Growth Manager
PetDatabase.com
Pet Database is scaling its growth function across paid, organic, and emerging channels for both Pet Database and Tailster. We're looking for a Growth \& Marketing Manager to own day\-to\-day performance across paid social and paid search, while helping stand up and test new channels — OpenAI Ads, direct mail, affiliates, and organic. This role sits alongside a CRM Specialist, a Brand \& Comms Lead, and a Content Creator, reporting into the Head of Growth. The team currently has strong coverage in CRM, brand, and content — the gaps this role is designed to close are **performance marketing execution, ecommerce/product marketing, and audience research \& insights** . You'll be the person turning strategy into running campaigns, and running campaigns into evidence\-based decisions. This is a hands\-on, execution\-focused role — but we're a scrappy team, and we want someone who brings their own ideas to the table, not just runs the ones they're given. If you spot an opportunity, a broken process, or a channel worth testing, we want you pushing it forward and owning it end to end, not waiting for a brief. You'll work with a mix of in\-house tools (Holistics, Segment, Google Sheets/Apps Script) and external agencies (SEO, web development), so comfort moving between hands\-on execution and agency management is essential. **What you'll do** **Performance marketing (Meta, Google, Microsoft)** * Own and optimise always\-on paid social (primarily Meta) and paid search campaigns across both brands * Manage budgets, bidding, targeting, and creative rotation against CAC targets **New paid channel testing** * Design and run structured tests for alternative paid channels (plus supporting on ad hoc tests across affiliates, direct mail and organic/SEO\-adjacent initiatives) * Proactively identify and pitch new channels or test ideas worth pursuing — you don't need to wait for a green light to start scoping something promising * Define test hypotheses, success criteria, and kill/scale decisions rather than running open\-ended pilots **Ecommerce \& product marketing** * Own the marketing side of the customer journey from ad click through to conversion — landing pages, offer structure, and funnel performance * Work with the Content Creator and Brand \& Comms Lead to brief creative that's grounded in what's actually converting * Support site/product initiatives with a marketing and conversion lens **Audience research \& insights** * Build a clearer picture of who converts, why, and where they drop off — across both Pet Database's and Tailster's customer bases * Translate model outputs (attribution, CLV, incrementality) into specific targeting, creative, and budget recommendations * Bring structured customer/audience research into planning, not just performance data **Cross\-functional \& reporting cadence** * Assist with initiatives across the business as required, including outreach work to rescues and animal shelters * Work with the data analyst on dashboard and growth model requirements (Holistics) * Liaise with external agencies on web development and SEO where campaigns intersect with site work * Report performance and test outcomes clearly to the Head of Growth and wider leadership **What we're looking for** * **AI\-native** : you use AI tools daily to solve real problems — automating reporting, processing data, building small tools — not just prompting for ad copy * **High initiative** : you spot a manual process and ask "why isn't this automated?" — then fix it, rather than flagging it and waiting * **Strong critical thinking** : you interrogate data, question assumptions, and push back when a conclusion doesn't hold up * **Intellectually curious** : comfortable getting fast up to speed in unfamiliar territory — direct mail mechanics, incrementality/causal thinking, new ad formats * **Data\-fluent** : confident interpreting complex data and model outputs, and turning them into a specific recommendation, not just a chart * **Commercially minded** : fluent in CAC, CLTV, ROI, and incrementality, and able to translate those into budget and channel decisions * **Clear communicator** : able to move between data analysts, agencies, and senior leadership without losing precision or clarity * **Organised** : able to run multiple channels and monthly cadences in parallel without things slipping * **UK Based:** based near London is a bonus but remote is fine too **Experience we'd expect** * 2–4 years in performance marketing, growth, or digital marketing, with hands\-on day\-to\-day management of paid social and/or paid search budgets * Direct experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads (Microsoft Ads a plus) * Some exposure to ecommerce or product marketing — funnel, landing page, and conversion optimisation * Comfortable with marketing attribution and conversion tracking concepts, even if you haven't owned the full reconciliation process yourself * Startup or scale\-up experience, or a track record of taking on more than your job title strictly required * Bonus: experience testing emerging/non\-standard channels (affiliates, direct mail, new ad platforms) **Nice to have** * Familiarity with Holistics, Segment, or similar BI/CDP tools * Experience with Google Apps Script or similar for lightweight marketing automation * Interest in or affinity with the pet care / animal welfare space **What You'll Get** * A chance to make a real difference for pet owners and animal welfare across the UK. * Competitive salary of £40,000\. * Discounted Smart Pet Tags and pet insurance. * The opportunity to work on meaningful projects with rescue charities and shelters. * Exposure to every part of the business (ops, product, partnerships) in a small, close\-knit team. * Hybrid working from London.

