Sr. Product Marketing Manager - AI GTM Strategy, EMEA

Smartsheet

London, England, UK

For over 20 years, Smartsheet has empowered teams to manage work seamlessly and scale solutions smarter. Now, in our most ambitious chapter yet, we are uniting human teams with AI agents. By orchestrating the work agents do best, automating manual tasks and uncovering insights at scale, we create the space for people to focus on what truly matters: judgment, creativity, and big thinking. That is magic at work, and it’s what we show up for every day. AI is reshaping how enterprises buy, adopt, and expand work management platforms — and the conversation is moving faster in EMEA than most vendors are equipped to support. Smartsheet is building a market\-leading AI narrative anchored in organizational intelligence, agentic workflows, and the Model Context Protocol (MCP), and this role exists to make that narrative land with EMEA field teams and the enterprise buyers they serve. As a Sr. Product Marketing Manager on the AI GTM Strategy team, you will be the in\-region AI product marketing partner for Smartsheet's EMEA sales organization. You will translate the global AI narrative, product roadmap, and enablement infrastructure into regionally activated content, training, and field support — ensuring EMEA account executives, solution engineers, and customer success managers can lead substantive AI conversations that drive pipeline and expansion. This is not a generalist PMM role. You will own the intersection of AI product marketing and regional field activation across EMEA, working at the pace of a rapidly evolving product surface and a field organization that needs to be ahead of the market conversation. The role is hybrid, based at Smartsheet’s corporate offices in London, UK. You will report to our **VP, AI Market Strategy.** **You Will Own** ***AI Narrative Activation — EMEA*** * Execute the regional activation of Smartsheet's global AI narrative across EMEA field teams, adapting messaging for market maturity, regulatory context, and competitive dynamics specific to European enterprise buyers. * Develop EMEA\-specific AI positioning guides that address regional buyer concerns including data sovereignty, GDPR implications for AI\-powered workflows, and compliance\-sensitive adoption paths. * Maintain a living understanding of how AI messaging resonates differently across EMEA sub\-regions (UK\&I, DACH, Nordics, France, Southern Europe) and adjust field guidance accordingly. ***AI Sales Enablement — Regional Delivery*** * Serve as the primary AI enablement resource for EMEA field teams — translating global enablement packages (training decks, demo scripts, prompt cookbooks, competitive briefs) into regionally relevant, sales\-ready formats. * Partner with Sales Enablement to deliver AI\-specific training sessions, certifications, and deal support for EMEA account executives and solution engineers. * Build and maintain the EMEA AI content suite in Smarsheet’s Enablement platformHighspot: discovery slides, AI use\-case messaging guides, MCP value narratives, and competitive positioning against regional alternatives. * Track enablement adoption through leading indicators including Gong keyword usage, Highspot engagement, and qualitative field feedback on content quality and deal impact. ***MCP \& Platform Extensibility — EMEA GTM Support*** * Support the regional go\-to\-market activation for Smartsheet's MCP platform, including multi\-connector capabilities, partner integrations, and agentic workflow positioning. * Develop EMEA\-specific MCP use\-case content that connects platform extensibility to the workflow patterns, integration ecosystems, and buyer priorities prevalent in European enterprise environments. * Partner with EMEA partner teams to align AI and MCP messaging with regional channel and technology alliance strategies. ***AI Customer Activation — EMEA*** * Develop and deliver regional AI activation programs that help EMEA customers move from initial AI feature adoption to embedded organizational intelligence workflows. * Partner with EMEA Customer Success to build AI\-specific customer engagement frameworks, including AI readiness assessments, use\-case workshops, and adoption milestone tracking. * Source and develop EMEA customer proof points, case studies, and reference stories that demonstrate AI\-driven business outcomes in regionally relevant contexts. ***Competitive Intelligence — AI in EMEA*** * Maintain current competitive intelligence on AI positioning from competitors active in EMEA markets * Develop EMEA\-specific competitive battle cards and objection\-handling guides that address how competitors position AI capabilities to European buyers. * Provide regular competitive briefings to EMEA field leadership on shifts in competitor AI messaging, product launches, and market positioning. ***AI Thought Leadership \& Market Presence — EMEA*** * Support Smartsheet's AI thought leadership presence at EMEA industry events, analyst briefings, and regional marketing campaigns. * Develop regionally relevant AI content (blog posts, webinar scripts, event presentations etc) that builds Smartsheet's credibility as an AI\-forward platform in European markets. * Partner with EMEA demand generation to integrate AI messaging into regional campaign strategy and execution. **How You Will Drive Business Value** * Accelerate EMEA pipeline influenced by AI positioning by ensuring field teams can lead credible, differentiated AI conversations with enterprise buyers from first contact through expansion. * Improve EMEA win rates in competitive deals where AI capabilities are a decision factor by delivering sharp, regionally relevant competitive positioning. * Drive AI\-led expansion within the EMEA installed base by equipping Customer Success with activation frameworks and use\-case content that open new AI\-driven conversations in existing accounts. * Build Smartsheet's regional brand as an AI leader in the European enterprise work management market through concentrated field activation, customer evidence, and thought leadership. * Other duties as assigned **You Have** * 8\+ years of experience in product marketing, solutions marketing, or GTM strategy in a B2B SaaS environment, with meaningful time spent in or supporting EMEA markets. * Direct experience translating global product narratives into regionally activated field content and sales enablement for European enterprise audiences. * Working knowledge of AI and automation concepts sufficient to engage credibly with technical buyers, solution engineers, and product teams on AI\-related topics — you do not need to be a data scientist, but you need to understand the conversation. * Familiarity with the European regulatory and data sovereignty landscape as it relates to enterprise AI adoption (GDPR, AI Act, data residency considerations). * Strong writing and messaging skills — able to take complex AI product capabilities and turn them into clear, buyer\-resonant value claims that work in a European context. * Comfort working directly with Sales, Customer Success, and field teams across multiple EMEA sub\-regions to validate, iterate, and activate positioning in real time. * Proactive and self\-directed, with the ability to bring structure to complex, fast\-moving environments while juggling multiple high\-stakes relationships * Experience with competitive intelligence and the ability to maintain current, actionable competitive views in a fast\-moving market. * Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required. * Fluency in English is required * Ability to work in the UK on an ongoing basis **Why This Role** * Own the AI go\-to\-market activation for one of Smartsheet's most strategically important regions at a moment when AI is the primary differentiator in enterprise buying decisions. * Work at the intersection of product marketing, field enablement, and AI strategy — a rare combination that builds career\-defining expertise. * Join a high\-velocity AI GTM Strategy team with direct line of sight to executive leadership, product strategy, and commercial outcomes. * Shape how a leading enterprise platform shows up in the AI conversation across Europe — not as a feature checkbox, but as a platform that makes organizations Octopus Energy

