Certified as a *Great Place to Work* around the world, Baringa has been recognised by the *Financial Times* in 22 categories of its UK Leading Management Consultants rankings, and by *Forbes* for four consecutive years as one of the World’s Best Management Consulting Firms. Our Health team are looking for an experienced Manager to join them. We are looking for a high\-agency Manager who leads by doing. You won’t just talk about AI transformation; you will build the prototypes and demos that make it tangible for healthcare leaders. You are the bridge between technical feasibility (CDIOs) and clinical/operational utility (Doctors and Transformation Leads), using live demos and MCPs to "let the tools do the talking." What you will be doing * Technical \& Clinical Bridging: Lead complex discussions with CDIOs and IT leads regarding technical integration (e.g., security, latency, MCPs) while simultaneously engaging Doctors and Transformation Leads on clinical safety and workflow efficiency. * Demo\-Led Pitching: Replace abstract theory with live, hands\-on demonstrations. You will develop and deliver GenAI demos for executive training that prove value in real\-time, handling sceptical stakeholders through evidence\-based technical "show and tell." * Collateral Development: Create high\-quality pitch decks and transformation roadmaps that are grounded in technical reality, not just consulting frameworks. * Active Prototyping: Directly build and configure use cases in Claude, ChatGPT, or Microsoft Copilot. You are expected to be "under the hood" of these tools daily. * Technical Connectivity (MCP): Implementation of Model Context Protocols to demonstrate how AI can securely and effectively interact with health data environments and external tools. * Horizon Scanning: Maintain a deep, "practitioner\-level" understanding of the latest GenAI releases, specifically focusing on how new features (like Claude’s Computer Use or GPT’s Advanced Voice) apply to a pressurized NHS environment. * Practice Contribution: Actively contribute to Baringa’s internal AI adoption initiatives. Share "what works" from the field to help upskill the broader Health practice and refine our internal AI toolkits. * Tool\-Based Coaching: Mentor junior team members not just in "prompting," but in the effective application of AI tools and technical development. You will teach them how to evaluate model performance and select the right tool for the specific health use case. **Your Skills And Experience** * Experience navigating senior client environments. You are comfortable being challenged by a CDIO on data privacy or by a Surgeon on clinical accuracy * You understand how the NHS (or wider Government) actually functions. You know that a great AI tool is useless if it doesn't fit into the clinical workflow or meet Information Governance (IG) standards. * Deep, hands\-on experience with at least one major AI ecosystem. You have delivered use cases at scale—moving from a playground environment to a project that has been rolled out to users. * You enjoy lifting the hood and showing others how to build. You are a coach who empowers juniors to become technical practitioners themselves. * You have a healthy skepticism of AI hype. You focus on the impact and constraints of the technology, ensuring expectations are managed through real\-world performance. What a career at Baringa will give you Putting People First. **Benefits** Baringa is a People First company and wellbeing is at the forefront of our culture. We recognise the importance of work\-life balance and flexible working and provide our staff amazing benefits. Some of these benefits include: * Generous Annual Leave Policy: We recognise everyone needs a well\-deserved break. We provide our employees with 5 weeks of annual leave, fully available at the start of each year. In addition to this, we have introduced our 5\-Year Recharge benefit which allows all employees an additional 2 weeks of paid leave after 5 years continuous service. * Flexible Working: We know that the ‘ideal’ work\-life balance will vary from person to person and change at different stages of our working lives. To accommodate this, we have implemented a hybrid working policy and introduced more flexibility around taking unpaid leave. * Corporate Responsibility Days: Our world is important to us, so all our employees get 3 every year to help social and environmental causes and increase our impact on the communities that mean the most to us. * Wellbeing Fund: We want to encourage all employees to take charge and prioritise their own wellbeing. We’ve introduced our annual People Fund to support this by offering every individual a fund to support and manage their wellbeing through an activity of their choice. * Profit Share Scheme: All employees participate in the Baringa Group Profit Share Scheme so everyone has a stake in the company’s success. At Bending Spoons, we’re striving to build one of the all\-time great companies. A company that serves a huge number of customers. A company where team members grow to their full potential. A company that functions at unparalleled levels of effectiveness and efficiency. A company that creates value for shareowners at an extraordinary rate. And a company that does so while adhering to high ethical standards. In pursuit of this objective, we acquire and improve digital businesses, not to sell on, but to own and operate for the long term. The transformations we make are often deep—designed to speed up innovation, benefit customers, and strengthen business performance. Here, hierarchy is minimal and teams are small and talent\-dense. We operate established products with the ambition, agility, and urgency of a startup. Across the company, we integrate AI deeply into how we work so that human judgment and machine intelligence reinforce each other. For a talented, driven, and collaborative individual, working at Bending Spoons is an opportunity to learn, make an impact, and progress their career at an exceptionally high rate. That’s our promise to such a candidate. **A few examples of your responsibilities** * **Investigate.