Location: Uxbridge, UK (Hybrid – 3 days in the office is a must )

About the Role

The Clinical Study Specialist provides essential technical and administrative support to Clinical Study Leads and teams. You’ll help drive the successful execution of clinical studies. sponsor dedicated position.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize and deliver study metrics, reports, and tracking (site activation, enrollment, monitoring visits)
• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, presentations, and meeting minutes
• Support study document reviews (ICFs, CRFs, study manuals, reference binders)
• Maintain Trial Master File (TMF) reconciliations and support regulatory/registry postings
• Manage SharePoint/shared drive sites and track key study documents (1572s, financial disclosures, etc.)
• Contribute to site feasibility, training materials, and close-out activities
• Proactively identify process improvements and support Third Party Vendor oversight

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree + minimum 2+ years of relevant industry experience (or advanced degree with 1–2 years)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, Teams, CTMS, EDC, and IWRS/IVRS
• Basic knowledge of ICH/GCP and clinical drug development
• Self-motivated, deadline-driven, and proactive problem-solver
