Leader, Customer Success
Benchling
We are rebuilding biotech for the AI era. When a breakthrough is delayed, the world waits. Getting a molecule from discovery to patients, or a crop from lab to field, involves thousands of slow, manual, disconnected steps. AI has the potential to change this, compressing decades of R\&D work into years. But that only happens when clean, structured scientific data and AI are built into how science gets done. Benchling is the AI platform for biotech R\&D. Scientists use Benchling to design experiments, capture structured data, and run AI agents and models directly in their workflows. Over 200,000 scientists around the world trust Benchling to power their most important work, from academic labs to Sanofi, Moderna, and more than half of the world's top 50 biopharma. We’re building an AI scientist for our customers. We can’t do that if we haven’t built the muscle ourselves. AI fluency is the foundation we build on; it's core to how we work, and we're committed to helping every new hire integrate it into their day\-to\-day. Senior Product Manager
AssetCool
***Do you want to work with the 15th fastest\-growing startup in Europe?*** If so, you’re in the right place. AssetCool is one of Europe’s fastest\-growing startups, building the fastest path to more power on the grid. We’re tackling one of the most urgent challenges in the global energy transition: grid congestion. Electricity demand is rising fast; driven by electrification, AI and data centres. While traditional grid upgrades take years, demand exists today. The grid isn’t ready. AssetCool delivers robotic grid upgrades that physically increase the capacity of existing transmission lines by up to 30%, without rebuilding infrastructure. Using advanced robotics and proprietary photonic coatings, we unlock data\-centre\-scale capacity in weeks to months, not years and at a fraction of the cost and disruption of conventional approaches. Our technology goes beyond capacity. We reduce losses, prevent corrosion, cut corona noise and generate high\-value operational data that supports smarter grid operation and maintenance. Our systems are already deployed globally, and we just raised a big funding round from leading energy and climate investors. AssetCool is one of the most innovation\-driven companies in the UK energy sector and we’re scaling fast! If you’re ambitious, mission\-driven and excited to work on real deployments that strengthen the industry that really matters, AssetCool is where you can make it happen. **Role Overview** AssetCool has built genuinely groundbreaking technology across robotics and photonic coatings. This has been delivered by being one of the most product focused companies possible. In delivering robotic grid upgrades, there is an extensive product portfolio that spans coating application, fluid delivery, perception payloads, robotics, UAVs, software engineering and AI. We’re looking for an ambitious and driven Senior Product Manager to coordinate our product strategy and help us deliver at a larger scale whilst expanding the product portfolio. This is a role for someone with a strong, clear point of view who isn’t afraid to make the call when engineering and commercial teams disagree on what to build next. You’ll work with Engineering leadership and the CEO to define the product priorities, manage the product requirements, maintain detailed product requirements specifications, product roadmaps aligned with commercial deliverables, make the trade offs between speed, reliability and cost explicit. Essentially you will keep everyone pointed at the same goal: getting our products out of the lab and into customers’ hands. You’ll own the product roadmap, requirements and prioritisation across our product range, not the detailed engineering design of any one product \- our engineering and R\&D teams own that. Your job is to make sure the right things get built in the right order, that everyone knows why, and that we keep moving at pace as we scale. **Key Responsibilities** * Own the product roadmap across our robotics, fluidics, UAVs, software and AI development lines, and set clear priorities for what gets built next and why. * Manage the requirements, to ensure engineering R\+D are tracking towards completion of these requirements, and they are maximally up to date. * Lead the move from prototype to commercially scalable product, working closely with engineering to balance speed, reliability and cost. * Balance competing priorities and resourcing needs between engineering and commercial teams, making clear calls on trade\-offs so the business keeps moving forward. * Work directly with engineering leads to turn prototypes into well\-defined, buildable product requirements, and push back where scope or timelines aren’t realistic. * Work with commercial and sales teams to understand what customers actually need, and feed that straight into product decisions. * Work with the CEO to regularly iterate on the product strategy in response to the fast moving developments. * Set out what “ready to scale” actually means for each product – the specific bar it needs to clear on performance, reliability and cost before we commit to bigger volumes. * Report progress, risks and trade\-offs clearly to the CEO and leadership team, including where products are behind schedule and why. * Build the early versions of product processes we don’t yet have – for example, how we gather customer feedback, prioritise the roadmap, or sign off a product as ready to ship. **Required Skills \& Experience** * 4–6 years’ experience as a Product Manager, preferably in robotics but also on hardware or hardware\-adjacent products, with a track record of taking something from prototype through to a product that ships at volume. * Technically credible enough to hold your own in a detailed conversation with engineering leads, even if you’re not an engineer yourself. * A strong, decisive character who is comfortable owning a call and standing by it, even under pressure from