** Build a deep understanding of your product, its business model, and the drivers behind its growth. Own the development process end\-to\-end, coordinating designers, engineers, and other teammates to build solutions that address users’ most important needs. * **Iterate.** Use experimentation and product metrics to understand what works and what doesn’t. Treat every project as a learning loop, using insights from past work to improve the product continuously. **What we look for** * **Reasoning ability.** Given the necessary knowledge, you can solve complex problems. You think from first principles, and structure your ideas sharply. You resist the influence of biases. You identify and take care of the details that matter. * **Drive.** You’re extremely ambitious in everything you do—and your initiative, effort, and tenacity match the intensity of your ambition. You feel deeply responsible for your work. You hold yourself to a high—and rising—bar. * **Team spirit.** You give generously and without the expectation of receiving in return. Benefits.** Flexible hours, remote working, unlimited backing for learning and training, top\-of\-the\-market health insurance, a rich relocation package, generous parental support, and a yearly retreat to a stunning location. We help each Spooner set up the conditions to do their best work. * **Competitive pay and access to company equity at a discounted price.** Typically, we offer individuals with limited experience an annual salary of £85,797 in London and €66,065 elsewhere in Europe. For a candidate that we assess as possessing considerable relevant experience, the salary on offer tends to be between £112,189 and £250,512 in London, and €107,837 and €188,848 elsewhere in Europe. Compensation varies by location and expected impact, and grows rapidly as you gain experience and translate it into greater contributions. For individuals who demonstrate exceptional capability, we may offer compensation that extends beyond the usual ranges to reflect their higher expected impact. If you're offered a permanent contract, you'll also be able receive some of your pay in company equity at a discounted price, thus participating in the value creation we achieve together. If relocating to Italy, you may enjoy a 50% tax cut. **Commitment \& contract** Permanent or fixed\-term. Full\-time or part\-time. **Location** Milan (Italy), London (UK), Madrid (Spain), Warsaw (Poland), or fully remote from eligible countries. **The selection process** In our screening process, we prioritize verifiable signals of excellence, regardless of seniority. There are no preferential paths beyond what your application demonstrates, and we evaluate every candidate through the same process. Some people hold back because they feel they lack experience or have an “imperfect” CV. If you like the role and believe you could excel over time, don’t self\-reject. All applications go through our careers page, which is the only way to be considered. If you pass our screening, you’ll be asked to complete one or more tests. They are challenging, may involve unfamiliar problems, and can take several hours. To learn more about what to expect throughout the selection process, you can find additional information here. We set the bar high and won’t extend an offer until we’re confident we’ve found the right candidate. This is why a job may remain open for months or be reposted several times. We consider all applicants for employment and provide reasonable accommodations for individuals with disabilities—please let us know through this form. **Before you apply** If you’ve applied before but didn't receive an offer, we recommend waiting at least one year before applying again. Bending Spoons is a demanding environment. We’re extremely ambitious and we hold ourselves—and one another—to a high standard. While this tends to lead to extraordinary learning, achievement, and career growth, it also requires significant commitment. To help you ramp up quickly and set yourself up for success, we expect you to spend most days in our Milan office during your first few months with us, regardless of your long\-term work location. It’s the best way to rapidly absorb our company culture and build trust with your new teammates. We’ll support you with generous travel and accommodation assistance. After that, you’re welcome to work from one of our offices, or remotely from approved countries—depending on what we agree at the offer stage. If the role speaks to you and you’re excited to give your best, we’d love to hear from you. Apply now—we can’t wait to meet you.

