Senior ABM/ABX Campaign Manager
Verda
Imagine a world where AI natives and frontier researchers don't have to plow through noise and irrelevant content to find what they need — where every program is built around their work, meeting them with actionable advice that solves their problems and supports what they're shipping. At Verda, we're building a fully featured European cloud computing platform designed for AI workloads. Our existing product\-led motion serves a growing base of AI\-native startups and research organizations well; this role adds a deliberate new motion on top — targeted ABM against frontier labs and large enterprises, where the wins are bigger and the path is account\-by\-account. Join Verda while it's still being built — not once it's finished. Why Verda * Cash \+ equity compensation along with various fringe benefits (e.g., healthcare, lunch, wellbeing, etc.). * Profitable operations with rapid, sustained growth. * 31 nationalities, with 6 different ones on the management team. * An opportunity with make a clear impact and work alongside world\-class engineers, researchers, and partners across the global AI ecosystem. Practicalities **Location:** Helsinki, Finland or London, UK **Hybrid:** Working from the office 3 days a week **Employment type:** Full\-time and permanent **Travel:** Meaningful — industry conferences and customer events **About The Role** In this role, you will own Verda's ABM strategy and execution end\-to\-end across strategic target account lists, such as frontier labs and global enterprises. You will set the tiering in partnership with sales and design the right program shape for each tier — bespoke 1:1 plays or structured 1:few and 1:many programs. You will build the ABM plays aimed at AI\-native audiences from the ground up — research\-grade technical content tailored to what specific teams are working on, hands\-on engagements like meetups and technical workshops at conferences like NeurIPS and GTC, integrated paid and content programs that reach developers and engineers where they already are, and orchestrated multi\-touch over the months it takes to build relationships with engineering teams. You will work with Product Marketing on message iteration — they own positioning, you bring in\-market evidence back to sharpen it. You will collaborate with the Content Marketing Manager and our internal AI Lab to ensure your top\-tier accounts have access to the deeply technical content they need. You will partner closely with named\-account sales counterparts on joint account planning, signal sharing, and orchestrated outreach. You will know when to scale plays with agency or contractor support, and hold a high bar for the quality of work you accept regardless of who delivers it. You will propose and manage the ABM program budget, instrument account\-level reporting in partnership with marketing operations, and report on engagement, pipeline, and expansion against agreed metrics. As the function matures, you will create the playbook to scale ABM across additional account lists and regions — and grow the team behind it. Your key competencies * 7\+ years of B2B marketing experience, with 4–5\+ years hands\-on in ABM specifically * Led named\-account programs, including with 1:1 and 1:few. Strategic enough to design the programs, hands\-on enough to run them * Marketed to technical infrastructure buyers (cloud services, AI infrastructure, dev tools, data platforms) * Comfortable building ABM in a motion that is evolving — sales coverage and SDR support are landing alongside this role, not pre\-built * Partnered closely with sales counterparts on strategic accounts before; know how to make joint account planning actually work, not just on paper * Clear sense of when in\-house execution is right and when to escalate to agency or contractor support — and a high bar for the quality of work you accept * Strong written and visual communication skills; you can brief technical content credibly and push back on creative when it's wrong for the audience Nice to have * Experience at cloud infrastructure, data platform, or developer tool product companies * Personal credibility within the AI research or builder community * Previous experience in startup and scaleup companies with What's next We're building fast and this role needs the right person behind it. There's no artificial deadline, but when we find who we're looking for, we move. If this sounds like your next move, apply now. Please submit your application through our Careers page. Business Development Lead
