The Opportunity

We’re hiring a Growth Strategist to lead strategic growth initiatives for a portfolio of ambitious eCommerce brands.

This role sits at the intersection of paid media, growth strategy, creative performance, and commercial decision-making. You’ll act as a strategic advisor to clients — helping identify growth opportunities, solve performance bottlenecks, and scale brands profitably through clear strategic thinking and data-backed execution.

You’ll work closely alongside Media Buyers, Growth Executives, and Creative teams to align strategy and execution around measurable commercial outcomes.

This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and wants genuine ownership over client growth.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Owning strategic growth direction across a portfolio of DTC brands

• Building growth roadmaps tied to revenue, acquisition, and profitability

• Diagnosing growth constraints across creative, conversion, offer, and budget allocation

• Leading strategic conversations with clients confidently and commercially

• Working closely with paid media and creative teams to improve execution quality

• Translating complex performance data into actionable growth recommendations

• Leveraging AI tools daily to improve strategic thinking and operational efficiency

• Driving testing, experimentation, and performance optimisation across accounts

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years experience across paid media, growth strategy, or performance marketing

• Strong understanding of Meta and/or Google Ads ecosystems

• Commercially-minded thinker who connects marketing performance to business outcomes

• Strong client communication and presentation skills

• Experience working with Shopify, Triple Whale, GA4, and eCommerce analytics

• Strong understanding of creative strategy and performance messaging

• AI-literate and excited by AI-augmented workflows

• Someone proactive, curious, accountable, and outcome-focused.
