We are an AI\-native company. Every team member is expected to leverage AI daily, and we evaluate AI fluency as part of our hiring process. Join us and help redefine what's possible. 🚀 **About the Role:** ClickUp is hiring an **Enterprise Partner Manager** to help build and scale our partner motion across Northern Europe. This role sits at the center of how we expand through partners: recruiting the right firms, enabling them to sell and deliver ClickUp well, and turning partner relationships into a meaningful source of revenue and customer impact. This is a strong fit for someone who knows how to build, not just maintain. You’ll work across partner recruitment, joint business planning, enablement, and pipeline creation while partnering closely with direct sales, solutions, marketing, and other GTM teams in\-region. If you’re energized by creating structure, coaching partners to first wins and beyond, and shaping how a high\-growth SaaS company scales its ecosystem, this role offers real ownership and visible impact. **The Role:** Build a high\-performing partner portfolio across Northern Europe that helps ClickUp win more customers, expand partner\-led revenue, and create repeatable service and go\-to\-market motions around the platform. **Please note, this role does require travel and in\-office work days in one of our two hubs (Dublin or London) 3x per week. Client visits or traveling on site to partners will count as an "in office" day.** **What You’ll Accomplish:** * Recruit and activate new partners that align with ClickUp’s ideal partner profile, including consultancies, agencies, VARs, referral partners, MSPs, and system integrators. * Build and manage a focused book of partners across the United States and Canada, with clear priorities around partner quality, partner engagement, and revenue impact. * Create repeatable service offerings and go\-to\-market plays that help partners position, implement, and expand ClickUp effectively. * Lead joint business planning with priority partners, translating strategy into pipeline creation, co\-selling activity, and measurable growth. * Coach partners on how to run an effective, predictable sales motion with ClickUp—from early qualification through solution positioning and deal progression. * Collaborate closely with Account Executives, Sales Engineers, channel marketing, and other cross\-functional teams so partner activity is tightly connected to field execution. * Use data and partner feedback to improve the motion over time, including which partners to prioritize, where to invest enablement, and how to increase conversion and sourced revenue. * Represent ClickUp externally with partners and customers, helping strengthen our presence and credibility in the ecosystem. **Required Qualifications:** * 7\+ years of channel, partnerships, or partner sales experience in enterprise software, ideally within SaaS. * Strong track record recruiting, onboarding, and growing software\-focused partners in Northern Europe. * Experience building or evolving a partner motion where the value to partners includes both software revenue and their own services opportunity. * Demonstrated success with partner recruitment, joint business planning, and partner\-led pipeline generation. * Ability to coach partners on how to position, sell, and expand a technology solution in a disciplined, repeatable way. * Strong cross\-functional instincts and evidence of effective partnership with direct sales, solutions, marketing, and customer\-facing teams. * Experience building or scaling motions with strategic software partners around workflow, productivity, automation, collaboration, AI, or digital transformation. * Clear, credible communication style with the ability to influence both external partners and internal stakeholders. * Fluent English communication skills. * Willingness to travel as needed for partner meetings, customer engagement, and regional collaboration. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Background working in or alongside a high\-growth SaaS partner ecosystem. * Experience helping build a partner program or operating model, especially in an environment still refining its motion. * Existing network of software\-focused partners across the United Kingdom, Ireland, or Northern Europe that could translate well to ClickUp’s ecosystem. * Comfort operating in a hybrid go\-to\-market model with both direct and partner\-led revenue motions. * Experience enabling partners to sell services around workflow, productivity, digital transformation, or collaboration software. * Familiarity with using AI or automation tools to improve partner research, planning, enablement, or account management. * Additional European language capability is a plus. **What Success Looks Like:** In this role, success looks like building a sharper, more productive partner portfolio—not just adding logos. A strong hire will bring structure to partner selection, help priority partners build repeatable service and sales motions around ClickUp, and turn those efforts into more consistent sourced and influenced revenue. They’ll also strengthen day\-to\-day collaboration between the partner team and the field, making partners a practical growth lever for the business. **Location \& Travel:** * This role must be based in Ireland (Dublin) or the United Kingdom (London) * Ability to work closely with Northern Europe\-based partners, customers, and internal GTM teams is important for success. * Travel is expected as part of building and growing strategic partner relationships. **Why This Role Is Compelling:** This is an opportunity to help shape how ClickUp scales through partners at an important stage of growth. You’ll have direct influence on how we recruit the right firms, define stronger partner plays, and create leverage for the broader sales motion. For the right person, it’s a chance to pair strategic thinking with hands\-on execution and build something that matters quickly. **Equal Opportunity Employer** *ClickUp is an Equal Opportunity Employer, and qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, or national origin.