Zama
Job description Zama is hiring a Sales, Growth \& Strategy Lead for TokenOps, its newly acquired token operations platform (The Block, Business Insider). TokenOps will continue to operate independently, with the same CEO and team, and a sharper mission: bringing Fully Homomorphic Encryption to vesting, distributions, and treasury flows on public blockchains. The Role You’ll be Team Member \#7 at TokenOps and will report directly to the CEO (Fabio). Around 80% of your time will focus on growth (sales, BD, marketing, acquisition). The remaining 20% will be dedicated to strategy and special projects, including new TokenOps/Zama product and commercial bets, and engaging key stakeholders and leadership within and outside Zama. **Growth, Sales \& BD (80%)** * Own the pipeline end\-to\-end: outbound, inbound, qualification, onboarding, activation, and expansion. You’ll take over from the previous BD lead and the CEO. * Evangelize the product and help close deals alongside the CEO. * Build strategic partnerships and co\-marketing collaborations that expand TokenOps’ reach, including across the broader Zama ecosystem. * Hit revenue and pipeline targets and report on commercial metrics. Use data (and your gut) to tighten the funnel. * Run acquisition across both paid and organic channels. You should be comfortable running a Google, LinkedIn, or X ad campaign one day, and writing a blog post that ranks the next. We don’t want a pure brand person, and we don’t want a pure performance person. * Own the content engine and co\-marketing: blog posts, social, newsletter, thought leadership, joint campaigns, guest posts, podcast swaps, and conference partnerships. * Drive SEO and GEO from zero. Traditional search engines and the new generation of answer engines (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, Gemini) both matter. This includes keyword research, on\-page work, link\-building, content briefs, structured data, and prompt\-friendly content that surfaces in AI answers. * Run our social presence (X, LinkedIn) and community touchpoints. * All of the above can be achieved solo (for initial experiments) or by progressively leading a team and/or freelancers/agencies (for scale). **Strategy \& Chief of Staff (20%)** * Partner with the CEO on strategic projects: market sizing, competitive analysis, pricing, GTM bets, and new product bets. * Prepare materials for Zama’s CEO and Board: quarterly updates, strategic reviews, and integration touchpoints. You’ll help translate what we’re doing on the ground into the language the parent company needs. * Prepare the CEO for partner meetings, conference talks, and ecosystem calls. Sometimes you’ll own the deck end\-to\-end. * Firefight. Whatever needs doing this week, you do it: recruiting pipeline, vendor selection, ops—you name it. * Bridge between commercial and product/engineering. Translate market signals into roadmap input. Preferred experience * At least 2–5 years’ experience across some combination of growth, BD, or sales at a startup, management consulting, or founder/operator roles. Pattern\-matching ability matters more than the exact path. * If you’re more junior / less experienced than the above, we still encourage you to apply if you have a PSD degree (Memo from Alan C. Greenberg, 1981\). Top\-class formal education/experience is a plus, but what we really care about is grit. * Hands\-on with both paid and organic acquisition. You’ve run ad campaigns and written content that pulled traffic. Or you’ve done one and are eager to own the other. * A “not my job” attitude won’t fly here. Comfortable in a small, fast\-moving startup without hierarchy. Self\-directed, resourceful, able to operate with uncertainty. * Strong communication, structuring, and presentation skills. You can build a deck, write a memo, and run a meeting that ends with decisions. * AI\-first ways of working. You build your own workflows around Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, n8n, or whatever else gets the job done. You expect to be heavily augmented by AI, not outsourcing your judgment to it. * Prior work experience in Web3 and an existing personal network. Bonus for any exposure to FHE, ZK, MPC, or confidential computing, or willingness to go deep on it. * Excellent, native\-like spoken and written English. Other languages are a plus, especially Asian ones.
