Job Description As the first dedicated Patient Liaison at NAYA Health, you will bridge the gap between clinical excellence and commercial growth. You’ll manage high-stakes enquiries from two distinct audiences—distressed patients seeking recovery and elite performers chasing optimization. By providing peer-level credibility and deep empathy, you will scale our intake process while maintaining strict regulatory boundaries.

What You Will Do

• Respond to inbound enquiries via web, WhatsApp, and phone within one hour, identifying caller needs and adjusting your register for clinical or performance audiences.
• Conduct structured initial consultations to explain rTMS and NayaScore benefits, answer technical questions from approved scripts, and book provisional appointments for medical review.
• Manage the end-to-end patient journey, including complex payment discussions, discretion for public figures, and rigorous CRM follow-ups to ensure high conversion rates.

The ideal candidate

• 3+ years of consultative sales experience in high-value clinical or wellbeing services such as private healthcare, longevity clinics, or executive health.
• Exceptional executive presence with the ability to maintain peer-level credibility when speaking with FTSE chief executives and professional athletes without shrinking or performing.
• Proven ability to learn complex clinical subjects accurately, ensuring all patient interactions remain within CQC boundaries and ASA/CAP compliance guidelines for performance claims.
