Bending Spoons
At Bending Spoons, we’re striving to build one of the all\-time great companies. A company that serves a huge number of customers. A company where team members grow to their full potential. A company that functions at unparalleled levels of effectiveness and efficiency. A company that creates value for shareowners at an extraordinary rate. And a company that does so while adhering to high ethical standards. In pursuit of this objective, we acquire and improve digital businesses, not to sell on, but to own and operate for the long term. The transformations we make are often deep—designed to speed up innovation, benefit customers, and strengthen business performance. Here, hierarchy is minimal and teams are small and talent\-dense. We operate established products with the ambition, agility, and urgency of a startup. Across the company, we integrate AI deeply into how we work so that human judgment and machine intelligence reinforce each other. For a talented, driven, and collaborative individual, working at Bending Spoons is an opportunity to learn, make an impact, and progress their career at an exceptionally high rate. That’s our promise to such a candidate. **A few examples of your responsibilities** * **Investigate.** Build a deep understanding of your product, its business model, and the drivers behind its growth. Use AI, data, and user research to quickly uncover meaningful opportunities and challenge assumptions. * **Innovate.** Combine user insights, market signals, and emerging technologies to identify high\-impact initiatives and features. Use modern tools, first\-principles reasoning, and your creative insights to explore solution spaces quickly and sharpen product thinking. * **Execute.** Turn ideas into impactful features. Prioritize ruthlessly, using data to focus on what truly moves the needle. Own the development process end\-to\-end, coordinating designers, engineers, and other teammates to build solutions that address users’ most important needs. * **Iterate.** Use experimentation and product metrics to understand what works and what doesn’t. Treat every project as a learning loop, using insights from past work to improve the product continuously. **What we look for** * **Reasoning ability.** Given the necessary knowledge, you can solve complex problems. You think from first principles, and structure your ideas sharply. You resist the influence of biases. You identify and take care of the details that matter. * **Drive.** You’re extremely ambitious in everything you do—and your initiative, effort, and tenacity match the intensity of your ambition. You feel deeply responsible for your work. You hold yourself to a high—and rising—bar. * **Team spirit.** You give generously and without the expectation of receiving in return. You support the best idea, not your idea. You're always happy to get your hands dirty to help your team. You’re reliable, honest, and transparent. * **Proficiency in English.** You read, write, and speak proficiently in English. **What we offer** * **Incredibly talented, entrepreneurial teams.** You’ll work in small, result\-oriented, autonomous teams alongside some of the brightest people in your field. * **An exceptional opportunity for growth.** We go to great lengths to hire individuals of outstanding potential—then, our priority is to put them in the ideal position to thrive. Spooners in their 20s lead products worth hundreds of millions of dollars. And if you’ve got what it takes, you’ll soon be playing an essential role in major projects, too. * **All. These. Benefits.** Flexible hours, remote working, unlimited backing for learning and training, top\-of\-the\-market health insurance, a rich relocation package, generous parental support, and a yearly retreat to a stunning location. We help each Spooner set up the conditions to do their best work. * **Competitive pay and access to equity in the company.** Typically, we offer individuals with limited experience an annual salary of £85,797 in London and €66,065 elsewhere in Europe. For a candidate that we assess as possessing considerable relevant experience, the salary on offer tends to be between £112,189 and £250,512 in London, and €107,837 and €188,848 elsewhere in Europe. Compensation varies by location and expected impact, and grows rapidly as you gain experience and translate it into greater contributions. For individuals who demonstrate exceptional capability, we may offer compensation that extends beyond the usual ranges to reflect their higher expected impact. If you're offered a permanent contract, you'll also be able receive some of your pay in company equity at a discounted price, thus participating in the value creation we achieve together. If relocating to Italy, you may enjoy a 50% tax cut. **Commitment \& contract** Permanent or fixed\-term. Full\-time or part\-time. **Location** Milan (Italy), London (UK), Madrid (Spain), Warsaw (Poland), or fully remote from eligible countries. **The selection process** In our screening process, we prioritize verifiable signals of excellence, regardless of seniority. There are no preferential paths beyond what your application demonstrates, and we evaluate every candidate through the same process. Some people hold back because they feel they lack experience or have an “imperfect” CV. If you like the role and believe you could excel over time, don’t self\-reject. All applications go through our careers page, which is the only way to be considered. If you pass our screening, you’ll be asked to complete one or more tests. They are challenging, may involve unfamiliar problems, and can take several hours. To learn more about what to expect throughout the selection process, you can find additional information here. We set the bar high and won’t extend an offer until we’re confident we’ve found the right candidate. This is why a job may remain open for months or be reposted several times. We consider all applicants for employment and provide reasonable accommodations for individuals with disabilities—please let us know through this form. **Before you apply** If you’ve applied before but didn't receive an offer, we recommend waiting at least one year before applying again. Bending Spoons is a demanding environment. We’re extremely ambitious and we hold ourselves—and one another—to a high standard. While this tends to lead to extraordinary learning, achievement, and career growth, it also requires significant commitment. To help you ramp up quickly and set yourself up for success, we expect you to spend most days in our Milan office during your first few months with us, regardless of your long\-term work location. It’s the best way to rapidly absorb our company culture and build trust with your new teammates. We’ll support you with generous travel and accommodation assistance. If the role speaks to you and you’re excited to give your best, we’d love to hear from you. Apply now—we can’t wait to meet you.

