building flows yourself rather than handing them off * Strong command of segmentation, automation, A/B testing, and lifecycle measurement, with a clear method for proving impact on retention and LTV * Versatility across channels (email, SMS, WhatsApp, push, in\-app) and the judgment to build the right mix for each market rather than copy\-pasting one playbook * Experience standing up a lifecycle program for a new market or brand, not just operating an established one * Comfort across several markets at once, and with the ambiguity and deadlines of new launches * A command of deliverability, list health, and data compliance (GDPR and equivalents) * Strong written communication. You'd rather send a doc than book another meeting **Bonus Points If You Also Bring** * Healthcare or other regulated\-industry experience * Multi\-market or international experience (especially Europe or APAC) * Experience with non\-email\-first markets, where WhatsApp or SMS carries the program * A second language relevant to one of our markets * Comfort with SQL or BigQuery, even at a basic query\-modify level * People leadership experience, or a clear appetite to grow into managing a team * Fluency with Claude Code or other AI workflow tools. You use AI to make yourself and your team faster and more prolific, not to replace the thinking Why join Eucalyptus? * Make real impact, fast. We move quickly, build in the open, and learn by doing. You'll help deliver real health outcomes for real patients from day one * Operate at scale. Build and lead lifecycle for one of the world's fastest\-growing health companies across multiple countries * Be supported to grow. Regular feedback, professional development budget, and access to senior operators who'll challenge you to get better * Work with incredible people. High talent bar. No ego. Serious care for the mission * Global exposure. Access to markets, brands, and categories that would take years to reach elsewhere Perks and benefits * Hybrid working (3 days a week in our Old Street office) * Annual professional development budget * Equity options so you share in our growth * 25 days holiday plus bank holidays * Wellness allowance * Enhanced parental leave (20 weeks paid for primary carers) * Fun, frequent socials (our last winter party was in Paris) * Your own MacBook, setup, and Euc swag *At Eucalyptus, we value individuals from all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives, and we embrace the unique qualities each person brings. Growth Marketing Manager (German and English speaking)

**About The Role (what You'll Be Doing)** This is a hands\-on execution role across paid media, email, SEO, content, affiliates, and partnerships. You won't be specialising yet. You'll be jumping across channels as priorities shift, learning fast, and building the kind of multi\-channel instincts that take most marketers years to develop. Oliver will set the channel strategy; you'll own the execution, spot what isn't working, and push to fix it. You'll work directly with senior growth marketers and cross\-functional partners in product and analytics. You'll write creative briefs informed by data and patient insights, run A/B tests, manage campaign assets, and keep affiliate and influencer relationships moving. The scope is deliberately wide. That's the point. If you want to spend the next two years becoming genuinely fluent across the full growth stack at a company that's scaling fast, this is where to do it. * Execute paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, and emerging platforms: building audiences, managing creative testing, and optimising towards acquisition and efficiency targets * Operate email campaigns end to end in CustomerIO: building flows, setting triggers, defining audiences, and iterating based on performance data * Support SEO content creation and optimisation to grow Eucalyptus's organic patient acquisition across UK and international markets * Write and manage creative briefs informed by campaign data, patient research, and market trends, working closely with the creative team * Run A/B tests across channels with clear hypotheses, track what you learn, and feed that back into the next round of decisions * Manage affiliate and influencer partnerships day to day, with growing ownership over the channel as you build experience * Analyse campaign performance across channels and produce clear, actionable reporting that informs what we do next * Stay close to what's changing across paid, email, and content channels and bring relevant signals back to the team **About You (who You Are)** * Some hands\-on experience across at least a couple of marketing channels: paid, email, content, CRM, or similar. You don't need to be an expert in all of them, but you've done real work, not just observed it. * Comfortable with data and metrics. You can find your way around a dashboard, form a hypothesis, and make a call. You know that "we should test it" isn't a decision; a clear test with a clear hypothesis is. * Good at operating independently. You understand the goal, work out the path, and escalate when there's a genuine blocker, not just when something gets hard. * Collaborative across functions. You can talk to product, analytics, and creative without needing everything translated, and you build relationships without being told to. * Adaptable when priorities shift. You update your own task list rather than waiting for someone to do it for you. * Genuinely curious about how businesses work. You think about ROI, you care whether a campaign is contributing something real, and you wonder why a metric moved rather than just noting that it did. This role is based in London, with three days a week in our Old Street office. We'll also consider candidates who prefer Berlin. **Why join Eucalyptus?** Euc is also behind a growing family of digital healthcare clinics (Pilot, Kin, Software) across men’s health and well\-being, fertility, and skincare. **Here’s What Makes Joining Euc Unique** * What’s next \- Our goal for the next three years is to support 1 million patients globally to live better for longer. We’re launching into new conditions, demographics, and geographies as we build a truly preventive healthcare ecosystem. * Build something world\-changing \- We’re on the path to becoming the world’s largest international digital healthcare company. It will be challenging, fast\-paced, and deeply rewarding. * Make real impact \- You will deliver work that directly shapes patient outcomes and scales evidence\-based care across markets. * Accelerate your growth \- You will have high ownership, continuous feedback, and dedicated development support. * Join a motivated team \- You will collaborate with talented peers to solve complex clinical and operational problems at scale. What’s ahead in the UK * Be an owner – Your own stake in the business with our employee options program * Invest in your growth – Annual development budget plus 3 days of professional development leave * Work flexibly – Hybrid setup with 3 days a week in our Old Street office, designed for focus and collaboration * Support your well\-being – Private health insurance through Vitality or opt for a monthly wellness allowance to spend on what matters most to you * Take time off – 25 days of holiday, enhanced parental leave and work from anywhere 3 weeks out of the year * Join a connected team – A vibrant office culture with regular socials, clubs, after\-school sport, and seasonal events *At Eucalyptus, we value individuals from all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives, and we embrace the unique qualities each person brings. When you apply, please let us know of any reasonable adjustments you may need during the interview process. We use AI\-assisted tools across our business to help our teams work more efficiently, including within our recruitment process. Strategic Account Manager

