A company that functions at unparalleled levels of effectiveness and efficiency. A company that creates value for shareowners at an extraordinary rate. And a company that does so while adhering to high ethical standards. In pursuit of this objective, we acquire and improve digital businesses, not to sell on, but to own and operate for the long term. The transformations we make are often deep—designed to speed up innovation, benefit customers, and strengthen business performance. Here, hierarchy is minimal and teams are small and talent\-dense. We operate established products with the ambition, agility, and urgency of a startup. Across the company, we integrate AI deeply into how we work so that human judgment and machine intelligence reinforce each other. For a talented, driven, and collaborative individual, working at Bending Spoons is an opportunity to learn, make an impact, and progress their career at an exceptionally high rate. That’s our promise to such a candidate. **A few examples of your responsibilities** * **Understand.** Build deep knowledge of your product, its business model, and the key levers driving growth. * **Analyze.** Use AI, automation, and advanced analytics to explore high\-performing campaigns, identify patterns in user and product data, and generate actionable insights. * **Ideate.** Turn insights, experiment results, competitor research, and AI\-assisted exploration into hypotheses and identify opportunities to improve growth and monetization. * **Test.** Design and run rigorous experiments with real users, partnering closely with designers, engineers, and analysts to bring ideas to life and iterate quickly based on results. * **Scale.** Roll out winning ideas broadly, and use learnings from each experiment to shape the next cycle of discovery and testing. **What we look for** * **Reasoning ability.** Given the necessary knowledge, you can solve complex problems. You think from first principles, and structure your ideas sharply. You resist the influence of biases. You identify and take care of the details that matter. * **Drive.** You’re extremely ambitious in everything you do—and your initiative, effort, and tenacity match the intensity of your ambition. You feel deeply responsible for your work. You hold yourself to a high—and rising—bar. * **Team spirit.** You give generously and without the expectation of receiving in return. You support the best idea, not your idea. You're always happy to get your hands dirty to help your team. You’re reliable, honest, and transparent. * **Proficiency in English.** You read, write, and speak proficiently in English. **What we offer** * **Incredibly talented, entrepreneurial teams.** You’ll work in small, result\-oriented, autonomous teams alongside some of the brightest people in your field. * **An exceptional opportunity for growth.** We go to great lengths to hire individuals of outstanding potential—then, our priority is to put them in the ideal position to thrive. Spooners in their 20s lead products worth hundreds of millions of dollars. And if you’ve got what it takes, you’ll soon be playing an essential role in major projects, too. * **All. These. Benefits.** Flexible hours, remote working, unlimited backing for learning and training, top\-of\-the\-market health insurance, a rich relocation package, generous parental support, and a yearly retreat to a stunning location. We help each Spooner set up the conditions to do their best work. * **Competitive pay and access to company equity at a discounted price.** Typically, we offer individuals with limited experience an annual salary of £85,797 in London and €66,065 elsewhere in Europe. For a candidate that we assess as possessing considerable relevant experience, the salary on offer tends to be between £112,189 and £250,512 in London, and €107,837 and €188,848 elsewhere in Europe. Compensation varies by location and expected impact, and grows rapidly as you gain experience and translate it into greater contributions. For individuals who demonstrate exceptional capability, we may offer compensation that extends beyond the usual ranges to reflect their higher expected impact. If you're offered a permanent contract, you'll also be able receive some of your pay in company equity at a discounted price, thus participating in the value creation we achieve together. If relocating to Italy, you may enjoy a 50% tax cut. **Commitment \& contract** Permanent or fixed\-term. Full\-time or part\-time. **Location** Milan (Italy), London (UK), Madrid (Spain), Warsaw (Poland), or fully remote from eligible countries. **The selection process** In our screening process, we prioritize verifiable signals of excellence, regardless of seniority. There are no preferential paths beyond what your application demonstrates, and we evaluate every candidate through the same process. Some people hold back because they feel they lack experience or have an “imperfect” CV. If you like the role and believe you could excel over time, don’t self\-reject. All applications go through our careers page, which is the only way to be considered. If you pass our screening, you’ll be asked to complete one or more tests. They are challenging, may involve unfamiliar problems, and can take several hours. To learn more about what to expect throughout the selection process, you can find additional information here. We set the bar high and won’t extend an offer until we’re confident we’ve found the right candidate. This is why a job may remain open for months or be reposted several times. We consider all applicants for employment and provide reasonable accommodations for individuals with disabilities—please let us know through this form. **Before you apply** If you’ve applied before but didn't receive an offer, we recommend waiting at least one year before applying again. Bending Spoons is a demanding environment. We’re extremely ambitious and we hold ourselves—and one another—to a high standard. While this tends to lead to extraordinary learning, achievement, and career growth, it also requires significant commitment. To help you ramp up quickly and set yourself up for success, we expect you to spend most days in our Milan office during your first few months with us, regardless of your long\-term work location. It’s the best way to rapidly absorb our company culture and build trust with your new teammates. We’ll support you with generous travel and accommodation assistance. After that, you’re welcome to work from one of our offices, or remotely from approved countries—depending on what we agree at the offer stage. If the role speaks to you and you’re excited to give your best, we’d love to hear from you. Apply now—we can’t wait to meet you.