multiple directions. * Proven ability to manage competing demands on engineering time and resources, prioritising in a way that keeps teams aligned and working well together. * Comfortable talking to customers and commercial teams directly, and translating what you hear into product decisions. * Clear, plain\-speaking communicator, able to explain technical trade\-offs to non\-technical people and commercial trade\-offs to engineers. * Comfortable owning a roadmap across more than one product line at the same time. **Preferred Skills \& Experience** * Experience in robotics, drones, energy, or another physical\-product engineering business. * A background in engineering, manufacturing or a technical discipline, even if your career has since moved into product management. * Experience taking a product through certification, safety testing, or other regulatory steps on the way to market. * Experience at a startup of a similar size and stage, where you’ve had to build product processes from scratch rather than inherit them. * Experience managing products that combine hardware with software or data, rather than either in isolation. **Why Join AssetCool?** * Work on groundbreaking technology revolutionizing the power grid. * Fast\-growing startup with significant industry traction and large\-scale projects. * Collaborative, innovation\-driven team with exciting career growth opportunities. * Competitive salary, and flexible work options *Research shows that some candidates may hesitate to apply unless they meet every listed requirement. If this role excites you but your experience doesn’t align perfectly with every qualification, we still encourage you to apply. You might be exactly who we're looking for, either for this role or another opportunity within our team.* *We’re proud to be an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from people of all backgrounds. We’re committed to building an inclusive, supportive workplace where everyone can thrive, regardless of age, disability, gender identity, marital or civil partnership status, pregnancy or maternity, race, religion or belief, sex, or sexual orientation.* If you have a disability or any specific requirements and need adjustments at any stage of the recruitment process, just let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.

We move fast, think globally, and believe great teams are built by hiring exceptional people with conviction, curiosity, and the desire to make an impact.* *With 20 offices across six continents and London as our HQ, we’re shaping the future of fintech – and we’re just getting started.* **Product Manager: Agentic Commerce** Checkout.com is seeking a Product Manager to define and build the infrastructure layer that will underpin the next generation of AI\-driven commerce. As AI agents become autonomous economic actors \- browsing, deciding, and transacting on behalf of humans with no person present at the moment of payment \- the payments stack requires a fundamental rethink. This role will own that rethink at Checkout.com. The successful candidate will develop and execute a comprehensive strategy and roadmap for Agentic Commerce as a standalone product line, building towards P\&L ownership as the role matures. They will work across Vault, Network Tokens, Account Updater, Authentication, and Orchestration to extend Checkout.com’s existing credential infrastructure for agent\-initiated payment flows, and will define the Know Your Agent (KYA) framework that makes those flows trustworthy, compliant, and commercially durable. This is a category\-defining role. The agentic commerce protocol landscape \- spanning OpenAI’s ACP, Google’s UCP, Visa TAP, Mastercard Agent Pay, and the Machine Payments Protocol \- is forming now, and no standard has yet won. The window to establish Checkout.com as the protocol\-agnostic infrastructure layer beneath all of them is open, and won’t stay open indefinitely. This PM will determine what that positioning means in product terms and execute against it. **About You** * 3 \- 5 years of product management experience, with demonstrable ownership of infrastructure or platform products. * Deep, working knowledge of the card payment stack: PSP and acquirer architecture, authorisation flows, tokenisation (network tokens, PSP tokens, delegated tokenisation), PCI DSS scope, and scheme integrations. * Familiarity with agentic AI systems \- how large language model agents acquire and exercise permissions, tool use and planning loops, multi\-agent orchestration \- and the payment infrastructure gaps these create. * Data\-driven: skilled at leveraging data and business insights to determine strategic priorities, build P\&L models, and drive roadmap prioritisation and execution. * Customer\-first: able to think from the merchant’s and developer’s perspective, balancing long\-term infrastructure bets with immediate integration needs. * End\-to\-end mindset: structured and diligent in understanding all components required for a product to succeed \- from technical architecture through commercial model to go\-to\-market. * Leadership: excellent at collaborating proactively with stakeholders across Engineering, Legal, Finance, Compliance, and commercial teams, with high EQ and strong influencing skills. * Effective communicator: able to simplify technically complex concepts for a wide range of audiences, from engineering teams to the CEO. **Key Responsibilities** **Roadmap Development and P\&L Ownership:** * Lead the creation and maintenance of the Agentic Commerce roadmap for short, mid, and long\-term objectives, anchored to P\&L commitments. * Develop a strong understanding of the Agentic Commerce P\&L and build towards ownership of revenue and cost inputs as the role matures, supporting executive reporting and investment cases. * Plan and document initiatives on a monthly, quarterly, and semi\-annual basis to align with business goals and investment cycles. * Define the commercial model for agent\-initiated payment flows, including