This role would suit someone who enjoys combining scientific rigour with strategic thinking β€” working closely with statisticians, data scientists, and external partners to turn complex healthcare data into evidence that has real clinical impact.

What you’ll be doing:

πŸ”Ή Leading the design of non-interventional and observational studies using real-world data

πŸ”Ή Advising on epidemiological methods including causal inference and survival analysis

πŸ”Ή Partnering with biostatistics teams to refine analyses and interpret findings

πŸ”Ή Acting as a scientific advisor within client discussions and project delivery

πŸ”Ή Supporting publications, abstracts, and broader scientific dissemination activities

πŸ”Ή Contributing scientific expertise to proposals and new business initiatives

What they’re looking for:

βœ” PhD in Epidemiology, Public Health, Biostatistics, or a related field

βœ” Strong background in RWE / pharmacoepidemiology / HEOR

βœ” 4+ years experience designing and delivering observational research studies

βœ” Experience writing statistical analysis plans and study protocols

βœ” Understanding of advanced epidemiological methodologies

βœ” Ability to communicate complex scientific concepts clearly to varied audiences

βœ” Previous experience working with pharma, biotech, or healthcare research stakeholders

Additional experience that would stand out:

⭐ Oncology or rare disease research

⭐ Experience working with EMR, claims, registry, or linked healthcare datasets

⭐ Exposure to HTA or regulatory evidence requirements

⭐ Consultancy or fast-paced research environment experience

This is a great opportunity to join a collaborative and scientifically driven environment where your work will contribute to evidence that ultimately improves patient outcomes.