MANUAL

London, England, UK

Voy is one of the fastest\-growing preventive healthcare platforms globally, built to help men and women take control of their health. We deliver innovative clinical pathways across Hormonal Health, Weight, Metabolic Health, and Dermatology, with more to come as we expand our impact. As well as providing services to the private space, we are increasing growing our business in public healthcare, following the acquisition of Morelife last year. Morelife has been operating in the NHS for the last 25 years, and is one of the leading obesity providers. We are looking for a talented Strategic Account Manager to join our organisation and run the day\-to\-day performance of our public sector contracts. **The Opportunity** This is a high\-impact role where the contracts you run and the performance you drive directly determine the outcomes we deliver to the communities we serve **What You'll Do** * Own operational performance across your contract(s), tracking KPIs, diagnosing what's driving underperformance, and doing what it takes to get back on track * Manage the day\-to\-day relationship with commissioners and clients, keeping communication proactive, timely, and credible * Get into the data, analyse programme performance regularly, spot trends and risks early, and translate them into clear reporting for commissioners * Lead remedial action when performance falls short, including presenting corrective plans and updated trajectories to commissioners * Line manage service delivery staff, giving them the structure, clarity, and support to perform * Manage the contract budget, tracking spend against actuals and ensuring invoicing reflects delivery accurately * Identify opportunities to grow the contract footprint, building relationships with local partners and contributing to a 10% annual revenue growth target * Roll up your sleeves where needed, whether that's in the community, with referral networks, or directly supporting delivery **Who You Are** * You take full ownership. When something's off, it's your problem to solve, regardless of where it started * You're detail\-oriented and data\-driven, comfortable getting into the numbers and confident in what they're telling you * You think strategically and execute at ground level, connecting the dots across a contract and then closing the gaps * You're a natural relationship\-builder, personable and responsive, with the ability to earn genuine trust from commissioners and partners * You communicate clearly across different audiences, adapting your style from frontline teams to senior stakeholders * You're organised and self\-directed, able to manage competing priorities without losing sight of what matters most **What We Need From You** * 3\+ years in a contract management, programme management, operations, or service delivery role, ideally in health or public sector commissioning * Proven track record of owning KPIs and driving performance improvement, not just reporting on it * Experience managing commissioner or client relationships at a senior level * Comfortable with data, able to interrogate it, spot what matters, and present it confidently * Budget management experience, tracking spend and reconciling against delivery * Strong communicator, able to adapt your style from frontline teams to senior stakeholders * This is a hybrid role with regular travel to your contract area \- including Manchester and Sheffield Healthcare is broken. We’re fixing it — and we need your help. Back in 2019, we launched MANUAL to tackle men's health (starting with hair loss and sexual health). A few years later, we launched Voy with a focus on weight loss. But our ambition has always been bigger. Healthcare too often treats conditions in isolation, not people as a whole, and we're on a mission to prove there's a better way. In 2025, we evolved from MANUAL into Voy, a brand built for the long game: supporting people through every stage of life, not just a single diagnosis. Today, we support over 1 million members across the UK, Germany and Brazil, delivering personalised care across weight loss, menopause, hair loss and TRT (with more categories on the way). Ready to join us and change how healthcare feels for millions of people?

HeliosX Group

Come be a part of making our dream of easier and faster healthcare a reality!** **About The Role** As a Senior Security Analyst, you will be a cornerstone of our expanding security function. This role is pivotal in maturing our technical security posture, driving key security projects, and acting as a senior technical authority within the team. You will be responsible for the effective management and optimisation of our security toolsets and for providing expert guidance across the business, ensuring that security controls remain robust, effective, and aligned with our security objectives. **What You'll Be Doing** * Lead and mature the firm’s technical security capabilities across key domains, with a particular focus on: + Incident Management and Response + Intrusion Detection and Prevention (IDS/IPS) + Cloud Security (IaaS / PaaS / SaaS environments) + Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) * Act as a senior technical authority within the security team, providing guidance and direction on security tooling, controls, and technical approaches. * Serve as the primary senior escalation point for technical security queries, incident reports (including phishing analysis), and requests for guidance from general staff and technical teams (e.g. DevOps). * Oversee the implementation, management, and continuous optimisation of the security technology stack, including but not limited to: + IAM / PAM solutions + Endpoint / Extended Detection and Response (XDR) + Vulnerability Management platforms + SIEM / SOAR platform + Multi\-Factor Authentication (MFA) and authentication mechanisms + Application Security (AppSec) tooling * Ensure security platforms are operating effectively, are well\-integrated, and provide appropriate coverage, detection, and response capabilities. * Drive improvements to tooling, detection logic, and response processes to continuously raise the organisation’s security maturity * Drive the continuous improvement of security projects, translating strategic security goals into effective technical execution. * Actively contribute to the development of the security function by training and mentoring junior analysts and other technical staff on security best practices, tools, and procedures. * Participate in the on\-call rota (as agreed with Recruitment/PeopleOps) and support incident response in line with the incident response process and call tree. * Contribute to the ongoing development and maintenance of the Incident Response call tree, escalation paths, and operational response processes. **Who You Are** * Demonstrable experience across two or more significant security domains (e.g. incident response, cloud security, endpoint security, IAM/PAM, vulnerability management, SIEM/SOAR). * Proven experience leading or owning technical security capabilities or platforms. * Strong hands\-on experience implementing, operating, and optimising security tooling in a modern environment. * Experience acting as a senior escalation point for incidents and complex security issues. * Experience contributing to or leading security improvement initiatives or projects. **Core Skills** * Strong technical investigation, troubleshooting, and analytical skills. * Ability to design, improve, and operate security controls and detection/response capabilities. * Excellent communication skills, with the ability to advise both technical and non\-technical stakeholders. * Strong documentation and process improvement mindset. * Ability to prioritise, manage workload, and operate effectively during incidents.. **Why work with us?** At HeliosX, we want to improve healthcare for everyone, and to do this we need a team of brilliant people who share that ambition. Heidi logo

