We’ve partnered with one of Europe’s fastest-growing HealthTech companies to find a Senior Strategy and Growth Manage r. In this high-impact role, you’ll work closely with the GM of one of their biggest categories that is growing 100% YoY

You will spearhead cross-functional projects across pricing, product innovation, commercial strategy, and partnerships — all aimed at enhancing the patient experience. This role suits someone who is relentlessly customer-focused, data-savvy, and excited to help build a market-leading solution in Healthcare.

What you'll be doing

• Tackle comp lex strategic challe nges by breaking down issues to their core and developing innovative, high-impact solutions across the patient care journey — from initial patient acquisition to long-term engagement and retention.
• Customer-centric minds

et: Continuously listen to and learn from patients to understand their experiences, concerns, and goals. You’ll ensure their voices shape every category-focused initiative.

• Lead product and feature developm ent: Work alongside product, clinical, and technology teams to identify and implement improvements that respond to patient input and achieve measurable results.
• Execute with precisi

on: Navigate both strategic planning and hands-on execution — from crafting the category vision to managing detailed implementation plans.

• Establish operational excelle nce: Create scalable processes and systems that consistently deliver quality care efficiently and at scale.

What we are looking for :-

• You hav e 3-5 years of expe rience at a top-tier consultin g firm or in a strategic, operational, or growth-focuse d role within a relevant industry, su ch as Healthcare, Consumer or Digital business. You will need to show prior experience in launching or scaling a customer-facing initiatives.
• You poss

ess a data-driven m indset, with proven experien ce in building financial models to drive decision-making.

• As a versatile generalist , you're comfor table zoomi ng out to shape high-level strategy while also diving into the d etails to solve complex, hands-on challenges.
• Robust commercial expertise

– you’re skilled in pricing strategy, financial analysis, and establishing key performance indicators.