Strategic Partnership Lead
LumiAIres Ltd
**ABOUT LUMIAIRES** LumiAIres is a Scottish deep\-tech company developing neuromorphic photonic chips for edge AI applications. Our technology operates at the intersection of photonics, neuromorphic computing, and artificial intelligence, enabling processing speeds and energy efficiencies that conventional silicon\-based architectures cannot match. We are headquartered in Glasgow and are actively deploying our technology across three high\-growth sectors: Aerospace, Defence, and Autonomous Systems. Backed by a world\-class founding team and currently executing a seed funding round, LumiAIres is at an inflection point and this role is central to our growth trajectory. **THE OPPORTUNITY** This is a rare opportunity to join a high\-potential deep\-tech startup at an early and formative stage. As Strategic Partnerships Lead, you will be instrumental in building LumiAIres' commercial foundations, owning our customer development, grant strategy, and sector engagement across multiple verticals. This is a hybrid role combining commercial development, research, and strategic communication. You will work directly with the founding team and report to the CEO/CTO, COO, and CBO. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** **The role is structured around three core pillars:** **1\. Customer\-Centric Design \& Research** * Lead a structured programme of user development conversations across our target sectors. * Produce a comprehensive report on how customer\-centric design principles are embedded within LumiAIres' product and go\-to\-market strategy. * Identify early adopters, champion relationships, and build a pipeline of engaged customers across Space \& Defence, Data Centre Orchestration, and Autonomous Systems. **2\. Grant Applications — UK \& European Funding** * Research, identify, and manage grant opportunities across UK and European funding bodies, with a particular focus on French and broader EU innovation funding. * Write and submit high\-quality grant applications across multiple sectors relevant to LumiAIres' technology and roadmap. * Build relationships with funding bodies and maintain a calendar of upcoming grant cycles. **3\. Customer Outreach \& Sector Engagement** * Mature and scale LumiAIres' client outreach programme, moving from initial contacts to structured engagement. * Build deep sector relationships across Space \& Defence, Data Centre Orchestration, Autonomous Vehicles / Sensors, and adjacent verticals. * Support the development of sector\-specific collateral, proposals, and partnership frameworks. * Contribute to the broader commercial funnel including lead tracking, meeting preparation, and follow\-up. **WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR** * A strategic thinker with the commercial instinct to open doors and the analytical depth to understand complex deep\-tech products. * Demonstrable experience in grant writing, business development, or partnership management — ideally within tech, defence, space, or adjacent sectors. * Exceptional written communication skills; able to translate highly technical concepts into compelling narratives for diverse audiences. * Comfort operating in an early\-stage, fast\-moving environment where structure is built, not inherited. * Knowledge of European (particularly French) innovation funding landscapes is a strong advantage. * Fluency in French is desirable but not essential. * Based in Glasgow or able to commit to Glasgow\-based working for the duration of the contract. **CONTRACT \& PROGRESSION** CONTRACT TYPE **18\-Month Fixed Term Contract** LOCATION **Glasgow, Scotland** SALARY **TBC per annum** REPORTS TO **Co\-Founders (CEO/CTO, COO \& CBO)** POTENTIAL FOR PERMANENT ROLE **Yes — Glasgow or Paris (to be determined within the first 12 months of the initial contract)** START DATE **To be agreed** This role is offered as an 18\-month Fixed Term Contract based in Glasgow. Subject to strong performance and the evolution of LumiAIres' structure, there is a genuine opportunity to transition into a permanent position within the company, located either in Glasgow or Paris, as the business scales internationally. **WHY LUMIAIRES** * Work at the frontier of photonic AI, technology with the potential to reshape how the world processes information. * A founding team with deep expertise in photonics, neuromorphic computing, and commercial strategy. * Exposure to global investors, strategic partners, and government stakeholders from day one. * A genuinely values\-led company building for the long term. * Flexible, trust\-based culture with real ownership and impact. **HOW TO APPLY** To express interest in this role, please send a CV and a short covering note outlining your relevant experience and why this opportunity appeals to you. We are particularly interested in hearing about any grant applications you have led or contributed to, and examples of customer or partnership relationships you have developed.