GTM Systems Associate

Heidi

London, England, UK

**Who is Heidi?** Heidi is building an AI Care Partner that supports clinicians every step of the way, from documentation to delivery of care. We exist to double healthcare’s capacity while keeping care deeply human. In 18 months, Heidi has returned more than 18 million hours to clinicians and supported over 73 million patient visits. Today, more than two million patient visits each week are powered by Heidi across 116 countries and over 110 languages. Founded by clinicians, Heidi brings together clinicians, engineers, designers, scientists, creatives, and mathematicians, working with a shared purpose: to strengthen the human connection at the heart of healthcare. Backed by nearly $100 million in total funding, Heidi is expanding across the USA, UK, Canada, and Europe, partnering with major health systems including the NHS, Beth Israel Lahey Health, MaineGeneral, and Monash Health, among others. We move quickly where it matters and stay grounded in what’s proven, shaping healthcare’s next era. Ready for the challenge? **The role** This is a Revenue Operations role built for the AI\-native era. There's still real CRM work day to day: configuration, support, fixing what breaks, keeping the system governed. But we'd want you to treat the manual side as a backlog to automate down over time, not as the job. The goal is a regional revenue engine that stays stable while getting steadily faster. If you already reach for Claude or Claude Code before a checklist, you'll fit in well here. You'll report to the Head of Revenue Operations and work closely with GTM Engineering. Your job is to keep the regional revenue engine running fast and clean, so the region can move quickly without the global system drifting out of shape. Your region covers our in\-timezone expanding markets, including Europe and South Africa. Some of this is keeping existing markets running cleanly. Some of it is helping build out the ops layer in markets where the process is still maturing. **What You'll Do** * Run the regional revenue stack. Maintain HubSpot and the adjacent tools (Clay, Gong, outbound platforms, enrichment, CPQ/CLM) for your region. Configure pipelines, lifecycle stages, routing and workflows within the global guardrails. Be the in\-time\-zone point of contact for Sales, CS, Marketing and Finance on anything system\-related, and fix issues quickly and properly. * Support the MarOps side. Back up the field marketing team on the automation and systems work behind their campaigns. Keep the data flowing cleanly between Marketing and Sales, and make sure the handoff works for both sides. * Automate where it makes sense. Turn recurring manual work into AI\-assisted workflows over time. Not everything needs automating, and not on day one, but the instinct we're looking for is to keep asking which tasks still deserve to be manual in three months. * Keep data clean, especially forecast data. Hold CRM data integrity through a mix of automated checks, AI\-assisted enrichment and basic discipline. Catch routing errors, lifecycle drift and queue\-health problems before reps run into them. The forecast fields matter most: close dates, stage accuracy and deal amounts that leadership and Finance rely on every week. * Govern without becoming a bottleneck. Hold the line on lifecycle rules, territory logic and field standards. Support deal desk and CPQ/CLM workflows on the system side, while Legal owns the contract logic. Set up a structured way for the region to raise requests so it doesn't turn into an ad\-hoc queue. Document what matters, and give people a heads\-up before anything changes underneath them. * Close the loop with Global RevOps and GTM Engineering. Flag what's working regionally so it can be rolled out more widely, and flag what's broken so it gets fixed properly at the system level rather than patched locally. **What We're Looking For** * Strong CRM operator. Confident with pipelines, lifecycle, routing, workflows, permissions and reporting in a fast\-growing company. * AI\-native by default. You use Claude or similar tools daily and have a good sense of what they can and can't do reliably. You don't need to be a trained engineer, but you should be someone who tries to build or automate a solution before defaulting to manual. * Tool\-fluent across the GTM stack. Working knowledge of Clay, Gong, outbound platforms, enrichment tools and how they connect. * Systems thinker. You understand how a config change in HubSpot plays out downstream in forecasting, attribution and rep behaviour. * Owns the outcome. You care whether the system actually works for the region, not only whether the setup is technically correct. * Calm under load. You triage quickly, stabilise fast and fix properly. A broken workflow the night before a QBR doesn't rattle you. * Commercial bias. You care whether the work moves pipeline, and you check that before shipping. * Clear communicator. You document decisions simply, push back when a request should be a workflow, and can hold your own with an AE or a senior RevOps leader. **What This Role Is Not** * A pure CRM admin role. When something repetitive comes up, your first instinct is to remove the work, not do it faster. * A reporting analyst role. Dashboards are an output here, not the main job. **What do we believe in?** Heidi builds for the future of healthcare, not just the next quarter, and our goals are ambitious because the world’s health demands it. We believe in progress built through precision, pace, and ownership. * Live Forever \- Every release moves care forward: measured, safe, and built to last. Data guides us, but patients define the truth that matters. * Practice Ownership \- Decisions follow logic and proof, not hierarchy. Exceptional care demands exceptional standards in our work, our thinking, and our character. * Small Cuts Heal Faster \- Stability earns trust, speed delivers impact. Progress is about learning fast without breaking what people depend on. * Make others better \- Feedback is direct, kindness is constant, and excellence lifts everyone. Our success is measured by collective growth, not individual output. Our mission is clear: expand the world’s capacity to care, and do it without losing the humanity that makes care worth delivering. **Why you should Join Heidi 🚀** * Real product momentum. We're not trying to generate interest, we're channeling it. * Equity from day one. When Heidi wins, you win. You'll share directly in the success you help create. * Unmatched impact. Play a pivotal role at a critical growth moment \- working on a product that delivers tangible, real\-world value to clinicians and patients every day. * Work alongside world\-class talent. Join a team of operators and builders who've scaled unicorns. * Your health, covered. Comprehensive private medical and dental cover through Bupa, plus 24/7 mental health, coaching and wellbeing support through Sonder and a £100/month Healthy Heidi’s stipend. * Global parental leave. 26 weeks paid for primary carers and 18 weeks for secondary carers, subject to eligibility. * Fertility support. £7,000 one\-off payment, eligibility applies. * Learning \& development. £700 per year for courses, books, memberships, conferences and more. * Home office budget. £500 one\-off to set up a workspace you actually want to work in. * Recharge days after major milestones and busy periods so you can reset and come back strong. * Work from anywhere for up to 4 weeks per year, wherever the world takes you. * Clinical leave. 10 days per year for eligible clinical roles to maintain accreditation and requirements. * Flexibility that works. A hybrid environment, with 3 days in the office. **Heidi’s commitment to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion** Heidi is dedicated to creating an equitable, inclusive, and supportive work environment that brings people together from diverse backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. Our strength is in our differences. We're proud to be an equal opportunity employer and are proud to welcome all applicants as we're committed to promoting a culture of opportunity for all.

