If you’re unsure about a message, please visit our official careers page or contact us directly. SVP/VP Outbound Growth Reports to Global President, Growth Location: Remote \- United Kingdom **Job Summary** The SVP/VP, Outbound Growth is the connective layer between OPEN Health’s enterprise account strategy and the outbound growth team members across the practices. This role ensures that the prioritised account plan translates into focused, coordinated, and measurable outbound activity across every tier of the account landscape. The operating model adapts based on coverage: where GCPs are assigned, this person provides outbound campaign support (targeting packages, cadence execution, pursuit intelligence, congress logistics) that amplifies GCP efforts while they retain full account ownership. Where no GCP is involved, this person runs outbound independently to generate qualified opportunities and routes them to the appropriate practice. Across both models, this role sets the outbound operating rhythm, coordinates with practice outbound teams to prevent duplication, and owns pipeline accountability for outbound\-sourced opportunities. The Associate Manager, Outbound Growth Operations reports directly into this role and runs the campaign mechanics. A Senior Manager, Growth Data \& Intelligence provides targeting models and analytical foundation. A Growth Operations team maintains the CRM and tech stack. The SVP/VP directs the operational cadence across all three and sets the tone for how outbound growth operates at OPEN Health. **Key Relationships** * Enterprise Account Strategy: Translates the prioritised account plan into outbound campaign priorities across anchor/builder, Zone 2 driver, and Zone 3 accounts. * Global Client Partners: Provides outbound campaign support on GCP\-assigned accounts. GCPs own the relationship; this role provides the outbound infrastructure. * Practice Outbound Teams: Connects enterprise strategy to practice\-level outbound execution across GMAC, PMED/PE, E\&A, and Digital. Ensures alignment, coordination, and shared operating standards. * Non\-GCP Accounts: Runs outbound independently to generate pipeline and route qualified opportunities to the relevant practice. * Associate Manager, Outbound Growth Operations: Direct report. Runs the operational engine: list builds, cadence configuration, dashboards, data quality, and campaign execution. * Growth Data \& Intelligence / Growth Operations / Marketing: Receives targeting intelligence, defines tech stack requirements, and coordinates outbound messaging with the broader content calendar. **Essential Duties \& Responsibilities** **Align Outbound to the Enterprise Account Strategy** * Translate the enterprise account strategy into outbound campaign priorities across all tiers. Maintain a clear view of which accounts are being worked, by whom, and through which channels. * Set the outbound campaign calendar in partnership with GCPs, Practice BD leads, and practice outbound teams, ensuring sequencing and focus reflect the account plan. * Continuously reprioritise based on pipeline outcomes and conversion data, not activity volume. **Execute Outbound Across the Account Landscape** **For GCP\-assigned Accounts (anchor/builder, Zone 2, Zone 3\)** * Build targeting packages, configure cadences, develop pursuit intelligence briefs, and run pre\- and post\-congress campaigns in support of GCPs. * Track outbound activity and pipeline outcomes on GCP\-supported campaigns and continuously refine the enablement model based on what is actually accelerating pipeline. For non\-GCP accounts (Zone 2 and Zone 3 without dedicated coverage): * Independently build and execute outbound campaign cycles with practice\-specific value propositions. Qualify and progress opportunities directly, including taking discovery meetings. * Route qualified opportunities to the relevant practice with full context. Manage account graduation into GCP or Practice BD coverage as relationships deepen. **Connect Enterprise Strategy to Practice Outbound Teams** * Maintain ongoing visibility into where each practice outbound team is focused, what campaigns they are running, and what pipeline they are generating. * Run a regular coordination rhythm with practice outbound leads to share intelligence, align on coverage, and prevent conflicting outreach. * Establish outbound operating standards (targeting criteria, cadence design, data quality, follow\-up protocols) that practice teams adopt because they work. * Ensure market intelligence and campaign learnings flow bidirectionally between central commercial and practice outbound teams. **Run Conference \& Congress Campaign Operations** * Prioritise which congresses warrant outbound campaign investment based on account density, practice relevance, and pipeline potential. * Build pre\-congress packages for GCP\-owned accounts (collaboratively) and non\-GCP targets (independently): target lists, cadences, briefing materials, and meeting schedules. * Coordinate with practice outbound teams on congress targeting to maximise coverage without duplication. * Run post\-congress follow\-through: debriefs completed, pipeline logged within 48 hours, next steps tracked to qualified opportunity. **Pipeline Performance \& Reporting** * Track outbound pipeline health across all channels and tiers: volume, velocity, conversion rates, and attribution. * Identify where pipeline is stalling by tier, practice, or channel, and drive tactical fixes. * Deliver