Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Vocational Trainer within the Adult Care sector. Based in Hertfordshire / Buckinghamshire, the position allows for some work from home. The Vocational Trainer will be responsible for delivering vocational education, mentoring learners, and conducting training sessions. Additional responsibilities include teaching, assessing learner progress, and ensuring high standards of education and training are maintained.

Qualifications

• Skills in Vocational Education and Training
• Experience in Mentoring and Teaching
• Strong educational background and subject matter expertise
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a hybrid environment
• Relevant qualifications in Education or related fields are preferred
