**Knowledge Graph Engineer** **About the Role** We are looking for a talented Knowledge Graph Engineer to join our team and drive the development of overseas product intelligence. In this role, you will be at the intersection of data engineering, machine learning, and semantic reasoning—building scalable knowledge graphs that power search, recommendation, and other core business applications. You will have the opportunity to work with large\-scale heterogeneous data, design state\-of\-the\-art relation prediction models, and directly impact user experience through smarter, more connected product information. **What You'll Do** 1. **Data Pipeline \& Knowledge Graph Construction** * Design and implement robust web crawlers for overseas product data, performing data cleansing, normalization, and entity alignment. * Build and maintain large\-scale knowledge graphs that capture rich product attributes, categories, brands, and cross\-market relationships. 2\. **Relation Prediction \& Model Development** * Develop and deploy machine learning models for knowledge graph completion, including entity relationship prediction, link prediction, and reasoning over missing facts. * Continuously improve model accuracy and coverage using state\-of\-the\-art techniques in representation learning and graph neural networks. 1. **Application \& Optimization** * Integrate knowledge graph capabilities into search and recommendation systems to enhance relevance, diversity, and personalization. * Monitor online performance, conduct A/B experiments, and iteratively optimize graph\-based features and algorithms to drive measurable business lift. **About You** * Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field, with a strong passion for machine learning and big data technologies. * Solid foundation in data structures and algorithms, with excellent programming skills in Python, Java, or C\+\+. * Deep familiarity with natural language processing (NLP) techniques and hands\-on experience in knowledge graph construction, including entity extraction, relation extraction, ontology design, and graph storage/query. * Proven track record of outstanding achievement, such as winning awards in international competitions (e.g., ACM\-ICPC, Kaggle, KDD Cup) or publishing papers in top\-tier conferences/journals, including but not limited to KDD, ICLR, AAAI, IJCAI, NeurIPS, WebConf, and PVLDB. * Alignment with our core values:Customer First, Innovation, Perseverance, Accountability, Gratitude, and Integrity. **What We Offer** Joining JD.com means becoming part of a company where people, innovation, and impact go hand in hand. To do this, you will deliver category, condition and brand education of Haleon’s key therapeutic areas to UK Health Care Professionals, who you will target, and segment based on account potential and willingness to recommend. You will partner with HCPs across both the Dental channel to drive advocacy of Haleon Oral Healthcare brands (Sensodyne, Corsodyl, Pronamel etc) to a number of different types of HCPs including (but not limited to): Dentists \& Dental Hygienists/ Therapists Applicants must be in the area position advertised in to be shortlisted for next stages of application process\- Suitable postcodes could include: **WS,WV,DY,B,WR,CV,LE** **Key Responsibilities** **Customer Relationship Management** * Delivering the best\-in\-class educational sessions utilising all channels and platforms of engagement: face\-to\-face and remote, detailing, lunch \& learns and larger forums, alongside with driving social media engagement in line with digital strategy. * To deliver in\-call quality on a consistent basis, measured through field visit assessments, Expert\-Performance Tracking, Sales Force Effectiveness surveys as indicators. * Maintain accurate records of calls and work completed and planned on territory through continuous and accurate use of internal systems. * Support Haleon at all relevant Exhibitions / Events / PR initiatives to drive business goals and effort priorities and work to support National Sales Team to accelerate rate of local implementation of core strategies. * Providing continuous updates \& insight of expert environment developments, including competitor intelligence, alongside with proposed improvements related to the field team ways of working and focus areas. * Undertake any other duties commensurate with grade as required which can include overnight stays, evening and weekend working, whilst ensuring strict compliance with all Haleon Ethics and code of conduct policies. **Strategic Planning** * Ensuring alignment to Haleon HCP channel, Field Sales team and wider business strategy opportunities within the complex and ever\-changing HCP environment. * Formulate and execute a business plan for the territory, ensuring the highest reach and levels of engagement with HCPs/ segmentation and targeting data **Influencing \& Collaboration** * Uncover opportunities to partner with and support Dental Healthcare Professionals inorder to make recommendations for their patients * Work with Practice Managers, Team Leaders and Business Owners to organise and plan group educational meetings/ ‘Lunch and Learns’ to present product and condition presentations and sample products * Be a consistent ‘ambassador’ of expert field team, continuously demonstrating Haleon behaviours. **Commercial Acumen** * Ability to engage and reinforce commercial and/or patient benefits to all key decision makers externally and internally. * Ensure efficient use of time and company assets to drive most efficient ways of working both internally and externally * Delivery of individual KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) alongside with contribution towards total Field Team objectives **Essential** **Qualifications and skills** * Degree or Dental Industry Experience * Excellent communication and facilitation skills in front of variety audience size in both face to face and remote environment is key * Full UK driving licence and right to work in the UK **Preferred** * Dental Industry Experience/Previous Sales Representative * experience * Experience of working in a field\-based HCP/commercial environment. * Understanding and experience of Consumer Healthcare and Oral Healthcare * Marketplaces/FMCG experience.
