Position: UK-Based Investment Banking M&A Specialists
Type: Contract Compensation: $180–$230/hour Location: Remote Commitment: Up to 40 hours/week Role Responsibilities
- Evaluate high-quality banking and M&A scenarios using your expertise in investment banking and transaction analysis.
- Review and improve training data for frontier AI systems.
- Analyze financial statements and interpret valuation outputs to provide clear recommendations.
- Collaborate on deal processes and translate complex financial information into actionable insights.
- Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines and enhance AI model performance.
Qualifications Must-Have
- Strong background in investment banking, mergers and acquisitions, and financial analysis.
- Experience with financial modeling, company analysis, and transaction execution.
- Comfortable with due diligence, pitch materials, and market research.
- Must be based in the United Kingdom and have the right to work in the United Kingdom.
Preferred
- Experience at bulge bracket investment banks like Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, or J.P. Morgan.
- Familiarity with strategic buyer, sponsor, or public-company transaction analysis.