Infosys Consulting
Do you want to boost your career and collaborate with expert, talented colleagues to solve and deliver against our clients' most important challenges? We are growing and are looking for people to join our team. You'll be part of an entrepreneurial, high\-growth environment of 300\.000 employees. Our dynamic organization allows you to work across functional business pillars, contributing your ideas, experiences, diverse thinking, and a strong mindset. Are you ready? **About your role** Enterprise AI is forcing organisations to rethink their data estates. Data platforms designed mainly for reporting are often not enough for GenAI, semantic search, agentic workflows and AI\-enabled decision\-making. Clients now need data that is trusted, governed, contextualised and consumable by both people and intelligent systems. We are looking for client\-facing **Enterprise Data Architects** to join our growing **Enterprise AI** practice. You will help clients transform fragmented data estates into AI\-ready foundations, advising on architecture decisions across cloud data platforms, lakehouse and warehouse patterns, data products, semantic layers, metadata, lineage, governance, knowledge graphs and GenAI retrieval patterns. This is a consulting role, not a purely internal architecture role. You will diagnose ambiguous client problems, shape options, make trade\-offs explicit, and translate complex data architecture issues into clear decisions for both technical teams and executive stakeholders. You will work in cross\-functional teams alongside product owners, data scientists, ML and GenAI engineers, data engineers, business analysts and client stakeholders. Typical outputs may include target\-state architectures, maturity assessments, platform option appraisals, data product designs, governance models, lineage maps, ontology and semantic models, integration patterns, GenAI data\-readiness assessments and implementation roadmaps. We are hiring across several levels. At earlier levels, we expect strong architecture delivery experience and hands\-on platform understanding. At senior levels, we expect the ability to shape enterprise data strategy, influence senior stakeholders, lead complex architecture decisions and guide multi\-disciplinary delivery teams. We do not expect every candidate to be a specialist in every aspect of AI\-ready data architecture. We are looking for architects with strong core data architecture experience and credible depth in some of the areas that matter for AI\-enabled data estates, such as governance, semantic modelling, lakehouse architecture, data products, metadata management, knowledge graphs, RAG or enterprise data strategy. **Requirements** * Design AI\-ready enterprise data architectures that enable analytics, AI, ML, GenAI and agentic applications to consume data accurately, securely and with appropriate business context. * Assess clients' existing data estates, diagnose structural, governance, semantic and quality issues, and design pragmatic modernisation roadmaps. * Advise clients on architecture and platform choices, helping them navigate trade\-offs between lakehouses, warehouses, data fabrics, graph databases, semantic layers, vector search and hybrid architectures. * Define data governance and metadata patterns covering ownership, stewardship, quality, lineage, cataloguing, access control and data lifecycle management. * Design data products, data contracts and information models that make enterprise data reusable across analytics, AI, GenAI and operational workflows. * Shape semantic layers, ontologies and knowledge graph patterns where these improve data discoverability, interoperability, explainability or AI consumption. * Oversee high\-level design of ingestion, integration and transformation patterns, including batch, event\-driven and real\-time architectures. * Identify and mitigate data\-related risks, including poor data quality, weak provenance, data leakage, inappropriate access, retrieval failure and inference\-time use of enterprise knowledge. * Act as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders, translating technical architecture concepts into clear business outcomes, options and risks. * Contribute to proposals, client conversations, internal methods and thought leadership on enterprise data architecture and AI\-ready data foundations. **Skills and Qualifications:** Essential Skills: * 5\-10\+ years, depending on level, in data architecture, enterprise architecture, solution architecture or senior data engineering roles. * Demonstrable experience designing modern data architectures for analytics, AI, ML or GenAI consumption. * Strong understanding of enterprise data architecture patterns, including cloud data platforms, lakehouses, warehouses, data integration, data modelling and metadata management. * Experience contributing to or leading data governance initiatives, including catalogues, lineage, ownership, stewardship, data quality and metadata management. * Practical understanding of semantic layers, ontologies or knowledge graph concepts, with hands\-on experience in at least one of these areas. * Deep experience with at least one major cloud data platform, such as AWS, Azure or Google Cloud, and familiarity with leading lakehouse or warehouse technologies. * Understanding of how data architecture decisions affect AI and GenAI outcomes, including data quality, provenance, context, retrieval, security, privacy and semantic consistency. * Familiarity with GenAI data patterns such as retrieval\-augmented generation, vector search, embedding pipelines, chunking strategies or enterprise search. * Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical trade\-offs clearly to non\-technical sponsors and senior executives. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. * Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; quantitative, technical or analytical disciplines are an advantage. * Willingness to travel, up to around 60% depending on project requirements, across the UK and internationally. Preferred Skills: * A second major European language is an advantage. * Experience with graph modelling, ontology standards or graph query languages such as RDF, OWL and SPARQL. * Familiarity with feature store design and MLOps / DataOps pipeline integration. * Experience with stream processing at scale using Apache Kafka or Apache Flink. * Background in master data management or data mesh architecture. * Consulting or comparable client\-facing delivery experience. * Exposure to some of the following, or comparable, technologies is useful. We do not expect candidates to have worked with all of them: o **Cloud data platforms, warehouses and lakehouses:** Databricks, Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse, Google BigQuery, Amazon Redshift o **Data engineering and orchestration:** Spark, dbt, Airflow, Azure Data Factory, AWS Glue, Dataflow, Kafka, Flink o **Governance, catalogue and lineage:** Microsoft Purview, Collibra, Informatica, Alation, Atlan, OpenLineage o **Graph, ontology and semantic technologies:** Neo4j, Amazon Neptune, Stardog, GraphDB, RDF, OWL, SPARQL o **AI/ML data infrastructure:** vector databases and search platforms such as Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus, Azure AI Search, OpenSearch or pgvector; feature stores such as Feast or Tecton; model lifecycle and experiment tracking tools such as MLflow **Personal attributes:** · Comfortable working in ambiguous consulting environments, shaping options, making trade\-offs explicit and taking senior stakeholders on the journey from strategy to implementation. · Self\-directed, able to prioritise and juggle multiple workstreams. · Clear communicator who can simplify complexity for technical and non.\-technical audiences alike. · Collaborative, curious, continuous learner *Given that this is just a short snapshot of the role we encourage you to apply even if you don't meet all the requirements listed above. We are looking for individuals who strive to make an impact and are eager to learn. If this sounds like you and you feel you have the skills and experience required, then please* ***apply now.*** **Benefits** **About your team** **About Enterprise AI** Our Enterprise AI practice supports large global organisations to find and deliver business value from data and AI. Systems & Operations Manager
Cure Talent
Cure Talent are delighted to be partnered with a well\-funded, mission\-driven healthtech startup building a regulated digital support platform for families and children with suspected, waitlisted or diagnosed autism and ADHD. With over one million people on NHS waiting lists, the problem they're solving is real and urgent. Their platform operates on the UK Class I medical device pathway, with a target market of NHS and Local Authorities. Founded by an engineer\-turned\-entrepreneur with a background in regulatory systems and a personal connection to the cause, this is a small, purposeful team doing serious work. They use modern tooling, think carefully about process, and are building something that genuinely matters. **The Role** The business is coming to the end of its build phase. The founder has been carrying the compliance and operational burden alongside everything else, and it's time to hand that ownership to someone who can run with it. This is a hands\-on operational role. You will own, run and continuously improve the lean systems that keep around 500 processes aligned to a wide range of standards, frameworks and statutory obligations. You won't be making the judgement calls within each domain; those sit with named accountable leads across the business. What you will do is create and maintain the practical, proportionate infrastructure that allows the organisation to operate confidently and compliantly. This is not a monitoring or audit role. The emphasis is firmly on operational management: making things work, keeping them sharp, and ensuring compliance is embedded into how the business runs day\-to\-day, not bolted on afterwards. **What You'll Be Responsible For** * Owning and optimising the SOPs, documentation and operational controls across a broad standards stack including ISO 13485, ISO 14971, IEC 62304, ISO 27001, ISO/IEC 42001, UK GDPR, DTAC, DCB0129, DSPT, Cyber Essentials, WCAG 2\.1 AA, MHRA vigilance, B Corp and safeguarding legislation * Running a lean control environment across approximately 500 processes, ensuring systems add value without creating unnecessary overhead * Supporting readiness for UKCA declaration of conformity and ongoing UK MDR post\-market surveillance obligations * Coordinating cross\-functional input from engineering, QA, regulatory, marketing and leadership through a structured weekly release cycle * Using modern tooling (including no\-code and AI\-assisted systems) to keep operations efficient and scalable * Helping scale safeguarding, HR and finance compliance as the business continues to grow **What We're Looking For** The right person has probably evolved into this kind of role over time. They'll have joined a small MedTech or SaMD business in a more defined function and, as the company grew, so did their remit. They ended up responsible not just for compliance, but for the systems, processes and operational structure that kept the business moving. That experience is what we're looking for here. **Essential:** * Operations or compliance management experience within a regulated environment, ideally medical device or healthcare technology * Working knowledge of medical device and digital health standards; you don't need to be a specialist in every framework, but you need to know how to run systems that address them * Ability to manage lean operations at scale without creating overhead * Tech\-savvy and comfortable with modern tools including no\-code platforms and AI\-assisted workflows * Collaborative, calm and pragmatic; able to work cross\-functionally in a small, fast\-moving team * UK\-based and able to commit to two days per week in Bristol **Nice to have:** * Familiarity with agile software development in regulated environments * Background in clinical or regulatory affairs * Experience working with NHS or Local Authority markets Why This Role This is a self\-funded, well\-resourced business targeting profitability within a couple of years, at which point US market expansion is the next step. If you want to be the person who builds the operational foundation of a mission\-led business and grows with it, this is that opportunity.
