Clinical Trial Manager/Clinical Operations Director – Rare Disease

I’m currently supporting an exciting biotech looking to hire an experienced Clinical Trial Manager / Clinical Operations professional to join their growing team.

🔹 Rare disease experience essential

🔹 Dermatology experience essential

🔹 Strong hands-on clinical trial management experience

🔹 Must be autonomous and comfortable working in a lean biotech environment

🔹 Experience managing CROs and taking ownership beyond standard CRO scope

🔹 UK preferred – open to France, Germany, Netherlands & Spain