Senior Software Engineer

Healthtech 1

London, England, UK

****Let's make the NHS the most advanced healthcare system in the world 💙**** The world’s best healthcare, for free. It's not a new idea, it's called the NHS. But the largest healthcare provider is fundamentally broken. So we’re on a mission to fix it with technology that actually works. We love the NHS because it’s accessible to all, free at the point of delivery and employs millions up and down the UK. But we've all read the headlines. It's under intense pressure with rising costs, GP strikes, budget uncertainty and an ageing population. Which means longer wait times, fewer appointments and lower quality care for the people who need of it most. *The NHS is beautiful, but broken.* The largest cost (£66bn\+) is staff, who spend a ridiculous amount of time on mundane admin. 35% of NHS staff are employed to complete administrative work all day, every day. And that's where we're making a difference. We're focused on relentlessly automating repetitive processes within the NHS. And we’ve had great early success. Our first product, Automated Registrations, is already used by 24% of GP practices in England. With this wedge in the market, we're now building more powerful tech that unlocks access to healthcare for the entire nation. Check out bookable.health for a sneak peek. **⛩️ Our Principles** Exciting challenges lie ahead—guided by our principles, we’ll meet these challenges with a thoughtful and caring approach to support our community of NHS GP practices. These principles drive everything we do at Healthtech\-1: * 💙 Care deeply * 🏋️‍♀️ Work hard * 🤝 Be your word * 💬 Trust in radical truth and transparency * 🚀 Do your life's best work * 🥳 Find the fun Read more about our principles in the Healthtech\-1 Handbook. ****What we’re looking for**** This is for a product\-minded full stack senior software engineer who wants to move with extreme urgency and have complete autonomy.

