track KPIs and hold partners accountable to commitments. * Oversee preventive maintenance programs and coordinate timely resolution of reactive maintenance requests via the facilities ticketing system. * Manage relationships with landlords, building management companies, and local service providers across all European sites. **Space Planning \& Real Estate** * Partner with HR, Finance, and Executive Leadership on short\- and long\-range European headcount forecasting to inform space planning and lease decisions. * Drive seat utilization analyses and develop data\-backed workspace strategies (open plan, hoteling, hybrid models) to optimize real estate spend. * Lead office build\-outs, reconfigurations, and relocations end\-to\-end — from site selection and design brief through construction management and move\-in. * Maintain accurate floor plans and space allocation records; update CAD/CAFM drawings as layouts evolve. * Serve as the primary Facilities point of contact in lease negotiations, renewals, and expansions, working closely with Legal and Finance, and navigating varying lease structures and tenancy laws across European jurisdictions. **Health, Safety \& Compliance** * Own the European Health \& Safety program, ensuring full compliance with applicable EU Framework Directive (89/391/EEC) requirements, local fire codes, accessibility standards, and internal EHS policies across all countries of operation. * Conduct regular safety inspections, risk assessments, and emergency\-preparedness drills across all European locations, tailored to country\-specific regulatory requirements. * Maintain and test emergency response plans (fire, medical, security incident) and coordinate with local authorities as needed in each jurisdiction. * Ensure all required permits, certificates of occupancy, and regulatory filings are current across the European portfolio. * Investigate workplace incidents, lead root\-cause analyses, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence, ensuring compliance with local employment and safety reporting obligations. * Serve as the primary point of contact for all European facility and security emergencies, coordinating response efforts across internal teams, vendors, and local authorities. **Employee Experience \& Events** * Champion a best\-in\-class workplace experience that reflects Clearwater's values and supports a collaborative, inclusive culture across diverse European offices. * Partner with HR, People Operations, and DE\&I teams to design and execute employee amenity programs, office events, and milestone celebrations tailored to local customs and traditions. * Oversee reception, mail services, and hospitality operations to ensure a warm, professional first impression for employees and visitors alike. * Gather ongoing employee feedback on the physical environment and experience; define post orders and monitor performance against SLAs. * Conduct regular security assessments and audits of all European sites; identify vulnerabilities and implement remediation plans. * Develop and maintain physical security policies and procedures, including badge issuance, visitor escort protocols, and after\-hours access. * Lead incident response for physical security events (unauthorized access, theft, workplace violence) and coordinate with HR, Legal, and local law enforcement as appropriate. * Ensure all physical security systems are tested, maintained, and compliant with relevant regulatory and insurance requirements in each country of operation. **Transportation Program** * Ensure transportation operations comply with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations, including ADA accessibility requirements. * Partner with HR and Finance on commuter benefit programs, tax\-advantaged transit accounts, and related employee communications. **People Leadership** * Directly manage a team of European Facilities Coordinators and/or Office Managers across multiple countries; provide coaching, goal\-setting, and career development support. * Foster a high\-performance team culture grounded in accountability, continuous learning, and customer service excellence. * Collaborate with the Global Facilities team to share best practices and drive consistency across international locations. **Required** **What We Are Looking For** * 7\+ years of progressive facilities management experience, with at least 3 years in a people\-manager capacity. * Proven track record managing multi\-site European office portfolios in a high\-growth corporate or technology environment. * Strong knowledge of EU Health \& Safety Framework Directive requirements, local building codes, GDPR, and facilities compliance requirements across multiple European jurisdictions. * Experience managing physical security programs, including access control, CCTV, and vendor\-provided guard services. * Proficiency with facilities management systems (CAFM/CMMS), space planning tools, and workplace analytics platforms. * Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills; When considering candidates, we look for scientific and business professionals who are highly motivated, collaborative, and most importantly, share our passionate interest in fighting cancer. **General Description** Reporting to the Franchise Head, Haematology UK and Ireland, the Marketing Director, Haematology is responsible for building and leading the marketing function to develop and execute commercialization strategies supporting BeOnes existing and future Haematology products in the UK and Ireland. The role will collaborate closely with local cross\-functional leaders, including Market Access, Sales, and Medical Affairs. The Marketing Director is also responsible for the individual coaching and development of her/his Haematology marketing team. **Essential Functions Of The Job** * Develop the overall Haematology strategy and tactical plans to support the UK and Ireland commercialisation of BeOne’s portfolio * Oversee all marketing strategies and plans in collaboration with BeOne global teams and commercialisation partners to realise maximal value in the UK and Ireland * Prepare the commercial market for the approval of BeOne’s future products in Haematology * Partner with Sales, Market Access and Medical Affairs to ensure alignment of BeOne’s UK and Ireland commercialisation strategy. * Collation and development of market insights that inform commercial strategies, tactics and product forecasts * Partner with Med Affairs on the execution and development of an integrated scientific and thought leadership strategy. * Build strong partnerships with external partners and influence commercial strategy for partnered assets. * Localise and implement the strategy through various programs/channels (events, webinars, congresses, inbound, content syndication, direct mail, digital advertising etc.) including digital * Guide development of tactics to proactively address identified challenges/hurdles * Establish strong relationships and future\-oriented collaborations with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and key accounts * Collaborate with key customers and patient advocates to develop relevant content in line with strategic objectives. * Guide development of promotional materials and activities * Steer impactful congress presence, communications and intelligence * Gain insights from market (HCPs, KOLs, patient groups) and identify therapeutic hurdles, opportunities and trends * Gather and interpret competitor intelligence * Partner with the field force to understand their resource gaps and opportunities through building strong relationships * Demonstrate marketing thought leadership and represents BeOne at key meetings and conferences, etc., when appropriate. * Oversee overall Haematology marketing budget ensuring appropriate spend and \\ROI on all marketing activities * Provide exceptional leadership, fostering an environment to drive high performance, engagement, accountability, empowerment, and behaviours fully consistent with BeOne’s values and culture * Fosters a leadership culture which attracts, develops and retains candidates, create effective internal communication and foster teamwork * Drive business decisions whereby patient care is at the center of the business conduct. * Ensure team compliance across all areas to maintain the highest standards of patients focused ethical conduct in line with our values * Consistently ensure operating in accordance with BeOne’s Standards of conduct and all applicable local laws and regulations **Qualifications** * University undergraduate degree in science or business * A minimum of 10 years of pharmaceutical industry marketing or related experience * UK marketplace launch experience required * Specific knowledge and experience in the hematology market / knowledge in the field of lymphomas is highly desirable * Demonstrated success in a small but fast growing, entrepreneurial commercial environment * Highly skilled in influencing cross\-functional teams, including interfacing with key internal and external stakeholders and with scientific and commercial teams. * Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills, including ability to synthesise data and deliver a clear overview of commercial strategy, opportunity and risks for the Executive Team. * Significant project management experience * Track\-record of successful customer/HCP/KOL interactions * Excellent communication and presentation skills, both in person and virtual * Scientific \+ solution\-oriented mindset and capability to move and execute in a rapidly changing, ambiguous environment * Willingness to travel (25%) **Education Required** * University undergraduate degree in science or business as a minimum;
