*DEPT® is a Growth Invention company built to help the world’s most ambitious brands grow faster. Operating at the intersection of technology and marketing, our 4,000\+ specialists deliver growth invention services across Brand \& Media, Experience, Commerce, CRM, and Technology \& Data. We’re 50\|50 tech and marketing, partner\-led, and first to move. Clients include Google, Lufthansa, Meta, eBay, and OpenAI. We have been certified B Corp and Climate Neutral since 2021\.* **Job Purpose** *We're looking for a Programme Director to lead delivery on one of our most exciting and fast\-scaling retained accounts. It's a creative\-led production engine spanning four specialist pods, covering the full production spectrum from generative AI and prompt\-led creative through to traditional shoot, stock and everything in between, all delivered across paid social and brand activity.* You'll sit at the centre of Creative, Design, Production, Strategy and Client Services \- orchestrating how an entire studio of specialists comes together to deliver at pace and at scale. As part of that, you'll directly manage a small team of Project Managers, providing the leadership, direction and day\-to\-day support that keeps delivery running smoothly across every pod. This is a role for someone who knows how to take an operation that's grown fast and make it work smarter — identifying where process is missing or fragmented, and putting the right foundations in place without disrupting momentum. You'll also play a key role in shaping how this account works globally, partnering with our US counterparts to align ways of working across regions, identify shared tools and processes that genuinely improve delivery, and ensure the UK team operates as one unified, efficient studio alongside our global colleagues. **What You'll Do** * Own and orchestrate the integrated delivery model across Creative, Design, Production, Strategy and Client Services, working in partnership with Client Services leads to ensure DEPT® operates as one connected team for the client. * Build the programme's governance model, delivery cadence, and ways of working \- pulling together a team that is scaling fast across four pods, with many people joining at once. * Act as the senior point of contact for cross\-pod alignment, ensuring priorities, timelines and dependencies are clear across all teams and pods. * Partner with the US team to align ways of working across regions \- identifying shared tools and processes that genuinely streamline delivery, reduce duplication, and ensure the UK studio operates as one unified team alongside our global colleagues. * Bring senior\-level fluency in creative, design and production workflows \- you understand how creative development, motion design, and production actually work across the full spectrum, and can speak credibly with craft leads rather than simply coordinating around them. * Run and lead planning cycles (weekly, monthly, quarterly) coordinating inputs from multiple specialist pods and craft disciplines. * Partner closely with Delivery Leads, Creative Directors, Design Directors and Strategy leads to maintain absolute clarity on scope, priorities, risk and resourcing. * Maintain a strong, trusted relationship with the client, ensuring confidence in delivery cadence, programme health and governance as the team scales from its current size toward full strength. * Monitor programme health, resourcing, and operational efficiency \- working with team leads to unblock issues quickly rather than letting them escalate. * Support commercial management (scoping, forecasting, change control) in partnership with local and central Delivery teams. * Help define what "good" operationally looks like for this account — recognising that some structure and process is to be built, while resisting process for the sake of process. **What You Bring** * Senior delivery/programme management experience within a creative, content, or production\-led agency environment \- comfortable being hands\-on with creative and production workflows, not just adjacent to them. * Proven experience building or significantly maturing a delivery operation \- you've stood up governance and process before, not just maintained it. * Confident operating across complex, multi\-stakeholder environments \- comfortable navigating global account structures and working collaboratively with international teams. * A genuinely collaborative approach to process design \- you bring people with you rather than mandating change, but you're equally comfortable being decisive and direct when something isn't working. * Strong understanding of creative production pipelines \- ideally including motion design, content production, and emerging AI\-led creative workflows. * Excellent stakeholder management skills, able to influence senior clients and internal leaders, including pushing back diplomatically but firmly when needed. * Highly organised, calm under pressure, and experienced managing complex resourcing and scale\-up environments. * Experience managing delivery across large, rapidly scaling teams — comfortable onboarding significant headcount while keeping day\-to\-day delivery on track. * A naturally proactive, solutions\-led mindset \- confident spotting risk early and unblocking it before it becomes a problem for the wider team. **WE OFFER** * A flexible, hybrid working policy * The choice of medical healthcare providers (Bupa or Medicash) * 25 days holiday plus bank holidays and your birthday off each year * Company pension scheme * EAP scheme * Ride to work scheme * Enhanced family friendly policies * Buddy Program: You will be paired with a ‘Buddy’ to help you through your first weeks’ at DEPT®. * A reputation for doing good. DEPT® has been a Certified B Corp® since 2021 and named ‘Agency of the Year’ at both The Lovies and The Webby Awards. * Awesome clients. Whether big or small, local or global — at DEPT® you’ll get the opportunity to work with clients of all sizes and across all industries. And we celebrate all of our successes together! * The opportunity for possibility. We want to enable you to do what you do best and help you develop your skills further with training, development and certifications. * Global annual DEPT® Cares Month in which employees come together and donate their skills to support local charities. **WHY DEPT®?** We are a Growth Invention company built to help the world’s most ambitious brands grow faster. We’re on a mission to make the human body FULLY understandable to the average consumer. So little is known about how our bodies tick, how to change the things we don’t like, what is causing it, what we can do, and so on \- WE are on a mission to change that. This is a real seat on the founding team, not a freelancer brief. You own the camera, the edit, the calendar, and the feeds, and you are measured on what those feeds do for us. **Some tasks around the role** **Shoot. F** ounder content, product, behind the scenes, talking heads, the lot. You are comfortable being the one holding the camera. **Edit.** Fast, short\-form first. You can take a raw clip to a posted reel without waiting on anyone. **Direct.** You have the eye. You decide what we make and why it will land, not just how to cut it. **Channels. T** ikTok, Instagram, YouTube, the feeds where this audience lives. You run them, read them, and grow them. **Story.** Make something this new and this weird feel obvious, and make people care about their gut. **Pace.** A founding team posting often. You keep the machine fed without dropping the quality. **You'll fit if you:** \- Run at a high level of agency. You see what needs filming and go and film it, no hand\-holding. \- Have a reel. Accounts you grew, videos that did numbers, a channel you built. All count more than a tidy CV. \- Are equal parts creative and operator. You can frame the shot and then read whether it worked. \- Are comfortable with the mess of an early consumer hardware company and make calls without full information. \- Stay with things. We back people who commit to a mission, not job\-hoppers. \- Have a format you go too far into, and the range to help everywhere else. \- You subconciously keep up with the latest trends (are brain\-rotted) **Bonuses:** grew a channel or brand from near\-zero, health/wellness or consumer background, a biohacker, you shoot and edit yourself rather than brief it out, obsessive about a niche, grew up making things on the internet, scrappy by default. **Dealbreakers** Be honest with yourself before you apply. This is not the one if: * No prior interest in health, wellness or consumer brands. * You need a full crew and a big budget before you can shoot. We are scrappy first. * You can brief and direct but aren't willing to pick up a camera or learn an editor yourself. * You hop jobs. It is a red flag for us. * You chase vanity metrics and showreel polish over growth and the mission. * You want a strict 9\-to\-5\. This will never be that. * Not chronically online Apply at https://suna.health/careers