**Why this role exists** International expansion has been the growth engine behind many of the defining consumer technology companies of our time \- Uber, Airbnb, Doordash, Revolut. Our ambition is to be the next version of this in digital health: the world’s leading international consumer health platform. Following our acquisition by Hims \& Hers, international expansion is the top priority for Eucalyptus. We’re building the international arm of the leading consumer health platform globally and we’re growing the team responsible for making that happen. Our international expansion team owns everything from evaluating whether we should enter a market, to launching and scaling within it. We move fast, operate with high autonomy, and hold ourselves accountable to outcomes. **We See Our International Expansion Work In Three Phases** * Select new markets: Evaluate new markets, build the business case, make the go/no\-go call * Launch new markets: Own a market from post\-due\-diligence to first patient iii. Scale launched markets: Win in launched markets by placing data\-driven bets and owning the P\&L Depending on where you join and where the business needs you, you'll own one of these phases. As we grow, you will move across all three. **What You’ll Be Doing (why this role is interesting)** **If you're working on selecting new markets:** You are the person we drop into a country and trust to come back with an answer. That means owning the full due diligence process: competitive landscape, regulatory environment, commercial sizing, pharmacy infrastructure, and pharma partnership opportunities. You'll meet with the people who know the market: potential pharmacy partners, pharma companies, advisors, industry experts and you'll synthesise everything into an investment thesis that gives leadership what they need to go/no\-go decision. **If you're working on launching a new market:** You are the end\-to\-end owner of a market launch \- from the first local hire to the first patient acquired. You'll navigate systems, tools, and regulatory environments that nobody has mapped for you yet. You'll build the local team, sign the first pharmacy partner, and keep every workstream moving through rigorous project management and execute every workstream to a world\-class standard. **If you're working on scaling a launched market:** You own the P\&L. You run experiments to improve the funnel, make data\-driven bets, and build the systems that let your team do the same. You'll hire and develop local talent, hold them accountable to OKRs, and identify the next opportunity to win in that market. **Skills And Experience** **About You (Who We’re Looking For)** * You have at least 6\+ years experience working in a high pressure environment such as law, consulting (MBB preferred), investment banking, or as an Operator, preferably in a recent high\-growth startup. Experience across both areas is highly valued. We are open to considering candidates with other experiences, however we operate at the intensity of these types of organisations and are uncompromising on our expectations * Commercial modelling: You can build a commercial model from scratch, make your assumptions explicit, and defend them * Business understanding \& due diligence: You quickly grasp what makes a market successful for Eucalyptus, what the unit economics depend on, and how different markets compare. You use that understanding to frame your research and produce a clear, structured point of view on a go/no go decision. * Due diligence: You can research a new market independently and produce a clear, structured answer * Negotiation: You've had real commercial conversations with partners, suppliers, pharma companies and moved them forward * Project management: You've run complex cross\-functional workstreams with real accountability * Communication: You write tight investment theses and clear slide decks * Founder mindset: You operate like a founder and enjoy the hustle of getting things done. You are an example of resilience and ownership \- when something breaks you fix it, you don’t wait for others. * Data \& SQL (Nice to have): You're comfortable getting your own answers from data \- writing SQL queries, building dashboards, and stress\-testing your own assumptions without waiting for an analyst to do it for you. **Behaviours \& Attitudes** * You act like an owner and lead with humility * You're resilient and adaptable * You move fast * You think from first principles **Who You'll Be Working With** This role reports to Alejandro Ugarte Limer, Head of International Expansion, and you'll work day\-to\-day with: * Deniz Ekmekci (Chief of Staff, VP International) * Owi Weerawardena (Interim GM, Canada) * Benjamin Emmanuel (Launcher \- International Expansion) * Jordan McTeare (Head of International Growth \& Performance) * Ryan Nolan (VP, International Expansion) The international expansion team is small, high\-ownership, and fast moving. The people on it are some of the best operators in the business. It will be challenging, fast\-paced, and deeply rewarding. iii. **Make real impact** \- You will deliver work that directly shapes patient outcomes and scales evidence\-based care across markets. * Accelerate your growth \- You will have high ownership, continuous feedback, and dedicated development support. * Join a motivated team \- You will collaborate with talented peers to solve complex clinical and operational problems at scale. **What’s Ahead In The UK** * Be an owner – Your own stake in the business with our employee options program * Invest in your growth – Annual development budget plus 3 days of professional development leave iii. Support your well\-being – Private health insurance through Vitality or opt for a monthly wellness allowance to spend on what matters most to you * Take time off – 25 days of holiday, enhanced parental leave and work from anywhere 3 weeks out of the year * Join a connected team – A vibrant office culture with regular socials, clubs, after\-school sport, and seasonal events *At Eucalyptus, we value individuals from all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives, and we embrace the unique qualities each person brings. Head of Growth Marketing - Testosterone Replacement Therapy

MANUAL

London, England, UK

Voy is a leading preventive healthcare platform for men and women, with core clinical pathways across weight management, hormone treatments, dermatology and mental health. The business is scaling fast \- $675m annualised revenue, growing \~130% YoY, operating across the UK, Brazil, Germany and India. Within Voy, the Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT) category is one of our fastest\-growing and most strategically important lines. We're the largest private TRT provider outside the US, with 250,000\+ men tested for low testosterone, a published outcomes study with Harvard Medical School covering 9,500 patients, and a clinical authority team led by Dr Jeff Foster (co\-author of the UK's national testosterone guidelines). Despite that, TRT in the UK sits roughly where female HRT did a decade ago: clinically common, culturally stigmatised, and largely absent from mainstream conversation. The category is on the cusp of a cultural shift, and we intend to lead it. We're hiring a Head of Growth Marketing to take the TRT category from where it is today to category\-defining scale \- building both the acquisition engine and the cultural conversation that gets us there. You'll have full ownership of growth strategy, a meaningful budget, and the chance to build the team and infrastructure to match the ambition. This is a rare role: the commercial scale and operational rigour of a $675m business, combined with the category\-defining mission of changing how the UK talks about men's hormone health. **What You’ll Be Doing** * Own the overarching growth plan, achieving 100% yoy growth in acquisitions * Lead the growth marketing strategy for category awareness and stigma reduction \- partnering with PR and clinical teams to translate cultural relevance into measurable acquisition outcomes * Lead end\-to\-end creative campaign development \- from concept through media planning, creative production, and performance optimisation * Act as the primary growth\-side client for our PR agency \- defining objectives, measuring impact on acquisition, and ensuring patient stories, clinical research, and celebrity partnerships translate into commercial outcomes * Own the integrity of the patient experience from first impression to activation \- driving alignment with product, lifecycle, and operations to ensure the funnel converts efficiently end\-to\-end * Own the P\&L for paid and earned acquisition \- accountable for CAC, payback period, contribution margin, and revenue contribution to the category * Define where the next growth will come from \- identifying whitespace, emerging channels, and new audience bets before they're obvious * Set acquisition targets and growth investment plans in partnership with Finance, defining the unit economics, payback expectations, and budget allocation that underpin the category P\&L * Serve as the senior voice on growth in cross\-functional planning, influencing product roadmap, pricing, and GTM decisions Healthcare is broken. Head of Creative, International

