Head of Demand Generation
Bitrise
Please note: we’re a remote\-first company and offer the flexibility to work remotely within the country listed in the job posting. At Bitrise, we’re transforming how mobile products are developed and deployed for thousands of customers worldwide. Many customers discover us through events that either introduce them to our platform or help them understand a problem they’re facing and how we can solve it. As the Head of Demand Generation at Bitrise, you’ll be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing our Demand Generation engine across our self\-serve and direct sales GTM motions. You will be responsible for generating high\-quality leads that fuel our sales pipeline and drive digital customer acquisition.. Additionally, you will own and manage our marketing tech stack, working closely with Revenue Operations including sales ops, marketing ops, and product teams to create impactful campaigns that resonate with our target audience and deliver on business objectives. Our Ideal Candidate * A get\-things\-done attitude with an entrepreneurial spirit * 7\+ years of experience in demand generation at B2B SaaS companies, with working for companies in the $10M\-$80M ARR range * Experience with building or rebuilding a DemandGen engine, not just inheriting or managing one * Proven track record owning a pipeline number and delivering against it with a small team and realistic budget * Hands\-on experience with marketing automation (HubSpot preferred) and CRM (Salesforce), including building workflows, lead scoring, and campaign execution * Strong analytical skills with the ability to do reverse funnel math, build dashboards, and translate data into actionable decisions * Experience with developer marketing or technical buyers where traditional B2B tactics don't work * Experience operating in a hybrid PLG \+ sales\-led environment and solid understanding on how DemandGen supports both motions * Deep familiarity with paid digital (Google Ads, LinkedIn), ABM, content syndication, email nurture, and event\-driven pipeline programs * Comfortable with intent data platforms (6sense, Bombora) and knows when to keep the martech stack simple rather than adding more tools * Actively uses AI tools in their marketing work to move faster, not because it's trendy * Strong project management skills with the ability to run multiple campaigns simultaneously without dropping things * Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially with sales teams * Experienced people manager, hiring and scaling growth marketing teams What would really knock our socks off * Experience in DevOps, CI/CD, mobile development tools, or developer platforms * Familiarity with running DemandGen during a company positioning shift * Experience working directly with BDR/SDR teams to align outbound and marketing programs Your Role \& Responsibilities * Own the marketing\-sourced and marketing\-influenced pipeline number across both self\-serve and direct sales motions * Work backward from bookings targets to define required volume of MQLs, SQLs, and opportunities by channel, by month * Build and run multi\-channel DemandGen campaigns: paid digital (Google, LinkedIn), email nurture, content syndication, webinars, ABM plays, and event\-driven programs * Execute campaigns hands\-on, not just plan them. Set up campaigns in HubSpot, manage paid media, write briefs, pull reports, and optimize based on performance data * Manage and optimize the marketing tech stack with a focus on keeping it lean and effective. Partner with RevOps on lead scoring, routing, attribution, and reporting * Build and maintain dashboards tracking pipeline generated, conversion rates by stage, cost per MQL/SQL, channel ROI, and pipeline velocity. Share these openly with no spin * Partner with sales and BDRs regularly. Provide the right content, intent signals, and talk tracks. Listen to feedback and actually adjust programs based on it * Collaborate with content and product marketing to ensure campaigns reflect Bitrise's positioning as the best platform for mobile, broader DevOps, and AI agent infrastructure * Run continuous experiments on subject lines, landing pages, audience segments, channel mix, and messaging. Kill what doesn't work quickly, double down on what does * Plan and execute events (owned webinars \+ third\-party conferences) as pipeline programs with measurable targets, not just brand plays * Document playbooks, campaign templates, and processes so what you build is repeatable and scalable * Managing a team of 3 Marketing Managers \- own their performance management, coaching, mentoring and growth with Bitrise **Required Skills \& Competencies** * Pipeline Ownership \& Accountability: Can do the math from bookings targets back through conversion rates