regular performance readouts to the CCO and EGS leadership with honest assessments of outbound contribution. **Technology, AI \& Operational Efficiency** * Define how the outbound tech stack (Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Eva Boot, SalesLoft, AI\-enabled tools) connects into an integrated system. Growth Ops builds what this role specifies. * Identify where automation and AI can improve targeting precision, personalise outreach at scale, and reduce manual effort. **Role Growth Trajectory** * Activate: Onboard into the account landscape and enterprise strategy. Map GCP coverage, practice outbound activity, and white space. Build relationships across the growth ecosystem. Identify first campaign priorities. * Generate: Launch first campaign cycles across GCP\-supported and non\-GCP accounts. Begin coordination rhythm with practice outbound teams. Pipeline dashboards live. First qualified opportunities attributable to outbound. * Scale: Expand coverage across all practices and tiers. Deepen the GCP enablement model. Shape outbound standards that practice teams adopt based on demonstrated results. * Operate: Lead a fully operational outbound growth function with proven pipeline contribution, established GCP enablement, strong practice coordination, and outbound standards adopted across the organisation. **Experience, Skills \& Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification preferred. * 10\+ years in business development, revenue operations, growth leadership, or commercial operations within life sciences, healthcare services, or professional services, with at least 3 years in senior leadership or people management. * Direct experience running outbound campaign operations: targeting, cadence management, pipeline tracking, and conversion analysis. * Proven ability to work in a service/enablement capacity alongside senior commercial stakeholders without owning the client relationship directly. * Demonstrated experience translating commercial strategy into outbound priorities and coordinating across distributed execution teams. * Operational fluency with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, SalesLoft, or comparable platforms. * Experience working with or selling into emerging biotech and mid\-tier pharmaceutical companies. * Strong analytical capability and cross\-functional coordination skills with clear, direct communication. **Travel \& Location** * Up to 30%, including international travel. Quarterly travel for team meetings, planning sessions, and key events. Congress attendance is encouraged but not mandated. **About OPEN Health** At OPEN Health, we connect visionary minds, pioneering science, and advanced technology to drive real impact. Senior Product Manager

Fifth Dimension

London, England, UK

Fifth Dimension is the most prominent AI company in real estate in the world, bringing the magic of AI automation to document\-heavy industries 🌈. Our AI workspace helps leading investment managers, owners, and operators across the US, UK, and APAC automate complex workflows, extract insights from critical documents, and make faster, smarter decisions. We're looking for a Senior Product Manager, based in New York (preferred) or London, reporting to our Co\-Founder \& CPO, Johnny, and working alongside our other senior PM as a peer. This is a senior individual\-contributor role: you'll own product end\-to\-end for a critical area, partner shoulder\-to\-shoulder with engineering, and get as close to customers as anyone in the company. There's no team to inherit or build, your impact comes from what you ship and the standards you hold. You're a builder who still ships. You can open Figma, write a brief, prototype in AI tools, cut scope, and make the call, and you back every decision with a commercial instinct for what actually drives adoption and revenue. We ship daily. You will too. **About Us** We're a London, New York, and Singapore based startup with ample runway, backed by Tier 1 European and American investors. We've raised $22m at Series A and are growing 6x ARR year on year. Our founders, Johnny Morris and Dr. Kate Jarvis, bring a powerful blend of expertise (and spice 🌶️): Johnny has 17\+ years applying data and analytics to Real Estate, while Kate holds a Stanford PhD and 12 years of executive experience across Silicon Valley and London startups. At Fifth Dimension, we're demanding yet encouraging, valuing experimentation and kind challenges. Our company values, **Own It, Ship It, and Don't Be Boring** , drive us to deliver exceptional results while fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. ****What This Role Is**** * A senior IC who owns product end\-to\-end for a critical area, from customer insight through to shipped, polished product. * A builder who ships personally: Figma, briefs, prototypes in AI tools, scope calls, and the judgement to make them. * Turns product vision and live customer feedback into sharp, shipped product. * Carrier of product standards across engineering, customer success, sales, and customers. * Commercially wired — measures success in adoption and revenue, not features shipped. * Brings just enough process to keep things consistent (reliable, repeatable communication). ****What This Role Is Not**** * A people\-management role. This is an individual\-contributor seat, there's no team to inherit or build, and no plans to add one for this role. * A process\-only person. We don't want OKRs, PRDs, or roadmap theatre. * Someone