London, England, UK

**What we do. Electric Car Leasing **Why we do it. Greener. Fairer. Future. **The role** Customers are at the heart of everything we do at Octopus Electric Vehicles. We are constantly seeking new ways to improve our customer experience, and we are looking for someone to play a pivotal role in shaping how we do that. Our customer journey generates a huge amount of data \- from the interactions we have with them (calls, emails, complaints etc.), to the actions we take to get them into the EV of their dreams.  This data is currently collected and cleaned in our data platform (managed by our Data Team). We need someone who can help us use that data thoughtfully and effectively to create meaningful, actionable insight on what is really happening for our customers and our teams. Someone who can turn fragmented operational data into meaningful insight. And, most importantly, someone who can help make that insight operational: embedded into how teams work, how leaders make decisions, and how the business improves. This is a role for someone who can move fast, think clearly, operate with precision, and help us turn data into better customer outcomes.   **London based (minimum 3 days a week in office) and 1 or 2 trips to Brighton a month.** **What you'll do** * Shape our thinking and understanding of customer experience and wider operational performance to support front line staff through to SLT leadership * Create a data\-led understanding of what our customers are experiencing and what they are telling us, building a full view of the Voice of the Customer * Help us understand what we should be tracking and measuring to understand our customers (i.e. metric creation) and build reporting to monitor performance * Work with the Director of Operations and Head of Customer Operations to create strategy \& implementation plans off the back of CX data, and help us make the right prioritisation calls to address the biggest CX pain points * Create strong stakeholder relationships, across the front line teams, the Data Team, Operations Leadership and the SLT, * Build\-on and oversee our headcount forecasting tooling. We will also expect you to scope and get involved in the projects to deliver improvements off the back of the insights work \- liaising closely with our teams to make sure that the insight drives meaningful change. We do not just need someone who can say “this is what the data shows”. We need someone who helps us find answers to “what are we going to do differently on Monday?”. **What you'll need** There is no strict requirement on background, but working in management or strategy consulting, experience in growing scale\-ups and performing in roles that sit between data and operations will help. You may have worked in cleantech or fintech. You’ll likely have a project\-mindset and an action for getting things done. You will probably have 5\-7 years of experience.   You’ll have experience with: * Finding meaning in messy data and turning it into a strategy with measurable improvements * Changing requirements and vague briefs * Working with both data teams and frontline operational teams * Communicating with both technical and non\-technical stakeholders, and adapting your content to the audience * Large datasets to identify key insights * Structuring output ready for senior leadership review * Customer data and insights * SQL, Excel and exploring AI tooling * Overseeing transformational projects and driving change with colleagues   You will be working directly with the Director of Operations and you will be expected to be comfortable working at this level of seniority.    You’ll probably be great if you: * Care deeply about customers and the people serving them * Are highly analytical and comfortable working with messy data. * Can use data to find patterns, causes and opportunities. * Understand that insight only matters if it changes decisions or behaviour. * Can turn vague questions into structured analysis. * Can communicate complex findings simply for front\-line through to senior leadership audiences. * Are excited by the potential of AI to evolve how we understand customers and operations. * Have strong judgement on what matters and what is noise. * Can work quickly without losing accuracy. * Are comfortable with ambiguity and imperfect systems. * Can work credibly with both data teams and frontline operational teams. * Have the humility to understand the real work before recommending improvements. * Have the drive to turn analysis into operational progress. * Are comfortable using data to influence decisions. **Why else you'll love it here** * 💰 Wondering what the salary for this role is? Just ask us! On a call with one of our recruiters it's something we always cover as we genuinely want to match your experience with the correct salary. This is the chance to join one of the UK’s most exciting start\-ups \- making it easy for individuals and businesses to go electric by getting their car, charger and energy all in one cracking deal.   Octopus Electric Vehicles launched in 2018 to make it seamless to switch to cleaner, greener driving.
