Global Alliance Lead

Fivetran

From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data\-driven. **About Us** Fivetran and dbt Labs are bringing together two industry\-leading companies with a shared mission: helping organizations unlock the full value of their data. Together, we’re delivering the data infrastructure layer that helps organizations move, transform, and trust their data — from the moment data moves, through every transformation, to the context teams and AI systems rely on. Fivetran helps organizations automate data movement across the systems, clouds, engines, and tools they rely on. dbt Labs pioneered analytics engineering, helping teams transform data into reliable, governed insights. Together, we support thousands of organizations as they build a trusted foundation for analytics, AI, and better business decisions. As we bring our teams and technology together, we’re building on the strengths of both companies while continuing to deliver the products and experiences our customers know and trust. relationships. **What You'll Do** *Relationship strategy and executive engagement* * Own the global GSI relationship at partner and C\-suite level, building trusted relationships with Client, practice and delivery team leads. * Define and execute a multi\-year joint strategy that positions dbt \+ Fivetran as the default open data infrastructure layer within the GSI’s enterprise AI and agentic relationship — identifying client situations where open data infrastructure creates measurable value. * Drive co\-sell motions alongside GSI account teams, ensuring NewCo is present and influential at the point of client opportunity * Maintain a rigorous view of GSI\-engaged pipeline — tracking opportunity sourcing, progression, and closed business attributed to the alliance *Telemetry and We're not just building software; we're creating the infrastructure for the future of work, enabling a more diverse and inclusive global economy. With our momentum—backed by a $17\.3 billion valuation and $1 B in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) in just over five years—you'll drive meaningful impact while building expertise that makes you a sought\-after leader in the transformation of global work. **Why this role exists** Benefits is one of Deel's fastest growing products. What started as a feature bundled into our core offering has grown into a strategic product area in its own right, and we're now investing seriously in what it becomes next. We're past the earliest proving phase, but we're nowhere near done. The next chapter is growth and depth: expanding global coverage country by country, and making the experience genuinely great for the companies that administer benefits and the workers who live in them every day.At the same time, we're exploring new product verticals within the benefits space that we believe represent major opportunities for Deel's next phase of growth. **This Role Owns Both Tracks** * 1\-to\-100: Take an early\-stage product and build it into something people are proud of by improving depth, reliability, and the global user experience at scale. * 0\-to\-1: Define and launch a new product vertical within benefits. The ambition is set; the execution is yours to shape. **What You'll Actually Do** Own the 1\-to\-100: * Work directly with customers to understand where the product falls short and iterate rapidly * Ensure that AI is at the core of your product and user’s experience. Ship experiences where agents do the work the users used to do. * Drive product depth — improving integrations, enrollment flows, and the experience for companies and employees managing benefits globally * Partner closely with Ops, Sales, and GTMs to ensure the product can be sold and adopted at scale * Make hard prioritisation calls across a complex, multi\-market product with real commercial stakes **Lead a 0\-to\-1** * Define and ship an MVP of a new product vertical within the first 3 months * Run structured discovery, frame the problem clearly, and move from insight to shipped product quickly * Leverage Deel's existing infrastructure and distribution where relevant; we have significant assets to build on **Operate As a High\-agency, Technically Credible PM** * Hold peer\-level technical conversations with engineering leads, not as an engineer, but as a PM who understands the constraints and speaks the language * Use AI tools actively in your day\-to\-day workflow. Not aspirationally — concretely, specifically, today * Navigate constant prioritisation trade\-offs with a CEO who is directly engaged with product decisions **Non\-negotiable** **What you'll bring** * Real 0\-to\-1 experience: you have taken a product from a blank page to something in market, and you can tell that story end\-to\-end including the hard parts * Product taste and war stories: you have shipped enough to have strong instincts about what good looks like, and you can back them with evidence * Active AI fluency:you build products that leverage AI and use AI tools in your workflow today, specifically and concretely. Not planning to. Not interested in. Actually doing it * Technical credibility: you can hold a peer\-level conversation with an engineering lead about APIs, integrations, and data models * High agency from day one: you do not need a clean brief or a finished roadmap. You are the person who creates structure, not finds it **Strongly Valued** * B2B SaaS experience at a scaling startup or scaleup: managing multiple engineering teams and owning both discovery and delivery * Multi\-country product experience: understanding that global compliance is a product problem, not just a legal one * 7\+ years of PM experience with demonstrable Staff\-level impact * Fintech, payments, or embedded finance background — experience building transaction\-based or financially complex products **What We Are Not Looking For** * Deep Benefits domain knowledge as a substitute for product craft: we care about how you build, not which industry you've built in * Someone who needs the environment to be structured before they can operate * Delivery\-focused PMs without strong discovery instincts **How Deel Works — What You're Walking Into** * Quarterly planning exists but plans change. New priorities emerge and the organisation moves fast. That is a feature, not a bug * The CEO is directly engaged with product decisions — you will have exposure at the leadership level from day one * AI is embedded in how we work — in the product, in the process, and in how individuals operate day to day. Everyone has access to frontier AI tools with no limits * Releases are frequent. If a client is blocked, you solve it — you do not wait for the next window * This is not for everyone. If you need structure to feel comfortable, this will be hard. If that sounds like the right kind of hard, we'd like to hear from you **Total Rewards** Our workforce deserves fair and competitive pay that meets them where they are. With scalable benefits, rewards, and perks, our total rewards programs reflect our commitment to inclusivity and access for all. * Our salary range reflects gross base salary. For commercial roles with commission eligibility, this figure represents On\-Target Earnings (OTE), inclusive of base salary and target commission. * Salary ranges are quoted in USD as a consistent global reference. Your offer will be localized to your country's currency using a market\-aligned conversion. * Final pay is based on objective, job\-related criteria including experience, skills, and location. * We don't ask about salary history. Offers are based on the role and what you bring to it. **Some things you'll enjoy** * Stock grant opportunities dependent on your role, employment status and location * Additional perks and benefits based on your employment status and country * The flexibility of remote work, including optional WeWork access At Deel, we're an equal\-opportunity employer that values diversity and positively encourage applications from suitably qualified and eligible candidates regardless of race, religion, sex, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, disability status, pregnancy or maternity or other applicable legally protected characteristics. *Unless otherwise agreed, we will communicate with job applicants using Deel\-specific emails, which include @* *deel.com* *and other acquired company emails like @* *payspace.com* *and @* *paygroup.com* *.