Commercial Manager
Automated Architecture (AUAR)
**About Us** We're automating homebuilding. Construction is one of the least automated industries in the world. We're on a mission to change that and to make high\-quality homes easy and affordable to build. Our platform, MasterBuilder, takes a building design and generates executable robot code for every panel. Our robotic MicroFactory deploys directly onto building sites and produces those wall, floor and roof panels on demand \- faster with less waste, and at lower cost. No large factory. No trucking. No delays. It moves with builders as their pipeline grows, putting production and cost control back in their hands. Our technology works. It's deployed with real homebuilding partners across the US and Europe today. Backed by Planet A, PT1, Shadow Ventures, ABB Robotics, we're a small team about to take our biggest step yet towards changing how the world builds homes. We're past pure R\&D. With a very small commercial team, we have cracked sales, signed partners and have deployments in the field. We’re scaling. Series A is on the horizon. The pipeline has momentum. Now we need someone to help carry it. We're searching for people who want to have outsized impact, ship fast and see their work in the real world: real panels, in real homes, for real people. \#forpeopleandplanet **The Role** We're looking for an exceptional commercial operator to sit next to the CEO and help her run the commercial engine of the company through Series A and beyond. As Commercial Manager, you carry the work that moves deals forward. You'll qualify partners, prepare proposals, hold lower\-stakes commercial conversations, and keep the pipeline structured and moving. You'll work directly with our CEO and our Growth \& Partnerships Lead, and you'll travel with the CEO when she's in the US. You'll work just as closely with our Chief of Staff to the CEO, our Design \& Delivery Team Lead, and our Product Systems Team Lead. Every deal has to line up with what we can build and what we can deliver, and the right people inside the CEO office have to know where it stands. You're the person making sure the commercial story holds against the product spec, the deployment sequence, and the cost reality. When it doesn't, you're the first to know and the one who gets it fixed. This is a hands\-on commercial role. You'll be in the inbox, on the call, on the site, and at the desk. You'll work on every important deal AUAR has. You'll also see how a Series A actually gets done from inside the company. You're the person we don't currently have. Someone who can carry pipeline alongside the CEO, hold structured judgement on partner opportunities, and free up the CEO and the Growth \& Partnerships Lead to focus where only they can. **Problems You'll Work On** **Pipeline ownership \-** Run the new\-partner pipeline end to end against our codified sales process: qualification, business case, offer, signature. Hold the velocity through Series A so the deals keep moving when the CEO is pulled into a raise. **Qualification at depth \-** A potential partner sends a list of 30 projects and asks which would work best for an AUAR MicroFactory. You come back with a ranked shortlist, a clear rationale, and the numbers behind it. **Cross\-functional scope \-** Proposals line up with what our Product Systems team say we can build and what Design \& Delivery can deliver. Hand\-offs are clean. The signal you bring back from builders is useful in roadmap calls. The Chief of Staff to the CEO gets pipeline truth she can drop straight into an investor update without rework. **Supporting commercial conversations \-** Cost reviews, structured follow\-ups, mid\-funnel calls with partner teams. **Deal hygiene and structure \- T** he pipeline stays clean, the next steps are visible, and the CEO and Growth \& Partnerships Lead can see where every deal is at any moment. **Proposals and scoping \-** You draft, the CEO and Growth Lead sharpen, the partner gets a tight document. Rinse and repeat. **Market intelligence \-** Build the sharpest possible read on how homebuilders make decisions, what they push back on, and what's changing. Feed it into how we sell. Feed it back to Product Systems too: the typologies builders ask for, the gaps between what we have and what they want, the spec edges they push on. It lands as usable signal for the product roadmap. **What Good Looks Like** * You've taken commercial work from "the CEO is the only person who can do this" to "this is part is on me now," and the deals are still progressing. * You support workshops on cost or design principles alongside our Design \& Delivery Team Lead with a homebuilder, and the partner leaves clearer than they arrived. * You think at the system level (how does this deal fit our deployment sequence, our pricing, our roadmap) and you still go deep on the spreadsheet when the moment needs it. * The ability to translate between technical and commercial fluently. You can listen to