Tracebit
Our product helps security teams quickly and accurately detect intrusions in their cloud environment using canaries \- decoy tripwires deployed to deceive attackers. We're at a massive inflection point and this is a hugely exciting time to join the company: * We've just raised a $20m Series A led by FirstMark with Accel, MMC, Tapestry and CCL. * We doubled ARR last quarter, work with companies like Riot Games, Docker and Snyk, and have grown from 5 people to 26 in 18 months. * Our research recently helped fix a P1 security flaw in Google's Gemini CLI. **We’re Looking For Someone Who…** * Is genuinely interested in technology and cyber security, and keen to build a career in it. * Has a strong academic foundation \- an undergraduate or/and master's degree, ideally in a STEM subject like computer science, engineering, maths, physics… and has demonstrated real academic excellence. * Has strong engineering fundamentals and a real appetite to learn \- can write clean, correct code in a known language, and is genuinely curious about how things work under the hood. * Has built things they're proud of \- side projects, open source, hackathons… And is excited by the pace and rate of change that is inevitable in any successful, early stage startup. * Gets their energy from getting things done and in the hands of customers but is also here to have fun along the way! If you don’t fit this bill exactly but think you could make a difference here \- please, apply! **Role** Reporting to Niall, our Engineering Lead, and with significant exposure to our CTO and Co\-Founder, Sam, you’ll join a team of other awesome engineers looking to make their mark on the world. **This Includes** * Working face to face with both founders, the whole engineering team and our customers and prospects to build a delightful product that solves real problems. * Working across the stack, mostly in C\# on .NET Core 10 (here's why), but also Terraform and building out our frontend in HTMX. * All the good practices you’d expect from technical co\-founders who’ve done this before (CD, Infrastructure as code, simple but scalable and powerful architecture) * We’re a small, tight team with demanding customers so expect to be shipping every day with very little bureaucracy. * We actively encourage AI\-assisted development and give every engineer full access to tools like Claude and Codex. * We’re based in a Central London office and work here 5 days a week (and everyone we hire will too). FAQs **How is work organised at Tracebit?** It’s a small, tight team \- we have a standup everyday, each team member is usually responsible for delivering something reasonably large for customers and we meet every few weeks to talk about longer term plans. Between that \- there’s a tonne of discussions, customer feedback and analysis, but not a huge amount of process, the team is trusted to prioritise where to spend their time. **Where is the office?** The whole team works together in an office right next to Warren Street tube station \- there are lots of great places to grab lunch nearby. **Are you doing hybrid/remote?** Short answer: No, but flexible on a day to day basis. Long answer: We are set on building the company on a foundation of an office based culture. We are a very early stage company and think that we’ll build the best company at the fastest pace we can whilst also having a lot of fun by physically working together 5 days a week. On a case by case basis (e.g. leaving early for a holiday, staying home for a builder, working remote for a few days to visit family, etc. etc.) we’re very reasonable and flexible. We respect that this is not for everyone. **What are the working hours like?** We think 9am\-6pm will bring a great cadence to work. Growth Marketing & Acquisition Manager Worry-Free Parenting
Philips
Job Title Growth Marketing \& Acquisition Manager Worry\-Free Parenting **Job Description** **Growth Marketing \& Acquisition Manager** **Location:** Farnborough **Business Group:** Worry\-Free Parenting (Philips Personal Health) **Reports to:** Growth Leader **About Pregnancy\+** Pregnancy\+ is the world’s most downloaded pregnancy app, trusted by millions of mums and mums\-to\-be worldwide. Our mission is to improve the health literacy, happiness, and well\-being of every parent\-to\-be. We blend trusted information with uplifting, intuitive, and inclusive experiences to be the most nurturing companion throughout the pregnancy journey and beyond into postpartum. We support over 6 million active users each month and continue to grow as a leading platform within Philips’ Worry\-Free Parenting team, combining empathy, innovation, and design excellence to make every moment feel effortless and supported. **Your Role** We’re looking for a Growth Marketing \& Acquisition Manager to own how Pregnancy\+ grows its user base worldwide. You’ll take full ownership of our acquisition strategy across every channel, paid and unpaid, and the measurement that proves what is actually working. You’ll move us away from a narrow, single\-channel approach and build a genuine acquisition portfolio: paid social and search, app store optimisation, organic and emerging channels, and the creative engine that powers all of them. Your starting point is always strategic: working out how we grow, where the next wave of acquisition growth will come from, which new channels to open, where the efficiency gains are hiding, and how the mix should evolve over time. From there, you decide how to execute against that plan, calling on a network of freelancers, agencies, and specialist partners, alongside internal support from product, design, content, and analytics, to deliver at scale. You’ll be