pricing strategy across storage, lifecycle events, and per\-transaction components. **Protocol Strategy And Industry Standards** * Stay intimately familiar with the agentic commerce protocol landscape, including OpenAI ACP, Google UCP, Visa TAP, Mastercard Agent Pay, PayPal’s agentic flows, and the Machine Payments Protocol. * Determine Checkout.com’s participation posture across each protocol: where to be an active contributor, where to be a compliant integrator, and where to build abstraction to remain protocol\-agnostic. * Represent Checkout.com at industry forums, scheme working groups, and standards bodies to shape protocol development in Checkout.com’s favour and ensure appropriate recognition as a participant. * Ensure our products comply with and leverage the latest authentication and identity standards as they apply to non\-human payment principals. **Know Your Agent (KYA) Framework** * Define and build Checkout.com’s trust and identity layer for agent\-initiated transactions \- covering agent identity verification, consent management, spending mandate enforcement, and liability attribution at point of transaction. * Work with Engineering, Legal, and Compliance to establish what agent identity means in practice within card scheme rails, under SCA requirements, and in the context of the EU AI Act. * Develop frameworks for how Checkout.com’s obligations as both a deployer of AI systems and a provider of agentic commerce infrastructure interact, and ensure product design reflects those obligations. **Credential Infrastructure For Agents** * Own the product definition for how Vault, Network Tokens, Account Updater, and Delegated Tokenisation serve agentic use cases, including credential scoping, agent\-bound tokenisation, and session\-persistent versus persistent credential models. * Partner with the Credential Lifecycle team to extend storage and lifecycle capabilities for agent\-initiated flows, including time\-limited mandate tokens and scoped authorisation. * Define the developer surface for agent\-first integrations \- APIs, SDKs, webhook architectures, and Forward API capabilities \- ensuring agents can operate without re\-entering PCI scope boundaries. **Agent\-Native Authentication** * Work cross\-functionally with the Authentication product team to define authentication flows for non\-human actors, including how existing 3DS2 and SCA frameworks map to agentic contexts and where new primitives are required. * Ensure that authentication design supports the trust model required for autonomous agent transactions, including progressive trust escalation and transaction\-level mandate verification. **Thought Leadership** * Act as Checkout.com’s subject matter expert on agentic commerce infrastructure, staying ahead of protocol developments, scheme announcements, and AI platform capabilities. * Represent Checkout.com externally at industry events, conferences, and with key merchant and platform partners building agentic payment experiences. **Stakeholder Communication** * Actively communicate with stakeholders \- including merchants, AI platform partners, scheme partners, and internal leadership \- to gather insights and drive product growth. * Provide regular updates on product progress, P\&L performance, challenges, and opportunities, including to CEO\-level audiences. **Cross\-functional Collaboration** * Manage dependencies across teams to ensure seamless end\-to\-end capability for agentic flows. * Collaborate closely with Legal and Compliance on EU AI Act obligations, PCI DSS v4 implications, and scheme liability frameworks as they apply to machine\-initiated transactions. * Partner with commercial teams to structure new partnerships, determining revenue share, data rights, and liability allocation where the acquirer, agent platform, and end user are distinct principals. **Product Discovery** * Conduct thorough product discoveries to identify market needs across the emerging agentic commerce ecosystem, including gaps between existing payment infrastructure and what agent workflows require. * Engage directly with AI platform partners, merchants building agentic experiences, and scheme partners to ground the product in real integration requirements. * Communicate findings effectively with Engineering to ensure alignment on build priorities and technical architecture decisions. **Risk And Fraud Frameworks** * Define fraud and risk frameworks for machine\-initiated transactions \- identifying where existing CNP models apply, where they break down, and what new signals are relevant in asynchronous agentic flows. * Work with Risk, Compliance, and Engineering to ensure that controls designed for human commerce remain effective \- or are replaced with appropriate equivalents \- when transactions are agent\-initiated. **Customer And Market Insights** * Continuously gather and analyse merchant feedback, AI platform partner requirements, and market data to inform product decisions across the agentic commerce roadmap. * Gain a deep understanding of how Checkout.com’s merchant base is approaching agentic commerce, and translate that into product priorities that serve both near\-term and long\-term needs. * Foster a team culture that upholds Checkout.com’s operating principles. **Additional Information** **Bring all of you to work** We create the conditions for high performers to thrive, through The role itself is distinct from traditional pharmaceutical sales. You will be working across NHS and wider healthcare organisations, navigating complex buying environments and multiple stakeholders to position the company’s infection prevention and control solutions. You will also play an active role in training customers on the client’s products and will be involved in pricing decisions and margin analysis, giving you broad commercial exposure from day one. Account Management * Build trusted, long\-term relationships with key accounts, acting as a reliable partner rather than a transactional supplier. * Manage the full account lifecycle from