**The role:** The fellowship post is directly linked to the British Orbital Atherectomy Registry (BOAR) which aims to evaluate the contemporary utilisation and outcomes of the Orbital Atherectomy System (OAS) for treatment of severe coronary calcification, guided by optical coherence tomography (OCT) in the UK.
