  • Partner with Pharmacometricians to develop and execute PK/PD modeling and simulation strategies.
  • Contribute to translational medicine initiatives, preclinical study design, and First-in-Human (FIH) studies, including SAD and MAD dose selection.
  • Provide clinical pharmacology expertise to cross-functional teams, governance discussions, and key development decision points.
  • Support regulatory submissions and responses to health authority queries.
  • Drive collaboration across preclinical, clinical, regulatory, and quantitative sciences teams to advance development programs.
  • Stay current with emerging innovations in clinical pharmacology, pharmacokinetics, biopharmaceutics, and quantitative drug development.

You Will Have

  • PhD in Biological Sciences, Bioengineering, Pharmacology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related discipline.
  • Extensive experience within clinical pharmacology, pharmaceutical development, or a related industry setting.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in clinical pharmacology strategy, study design, PK/PD modelling, and quantitative data interpretation.
  • Deep understanding of model-informed drug development and its application across the drug development lifecycle.
  • Experience supporting translational medicine strategies and early clinical development programs, including FIH studies.
  • Strong knowledge of innovative approaches in clinical pharmacokinetics, biopharmaceutics, and PK/PD modelling.
  • Comprehensive understanding of global drug development and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build alignment across scientific and business functions.
  • Proven ability to lead complex scientific discussions and contribute to strategic development decisions.