BlueOptima logo

Head of Marketing

BlueOptima

London, England, UK

**Company Description** BlueOptima is an engineering intelligence platform trusted by some of the world's largest banks, insurers, and enterprises. We give CTOs, CIOs, and engineering leaders the objective data they need to measure software engineering productivity, prove AI ROI, and reduce delivery risk. The conversation we sit in the middle of is one of the most pressing in enterprise technology right now. Every large organisation is rolling out AI coding tools and nobody can tell their board whether it is actually working. We can. Our research and our platform provide the answer, and we are building the commercial engine to get that message in front of the people who need to hear it. **Job Description** This is a senior marketing hire reporting directly to the CRO. You will own the full marketing function including strategy, budget, campaign execution, and pipeline contribution. Your primary accountability is marketing\-sourced pipeline. Not impressions, not MQL volume for its own sake, but discovery meetings that turn into revenue. You will have direct access to the CRO, full ownership of the marketing budget, and the ability to make decisions and move fast without layers of approval. You will manage a content manager, work with external creative support, and partner closely with our sales development and account executive teams to run a joined\-up go\-to\-market motion. You will also work with RevOps to make sure HubSpot, lead scoring, and attribution are working the way they should. This is a hands\-on role. You will be setting strategy and executing it yourself. If you are looking for a role where you brief agencies and review decks, this is not it. **What You Will Be Responsible For:** * Owning the marketing\-sourced pipeline target and reporting on it weekly to the CRO * Running major content\-led campaigns across the year built around our research, each with a full asset kit including landing page, email nurture, SDR sequences, webinar, supporting blogs, sales one\-pager, and social content * Managing paid channels including LinkedIn ABM and paid search, making budget decisions based on conversion data not assumptions * Running the webinar programme from topic selection through to post\-event follow\-up * Planning and delivering a field marketing and executive event programme * Owning HubSpot campaign tracking, UTM structure, lead scoring, and MQL routing in partnership with RevOps * Briefing and managing content and social support to deliver the creative and social layer of each campaign * Making the BlueOptima brand show up consistently and credibly in the places our buyers spend time **Qualifications** **What We Are Looking For:** You will have at least eight years in B2B marketing with a meaningful chunk of that in enterprise SaaS. You have owned a pipeline number before and you are comfortable being held to one. You know the difference between a marketing qualified lead and a real buying signal and you build programmes around that distinction. You are strong on HubSpot. Not at an admin level but at a level where you can look at a lead scoring model, a routing workflow, or an attribution report and know immediately whether it is set up correctly. You understand how long enterprise deals take to close and you build your campaigns accordingly. You are a good writer and a good briefer. The campaigns we run are research\-led and content\-heavy. You do not need to produce everything yourself but you need strong enough judgement to know what good looks like and to get it out of the people around you. Experience in developer tooling, DevOps, cybersecurity, or any SaaS product sold to engineering leadership is a genuine advantage. You will understand the buyer faster and the learning curve will be shorter. **What We Are Not Looking For:** Someone who has spent their career in high\-velocity SMB or product\-led growth environments will find this role a difficult adjustment. Our sales cycles run five to eight months and our buyers are CTOs and CFOs. The motion is deliberate, account\-based, and relationship\-driven. We are also not looking for someone who leads with brand. Brand matters but it is not the job. The job is pipeline. **What Success Looks Like:** After twelve months you will have delivered the marketing\-sourced pipeline target, improved MQL to meeting conversion meaningfully, executed four major campaigns with measurable pipeline contribution, and built a marketing motion that the sales team trusts and relies on. **Additional Information** **Benefits we offer :** * London HQ, 3 days in office, 2 remote * 32 days holiday including bank holidays * 12 weeks paid maternity and paternity leave * 4 weeks per year flexible remote working from anywhere * Annual Leave purchase (up to 10 extra days) * Work from Home Equipment allowance * Pet friendly office * Sponsored Learning Opportunities * Cycle2work scheme * Team Socials Stay connected with us on LinkedIn or keep an eye on our career page for future opportunities!

