Principal Product Manager, 3P Embed Partnerships (Sports & Commercial)
Adobe
**The Opportunity** We are seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead the product vision, strategy, and execution for Adobe Express's Third\-Party Embed SDK across our sports and commercial partner portfolio — including partners such as the Premier League, and other leading sports and commercial brands who embed Adobe's creative technology directly into their own fan and customer experiences. This is a highly visible leadership role at the intersection of product, partnerships, and platform strategy. Rather than building a single Adobe\-branded surface, you will define how Adobe's creative capabilities — content generation, editing, and personalisation — get embedded into the digital products of some of the world's biggest sports leagues and commercial brands, reaching tens of millions of fans and customers through experiences Adobe doesn't own the front door to. You will partner closely with Business Development, Engineering, Design, Partner Marketing, and Program Management to translate partner and audience needs into a coherent product roadmap, while balancing the commercial realities of contract commitments, SOW obligations, and platform scalability. This role requires a leader who can move fluidly between long\-term platform strategy and the tactical demands of active partner delivery. **What You'll Do** * Own the product vision and multi\-year strategy for the 3P Embed SDK across sports and commercial verticals, defining how partner\-generated content (PGC), fan engagement tools, and embedded creative workflows evolve over time * Define and drive the product roadmap for your partner portfolio in alignment with company goals, partner commercial commitments, and audience growth priorities * Lead the full product lifecycle from partner discovery through launch and renewal — balancing technical feasibility, partner\-specific requirements, and business impact * Act as the primary product voice in partner\-facing conversations, translating technical and commercial complexity into clear, confident narratives for partner stakeholders and Adobe leadership alike * Collaborate deeply with Business Development on commercial structuring, contract renewal cycles, and SOW scoping, ensuring product commitments are deliverable and scalable across the portfolio rather than one\-off per partner * Prioritize investment across partners based on audience data, commercial value (MAU vs. ARR contribution), and platform leverage — adapting quickly as partner needs and market signals evolve * Conduct market and competitive analysis across sports tech, fan engagement, and embedded creative tooling to inform positioning and identify new partner and category opportunities * Apply GenAI capabilities where they meaningfully improve fan/customer engagement outcomes and partner commercial value * Build repeatable, platform\-level product patterns from partner\-specific requirements, reducing one\-off engineering and design effort across the portfolio **What We're Looking For** * 8\+ years of product management experience, with a demonstrated track record of leading complex platform, partnership, or B2B2C products from concept to scale * Experience in sports, media, fan engagement, or partner/embedded platform products; comfort operating in a B2B2C model where Adobe's product lives inside someone else's experience * Proven ability to balance long\-term platform strategy with the near\-term demands of active commercial partnerships and contractual delivery * Strong commercial acumen — comfortable engaging with contract terms, SOW conditions, and partner commercial structures alongside traditional product roadmapping * Experience owning a multi\-partner or multi\-account product area, setting strategy, and driving execution across engineering, design, BD, and partner marketing * Strong product judgment with the ability to navigate competing internal priorities (e.g., audience growth vs. predictive/engagement metrics) while protecting partner\-facing relationships from internal misalignment * Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with experience presenting to senior leadership and directly to external partner stakeholders * Deep analytical capabilities, with experience using platform usage data (MAU, engagement funnels, click\-through) to make and defend prioritization calls * Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, resource\-constrained environments, creating clarity and momentum across multiple partner workstreams simultaneously **Preferred Qualifications** * Passion for sports, fan engagement, or commercial brand marketing, with genuine interest in how major sports and commercial organizations build digital fan/customer experiences * Experience with embedded SDKs, platform APIs, or white\-label product models * Understanding of GenAI\-powered content creation and its application to fan engagement or personalized commercial experiences * Experience managing renewal cycles or multi\-year commercial partnerships * MBA or advanced technical degree is a plus As our many awards will tell you, at Adobe you’ll be immersed in an exceptional work environment that is recognized around the world. You’ll be surrounded by colleagues who are committed to helping each other grow through our unique Check\-In approach where ongoing feedback flows freely. If you’re looking to make an impact, Adobe's the place for you. Discover what our employees are saying about their career experiences on the Adobe Life blog, https://blog.adobe.com/en/topics/adobe\-life and explore the fantastic benefits we offer at Rewards.adobe.com. Adobe is an equal opportunity employer. Data Governance Lead
TRIA
