Management Accountant

We are currently recruiting for a Management Accountant position on behalf of a Private Healthcare business based in Central London (Hybrid - 4 days in, 1 day WFH)

This role will be responsible for supporting the preparation of monthly management accounts, budgets and forecasts, alongside providing financial analysis. It will also help ensure effective financial controls are in place and that all relevant compliance requirements are consistently met.

Skills/ duties:

• Prepare and support the production of monthly management accounts, profit and loss, balance sheets and cashflow
• Analyse financial performance, investigate variances
• Developing financial dashboards and KPIs
• Analyse financial performance and variance analysis
• Strong communication and stakeholder management
• Analysing service profitability, revenue / operational costs
• Financial analysis/modelling to support operational decisions
• Annual budgeting, forecasting and monitoring expenditure

Candidate spec:

• Experienced in producing management accounts, analysing financial performance, budgeting and forecasting
• Part-qualified or fully qualified (ACCA, CIMA, ACA, or equivalent)
• Strong analytical, financial modelling/ Excel skillset
• Experience of working within the Private Healthcare sector - highly preferred, but not essential