Across our brands, we create travel experiences that help people see the world in different ways; from social group adventures for 18–32s, to small\-group touring through lesser\-known local places, to active travel experiences by bike and beyond. While each brand has its own audience, personality and style of travel, we share one vision: to be the antidote to ordinary group touring. **Role Overview** We’re looking for a **Paid Media Manager** to help drive growth across all our brands. This is a hands\-on, delivery\-focused paid media role for someone who enjoys being close to the numbers, close to the platforms and close to the work. You’ll be building, managing, optimising and reporting on paid media campaigns across channels including Google, YouTube, Meta, TikTok and emerging platforms. You’ll be someone who is analytical, practical and commercially minded and enjoys the detail: checking pacing, spotting trends, understanding why performance has moved and knowing what to test next. You don’t need to overcomplicate things, but you do need to be curious, commercially focused and confident making recommendations. **What You’ll Be Doing** You’ll be responsible for the day\-to\-day delivery and optimisation of paid media activity across Global Touring’s brands. This will include: * Building, managing and optimising paid media campaigns across Google, YouTube, Meta, TikTok and emerging platforms * Managing campaign setup, structure, budgets, bids, targeting and tracking within the platforms * Monitoring performance regularly and making changes to improve booked revenue, CPA, ROAS and revenue contribution * Running test\-and\-learn activity across audiences, formats, channels, creative and messaging * Carrying out keyword research, search term reviews and negative keyword management * Reviewing paid creative performance, identifying strong hooks, formats and messaging * Working with brand teams to brief, test and refresh paid creative assets * Recommending channel mix and budget shifts based on performance, targets and growth opportunities * Tracking budget pacing and making sure spend is being used effectively * Reporting on performance clearly, with insights and recommendations the team can act on * Using dashboards, attribution tools and platform data to understand full\-funnel performance * Supporting improvements in reporting, tracking and performance visibility * Using AI and automation where helpful to improve efficiency, streamline reporting and free up more time for optimisation * Managing and supporting one direct report **Experience And Skills** You’ll need: * 4\+ years’ experience in paid media, performance marketing or digital acquisition * Proven experience managing paid search and paid social campaigns directly * Strong working knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads and TikTok Ads * Experience managing campaign setup, optimisation, budgets and reporting within platforms * A commercial mindset, with a focus on booked revenue, CPA, ROAS and ROI * Strong analytical skills and confidence working with performance data * Experience running tests across audiences, creative, messaging and formats * A good understanding of paid creative performance and how to spot what is working * Confidence making recommendations on budget allocation and channel mix * Ability to work at pace, prioritise effectively and manage multiple campaigns at once * Familiarity with reporting dashboards, attribution tools or GA4 * Clear communication skills and the ability to explain performance in a simple, useful way * Curiosity to explore new platforms, formats, tools and ways of working * Confidence using AI or automation to improve day\-to\-day efficiency It would also be helpful if you have: * Experience working across multiple brands or markets * Experience in travel, ecommerce, retail, lifestyle or direct\-to\-consumer businesses * Experience managing or supporting another team member * Experience with YouTube, Reddit or other emerging paid channels **Why Join Global Touring?** Global Touring gives you the opportunity to work across three distinct travel brands, each with its own audience, product and growth opportunity. You’ll have real visibility over performance and the chance to make a direct impact on how we acquire customers, spend media budget and grow revenue. This is a role where your work will be seen in the numbers, not hidden in a plan. You’ll be joining a team that values curiosity, accountability, transparency and collaboration. We care about doing good work, learning quickly and making decisions based on what is actually happening \- not what we hoped would happen. If you enjoy paid media, travel, performance marketing and the daily work of making campaigns better, this could be a great role for you. **Our Values** Our values aren’t just words on a page. They’re the backbone; the steering wheel; the soundtrack to how we embrace each day. **Stay Curious** We are natural born explorers. Our people question old solutions, apply alternative thinking and embrace being challenged in the search for outcomes. We’re excited by the journey on and off the road – expanding our knowledge, adapting to feedback and questioning the status quo. Value ideas over hierarchy. Have the courage to take risks. Don’t let perfection prevent growth. **Choose transparency** We take the right way, not the easy way. We’re straight up even through the toughest conversations; tackling challenges head\-on and with integrity. Honour commitments. Communicate with clarity. And build relationships based on mutual respect. Forget hidden agendas, we treat everyone fairly – despite a preference for instant coffee. **Don’t pass the buck** If we do it, we do it well. We are empowered to make decisions based on data and experience – holding each other accountable along the way. Spare the excuses. Be fearless in the pursuit of results. All applications go through our careers page, which is the only way to be considered. If you pass our screening, you’ll be asked to complete one or more tests. They are challenging, may involve unfamiliar problems, and can take several hours. To learn more about what to expect throughout the selection process, you can find additional information here.