**Data Governance Lead \| Databricks \& Unity Catalog \| Worcestershire (Hybrid) \| Up to £80,000 \+ 10% Bonus** This is a build role, not a maintenance one. You would be the first dedicated data governance hire, taking a function that currently exists in pockets and turning it into a proper capability. No inherited framework, no legacy tooling to unpick, and a hiring manager who wants to be advised rather than to hand you a playbook. The platform is Databricks with Unity Catalog as the governance layer, supporting customer analytics, BI and a growing set of AI products. The data is sensitive and the sector is regulated, so getting this right carries genuine commercial weight. **The Role** * Establish the data governance and data management practices that underpin high quality customer data and future AI products. * Own governance within Databricks and Unity Catalog, including access control, classification and platform\-side security architecture. * Build and own the data contract framework between product teams and the central data function, acting as the escalation point when releases break contracts. * Own data quality, dictionaries, glossaries, definitions and lineage across the estate. * Establish a data steward network and the forums and processes that keep governance running without you in every conversation. * Work alongside engineering to ensure sensitive customer data is properly controlled and exposure risk is designed out. * Partner with the Data Protection Officer and InfoSec while owning the technical and data platform side of governance. **What We're Looking For** * Demonstrable experience establishing or significantly maturing a data governance capability, with examples you can walk through. * Solid grasp of data contracts, data lakes and modern lakehouse governance. * Enough technical understanding to hold your own with data engineers, including working SQL familiarity. * Confidence operating as the enforcement and escalation point, not just the policy author. * Ability to influence across product, engineering, risk and security without direct authority. **Nice to have** * Hands on Unity Catalog experience. Comparable governance tooling such as Collibra, Alation, Purview or Informatica is equally welcome if you are ready to pick Unity Catalog up. * Background in a regulated industry. * Exposure to a product or value stream operating model. **What's On Offer** * Up to £80,000 base plus a 10% annual bonus. * Hybrid working, with the team together in Worcestershire on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. * Genuine ownership. You define the framework, the standards and the roadmap. * A modern data platform and a leadership team that treats governance as an enabler for AI and analytics, not a compliance tax. * A two stage process: a technical conversation over Teams, then an in person interview. Quick decisions, no dragged out loops. **Interested?** Apply with your CV, or message me directly for a confidential conversation about the detail. Happy to talk it through before you decide either way.

Partner Manager, Consulting Alliances
Legora
**About Us** Legora is redefining how legal work gets done. Not built for lawyers, built with them. We work alongside the world’s best legal teams, who expect excellence, precision, and speed, and we hold ourselves to the same bar. Our AI\-native workspace lets legal professionals move faster, think more clearly, and operate with sharper precision. By analysing thousands of documents in minutes and powering end\-to\-end workflows, we cut through complexity, teams can focus on what matters: judgment, strategy, and outcomes. 1,000\+ customers across 50\+ countries trust us, including Cleary Gottlieb, Goodwin, Linklaters, White \& Case, Dentons, and Barclays. We’ve scaled to **$100M\+ in ARR** , with teams across Europe, North America and APAC, and continue to expand through acquisitions including Qura, Walter AI and Graceview. We partner with world\-class performers: including Aaron Judge and the New York Yankees, Ludvig Åberg (and his caddie), and campaigns featuring Jude Law. Joining Legora means three things. * We lean in: ownership over titles, outcomes over intentions. * We fight for excellence: high standards, direct, ego\-free feedback. * We grow together: as a team and with our customers. Mission before ego. Everyone contributes. No one coasts. If you’re driven by impact, pace, and raising the bar. This is the place. The Role You'll own a portfolio of Legora's consulting and SI partner relationships across Europe, working closely with their alliance leads, practice heads, and delivery teams, and with Legora's own sales and engagement teams, to turn those relationships into successful client outcomes. We're building this program from the ground up in Europe — there's no inherited playbook here. You'll be one of the founding members of Legora's partnerships team on the ground, helping shape how we go to market