who hasn't touched a product in 12 months. * Someone who needs the structure of a big company around them to be effective. ****The Challenge**** We're leaving real value uncaptured because the product hasn't yet been run with a sharp, customer\-obsessed hand on every detail. What should the product look like to immediately communicate intelligence and connectivity? How do the first 30 seconds of a demo show we're an intelligence platform, not a chatbot? Where does the product win deals today, and where does it quietly lose them? The problems here are genuinely novel. How do you present AI\-extracted insights alongside source documents so a professional trusts them enough to make a $100M investment decision? How do you reason about agentic systems, evaluations, and probabilistic output, and still ship something customers rely on every day? How do you take something bespoke and turn it into something repeatable that ships? Imagine it's Month 1\. You've diagnosed, delivered, and productified a major customer deliverable — taken something bespoke and made it repeatable. You're in customer sessions forming strong opinions on where the product is failing them, and pushing engineering on it. You know where the product wins demos and where it loses them. That's the pace. ****What You'll Do**** * Own and ship a product area. You own the product layer for your area end\-to\-end, customer insight through to pixel\-level delivery, working shoulder\-to\-shoulder with engineering. We ship daily; you will too. * Turn vision and feedback into product. Take product direction and live customer feedback and convert it into sharp, shipped product, cutting scope, making the call, and holding the bar. * Get close to customers. Spend real time with enterprise customers, including the high\-stakes conversations (renewals, a broken workflow, a promise made and kept). Bring what you learn straight back into the product. * Drive adoption and revenue. Sharpen how the product demos and sells so it visibly drives adoption and revenue, not just feature count. You'll see your decisions in the numbers. * Invent AI\-native product. Agentic workflows, streaming outputs, document intelligence, confidence signals, human\-AI collaboration. There's no playbook, you'll help write it, and use AI tools to collapse the gap between idea and shipped. * Keep the signal flowing. Bring light, reliable process, the consistent weekly updates and shared context that keep founders, engineering, and customers aligned without slowing anyone down. **About You** You're a senior product person who never stopped building. You've shipped product to real customers and you shipped something yourself in the last 12 months, you can open Figma, write a brief, prototype in AI tools, cut scope, and make the call. You're commercially wired: you think about adoption and revenue, not just what made it into the release. You're genuinely AI\-native. You've shipped AI product that customers use, you have opinions about agentic systems, and you can reason about evaluations and probabilistic output. That shows up in your own craft too, you work in AI\-native tooling, you'll ship a small code change to unblock yourself, and AI has genuinely changed how you work. "I use ChatGPT and Figma sometimes" isn't what we mean. You've been in the high\-stakes customer conversations, a renewal on the line, a product that broke, a promise you had to make and keep, and you can talk through exactly how you handled them. You thrive in startup pace: high ownership, comfortable with ambiguity, curious, and an active communicator. You bring just enough process to be consistent, because you know that's where founders often need the most help. ****What We're Looking For**** * Shipped AI product that real customers use, with real opinions on agentic systems, evaluations, and probabilistic output. (Must\-have.) * Deep personal AI craft, AI\-native in your own workflow (e.g. Claude and AI\-native tooling, shipping small code changes yourself), not AI as a novelty. (Must\-have.) * A commercial mindset, you measure yourself on adoption and revenue, and you understand how enterprise buyers evaluate, adopt, and expand. (Must\-have.) * Still a builder, shipped product personally in the last 12 months: opens Figma, writes briefs, prototypes, cuts scope, makes the call. * Battle\-tested in high\-stakes customer conversations, renewals, a broken product, promises made and kept, and able to walk through them in detail. * Thrives in startup pace, high ownership, comfortable with ambiguity, curious, an active communicator, and brings just enough process to stay consistent. ****Nice to Have**** * Domain knowledge in a specialist professional field, real estate, finance, legal, insurance, healthcare, or construction. Not required, but we expect you to do the research. * Experience with complex data products, extraction, search, intelligence, analytics, not pure SaaS CRUD. * Platform instinct, thinks in systems, APIs, skills, and compounding, not just features. * Can touch code, enough to prototype or unblock yourself. ****Your First Few Months**** **Month 1\.** You've diagnosed, delivered, and productified a major customer deliverable, turned something bespoke into something repeatable that ships. You're in customer sessions forming strong opinions on where the product is failing them and pushing engineering on it. You understand the product: where it wins demos and where it loses them. **Month 3\.