the single point of accountability for our cost of acquisition and the growth of our active user base. That said, this is not a hands\-off role. You should be an operator who is comfortable getting your hands dirty: turning a campaign around fast, shipping a landing page test, fixing a tracking issue, or getting something live yourself when speed matters more than process. The best person for this pairs the strategic view with the instinct and ability to execute. **What You’ll Do** **Own the full acquisition portfolio** * Set and own the acquisition strategy across all channels: paid social (Meta, TikTok), paid search (Google UAC / App Campaigns), Apple Search Ads, app store optimisation (ASO), SEO, and emerging channels such as generative engine optimisation (GEO) and creator\-led growth for AI\-driven discovery, rather than optimising any single one in isolation. * Own cost of acquisition and active user growth as your headline metrics, and make evidence\-based decisions about where the next pound of spend or hour of effort should go. * Continuously rebalance the channel mix and test new or under\-exploited channels as clear bets, doubling down on what works and retiring what doesn’t. **Drive creative velocity and testing** * Treat creative as the primary lever for improving acquisition efficiency, not an afterthought to budget management. * Build a high\-output creative engine through UGC specialists, creators, freelancers, and agency partners, increasing the volume and variety of concepts we test by an order of magnitude. * Write sharp creative briefs grounded in audience insight, run structured testing frameworks, and feed winning signals back into the platforms and the wider funnel. **Direct agencies, freelancers, and specialists** * Source, onboard, brief, and manage a lean network of specialist partners (mobile UA agencies, creative producers, channel specialists), bringing in new specialists as the strategy demands rather than building a large in\-house team. * Hold partners accountable to clear outcomes and benchmarks, while staying close enough to the detail to challenge their work and step in when needed. **Build measurement and incrementality infrastructure** * Move us beyond optimising on installs toward measuring real downstream value and incremental impact. * Own the measurement stack (attribution, event tracking, value\-based signals) and run regular incrementality testing so we can trust what is genuinely driving growth. * Automate the reporting and account checks that currently eat time, and simplify campaign structures so more effort goes into creative and strategy and less into manually moving budgets between campaigns and markets. **Orchestrate cross\-functional growth** * Partner with content, commercial, and partnership teams to unlock acquisition through healthcare, retail, and creator relationships that paid media alone cannot reach. * Work with the lifecycle and CRM function to ensure acquisition connects cleanly into onboarding, activation, and retention, not just top\-of\-funnel installs. * Collaborate with product and engineering to improve store conversion, onboarding, and the in\-product moments that compound acquisition into long\-term value. **What We’re Looking For** * At least 5 years in user acquisition for consumer mobile apps, with meaningful time spent owning strategy across multiple channels and markets, not solely executing in one. * A track record of improving cost of acquisition through creative testing, not just spend management, grounded in a current understanding of how modern paid platforms work. * Strong command of mobile measurement (attribution, MMPs, event and value tracking, and incrementality testing), with the analytical instinct to interpret data, stay sceptical of vanity metrics like raw installs, and turn findings into clear, prioritised action and honest trade\-offs. * Experience selecting, onboarding, and directing agencies, freelancers, and specialists to deliver outcomes rather than just activity. * A scrappy, bias\-to\-action operator who would rather ship and learn than perfect and wait, and who can roll up their sleeves and execute themselves when speed demands it. * Genuine curiosity about emerging channels (GEO, creator and partnership\-led growth) alongside strong working knowledge of established ones (SEO, ASO) and a habit of testing new opportunities early. * Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the credibility to influence product, engineering, analytics, and commercial stakeholders. * The ability to translate brand strategy into channel execution — you understand that creative, tone, and messaging consistency across Meta, TikTok, and search directly impact performance outcomes. You’re as comfortable discussing CAC, ROAS, and downstream event optimisation as you are briefing a creator on what makes Pregnancy\+ feel distinctly warm, trusted, and inclusive. * Hands\-on experience with key paid channels including Meta Ads, Google UAC, Apple Search Ads, and TikTok, alongside familiarity with mobile attribution platforms such as Branch or similar MMPs. You’ll know how to build and test creative at pace — whether through UGC, creator partnerships, or structured platform testing frameworks. **How We Work Together** We believe we are better together than apart. For our office\-based teams, this means working in person at least three days per week to collaborate, learn, and grow as one team. **About Philips** We are a health technology company built around one belief: every human matters. We will not stop until everyone, everywhere has access to the quality healthcare they deserve. Do the work of your life to help improve the lives of others.
