Fuse Energy logo

Fuse Energy

London, England, UK

**About Fuse Energy** Fuse is a vertically integrated energy company. We're three years old with 300k\+ customers, $550M\+ in ARR and global ambitions. We raised $210M from top\-tier investors. We grew 700% last year. And we're just getting started. Our mission is one worth fighting for: to usher in an era where energy is cheap, clean and abundant. Where there is so much energy it stops being something the world worries about. Where the question changes from "how do I get by?" to "what can I do now?" The world will build. The world will play. The world will make glorious things and solve 'impossible' problems. Fear makes people small. Abundance makes people amazing. To get there we are doing everything it takes. To get there we are doing everything it takes. We deliver energy around 30% cheaper than the rest of the industry, we build our own hardware, we build grid\-scale solar farms, we install solar in homes across the country, and we're expanding internationally and into robotics. And now, we are building our own in\-house content and creative team. Like everything we do at Fuse, the objective for this team is to be the best in the world. And unlike most companies, this team won't sit inside marketing as another growth channel. It will run as its own function with its own objective: to make Fuse, and the abundant future we're building, impossible to ignore and impossible not to want. Join early and help build something every other company will try to copy. **The role** As an Editor, you turn footage into amazing videos. Speed and a feel for a hook that creates intrigue is essential. You will get the opportunity to edit for any platform, long\-form, or TV campaign. For socials, you will make sure the first few seconds are incredible to watch. You will work closely with other creators, strategists, producers and our Head of Creative on a daily basis. **What You'll Do** * Edit for any platform, long\-form, or campaign, at high volume and speed * Cut multiple versions of what's working so we can test it and feed the winners into ads * Take briefs from the producer, the strategists, or the creators **Requirements** Two things matter most: Hook instinct. You know how to open a video so people are curious, want to watch more and stay. Taste. You have a great idea for detail, fast and you ship a lot without dropping the quality. You must excel in CapCut or Premiere, love editing, trying cool news and have a hunger to make a lot of great work. If you're a videographer as well, that's great. **What You'll Get To Build** You will get to work a huge range of work, from fast social edits today to product launches to cinematic films tomorrow. Because there is a lot to work with: a solar farm launch one month, a hardware reveal the next, a launch campaign in a new country, a fast\-pace explainer on how energy works or how we're building out our robotics. Few editors will get this much to work with, and get the world excited involved in creating a future with power to play with. **Benefits** * Competitive salary and equity * Biannual bonus scheme * Fully expensed tech to match your needs * Paid annual leave * Breakfast and dinner allowance for office\-based employees

Digital and Brand Copywriter

Imperial Group

London, England, UK

Have you worked in employer branding? If so, great. If not, just ask yourself: can you build a brand from scratch? Write a website? Change your copy to cut through on any social channel? Then, you’re pretty much there. In an age of AI slop, we’re mainly interested in a copywriter who’s devoted to the craft and ready for a rewarding space. At Blackbridge, we build people\-first communications to attract top talent. For organisations like Amazon, Barclays, BT Group and Skyscanner. It isn’t wildly different to other forms of branding. Just the call to action: instead of ‘drink Cola\-Cola’, we’d say ‘come and make Coca\-Cola’… or work in their head office. We speak to the candidates and employees of these big blue\-chips, thousands at a time. Across their social channels, out of home, at events – just like any other form of integrated marketing. But we’re specifically looking for specialists in branded, internal and social comms. We need a copywriter whose passion is building bulletproof playbooks. Then, nailing that signed\-off creative, across social channels and career websites. You need to be a tone of voice expert, convinced you can outwrite Claude. Because we are too. You’ll consider campaign strategy and brand guidelines. And there will be some opportunity to do conceptual creative. But mostly, we need a purist. Someone who says, “First and foremost, I’m a crafter of copy. A student of syntax. An academic of knowing my client’s audience.” Working with our Head of Copy, you’ll ensure everything we write is right first time. Or second. But the aim is to ensure it’s not much more than that. Because that’s what wins our agency awards, year after year. As an employee\-owned agency, we take pride being as precise as we are passionate. Because we all share in the profits in the end. **Benefits** Our benefits are competitive and intended to help make your life a little easier: * Unlike most agencies, we're employee\-owned \- which is exactly as it sounds. After 12 months, you'll become a Partner of Blackbridge and receive your fair share of our profits * Being employee\-owned, we have a colleague appointed representative (Partner Councillor) who gives us the chance to voice our opinions on various elements of the business in an open and productive manner * A work\-life balance is important to who we are, that's why we have a hybrid work policy, with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home * We have regular socials and events to give us the chance to make genuine friendships and connections outside of the workday. Activities we've had in the past include quiz nights, karaoke, drinks at various Central London pubs/bars and The Cube * 25 days' holiday with 1\.5 days gifted over Christmas * Our Employee Assistance Programme is available to you 24/7, which offers mental health support through courses and counselling sessions * Health Cash Plan – claim back costs for everyday healthcare (dental, optical, prescriptions, physiotherapy, etc.), plus access to a wide range of discounts * Enhanced parental pay and leave, so you can settle your family in, enjoy the early days and maintain your sense of financial security * You’ll have access to our company pension scheme, helping you save towards your long\-term financial wellbeing