the Product Systems team explain a spec constraint and write it back to a builder in language they actually use. * You make the CEO's time more valuable, because the work that only they can do is what's reaching her. * The pipeline through Series A is in better shape because of you. **Who This Is For** You have experience in commercial, strategic, or analytical roles and you want to take a step that matters. You might come from sales operations at a scale\-up, top\-tier consulting, or a founding\-team commercial or GTM role somewhere small and serious. What matters more than your exact background: you can think clearly about a commercial situation, ship structured work under time pressure, and learn complex things quickly. You're young in your career, hungry, and smart. You want exposure to the running of a company at the Series A inflection point, and you want to be in the room when it happens. You don't need a script. You're comfortable saying "I don't know yet" and going to find out. You can read a room quickly; having a high EQ is core to who you are. You can talk about a technical product with customers within weeks. You're physically present in the office, on flights to the US, and on construction sites when the work calls for it. This role suits people who thrive with ambiguity and ownership. We have a playbook, but we are shifting gears to scaling it, which comes with unknowns. You’re in control of them. If you want predictable hours and a clear ramp, this probably isn't the right environment for you. The strongest non\-consulting candidates we expect to see come from construction, industrial automation, robotics, capital equipment, defence, or energy — any long\-cycle B2B sale where trust is built on the ground. **You must have:** * Experience of structured commercial, strategic, or analytical work in a serious environment. * A track record of shipping high\-quality work under time pressure. * The ability to learn a complex, technical product quickly enough to hold your own with paying customers. * Comfort with ambiguity, and a strong instinct for structure when none is provided. * Willingness to be physically present. In our E17 office, on flights to the US, and on construction sites. * Early\-stage start\-up appetite, or a clear\-eyed understanding of what that means: fast\-moving, shifting priorities, work that doesn't fit a job description. **Bonus:** * Direct or adjacent exposure to homebuilding, construction tech, prefabricated building products, or industrial automation. * Experience in another long\-cycle, technical B2B industry where buyer trust takes tenacity and time to build and the sale takes patience (defence, energy, automation capital equipment). * Time spent working closely with a founder or CEO. * US business exposure or US client work. If you care about housing and are curious about the industry and willing to put the work in to understand it fast, that's enough. We'll teach you the rest. **What We Offer** * £50–60k base \+ commission tied to signed contracts. OTE £65–85k * Sizeable share options so we all grow together * 28 bookable days \+ bank holidays \+ seasonal office closure * Health and dental insurance via Bupa * Pension via Smart Pensions * An 11,000 sq ft R\&D and demonstration facility in E17, where you work alongside the machines you're helping to sell * Direct exposure to the CEO and the running of a Series A in parallel to commercial work * High autonomy, high accountability, and a team that takes the mission seriously **Our Values** * **\#ownyourmission** \- we take responsibility and execute with focus and urgency. * **\#forpeopleandplanet** \- we strive to do the best for people and planet. * **\#buildtogether** \- we succeed through deep collaboration with our team, partners, and customers. * **\#gooddesign** \- we centre good design in everything we do, holistically. * **\#beboldberadical** \- we think creatively; we are ambitious, bold, and radical. **Application Process** 1. Initial Application 2. Hiring Manager Call (45 min) \- with Mollie, the CEO 3. Case\-Based Working Session \+ Values (90 min) \- qualifying a real partner opportunity 4. Final Founder Interview (30 min) **This is a London role, 3\+ days a week in our E17 office. You'll need the right to work in the UK. We can sponsor visas if you're a standout candidate. If this is a fit, tell us, we'd rather hear from you than not.** *We're proud that 50% of ou
Enterprise Customer Success Manager
Ultralytics
