You retain ownership of any content you submit (such as your CV), but grant us a licence to use it for the purpose of providing our services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee employment outcomes or job placements
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for our services

AI-generated recommendations and suggestions should be reviewed and verified by you before use in job applications.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