** Deep customer wins from the product being closer to customers than it's ever been, at least one account where the breakthrough came from you. The first measurable improvements to how we demo and sell are live, and you're on top of the metrics that matter: latency, trust, accuracy, adoption. **Month 6\.** The product is the reason we're winning deals we wouldn't have won six months ago. Multiple deep customer wins where the compound effect is visible, better data, better workflows, higher adoption, expansion revenue, and product\-led growth that's real and measurable, not a narrative. **Compensation And Benefits** We're hybrid three days a week in our New York (preferred) or London office. * New York: $185,000–$220,000 base, plus meaningful equity. Flexible based on experience and seniority * London: £100,000–£135,000 base, plus meaningful equity. Flexible based on experience and seniority * Meaningful equity on a standard vesting schedule 📈 * 401(k) plan (US) or enhanced pension contributions (UK) * Generous paid time off * Health, dental, and life insurance (US) or private healthcare via BUPA (UK) * Enhanced parental leave: 14 weeks for the primary caregiver, 6 weeks for the secondary caregiver * Tailored support for exceptional challenges, different for everyone * 2\-week all\-company December shutdown

**Senior Product Manager** **Location:** London (Hybrid) **About the Company** Our client is a leading global player in the digital asset markets — a crypto\-native algorithmic trading firm providing liquidity across major exchanges and trading platforms. Their OTC desk offers a wide range of spot and derivatives products and supports a large base of counterparties spanning both crypto\-native and traditional financial institutions. They are also active participants in the broader blockchain ecosystem through DeFi, an investments arm, partnerships, and incubations. Founded by trading industry veterans, the firm has successfully navigated multiple crypto industry cycles. Culturally, they combine the best of two worlds: the technology standards of high\-frequency trading firms in traditional markets and the innovative, entrepreneurial culture of technology startups. **About the Role** We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead the development of an institutional crypto trading platform, enabling seamless trading experiences for institutional clients. This role owns the end\-user trading experience — the customer\-facing UIs and execution workflows used daily by institutional clients. This is a hands\-on, cross\-functional role with direct impact. You will work closely with engineers, designers, and stakeholders across the business to define, build, and ship a secure, scalable, high\-performance trading platform. It is best suited to PMs who are hands\-on builders and delivery\-driven. **Key Responsibilities** * Own the end\-to\-end delivery of customer\-facing UIs and execution workflows, from concept through launch and iteration. * Own the product lifecycle of the platform, driving delivery with a strong bias toward shipping, user adoption, and measurable outcomes. * Track user adoption, usage patterns, and performance metrics to continuously iterate and improve shipped functionality. * Manage the engineering team's roadmap, sprints, and deliverables using Agile methodologies. * Partner with engineering, infrastructure, and security teams on technical feasibility, architecture, and cybersecurity standards. * Use Python for automation, prototyping, and light data analysis as needed. * Ensure integration with market data feeds and execution systems using the FIX protocol. * Maintain a focus on system latency, ensuring low\-latency execution pathways and minimizing delays across the platform. **Required Qualifications** * Demonstrated experience owning and shipping customer\-facing UI products used by external users. * 5\+ years in a technical Product Manager role, ideally in fintech, crypto, or capital markets. * Strong technical background — able to engage deeply with engineers on system design and infrastructure to deliver complex, customer\-facing products. * Proficiency in Python scripting for basic automation or data parsing. * Awareness of latency\-critical systems and the ability to make trade\-offs between speed, scalability, and reliability. **Nice to Have** * Familiarity with cybersecurity principles, identity/access management, and secure APIs. * Experience managing full\-stack product development with a focus on scalability and performance, including latency\-critical systems. * Hands\-on experience with the FIX protocol and electronic trading systems. * Prior experience building trading platforms or single dealer platforms. * Knowledge of crypto markets, blockchain infrastructure, and DeFi protocols. **Why Join** * Opportunity to work at one of the world's leading algorithmic trading firms. * Engaging projects offering accelerated responsibilities and ownership compared to traditional finance environments. * A vibrant working culture with team meals, festive celebrations, gaming events, and company\-wide team\-building events. * A modern central London office with amenities, personalized desk setups, and a comfortable team breakout area. * Great company culture: informal, non\-hierarchical, ambitious, highly professional with a startup vibe, collaborative, and entrepreneurial. * Performance\-based compensation with significant earning potential, alongside standard perks like pension and private health insurance.