Specialist Blinds

Ewell, England, UK

**About the role** We're a blinds manufacturer with real ambition to grow our digital presence, and we're looking for a talented contract copywriter to help us get there. This is a genuinely broad and interesting role — you'll be writing everything from SEO\-optimised web pages and YouTube descriptions to product brochures, customer mailshots, and social media captions. More importantly, you'll be helping us build visibility in a rapidly changing search landscape. Generative AI is reshaping how customers find products, and we want someone who understands that shift and can write content that performs across both traditional search and AI\-powered discovery. If you've already been working in this space, brilliant. If you're an exceptional SEO copywriter who's ready to develop in this direction, we'd still love to hear from you as fundamentally we will still take a human first approach to content. This isn't a brief\-in, brief\-out contract. We're looking for someone who wants to contribute to how we think about content — someone who can sit with us, understand our products and our customers, and help shape our content strategy as we grow. **What you'll do**   * Write clear, compelling, SEO\-optimised copy for web pages, landing pages, and blog content * Produce content structured for visibility in generative AI and large language model search results * Write YouTube video descriptions, social media captions, and supporting digital copy * Create print collateral including product brochures, catalogues, and other sales materials * Write customer\-facing email campaigns and mailshots * Interview and extract knowledge from internal experts — product specialists, technical teams, and sales staff — to ensure content is accurate, authoritative, and genuinely useful * Work closely with our marketing team and AI technical resource to align content with broader strategy * Contribute ideas to our content strategy and help develop our approach to AI search over time   **What we're looking for**   * Proven copywriting experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating range — digital, print, and/or campaign work * Solid working knowledge of SEO principles and how to write content that ranks * The ability to interview subject matter experts and translate technical knowledge into accessible, engaging copy * A naturally curious approach — someone who asks questions, digs for the right information, and doesn't just write around gaps * Comfortable working across multiple formats and channels without losing consistency of voice * Organised and self\-sufficient, able to manage your own workload and deadlines within a collaborative team environment   **Desirable but not essential**   * Understanding of how generative AI and LLM\-based search (such as ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity) surfaces and selects content * Experience writing for home interiors, home improvement, manufacturing, or e\-commerce brands * Familiarity with content strategy frameworks and editorial planning * Experience with tools such as Semrush, Ahrefs, Surfer SEO, or similar.   Ideally individual will have their own transport so they can visit our factory in Kent when necessary, but this is not a requirement.   **What we offer** * The opportunity to contribute to content strategy, not just execute against it * Support from a dedicated AI technical resource and an engaged marketing team * Access to internal product experts who will help you write with authority   **About us** We manufacture and supply quality blinds from our base in Ashford, Kent.