**Enterprise Customer Success Manager** **Ultralytics \| Hybrid \- London Office \| Full\-time** Following our $30M Series A, we’re scaling our enterprise function out of our London hub, alongside teams in Madrid and Shenzhen. We’re hiring an Enterprise Customer Success Manager to own the relationship with our most strategic customers. You'll own 30\-40 enterprise and high\-value mid\-market accounts running Ultralytics YOLO in production. From contract signature through renewal — onboarding, deployment, expansion identification, and the renewal commercials. The CS function exists, the playbooks exist, and you'll plug into a rhythm that's already running. But your book is yours. This role reports to the Head of Customer Success. **WHAT YOU'LL DO** **Own accounts from signature.** You run onboarding in conjunction with our Solution Engineers, drive from first production deployment, and stay with the customer through renewal. Front\-loaded effort to get them to value, then periodic check\-ins to keep them there. **Drive net retention.** NDR is the headline KPI. You hold the renewal conversation and earn on uplift. You spot expansion signals from new use cases, to new business units or geographies and close them with your AE partner. **Hold technical conversations.** We don’t need you to write code. But you will discuss model architecture, deployment patterns, and computer vision use cases credibly with ML engineers and technical buyers. You will be expected to understand and consult on your client’s use\-cases working hand in glove with Solution Engineering where required. **Partner cross\-functionally.** AEs on joint account planning and expansion handoff. SEs on technical depth and deployment blockers. Product and Engineering on escalations and roadmap feedback. CSMs are the conduit between our customers and our business, we are looking for you to communicate effectively across our organisation. **WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE** **60 days:** Onboarded with full context on every account. Each one health\-scored against the three\-signal model. At\-risk accounts identified with a plan for each. Able to articulate the value of Ultralytics YOLO and to run early discovery sessions with clients. **90 days:** Running QBRs and technical reviews independently. First expansion signals surfaced to AE partners. Renewals forecasted for everything coming up in the next 6 months. **180 days:** Owning your book end\-to\-end, including renewal commercials. Tracking against NDR target with clear leading indicators. Contributing to playbook refinement to show us what's working, what isn't. Providing clear feedback to the organisation on what you are seeing on the ground with our customers. **WHAT YOU BRING** **3\-5 years customer\-facing.** Technical CS or ex\-customer\-facing\-engineer\-turned\-commercial. Pure SaaS CS works too. We care about outcomes, not titles. **Technically credible.** You hold an architecture conversation with an ML engineer without bluffing. You translate technical value into business outcomes for budget owners. Prior experience with technical or developer\-facing products (open source, APIs, ML/AI) is strongly preferred — we'll teach computer vision if you've done the harder work of being technical in a commercial seat. **You can build trust.** Some of your accounts will start sceptical. You sit across from a reluctant buyer, find genuine value, and earn the relationship back. You don't oversell. **Commercially sharp.** You hold renewal conversations confidently. You spot expansion signals early. You're honest about which accounts are healthy, slipping, or dead and notice patterns across the book quickly. **You operate without scaffolding.** No implementation team, no onboarding specialist behind you. If you need that structure to do good work, this isn't the job. **Complexity over ACV.** We don't care if you've managed seven\-figure accounts. We care that you've navigated multi\-stakeholder, technically deep deployments and made customers successful in messy environments. **WHY THIS ROLE** **Real product pull.** YOLO is the most\-used computer vision model in the world. Your customers don't need convincing the technology works. They need help getting value from it quickly. **True Enterprise Accounts.** Fortune 500s and category leaders across manufacturing, logistics, retail, pharmaceutical, and beyond. Technically deep, commercially serious accounts. **Mature incentive structure.** You own renewals and earn on uplift. You source expansion and earn alongside the AE who closes. The incentives are aligned. When the team wins, you win. **Established team, room to shape.** Existing CS function, frameworks already in place. Not building from zero. But the function is still scaling, and the right person will influence how it evolves. **WHAT THIS ISN'T** This isn't a CSM seat at a big SaaS company with Professional services, onboarding, TAMs, and a renewal manager doing the heavy lifting around you. There's no scaffolding. If you need a six\-person support cast to do good work, this isn't it. This is for someone who wants to own a book, run it commercially, and be the technical voice in the room. **COMPENSATION \& PROCESS** * £80,000\-£95,000 base \+ variable, OTE positioned at the senior end of the London CS market * Full\-time, London office (hybrid) * 24 vacation days, your birthday off, plus local holidays * Equity package — our success is yours too * MacBook Pro, Apple Studio Display, AirPods Pro 3 * Dedicated learning \& development budget * Reports to Head of Customer Success * Screening with VP Sales \& Success or Head of Customer Success, Case Study with VP Sales \& Success \& Head of Customer Success, Final Round with CEO * Applicants must have legal right to work in the UK

Senior Product Manager, Data & Agentic Products