Head of Product
Interact Software
Interact provides enterprise\-grade intranet software that connects over three million employees to leading global names like Levi's, Domino’s, Teva Pharmaceuticals, and Technicolor. Our team of customer\-focused problem solvers are passionate about helping organizations to communicate better. We do this together by constantly working to improve every service and product we offer. With offices in Manchester, New York, Dubai, Tulsa, and Warsaw, we operate across North America, EMEA, and Australia. Click on any of our vacancies and you’ll see one thing in common – they all begin with this message. Why? Because at Interact we treat everyone with the same respect and honesty. Whether you’re a developer fresh out of college or a seasoned salesperson, we live the motto that we uphold for our customers: our people are our most valuable assets. We are currently looking for a Head of Product, who will be an exceptional operator and, just as importantly, a coach. In this role you will report in to the VP of Product, you will run the product management function and own the product quality bar: the engine that turns the vision set out by leadership into market\-leading shipped product. This is deliberately not a second product\-visionary seat. The VP of Product authors the small number of surfaces that define what the product feels like, increasingly as working prototypes, and is otherwise out of the detail. You will run everything else, with trust that is graduated rather than assumed: you will start with regular sign\-off points with the VP of Product, and the explicit goal is for these to become show\-and\-tell moments rather than genuine review as you demonstrate your grip. It is the same self\-obsoleting mechanism you will run with your own team, applied to you first. The role only works for someone who actively wants the autonomy at the end of that path. Your craft will be twofold. You will build the operating rhythm of the function: knowing where every project is, what is next, what is blocked, and what decisions are pending, without anyone having to ask; agreeing engineering budgets upfront and keeping us on track against them; and holding a no\-surprises standard for course\-correction and early warning. And you own the product quality bar: defining what good looks like for consistency, UX, and craft, coaching it into the PMs until it is their reflex rather than your review, and making sure bad work dies as a wireframe, not as shipped product. You will lead the Product Managers and the Delivery Managers; the DMs own the project\-management mechanics, and your job is the grip on that machinery: directing it and interrogating what comes out, rather than running it yourself. You will be measured on three things above all: that leadership always knows the state of every project without asking, that nothing user\-facing ships below the bar, and that pace holds. Developing the PMs is how those three scale; autonomy is the means, not the goal. You will inherit how we operate and make it hum; this role is not a mandate to redesign the process, and the product vision is authored elsewhere. **A Little About You...** * Proven experience as an operator\-coach: leading product teams in a high\-execution, fast\-paced environment while making the people around you better * Has coached a direct report to the point of trusted, independent decision\-making, and can explain exactly what told them it was safe to step back. * Track record of raising a team's quality bar so that it held without them in the room, with rejection at their review becoming rarer over time. * Experience owning delivery end\-to\-end across multiple concurrent initiatives, with a focus on shipping outcomes rather than producing artefacts * Can critique product cold and with precision: shown an unfamiliar screen, sees quickly what is wrong, why it matters, and what they would do about it * Experience agreeing budgets and scope upfront and holding delivery to them, including surfacing deviation early * Can interrogate, reconstruct, and defend an engineering estimate in front of leadership: knows what is in the number and why, and never relays a figure they cannot explain * Background in B2B or enterprise SaaS, ideally with complex, multi\-tenant, or AI\-heavy products * Exposure to high\-ownership cultures where individuals are expected to operate with autonomy * Genuine fluency in current UX and UI standards, conventions, and design trends, with the confidence to say “not good enough” with precision * Solid technical grounding, ideally from a technical or computer\-science background: able to interrogate engineering effort and cost rather than taking “it's complex” at face value, and never snowed by an engineer without needing to be the deepest one in the room * Eval rigour for AI and probabilistic features: knows how to define and measure “good” rather than pointing at usage, and treats evaluation as the new specification Fluent with modern AI tooling and energised by what it makes possible, both in how the team operates and in what we build * Strong customer research and synthesis skills: turning many conversations into clear, weighted input for decisions, with strategic accounts carrying the most weight * Understanding of fixed\-time, flexible\-scope delivery and how to run product at pace without heavy planning machinery * Knowledge of working within cross\-functional teams, particularly across Product, Engineering, and Quality * Execution\-focused operator who thrives on pace, ownership, and delivery * Transparent by reflex: surfaces bad news early and in plain language, course\-corrects in the open, and treats being wrong as cheap and being late as expensive * Makes honest flagging safe for the team by how they respond when someone brings them a problem * Low ego: builds the team and the engine and is excited to win as a team * Bilingual under pressure: absorbs top\-down pressure and turns it into clear, well\-formed work rather than transmitting it downward as churn * Highly proactive and self\-directed: unblocks themselves, does not wait for permission, and brings solutions rather than complaints * Curious, optimistic, and improvement\-driven, constantly looking for ways to do things better and faster * Clear and confident communicator, able to align both technical and non\-technical stakeholders **About the role...