to figure out exactly how many leads are needed per channel. Builds programs to hit those numbers. Flags issues early and comes with a plan to fix them. * Campaign Execution at Speed: Gets campaigns from idea to live fast. Doesn't need 6 weeks to launch an email sequence or a webinar. Bias toward shipping and iterating rather than perfecting in a vacuum. * Data Fluency \& Analytical Rigor: Builds own reports and dashboards. Understands multi\-touch attribution and its limitations. Checks numbers weekly and makes decisions based on data, not gut feel or what worked at their last company. * Developer Audience Marketing: Understands that developers and engineering leaders don't respond to traditional B2B marketing. Knows how to create demand through technical content, community involvement, and product\-led motions rather then pushy outbound. * Cross\-Functional Partnership: Works well with sales, BDRs, content, PMM, and RevOps. Not territorial. Actively seeks feedback from sales on lead quality and adjusts programs accordingly. The kind of marketer sales teams actually want to work with. * Marketing Technology Proficiency: Hands\-on with HubSpot (or equivalent MAP), Salesforce, paid media platforms, and ABM/intent tools. Can troubleshoot a broken workflow, set up lead scoring, and evaluate whether a new tool is actually worth adding to the stack. * Experimentation Mindset: Constantly tests and iterates. Has killed programs that weren't delivering even if they were "supposed to work." Brings ideas to the table proactively, doesn't just execute what they're told. * Project Management \& Organization: Keeps multiple workstreams moving without letting things slip. Uses project management tools to track timelines and deliverables. Keeps work visible to cross\-functional partners. * Resilience \& Bias to Action: Moves fast in ambiguous environments. Doesn't get stuck waiting for perfect information. Ships, learns, adjusts. Comfortable with the messy reality of building demand gen at a growth\-stage company. * Transparency \& Communication: Tells people what's working and what isn't, straight up. Doesn't hide behind vanity metrics. Gives the CEO and sales leadership a clear, honest picture at all times. What We Offer * The opportunity to learn about app development by playing a crucial role in the mobile development process for the world’s most successful companies * The security of working in a financially stable, growing company with an ever\-expanding global customer base * A remote working environment with opportunities for in\-person collaboration * A global customer portfolio to manage * A competitive stock options package * Private medical insurance \& life assurance **About Bitrise** Bitrise is a continuous integration and delivery platform, built by and for mobile app developers. Head of Product
Xapien
**About Us** Every business needs to know who they’re really working with whether it’s suppliers, investors, partners, or third parties. At Xapien, we’re reinventing how organisations do that, combining speed, scale and accuracy with cutting\-edge AI. Since 2018, we’ve grown from a deep\-tech startup to a global player in AI\-driven due diligence and risk intelligence. 2024 was a landmark year as we closed a $10M Series A, earned recognition in the Chartis RiskTech100® and Everest Group’s Leading 50™, and expanded our products, markets and customer base. **2025 was even bigger:** With new regulations, rising compliance pressure and growing reputation risks, organisations everywhere are demanding smarter, faster ways to work and they’re turning to us. Customers worldwide from global law firms and private banks to universities and nonprofits rely on Xapien to turn days of manual research into trusted insights, delivered in minutes. **Our momentum so far** Customers in a diverse range of industries, with particular growth in wealth management, financial services and supply chain onboarding. Demand accelerating beyond our UK headquarters, across multiple continents with new customers in the Middle East, Asia, and Oceania. **Why this is an exciting time to join** This isn’t just another job role; it’s an opportunity to shape the future of the due diligence industry with a market\-leading product trusted by global organisations. Whether you’re in marketing, communications, sales, or finance, you’ll play a critical role in driving growth, building credibility, and defining how we connect our product to a rapidly evolving market. We’re scaling fast with more customers, more releases, and bigger regulatory and market challenges. Expectations are rising, due diligence now means real\-time insight, delivered efficiently and with impact. You won’t just be executing campaigns, closing deals, or managing numbers, you’ll be influencing