with consulting partners in the region, what we ask of them, and what we give them in return. You'll work alongside the Director of Consulting Alliances and the broader partnerships team in New York, and closely with Sales, Engagement Management, and Legal Engineers in Europe. What You'll Do * Manage day\-to\-day relationships with a portfolio of consulting and SI partners across Europe, from practice leads through to alliance stakeholders. * Map account and pipeline opportunities with partners, and get deals moving through co\-sell and co\-working motions with Legora's European sales team. * Get embedded with Legora's sales and customer teams so you understand the product well enough to demo it and speak to it credibly with partners. * Keep partner teams enabled and current as Legora's product evolves. * Identify issues in the partnership and team up with the Director to work through them. * Help shape the partnership model — what services partners provide, what Legora provides — working with the Director and internal teams. * Track partner\-sourced and partner\-influenced pipeline and revenue, and bring partner and market feedback back into Legora. What You Bring * Experience in alliances, partnerships, or business development at a SaaS or AI company. This means actual pipeline built, deals closed, and partner relationships that held up over time. * Firsthand experience with how consulting firms or SIs operate: how they make decisions and team with technology partners. We're looking for people who've been close to the strategy and delivery side of these relationships, not primarily an admin or coordination role within a large firm. * Comfort building a partner program rather than inheriting one. This means you're fine when the structure doesn't exist yet. * Good commercial judgment: you can work through multi\-party deal complexity and know when to push and when to step back. * Ability to run multiple things at once (relationship, pipeline, enablement) across several partners simultaneously. * Strong communication across levels, from partner leadership to field teams. * Comfort with a product that ships fast — you'll stay current and help your partners do the same. * Willingness to travel to support partner relationships and joint customer work across Europe. **Nice To Have** * Background in legal tech, professional services, or experience selling into law firms or in\-house legal teams. * Familiarity with AI products and how to position them to buyers who are cautious about risk and care a lot about accuracy — this doesn't need to come from having worked at an AI company specifically; being a genuine, curious user of AI products counts. * Experience as an early hire on a partner team that scaled. **Legora is an Equal Opportunity Employer** At Legora, we believe great teams are built on diversity of thought and experience. We’re proud to be an equal opportunity employer and committed to creating an inclusive, high\-performance culture where everyone can do their best work. We welcome people of all backgrounds and don’t discriminate based on race, color, religion, national origin, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, age, disability, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.

Head of Demand Generation
Modulr
**London** **Full\-time** **In office 4 days/week** **Why This Role** * You own the demand number across four priority verticals and two distinct go\-to\-market motions. * You are hired ahead of your team. Several seats sit open beneath this role, and you get to shape and staff them rather than inherit someone else’s structure. * Marketing is being built into a measurable engine, and demand generation is the centre of it. **Who We Are** Modulr is the payments automation platform that streamlines money movement with accuracy, control and reliability, built to scale. We process more than 200m transactions and over £180bn in payment value on an annualised basis, and we are trusted by over 6,000 businesses from fast\-growing SMEs to global enterprises. We automate how money moves into and out of a business (payroll, supplier payments, spend management and payment collection) through a single platform, connected to the accounting and payroll systems finance teams already use, and underpinned by principal memberships of Visa and Mastercard and direct access to central bank infrastructure. As a regulated payments provider with over a decade of experience, we are the platform finance teams trust to run mission\-critical operations. Modulr is backed by PayPal, FIS, General Atlantic, Blenheim Chalcot, Frog Capital and Highland Europe, with over 400 employees across London, Edinburgh, Amsterdam and Mumbai. Find out more about us on our website and careers site. **The role** You will own demand generation across Modulr’s priority verticals: Travel, Lending, corporate business payments and SME/accountants. There is a capable team in place and real momentum in the business. Your opportunity is to bring it together into one system, with a shared plan, a clear definition of great and an operating rhythm that turns activity into predictable pipeline. This is a build, and that is the best part of it. Two vertical owners sit in the team today and a senior events hire is in process. Beyond that, the shape of the function is yours to fill: an SME and