** * Run the operating rhythm of the product function: know where every project is, what is next, what is blocked, and what decisions are pending, without leadership having to ask * Own the product quality bar and embed it in how the team works: define what good looks like for consistency, UX, and craft, coach it into the PMs until it is their reflex rather than your review, and ensure quality is interrogated at concept stage, before engineering effort is spent, rather than discovered at release. You remain the final check on user\-facing work, but a healthy function rarely needs you to use it * Hand PMs real, reversible decisions to own, providing context and unblocking teams so most work runs at pace, while coaching the reasoning and the bar behind each call * Course\-correct with early warning: notice drift early, flag it plainly with a recommended path, steer work back or stop it without sunk\-cost attachment, and ensure nothing reaches leadership or a customer late * Own the talent bar and the team's growth: coach, stretch, and develop each PM deliberately, delegate by default, set high standards, and put in the development work that makes excellence reachable * Drive pace over planning: a bias to shipping, fixed time and flexible scope rather than endless estimating, and the active dismantling of fear\-based overplanning * Maintain shared ground truth: real progress, real risk, and real user behaviour visible to everyone, with engineers as close to real users as PMs * Engage customers with discipline: regular direct contact and research, synthesised into weighted evidence for prioritisation, with weight given to strategic accounts rather than the most recent or loudest voice, and never allowing a single call to redirect a squad * Agree engineering budgets and scope upfront with the VP of Product and stakeholders, then hold the line: flag moving estimates or unagreed work immediately with options, never letting deviation run silently * Partner credibly with Engineering on architecture and trade\-offs, ensuring effort and complexity are genuinely understood rather than accepted at face value * Embed quality as part of the definition of done with the Quality team, with acceptance criteria defined early and timelines that do not squeeze testing

M&A Strategy Associate
Fuse Energy
Fuse Energy is a forward\-thinking renewable energy startup on a mission to deliver a terawatt of renewable energy, fast. We're combining first\-principles thinking with cutting\-edge technology to build a radically better energy system. We've raised more than $210M from top\-tier investors including Multicoin, Balderton, Lakestar, Accel, Creandum, Lowercarbon, Ribbit, Box Group and strategic angels like Nico Rosberg, the co\-founder of Solana and GPs behind Meta, Revolut, Spotify and Uber. We're building a fully integrated energy company: from developing solar, wind and battery projects to real\-time power trading and distributed energy installations. By selling directly to consumers, we cut out the middleman, lower costs and pass savings on to customers. Fuse is building a fully integrated energy company, and we grow through both organic build\-out and acquisition. As M\&A \+ Strategy Associate, you'll own acquisitions end to end and drive the strategic projects that decide where the business goes next: new markets, new business lines and the questions that land on the leadership team's desk. You sit on the principal side, owning deals and outcomes rather than advising on them, and work directly with leadership on the decisions that shape the company. It is the natural next step for a strong analyst, associate or consultant ready to move from advising to building. **Responsibilities** * Owning acquisitions end to end, from sourcing and screening targets through valuation, diligence, structuring and negotiation to close. * Shaping where Fuse goes next by working out which markets and business lines to enter, build, or buy and what it takes to win there, taking each strategic question from open problem to a recommendation leadership can act on. * Building the models, market work and investment cases that turn a go/no\-go into a decision that holds up. * Driving execution and delivery by running the workstreams, advisors, data rooms and timelines so deals and projects actually close, then carrying approvals through into integration. * Parachuting into special projects, the unplanned high\-visibility work that lands at short notice and needs a small team to find the answer and execute, with leadership watching closely. **Requirements** * 2 to 5 years in M\&A, investing (PE, VC or infrastructure), corporate development or a similarly high\-intensity analytical seat. * Excellent financial modelling, valuation and structured problem\-solving skills. * An independent operator who can parachute into an ambiguous problem and drive it to an answer and an outcome. * Strong commercial judgement and the communication skills to make a case to leadership. * Relentless, detail\-oriented and highly operational, moving fast from strategy to implementation. * Strong quantitative or STEM background. Bonus * Energy, infrastructure or renewables sector experience. * Direct experience leading or supporting acquisitions from origination through close. * Exposure to new\-market entry or new business line build\-out. **Benefits** * Competitive salary and an equity sign\-on bonus * Bi\-annual bonus scheme * Fully expensed tech to match your needs * Paid annual leave * Breakfast and dinner allowance for office based employees * Possibility of remote/hybrid * A front\-row seat at a fast\-growing, well\-funded energy company solving a problem that matters, with real ownership and high autonomy from day one alongside an exceptional, first\-principles team.

