Corporate Development Associate - Financial Services

We’re working with a fast-growing, private equity-backed financial services group that is looking to hire a Corporate Development Associate to support its ongoing acquisition strategy.

The Role

You’ll play a key role in the full deal lifecycle, including:

• Identifying and screening acquisition targets
• Leading valuation, financial analysis and business case development
• Assisting with deal execution through to completion

The role offers genuine end-to-end exposure rather than a narrow execution-only remit.

Candidate Profile

• 2.5–5 years’ experience in investment banking (M&​A), Big 4 deals advisory or corporate development
• Experience within

financial services deals

• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
• Commercial mindset with the ability to engage credibly with founders, advisors and senior stakeholders
• Comfortable operating in a

PE-backed, fast-paced environment