Pleo
**About Pleo** Messy spend management is tricky business. And tedious processes are a lose\-lose situation for all involved, not just finance. At Pleo, we're changing that. We build spend solutions that make managing money seamless, empowering, and surprisingly effective for finance teams and employees alike \- with a vision to help all businesses ‘go beyond’. The word ‘Pleo’ actually means ‘more than you’d expect’, and living by that mantra has been the secret to our success over the last 10 years. Now, we’re at a pivotal moment in our journey; every move we make has a direct impact on our 40,000\+ customers, our business, and our collective success. We need people who take pride in uncovering customer needs, who turn complex problems into simple solutions, challenge the way things are done (respectfully), and always aim high. With great ambitions driving us forward, we can’t say we’ve got this whole thing figured out. And frankly, that’s half the fun! What we can say is that we’re a driven, progressive, and, importantly, a kind bunch of 850\+ people from over 100 nationalities, all committed to delivering the future of business spending, together. **About The Role** Pleo has over 40,000 customers and a decade of unique spend data. This role is about turning that asset into products customers actively use \- from ML\-powered features that automate expense capture and surface spend intelligence, through to a network of autonomous AI agents that execute financial workflows end\-to\-end. As Senior PM for Data \& Agentic Products, you will own the full product strategy across three areas: the data\-driven (ML, analytics) features embedded in product, the agentic capabilities and the production data layer \- APIs, connectors. You will work alongside the Engineering Managers for the GenAI Platform and Data \& AI Products teams, Product Designers and other PM colleagues. **The role** As the **Senior PM for Data \& Agentic Products** , you will own the end\-to\-end product strategy, reasoning engines, and autonomy frameworks that power Pleo’s AI agents. You won’t just be building chatbots; you will be building autonomous systems that can reason, plan, access corporate financial data securely, and take actions across the Pleo ecosystem and external SaaS tools. You will focus heavily on how data feeds these agents to optimize their performance, building the core intelligence that allows AI to act as a trusted, proactive teammate for finance leaders and employees alike. **What You’ll Do** * Shape the data \& AI strategy: Define and execute Pleo’s roadmap to transition from automated workflows to true agentic autonomy (systems that can plan, execute tools, self\-correct, and learn). * Data as the fuel: Define what data agents need to reason effectively \- across receipts, bank feeds, ERP data, and corporate policies \- and translate that into clear requirements for the data and platform teams who build the retrieval and grounding layer underneath. * Build and scale agents: Own the lifecycle of agent development, from initial intent recognition and planning frameworks to execution and multi\-agent coordination. * Agent evaluation \& guardrails: Oversee the development of robust evaluation frameworks, memory persistence, and human\-in\-the\-loop (HITL) guardrails to ensure 100% financial accuracy and trust in partnership with our platform LLM Ops tools (e.g., BrainTrust). * Cross\-functional leadership: Partner with GenAI Platform team, Data Platform teams, Product Engineering, Product Designers, Security and Legal to build a scalable, compliant, and highly intuitive agentic ecosystem. **Core Experience** **What we are looking for** * 4\+ years in Product Management, with at least 2 years focused heavily on AI/ML, LLM orchestration, autonomous systems, or intelligent automation. * Hands\-on Data \& Agentic Knowledge: Deep familiarity with agent frameworks and agentic architectures \- tool use, function calling, multi\-step orchestration, and the trade\-offs between off\-the\-shelf frameworks and in\-house implementations * Data \& Infra Fluency: You understand RAG (Retrieval\-Augmented Generation), vector databases, and how data pipelines impact AI behavior. You are comfortable navigating architectural discussions around LLM gateways (LiteLLM), MCP layers, and the product implications of Python/Kotlin hybrid environments. * FinTech/B2B SaaS Background (Bonus): Experience in expense management, accounting workflows, or fraud detection is a massive plus. You understand the high accuracy and low risk tolerance required when AI handles money. **Your technical \& product mindset** *"An Agent is only as good as its data and context."