customer understanding, sharp strategic thinking, and relentless cross\-functional partnership. **What You'll Do** **Market Intelligence** * Competitive Analysis: Define and lead Planday's competitive intelligence strategy — synthesising competitor positioning, pricing, and product signals into clear, insight\-driven recommendations that sharpen our differentiation and inform product and commercial decisions * Customer Research: Lead a continuous programme of customer research and product usage analysis — translating buyer motivations, adoption patterns, and churn signals into strategic insight that shapes product direction and marketing priorities **Product Positioning** * Value Proposition Definition: Define and own Planday's positioning and messaging architecture — establishing an strategic direction of Planday's packaging and pricing — partnering with Finance, Commercial, and Product teams to define tier structures and pricing models that drive revenue growth and competitive advantage **Go\-to\-Market (GTM)** * Launch Strategy \& Execution: Define and lead Planday's end\-to\-end GTM strategy for product launches — setting the framework for cross\-functional alignment, — commissioning and shaping website copy, product pages, datasheets, case studies, and demo scripts that reflect our positioning and drive measurable conversion **Sales \& Growth** * Sales Enablement: Define Planday's sales enablement strategy — building a best\-in\-class suite of data\-informed playbooks, battlecards, and training programmes that equip customer\-facing teams to win consistently anchored in Planday's strategic positioning and backed by customer insight **Adoption \& Retention** * Lifecycle Marketing: Lead the lifecycle marketing strategy, partnering with post\-sales functions to define the data\-driven messaging, user journeys, and targeted interventions that drive activation, expansion, and long\-term retention across the customer base **Team Leadership** * Define the vision and operating model for the Product Marketing function, setting clear objectives, building a culture of craft and accountability, and raising the bar on what great product marketing looks like at Planday * Serve as a strategic partner to the CMO and senior leadership, bringing a data\-informed point of view to business planning, investment decisions, and commercial strategy * Represent Product Marketing at a leadership level across the business — influencing product roadmap decisions and commercial priorities through customer insight and market intelligence **What You'll Bring** **Experience \& Skills** * 6–10 years in product marketing within a B2B SaaS environment, with proven breadth across the full product marketing toolkit — from positioning and GTM to enablement and lifecycle * A track record of defining and executing product marketing strategy that has delivered measurable commercial impact — pipeline growth, improved win rates, or accelerated adoption * Deep expertise in messaging and positioning — you know how to build a data\-backed narrative that cuts through, differentiates, and converts * Demonstrated ability to lead end\-to\-end GTM programmes — from strategic framing and cross\-functional alignment through to execution and post\-launch measurement * Strong sales enablement leadership — you've built the strategy, created the assets, and seen the outcomes in pipeline and win rate improvement * Proven experience partnering with Product at a senior level — influencing roadmap decisions with customer and market insight, not just supporting launches * Demonstrated people leadership experience, with the ability to develop talent, build high\-performing teams, and create clarity in ambiguous environments **How You Show Up** * Customer\-obsessed — you start with the customer problem, not the product feature * A builder by nature — you're energised by creating things from scratch and iterating until they land * Commercially sharp — you understand how marketing connects to revenue and you're comfortable being held to it * Cross\-functional by instinct — you build trust across Sales, Product, and Marketing without needing a mandate * Clear communicator — both written and verbal; you can simplify the complex and get the room aligned * AI\-curious — you actively look for ways to embed AI into how you work, from competitive intelligence to GTM workflows **Why Planday** * A high\-impact role at a company with strong commercial momentum and a clear market focus * Work at the intersection of product and go\-to\-market — your work will directly shape how Planday grows * A collaborative, ambitious team that values craft, clarity, and getting things done * Flexible location — London or Copenhagen, with a hybrid working model * Competitive salary, benefits, and the opportunity to grow with the business *At Planday, we firmly believe that diversity and inclusion are the cornerstones of innovation and a vibrant workplace culture. As an equal opportunity employer, we strive to create an equitable experience for all candidates throughout the process.
