Systematic Hedge Fund - Graduate Middle Office Technologist - Up to £50k base + bonus + WFH!

Our client, an award-winning systematic hedge fund, is looking to hire a recent graduate to join its Middle Office team.

Given the firm's systematic approach, all of its trading and operational systems are built in-house. As a result, this is far more than a traditional middle office role. You'll be heavily involved in developing and enhancing proprietary systems alongside day-to-day operational responsibilities. The team is highly technical, with every member proficient in Python and regularly using SQL. Alongside the project-based work, you'll work closely with Portfolio Managers on a range of responsibilities, including trade matching with prime and execution brokers, daily P&​L monitoring, cash management, and margin reconciliations.

They're looking for an academically strong 2025 / 2026 graduate with solid Python skills gained through university. Previous finance-related internship or placement experience is preferred but isn't essential.

This is a key hire for the business, offering a base salary of up to £50k plus an excellent discretionary bonus. The firm has a strong track record of annual salary increases, and employees also benefit from one day WFH / week.
