About our client Our client is an established, private equity secondaries advisory team based in London. This is an exciting opportunity for someone wanting to join a highly successful team within a dynamic sector of private equity.

What the job involves

• Support on all aspects of the deal management, including provision of investor information and all due diligence requests
• Prepare analysis on portfolios to originate high quality transactions
• Conduct thorough research/ maintain knowledge of LP and GP landscape
• Maintain and update all transaction-related documentation

Who we are looking for

• Prior experience in investment banking or private equity
• Experience working in/strong motivation for the private equity secondaries market
• Literate within financial modelling
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, highly numerate and some knowledge of financial valuation methodologies
• High level of professionalism, maturity, integrity and good judgement
• Ability to work within a small, cooperative team and liaise confidently with senior management