strategy, optimising processes, and helping position a brand that’s setting the new standard for trust and transparency. For people who love learning, innovating, and making an impact that matters now is the moment to be a part of Xapien. **What will you do:** Reporting to Shaun O'Mahony, Co\-Founder and CPTO, you'll take ownership of the product roadmap, the team, and the day\-to\-day product decisions that currently sit with the CPTO. You'll bring the B2B enterprise SaaS playbook that turns promising technology into a scalable product business — customer advisory boards, structured roadmap communication, segmentation discipline, and the kind of evidence\-based decision\-making that lets the whole organisation move faster with confidence. What makes Xapien genuinely exciting for a senior product hire is the moment it's in. The hard technology problem is largely solved. What's needed now is the product and commercial discipline to focus that capability on the right customers, in the right segments and to build the organisation that can sustain and accelerate that focus as the company scales. For a product leader who wants to pair world\-class technology with world\-class product management, and have their fingerprints on how a category\-defining company grows, the timing doesn't get much better than this. **Key responsibilities:** * Translate company strategy into a clear product roadmap with explicit bets, sequenced priorities, and defined ICPs for each target segment. * Establish and maintain a rigorous prioritisation framework that connects strategy and customer evidence to roadmap decisions — and has the courage to kill work that doesn't pass the test. In a company with big ambitions and limited resources, saying no is as important as saying yes. * Drive segmentation discipline: define where Xapien plays, how it wins, and ensure every initiative ladders up to that focus. * Partner with the CEO, CPTO, and Chief Strategy Officer to align product direction with commercial strategy and fundraising narrative. * Establish a customer advisory board to create a structured, ongoing feedback loop with key accounts — moving beyond ad\-hoc conversations to systematic insight. * Define how the roadmap is communicated to commercial teams and customers: what's shared, what's not, how commitments are framed, and how expectation\-setting works across sales cycles. * Own the product narrative for commercial conversations — ensuring sales teams can confidently articulate what's coming, what's possible, and what's out of scope. * Implement outcome\-based metrics and feedback loops that measure whether the product is moving the needle for customers and the business, not just shipping features. * Represent the voice of the customer in leadership discussions, grounding strategic decisions in evidence rather than opinion. * Embed modern product discovery practices: continuous customer research, hypothesis\-driven development, and rapid validation cycles. * Build planning and delivery processes together with engineering that give commercial and leadership teams confidence in commitments. * Own product quality standards — ensuring what ships actually solves the problem it was meant to solve, not just pass QA. * Bring the rigour of enterprise SaaS product management to a team with strong technical instincts but less structured product experience: release management, beta programmes, adoption tracking, and customer success integration. * Grow and develop the product team, hiring for customer empathy, analytical rigour, and collaborative mindset. * Create career pathways and coaching frameworks that develop strong product managers who can operate independently. * Shift the team culture from escalation\-dependent to empowered — product managers who understand the "why" behind decisions and can make the right calls autonomously. * Foster shared ownership of outcomes across product, engineering, and commercial teams — breaking down silos that slow down a growing organisation. **Here’s our promise to you:** * We are going to work with you \- to build a rewarding and fulfilling career with the opportunities, challenges and resources you need to do you your best work. * We succeed together\- you will own a meaningful part of the business through our employee shares \& equity programme. * Private health insurance to keep you in tip\-top condition. * Life Insurance – let's hope nobody ever needs this! * Unlimited holidays – yes, it really is uncapped – take the time you need, when you need it. * Everyone is learning, developing and challenging themselves so we have a £1k professional development fund per year if you want to learn new skills, even new things outside of work. * Most importantly of all, we will work with you, to help you realise your fullest potential, always.