With a clear product strategy and a huge opportunity ahead, you'll play a key role in shaping what's next. This role sits in the fastest\-evolving part of our platform. We're expanding from comparison and deployment to support the entire journey from idea to shipped change, including how AI agents, alongside people, build and release on Salesforce. It's the part of our platform with the most user touch points and one of the biggest opportunities to shape the future of software delivery. If you'd like to help define how people and AI work together to build and release software, we'd love to hear from you. **What's the opportunity for a Product Manager at Gearset?** * Join our growing and experienced product team, focused on solving meaningful problems for our users, and who are always ready and available to support you. * Build trusted relationships with our users to form a deep understanding of the domain, and the challenges they're facing with Salesforce. Own one or more product areas, defining the strategy and roadmap. * Work on the part of our product where humans and AI agents are starting to build changes side by side, and help us understand what that means for the people who use it. * Partner with engineering leads and UX specialists to research, understand, and solve the problems you identify. * Partner with Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success throughout the product lifecycle to shape how we bring new capabilities to market, and stay close to the customer conversations that inform what we build next. * Work closely with the Engineering teams on defining slices, delivering them iteratively, and learning as you go. **What you'll achieve** * You'll own user problems end to end, defining the outcomes that matter, researching and validating solutions, delivering iteratively, and ensuring what you build reaches the people who'll benefit most. * You'll stay close to the signals that matter, partnering with Sales and Customer Success to understand what customers are telling us and using those insights to shape what we build next. * Drive commercial outcomes by collaborating on the go to market strategy in partnership with Product Marketing, defining the Ideal Customer Profile, key pains, value proposition and positioning statements, including packaging \& pricing. This involves actively partnering with sales to help customers understand the value of what we're building and being an integral part of that process. * You'll ultimately own a problem area, articulating the strategy, defining its roadmap, and demonstrating the customer and business impact of delivering that roadmap. * You'll connect the dots across teams \- pulling in work from our other products and collaborating closely with the teams building our agentic capabilities, as this area absorbs more of the DevOps lifecycle. * You'll support the product team, and across the wider company, in refining our product definition and development processes, and championing product thinking. * You'll learn from, and share your experience with, a great team from a wide range of backgrounds in a feedback\-driven culture where you can do your best work. **About you** * You're curious about understanding customer problems deeply and use evidence, research, and frameworks such as "Jobs to be Done" to identify what matters most. * You've taken products or significant capabilities through discovery, validation, delivery, and launch, working closely with engineering, design, and Product Marketing. * You enjoy speaking with users and turning research into clear priorities, product decisions, and compelling narratives that bring others with you. * You thrive in collaborative environments, building strong relationships across Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, and Leadership to deliver meaningful outcomes. * You're comfortable working iteratively, using customer feedback and data to learn quickly, adapt, and continuously improve your product area. **Great to haves** * Experience building products in B2B SaaS, ideally within DevOps or developer tooling. * An interest in AI, agents, and how they're changing the way people build and release software. **Salary and benefits (the stuff you'd expect!)** * Salary is £70k–£90k (depending on experience) * This is a full time opportunity, Monday to Friday with the option of flexible home working (for most of us that looks like a few days a month in the office) * Opportunity to join our Long Term Incentive scheme * Generous personal development budget of up to £1,500 per year * Top\-end hardware provided, free lunch in the office * 25 days holiday plus bank holidays (with the option to buy an extra 5 each year) * Company pension (matching up to 5%), Bupa health care, life insurance \& critical illness cover * Discounted gym membership and a range of health and wellness benefits