onboarding through to renewal and upsell, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. * Respond to technical and commercial queries with accuracy and professionalism, escalating where appropriate. * Maintain up\-to\-date records of all account activity, call notes, and pipeline data within the CRM system. **Customer Training \& Product Knowledge** * Deliver product training to customers and their teams, ensuring they are confident and competent in using the company’s solutions effectively. * Act as a product expert within your accounts, proactively sharing updates, new features, and best practice guidance. * Work with the technical and marketing teams to develop training materials and support resources tailored to different customer needs. **Pricing \& Commercial Analysis** * Support the setting of customer pricing in line with the company’s commercial framework, balancing competitiveness with margin requirements. * Conduct margin analysis on accounts and deals, flagging risks and opportunities to the Head of Commercial. * Contribute to tender and contract pricing submissions, ensuring proposals are commercially sound and accurately costed. * Monitor account profitability over time and work proactively to protect and improve margins within your territory. * Share territory insights, competitor intelligence, and customer feedback with the wider commercial team to inform strategy. * Represent the company at NHS events, conferences, and industry forums to raise brand awareness and build professional networks. * Contribute to sales forecasting and territory planning on a regular basis. **About the person** **Essential** * 1–3 years of experience in a professional B2B sales role, ideally within healthcare, life sciences, medical devices, or a similarly complex and regulated environment. * Proven ability to build credible relationships with professional or clinical stakeholders and influence decision\-making across multiple levels of an organisation. * Comfortable discussing health or technical topics with confidence — you don't need to be a clinician, but you must be able to engage credibly in that world. * Highly self\-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets and managing your own activity. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — persuasive, professional, and adaptable in style. * Full UK driving licence. **Desirable** * Experience in pharmaceutical, medical devices, or health technology sales. * Familiarity with NHS structures, commissioning, or procurement processes. * A degree in life sciences, healthcare, business, or a related discipline. * Experience using a CRM platform (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage territory activity. **Benefits** * 25 days annual leave plus 8 statutory public holidays and ability to purchase (or sell \+\-5 days) additional days holiday. * Private Healthcare * Pension contribution * Electric car scheme via salary sacrifice * Flu jab * Eye tests * Access to online counselling

In this role you will work with the Cyber Research Engineering team to conduct investigations into global network infrastructure in support of both government and commercial customer requirements. ****Your Impact**** * Lead investigations end\-to\-end in response to customer intelligence requirements, from inquiry through collection and analysis to delivered product. * Investigate adversary infrastructure, exposures, and observable activity across large datasets, correlating signals at gigabyte\-to\-petabyte scale. * Build the tooling and infrastructure investigations require. * Produce finished intelligence in both strategic and technical registers, from senior\-leader assessments to analyst\-to\-analyst methodology write\-ups and indicators. * Innovate, develop, and implement new methods, capabilities, or customer deliverables. * Research unfamiliar products or protocols as investigations require, design the collection to characterise them, and interpret the results. * Design and deploy custom Internet scanning to collect what existing platforms don't cover, including probe development, scan infrastructure decisions (attribution, geographic origin, hosting), and analysis of results. * Set technical direction for investigations and raise the craft across the team in data work, collection design, source evaluation, and report writing. * Shape which investigations the team prioritises and which capabilities we build next. **Qualifications** ****Your Experience**** * Have or be eligible for a DV\-level security clearance. * BS/MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or 5\+ years of experience as a cyber threat intelligence analyst. * Experience producing written intelligence products across both strategic and technical registers for government, intelligence community, or commercial equivalents. * Experience leveraging netflow, passive DNS, IP registration, malware telemetry, and other data sets to form comprehensive threat assessments. * Broad knowledge of nation\-state APT groups and how their tactics, techniques, and procedures differ. * Fluency in SQL at scale, with the analytical instincts to know what to ask of the data. * Proficiency in Python, Rust, or Go. * Deep understanding of how the Internet works: routing, the devices that move information, and the protocols carrying them. * Experience standing up the infrastructure and tooling required to deliver an investigation, not just executing existing playbooks. * Hands\-on experience with active Internet scanning — designing probes, executing collection at scale, and analyzing responses. * Experience researching unfamiliar products or protocols, designing collection to characterise them, and producing intelligence findings from the results. * Comfortable explaining technical findings to senior government stakeholders. * Fluent in written and spoken English at the standard required for finished intelligence. **Our Commitment** We’re trailblazers that dream big, take risks, and challenge cybersecurity’s status quo.