Senior Product Manager - Growth
Dwelly
**About Dwelly** Dwelly — a UK\-based, AI\-enabled lettings and property management platform, that is growing through a roll\-up strategy acquiring estate agencies. The company leverages two arms: i) acquiring existing letting agencies, effectively buying its highly sticky, recurring revenue\-type landlords portfolios, and then ii) building a top\-notch technology to automate tenant management, payments, and post\-rental property maintenance. The company seamlessly integrates AI services to automate all business processes within brick\-and\-mortar real estate agencies, integrating them into a tech\-enabled digital letting platform in two months to radically improve the user experiences and increase efficiency of the business. We’re a fast\-growing, product\-focused company, backed by top\-tier investors and led by a team with deep experience in real estate, technology, and operations. Position Summary We are seeking a highly organised, commercially\-minded Product Manager to come in as the first Senior Product Manager \- Growth at Dwelly. This role owns the product engine behind our commercial number: growing the landlord base, growing revenue per landlord, and keeping landlords with Dwelly for the long term. You will own the landlord relationship surface end\-to\-end — landlord CRM, the landlord portal, onboarding, retention, and upsell — across all four Dwelly products (Tenant Find, Property Management, Payments, Communications/Platform) and deeply understand the landlord persona in all its forms. **Key Responsibilities:** * Landlord Insight \& Segmentation * Build a working segmentation of the landlord base — e.g. single\-property "accidental" landlords vs. multi\-property professional/investor landlords — and understand the distinct churn drivers, upsell appetite, and lifetime value of each. * Conduct landlord interviews, surveys, and portfolio analysis to understand needs by segment. * Act as the voice of the landlord across the company, and wire segmentation into onboarding, retention, and pricing decisions. * Retention \& Churn Reduction * Reduce service\-related churn through proactive prediction (leveraging the platform "brain" and sentiment signals) and timely retention interventions. * Attack sale\-related churn — the dominant cause, as most churn comes from landlords selling — by identifying properties heading to sale early and keeping them in\-network (investor\-landlord matching, reseller/portfolio partnerships). * Own the retention playbook: triggers, interventions, and ownership of who is contacted when. * Landlord Onboarding \& Portfolio Migration * Build the product to activate landlords from newly acquired agencies into Dwelly at scale — protecting the portfolio we've just acquired and setting each on an upward growth trajectory. * Design the onboarding experience for net\-new organic landlords, driven by referrals and partnerships. * Revenue Growth per Landlord * Grow the underdeveloped ancillary revenue line — rent guarantees, zero deposit, unified deposit schemes, contractor commissions, mortgage and other financial products — by improving attach rates. * Drive fee realisation across acquired portfolios, harmonising inconsistent or discounted fee structures toward standard. * Ensure recurring revenue levers such as annual rent reviews reliably fire across the whole portfolio. * Growth Product Process \& Metrics * Define the metrics for each team and management layer so incentives are aligned, not conflicting, and use them to guide decision\-making. * Introduce workflows, documentation, roadmap, and rollout/release cadence for the growth function. * Work closely with the commercial (GM \- once we hire) and platform teams to roll out changes and drive adoption across the MD/Valuer org. **Qualifications \& Preferred Background:** * **Experience:** 4–6 years in product roles with a strong growth, lifecycle, CRM, or commercial focus, ideally in fast\-growing B2C, marketplace, or fintech environments. Combined mileage in both structured, product\-led settings and early\-stage startups. * **Skills:** Exceptionally organised, analytically minded, and detail\-oriented; strong numerical skills and data\-driven decision making; exceptional people skills to communicate across product, commercial, and operational stakeholders. * Highly commercial acumen — comfortable owning revenue and portfolio targets, not just shipping features. * In step with recent technology advancements: can deliver some basic products independently with the help of AI. * Experience owning growth, retention, or monetisation product in operational or tech\-enabled B2C businesses, with a demonstrated ability to build new processes and products from scratch. * Experience with financial services / fintech products (insurance, guarantees, lending, payments) is a strong plus. * Strong numerical and analytical skills, with a "get things done" attitude and excellent attention to detail. Compensation \& Benefits: * Competitive salary with the potential for equity options based on performance, recognising exceptional contributions to our integration success. What is it like being a Dwell\-er? Feel free to check out Dwelly Core Principles. That’s about what we believe in, how we operate and make decisions. What we offer is not a fancy office or a static workplace. Instead, this is solving one of worlds’ most complex problems in the largest consumer industry in the world (residential rentals), to improve the experience for \>30% of households (\>5M in the UK, and \>100M including EU and US) that live in rental homes. This is about disrupting the largest, most antiquated industry in the world, with one of the strongest operational and technical teams that exist in the UK and the EU. We work hard, and we shoot for extremely ambitious results. But we want people to be proud of what they’ve built and be able to look back and say one day “hell yeah, that was me that did it all”. * Customer obsession rather than competitive focus * Passion for invention * Operational excellence * Long\-term thinking By applying for this position, you consent to the processing and storage of your personal data for recruitment purposes for up to 365 days, in accordance with our data retention policy and applicable data protection laws.