accountant specialist, partner and channel marketing, a dedicated outbound capability, and events support behind your events lead. You are hired first precisely so that you can define those roles and hire into them. The business is varied, with several products, multiple priority verticals and two routes to market that behave very differently. The enterprise and mid\-market motion is sales\-led and considered. The SME motion runs largely through accountants, who introduce their own clients, and it is high volume and partner\-shaped. Running both well is the interesting part of this job. **What You’ll Do** **Own the number** \- You will carry the quarterly pipeline commitment across the verticals, know your conversion rates and cost per meeting, and be able to defend them in front of the exec team. **Run the verticals as pods** \- Each vertical pairs a demand generation owner with a product marketer working as one unit. You will lead that model, and most likely own a vertical yourself, because leaders here do the work as well as direct it. **Take paid acquisition to the next level** \- Build rigorous testing and experimentation across paid search and social so every pound works harder, and hold agency partners to clear goals. **Grow events into a pipeline channel** \- Modulr already has a strong presence at the events that matter. You will turn that into a deliberate, measured channel with capture targets set in advance and conversion tracked after. **Build the SME and accountant motion** \- The one materially different funnel we run: high volume, partner\-adjacent, and closer to enabling accountants to bring us their clients than to a direct sale. It deserves its own playbook rather than a scaled\-down enterprise one. **Stand up an outbound capability** \- Build the outbound engine alongside the sales development team, and hold a single shared pipeline goal with sales rather than an argument about sources. **Build and lead the team** \- Define the seats, hire them, and develop the people already here so they do the best work of their careers. **Make AI part of how the team works** \- Workflows and agents that compress campaign cycles and let a focused team do the work of a much larger one. We will ask you to show us this during the process. **Who You Are** * You have owned a pipeline number across multiple verticals or segments rather than a single channel, and you can describe exactly what you did to move it. * You run paid, lifecycle, events and outbound as one system. You may have come up through one of them, but you are not a specialist defending a favourite channel. * You are fluent in the funnel: lead to meeting to opportunity, the conversion rates between each, and where things fall through. * You manage agencies hard, with clear goals and a willingness to hold them to account. * You are a builder rather than a maintainer. Experience building a function is worth more to us here than experience running a mature one. * You are hands\-on. You will lead a team and you will also be in the platforms, in the numbers and in the copy. * Real fluency with AI, not just everyday use. You have built and shipped your own agents, automations and workflows, and you can prototype something yourself. There is an AI component to the exercise you will do with us. * B2B is a requirement. Payments, fintech or another regulated and technically complex product is preferred, as is experience through the £50–150M ARR band. **What We Offer You** * Share Options – We offer a Company Share Option Plan (CSOP), giving you the opportunity to benefit from any increase in share value in the event of a sale, merger, or flotation. * Bonus – Our annual discretionary bonus, paid in May for the previous year, is based on both company and individual performance. * Flexible benefits – £1,000 to spend on benefits to suit you, including private medical insurance, gym membership and dental. * Wellbeing app – confidential, on\-demand access to therapy, coaching, counselling, management training or mindfulness sessions with accredited professionals, with company\-funded hours and top\-up options available. * Holidays – 33 days annual leave (including bank holidays) plus your birthday off. In the UK, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day are fixed holidays. You can choose the remaining days to suit your personal schedule. * Learning opportunities – Our two\-day onboarding programme, ModStart, helps equip you for success. Learning does not stop there; we will continue to support your development through various channels. * Company\-Wide Events – Participate in collaborative and engaging events with colleagues across the business. * Bike to work / E\-bike scheme **ModInclusion** At Modulr, we are committed to building a diverse, equitable and inclusive culture where everyone feels they belong and can bring their whole self to work. We welcome applications from candidates of all backgrounds as we believe it is the right thing for our people, our business, and the community we operate in. *By submitting your CV, you consent to us using your personal data to assess your application, contact you, or share your CV with relevant hiring managers. You can request removal of your data at any time by emailing peopleops@modulrfinance.com, though this will withdraw you from consideration for the role.*