We're not here to chase perfect CTRs or vanity metrics. We're here to grow the business by finding where our audience is, grabbing their attention, and telling stories that drive action. We move fast. Really fast. Because when ideas ship quicker, we learn quicker, make bolder bets, and don't waste months on "safe" campaigns that never move the needle. **Here's How We Think** * Creative wins. We don't have exclusive access to channels, so great storytelling is how we stand out and earn attention * Speed matters. Fast tests beat perfect plans. We ship early, learn fast, and move on * Fit matters. A good idea needs to match the channel. We tailor stories to the format, and we're selective about what we let run * Data is a compass. We ask why, not just what. Trends are more useful than daily swings. Insight plus action equals impact * We focus on outcomes, not channels. If Meta works, we scale it. If a new channel drives growth, we shift spend. No channel loyalty. Just growth What's next? We're entering one of our most ambitious chapters yet. Over the next 12 months we're scaling our existing international markets (Germany, Canada, Japan) and launching Juniper into new ones, with a 90\-day window per market to hit target CAC. Creative is how we win attention. Across the wider business we've already built strong creative engines: our UK creative and production team and our Australia creative operations function have proven the systems, tooling, and ways of working that produce great creative at volume. The opportunity now is to take what works and make it work across our international markets. We're hiring a **Head of Creative, International** to own and scale that engine across our international markets. You'll oversee both the creative strategy (what we make and why) and the production system (how we make it, fast and well), working through a lean team of creative strategists and a managed bench of freelancers and agencies. You'll report to the Head of International Growth and Performance and partner closely with the local Growth Leads and the central Performance and Product Growth functions. **About The Role (what You'll Be Doing)** You'll own the international creative engine end to end: the ideas and the system that ships them. You won't be starting from a blank page. Strong creative systems, tooling, and operating models already exist in our UK and Australia teams, and your job is to take what works, adapt it for a multi\-market international context, and build the team around it. We're an early, lean international team, so this is a hands\-on leadership role: you'll set the creative direction and run the system that delivers it, across multiple markets at once. Your biggest priority is the production engine, managing the team and partners so creative comes back on time and on brief, and running the feedback loop so what works in one market reaches the others fast. **You'll** * Own creative strategy and production across our international markets, the concepts and the operational machine that turns them into high\-quality, high\-volume creative * Lead a lean team of creative strategists, who act as that market's creative lead alongside the local Growth Lead * Build, manage, and scale a bench of freelancers, agencies, and production partners, and own the operational execution of that bench: briefing, scoping, scheduling, QA, delivery, and cost, so we get consistent, high\-quality output across markets * Own the briefs and the strategy for each market and channel (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, organic): turn audience and performance insight into clear briefs and a prioritised testing roadmap. To start you'll write the briefs yourself; as the team grows you'll share that with the local Growth Leads and performance marketers. Either way you stay hands\-on enough to do the work, not just hand it off * Adapt and run the production system: build on the workflows, tooling, and operating models already proven in our UK and Australia creative teams, get the international team running on them, and shape them for a multi\-market context while holding quality and speed as volume grows * Own creative quality across markets: consistent, on\-brand, and compliant work that performs, with final QA against brand, creative, and regulatory standards * Partner tightly with Performance and Product Growth so creative is built around what the data says works, and so creative and performance pull in the same direction rather than sitting in silos * Stay close to the patient and the market: platform trends, cultural shifts, competitor creative, and what actually converts in each market * Build the talent bench and the culture: hire, coach, and grow your strategists, and a trusted network of external partners you can flex up and down * Share winning creative and learnings across markets so a win in one place reaches the others quickly This role is ideal for someone who wants to own the whole creative engine, both the strategy and the production, and is happy building it lean before it scales. As markets grow and build local teams, creative strategy will increasingly sit with the local growth teams, and this role is expected to split into separate strategy and production leadership. You'll be measured on creative quality and consistency across markets, the volume and speed of production, the performance of the creative your team ships, and the strength of the strategist team and partner bench you build. **About You (who You Are)** You're a creative leader who has owned both the strategy and the production of performance creative, and built the team and systems to deliver it at volume. You think in ideas and in operations, and you're as comfortable shaping a brief as you are scheduling a shoot across multiple markets. **You'll Likely Bring** * 6\+ years in creative strategy, creative production, or creative operations, with time spent leading a team * A track record of building and running a high\-volume creative engine, from brief to delivery, ideally for paid social or performance creative * Experience managing freelancers, agencies, and production partners, and getting consistent, high\-quality output from a flexible bench * Strong creative judgment: you can set the strategy, brief it well, and tell what will move someone from never having heard of a brand to taking action * A systems builder's instinct: you design workflows, tools, and capacity plans that scale without losing quality, and you know when process starts getting in the way of the work * People leadership: you hire, coach, and level up creative talent, and you set clear goals and feedback rhythms * Comfort across several markets and channels at once, and with the ambiguity and deadlines of new launches * Performance\-literate: you can read creative performance data, see what's working and why, and partner naturally with media buyers. You won't have to be the performance expert (you'll have a performance lead, the local Growth Leads, and the wider growth team alongside you) but you know enough to steer creative with the numbers **Bonus Points If You Also Bring** * Healthcare or other regulated\-industry experience * Multi\-market or international experience * Experience standing up a creative function for a new market or brand, not just operating an established one * Familiarity with performance\-creative tooling (e.g. Motion, MagicBrief) and creative analysis * A second language relevant to one of our markets * Fluency with Claude Code or other AI workflow tools and AI\-assisted production. You use AI to make yourself and your team faster and more prolific, not to replace the thinking What this role is and isn't To be upfront about who this role is and isn't for: * It owns both strategy and production. If you only want one half, this isn't the role * It isn't a single\-market role. You'll hold several markets at once and help launch new ones * It isn't a pure brand or awards role. The work is built to perform and is measured against business outcomes Why join Eucalyptus? * Make real impact, fast. We move quickly, build in the open, and learn by doing. You'll help deliver real health outcomes for real patients from day one * Operate at scale. Build and lead creative for one of the world's fastest\-growing health companies across multiple countries * Be supported to grow. Regular feedback, professional development budget, and access to senior operators who'll challenge you to get better * Work with incredible pe