* You live by this rule. You are a highly technical PM, capable of evaluating LLM latency, benchmarking agent accuracy, and collaborating deeply with AI, data platform engineers, while keeping a laser focus on solving real customer friction. **Why this role is different** Unlike generalist AI PM roles, this role sits at the intersection of action, logic, and data. Pleo has over 40,000 customers and a decade of unique spend data \- your mandate is to build agents that actually do the work for finance teams, not just surface information for humans to act on. **This role is not a good fit if** * You need a stable product surface to work with. The AI product space is fast\-moving, and the role requires building the product playbook alongside the team. * You are not comfortable working across team boundaries. The team's output lives inside other teams' products; alignment and relationships are core to the job, not a distraction from it. * You want to own a dedicated end\-to\-end product squad. This role is about the Data \& AI product portfolio \- the end customer experience lives in the broader Pleo product. **Your first 6 months** * Develop a deep understanding of Pleo's AI capabilities, data assets, and the product areas where agents can create the most immediate and durable customer value. * Establish strong working relationships with product PMs, squads, and the GenAI Platform engineering leadership across the organisation \- you cannot do this job from inside the data function alone. * Own and publish a clear product strategy and roadmap for Data \& Agentic Products: what is being built, why, and in what order \- and use that to drive prioritisation conversations with the GenAI Platform team. * Define evaluation methodology and quality bars for at least two live features \- what does good look like, how do we measure it, and what is the baseline today. **Show Me The Benefits** * Your own Pleo card (no more out\-of\-pocket spending!) * Lunch is on us for your work days \- enjoy catered meals or receive a lunch allowance based on your local office * Comprehensive private healthcare \- depending on your location, coverage options include Vitality, Alan or Médis * We offer 25 days of holiday \+ your public holidays * For our Team, we offer both hybrid and fully remote working options * We use MyndUp to give our employees access to free mental health and well\-being support with great success so far * Paid parental leave \- we want to make sure that we're supportive of families and help you feel that you don't have to compromise your family due to work **The interview process** We want to ensure you are set\-up for success and understand what will be expected of you. If your application is successful, our interview process is as follows: * Intro Call (30 min) – Chat with a Talent Partner to discuss the role and your background. * Hiring Manager Interview (60 min) – Meet your future manager and Product Lead to review your domain experience and skills. * Take\-Home Case Study – Solve a fictional product challenge, then present your solution to a panel in a 1 hour session. We’ll assess your problem\-solving, product thinking, and strategic reasoning. * Executive Interview (30 min) – Conversation with our CPO about product strategy and vision, plus discussion of your leadership, stakeholder management, and execution experience. Application care: every single application we receive is reviewed by a human (yes, hundreds of them) because we believe that candidates' efforts should be matched by an equal level of human care. This means that we expect a similar level of attention put into your application. Read and answer the application questions carefully, they make a huge difference in our decision\-making process. Profile to role fit: highlight most important aspects of the role, points that might get misunderstood, any specific industry requirements etc. **About Your Application** * English first. Since it's our company language, please submit your application in English. You’ll be using it a lot if you join us. * A fair look for everyone. Our talent team reads every single application to ensure the process is fair. To keep things running smoothly, we only accept applications through our system—our support team can’t pass on calls or emails. * Diversity drives us. We can only reach our goals if our team reflects the world around us. That starts with you hitting apply, even if you don't tick every single box. We encourage people from all backgrounds and experiences to join us. * Interview at your best. We want you to feel comfortable throughout the process. If you have any accessibility requirements or need a specific format, email belonging@pleo.io. We’ll design a process that works for you. * Your data is safe. When you apply, we process your personal data as a data processor. For more information on how Pleo processes personal data, read our Privacy Policy here. * Applying for multiple roles?