* **Privacy Notice** *ClickUp collects and processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Together we can push the limits of what can be achieved for everybody. **Who We’re Looking For** Therabody is looking for an International Events Activation Manager to own our event execution across the UK, Germany, Spain, and France, with additional planning support for Australia and Canada. This is not a role for someone who manages events from behind a laptop \- you'll be on the ground for setup, delivery, and teardown, trusted to run the event and everything that goes with it: the booth, the invites, the on\-site brand experience, and the countless moving pieces in between. Reporting to the International Marketing Lead, you’ll work with local country teams to make sure every activation lands as part of the wider marketing plan, not as a standalone moment. From grassroots run club activations to full\-scale trade show builds, you'll be the person who makes sure it happens, on the ground, on brand, and on time. **Key Responsibilities** ****Running Events Strategy and Execution**** * Co\-Lead the end\-to\-end planning, coordination, and delivery of Therabody's running events programme across the UK, Germany, Spain, and France, from local run club activations to major race\-day activations. * Support smaller\-scale events in partnership with retailers and distributors across the four key regions, helping bring local activations to life alongside our commercial partners. * Own the full lifecycle of each event: pre\-event planning and logistics, on\-site setup and brand presence, and post\-event reporting and analysis. * Be physically present and hands\-on for setup, delivery, and breakdown \- this is an on\-the\-ground role, not a remote coordination role. * Travel regularly to event locations across the above markets, including managing deliveries, stock, and setup where needed. ****Brand and Marketing Integration**** * Keep Therabody on\-brand across every channel an event touches, from the booth and invites to social content and local activations. * Work closely with the social team to ensure events are captured and amplified in the moment * Work across country leads in each market to make sure events are fully integrated into the wider local marketing plan, not run in isolation. * Act as a brand guardian on\-site, making real\-time judgment calls to protect brand consistency and quality under pressure. ****International Event Planning Support**** * Provide planning support for Therabody's event activity in Australia and Canada, including strategic input, coordination with local teams, and logistics planning (execution led locally). * Act as the connective link between global event strategy and regional delivery, ensuring consistency of brand and approach across markets. ****Activation Opportunities and Brand Engagement**** * Design and deliver impactful co\-branded experiences with strategic partners and influencers to build brand advocacy and visibility, including support for Therabody product launches. * Manage logistics, budgets, and timelines for all activation opportunities, ensuring smooth execution and measurable outcomes. * Manage Therabody's event and demo product stock in the London office, including receiving deliveries and ensuring devices are up to date and available for activations. * Order and manage all FOC (free\-of\-charge) product for events, activations, and partner gifting, keeping accurate records of stock allocation and usage. **Trade Shows And Conferences** * Co\-lead Therabody's presence at major trade shows and conferences, managing booth design, logistics, staffing, and branding, delivered hands\-on rather than from a distance. * Develop and implement strategies to maximise ROI from participation, with a focus on lead generation, brand impact, and strategic networking. * Support the execution of Therabody's International Distributor Conference.Describe the specific responsibilities and job functions of the role **Qualifications** * Someone who can plan and deliver \- comfortable with the physical, hands\-on reality of building and running events. * Proven experience managing events end\-to\-end. * Strong instinct for brand, with the judgment to keep things on\-brand across every channel an event touches, in the moment and under pressure. * Strong budget and logistics management skills. * Excellent stakeholder management, with experience coordinating across country teams, local marketing plans, and retail or distribution partners. * Willingness and ability to travel frequently and internationally. * Experience in health, wellness, or sport is a nice\-to\-have, not a requirement. A personal interest in wellness, tech, or beauty would be a bonus. ****Working Arrangements**** This role requires 3 days a week in the London office as standard. Flexibility beyond this is required when the role demands it, including for deliveries, event travel, and weekend event coverage.