Accurx

**Accurx is where conversations happen with and about patients in the NHS** For decades, the NHS has struggled with fragmented systems that make simple tasks feel impossible. At Accurx, we’re changing that by building a single, system\-wide platform that connects everyone through communication. What started as a way for GPs to text a patient, has now evolved into an all\-in\-one digital toolkit used by 98% of GP practices and 68% (and growing!) of NHS Trusts. Our platform now powers **Total Triage** to manage patient demand, and **Self\-Book** that lets patients schedule their own appointments in seconds. We’ve automated routine care with **Patient Questionnaires** for long\-term conditions, while **Accumail** finally allows staff\-to\-staff communication to happen instantly across different care settings. We’re now pushing the boundaries of the consultation itself with **Accurx Scribe** **,** our AI\-powered note\-taker that drafts medical notes in real\-time. We’re not just shipping features. We’re giving clinicians their time back and ensuring every patient journey is as smooth as it should be. **The challenges you’ll solve as an Implementation Lead** As an **Implementation Lead** for Secondary Care, you will own the end\-to\-end implementation pipeline from initial tenders through to full contract conversion, ensuring effective resource allocation and driving rapid customer activation. Senior Solutions Engineer - Healthtech

Heidi

London, England, UK

**Who We Are** Healthcare needs a better rhythm: one that keeps care continuous and deeply human. Heidi is building an AI Care Partner that works alongside clinicians to make that possible. We’re a team of doctors, engineers, designers, researchers, and creatives building tools that help clinicians stay focused on what matters most: their patients. In just 18 months, Heidi has given back more than 18 million hours to healthcare professionals \- supporting 73 million patient visits in 116 countries. Today, more than ten million patient visits per month are powered by Heidi worldwide. Backed by nearly $100 million in funding, we’re growing in the US, UK, Canada, and Europe, partnering with leading health systems including the NHS, Beth Israel Lahey Health, and Monash Health. **The Role** As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you’ll serve as the technical leader during the sales process \- helping prospects understand what’s possible with Heidi, guiding integration feasibility, and ensuring a smooth transition into implementation. You’ll work closely with Account Executives, Solutions Architects, Product, and Engineering to navigate high\-stakes enterprise requirements, including EMR integrations, SSO, custom data workflows, and security architecture. You’ll bring technical credibility, customer empathy, and a strong sense of ownership to every deal. The deals that matter most rarely fit the playbook, and this role belongs to whoever runs toward that ambiguity and builds the path through it when no one can hand them one. **What You’ll Do** * Technical Discovery \& Qualification: Lead deep technical discovery with enterprise and mid\-market prospects to uncover integration, security, and compliance needs. * Solution Design: Collaborate with product and engineering to design tailored solutions that meet customer requirements while aligning with Heidi’s platform roadmap. * Product Demos \& Technical Presentations: Deliver compelling demos and architecture walkthroughs to technical stakeholders including IT, InfoSec, and engineering teams. * RFP \& Security Review Support: Own technical responses for RFPs, security assessments, and due diligence requests with attention to detail and accuracy. * Deal Acceleration \& Objection Handling: Proactively surface and resolve technical concerns that slow down the sales process \- acting as a trusted technical advisor to the customer. * Post\-Sales Handoff \& Feedback Loop: Partner with implementation teams to ensure a smooth transition post\-signature and provide feedback to product and engineering from the field. **What We’re Looking For** * 5\+ years of experience in Sales Engineering or Solutions Architecture, preferably in SaaS, healthcare, or enterprise software. * Strong working knowledge of integration protocols (REST APIs, SAML/OIDC, SCIM), enterprise architecture, and security standards. * Experience supporting sales cycles with large healthcare providers, health systems, or EMR vendors is highly valued (FHIR/HL7 familiarity a plus). * Ability to synthesise complexity and communicate clearly to both technical and non\-technical audiences. * Comfortable operating autonomously in a fast\-paced, early\-stage environment. * A trusted partner to sales and a credible voice in the room with technical leaders on the customer side. * Bonus: Experience in healthtech, startups, or regulated industries. We're not trying to generate interest, we're channelling it. * Home office budget of £500 one\-off to set up a workspace you actually want to work in. Forward Deployed Engineer - UK

**The Role** As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you'll be embedded with our most strategic customers — the person who makes Heidi actually work in the real world. You'll own the full technical lifecycle from first deployment through to a thriving, self\-sufficient customer: standing up integrations, building custom clinical workflows, debugging production issues, and becoming a trusted technical partner to the clinicians and IT teams you work with. You're not handing off to someone else — you're seeing it through. You'll work closely with Product and Engineering to surface what customers actually need, acting as the field intelligence that shapes the roadmap. **What You'll Do** * Own end\-to\-end technical onboarding for enterprise customers — EMR integrations, SSO, SCIM provisioning, data pipelines, and security configuration. * Work directly with clinical and operational stakeholders to design and build custom workflows that fit how care is actually delivered. This means writing code, not just writing specs. * Be the escalation point for complex technical issues — diagnosing problems across the stack, coordinating with engineering, and closing the loop with the customer. * Build tooling, scripts, and automation that make deployments faster, more reliable, and easier to scale. * Translate what you see in the field into clear, actionable signal for Product and Engineering — you're closest to the customer, so your input matters most. * Leave every customer more capable than you found them. Document, train, and build internal knowledge so customers can operate independently. **What We'll Look For** * 4\+ years in a forward deploy, implementation engineering, or customer\-facing technical role \- ideally in SaaS, healthtech, or enterprise software. * You write code. Python, JS, SQL \- whatever gets the job done. * Strong working knowledge of integration protocols: REST APIs, SAML/OIDC, SCIM, and ideally FHIR/HL7\. * Comfortable owning ambiguous, high\-stakes problems end\-to\-end without a playbook. * Sharp communicator \- you can explain a complex integration failure to a CTO and a head nurse in the same breath. * Experience working embedded with enterprise customers or health systems is a strong plus. **What do we believe in?** Heidi builds for the future of healthcare, not just the next quarter, and our goals are ambitious because the world’s health demands it. We believe in progress built through precision, pace, and ownership. * Live Forever \- Every release moves care forward: measured, safe, and built to last. Product Manager, Intelligence

Heidi

San Francisco, CA

**Howdy, We’re Heidi 👋** “The AI startup growing faster than Canva” That’s what the Financial Review called us. In 18 months, we supported over 73 million patient visits and become one of the fastest\-growing companies in the world. We pivoted from broad healthcare AI to building Earth’s finest AI Care Partner. Today, we support over 2 million patient sessions weekly across 116 countries and over 110 languages. Hundreds of thousands of clinicians use Heidi to complete documentation. Our mission is simple: strengthen the human connection at the heart of healthcare. We’ve found product\-market fit with individual clinicians through our freemium medical scribe, transforming unstructured clinical visits into structured text artefacts. Clinicians and organizations quite like it. Now, we embark upon consuming more than just documentation. Every new job a clinician delegates to Heidi makes patients feel more attended to, cleans up health system logjams, and lets clinicians be clinicians again. That’s where you come in. **The role** We’re looking for a Product Manager to build the next generation of clinical intelligence at Heidi. Millions of clinical sessions per week generate an extraordinary volume of structured health data. Your job is to turn that into products that help clinicians, health systems, and Heidi itself make better decisions. This role blends structured data products, AI\-native experiences, and exploratory product discovery. You will own how clinicians and organisations interact with their clinical data: analytics, reporting, operational insights, and the intelligent surfaces that make Heidi more valuable the more it’s used. When a clinic understands its referral patterns, when a health system sees adoption across departments, when an AI model gets smarter because the data underneath it improved: that’s your work. This role will be based in San Francisco. We don’t care about logos; the traditional insignia of competence. We’ll evaluate senior well\-credentialed candidates and young, hungry hopefuls alike. **What You’ll Do** * Own product strategy and roadmap for Heidi’s intelligence products, setting clear goals and being held accountable to achieving them * Build intelligent experiences that help clinicians and health systems unlock deeper understanding from their clinical data * Own reporting, analytics, and insight surfaces that make Heidi more valuable the longer a customer uses it * Scope and ship AI\-native features that turn clinical data into proactive insights and decision tools * Match deep customer understanding with business goals to deliver products that drive retention and expansion * Prioritise across new intelligence capabilities, data quality, and the infrastructure that supports them * Work with AI and product teams so intelligence products stay ahead of what the underlying models can do * Work with engineering on architecture trade\-offs at a technical level * Spot patterns that multiple teams are solving separately and consolidate them **What You’ll Need** * BA/BS in a technical or analytical field (e.g. Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Analytics, Mathematics, Physics, Applied Sciences, or related) * 4\+ years in product, infrastructure, or technical roles, though we care more about what you’ve built than time served * A romantic streak about software and a belief that great design transforms someone’s day * Technical enough to hold your own with engineers, credible enough to present infrastructure trade\-offs to leadership * Genuine curiosity about what breaks when software moves from development to production at scale * Experience in data products or platforms (metrics layers, data APIs, semantic modelling) is a genuine advantage, though the right person can learn the domain * You build with AI tools (Cursor, Claude Code, whatever ships faster) and can show what you’ve made with them * Fluency with core LLM concepts and systems (prompting, fine\-tuning, embeddings, retrieval, evaluation) and the judgment to translate these into reliable, user\-facing products * You default to building over requesting * Strong opinions, weakly held; you’ll shift the room when you’re right * Data fluency with diagnostic teeth; you can read usage data and distinguish a product problem from a data quality problem from a customer\-specific issue **If you answer ‘NO’ to these questions, this may not be the job for you:** * Are you an execution powerhouse? * Have you shipped something this week? * Are you good at games? * Did you have a weird teenage hobby? * Are you able to execute without a legion of data analysts, product marketers, and research coordinators at your beck and call? * Does the prospect of making health systems a lot nicer make you feel fuzzy inside? **Why Heidi?** Our health systems hurt everybody. Systems are log\-jammed, clinicians' lives degrade in quality, and patients churn through the meat\-grinder. This is neither a special nor interesting insight. However, it means we're solving a real problem. Hundreds of thousands of clinicians use Heidi. Every clinician using Heidi gets hours back in their day. This is the starting point to build the product of your dreams: immense distribution, and a world of potential. You'll join a team that doesn't celebrate fundraise milestones, imaginary valuations, and glossy PR. We live and breathe the pain of modern health systems, and won't rest until we've exacted the change we'd like to see. We're medicos, engineers, and designers who've felt (on every side of the equation) what non\-care feels like \- the moral and practical toll as a provider or receiver. The bad news is it's not an easy job \- you will tear your hair out more than once. Modern technology company concepts don't transpose into healthcare easily. The lows are really low. The good news is you will trust and admire everybody you work with, and rest easy knowing you're doing THE defining work of your career. The highs are blindingly high. **Heidi will take care of you.** We offer healthcare, dental and vision benefits, a 401k with 3% company match, a $700 annual learning and development budget, a $100/month health and wellness allowance, a $500 home office budget, 26 weeks paid primary parental leave and 18 weeks paid secondary parental leave, fertility support up to $7,000, four weeks of work from anywhere per year, and serious equity. True A\-players progress extremely fast here. The nature of the scale\-up game is demanding, but we don't track hours or micromanage \- you're trusted to perform. We value mental health and adapt to your schedule. We operate on outcomes \> inputs, not process theatre. We all take the bins out, metaphorically and literally.
