Radar Healthcare's new Product Marketing Manager Our Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for bridging the gap between product, sales, and marketing, developing and executing strategies to ensure clear, consistent messaging that showcases the impact of the product functions and communication of the product roadmap aligned with customer needs.

What you’ll be doing to make a difference: Go-to-Market Plans Support product, sales and customer-facing teams with go-to market plans for new products or product updates, including acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies.

Product Positioning and Messaging Create compelling product positioning and messaging that communicates the unique value of Radar Healthcare to target audiences across the NHS, Social Care and Independent Healthcare markets.

Team Collaboration Work closely with marketing, product, technical and customer-facing teams to ensure alignment and consistency of product messaging.

Market Research and Analysis Lead on market research to understand customer needs and analyse competitor activities. Share across the wider business with analysis on how Radar Healthcare can position itself in the market based on findings.

Content Creation Create compelling marketing and sales enablement materials—including website copy, blogs, videos, demos, and presentations—in collaboration with customer-facing teams to effectively position Radar Healthcare as the leading risk, quality, and compliance solution for healthcare organisations.

Campaign Execution Work with the Marketing Campaigns Manager and the US team to plan and execute product-based marketing campaigns with the right messaging around product USPs for the audience targeted.

Performance Analysis Track and analyse the performance of product-owned marketing campaigns and make adjustments as needed.

Product Releases and Updates Own and plan product focused webinars, collating the relevant content to demonstrate to our intended ICP. Collaborate with the Customer Communications Manager on their webinar calendar to release the latest product and development information.

Security and Quality Responsibilities: Ensure all product marketing activities comply with information security and data protection standards, including the appropriate handling of customer, product, and commercially sensitive information, and adherence to internal policies when creating, storing, and sharing materials.

Your journey so far...

  • Proven experience in product marketing, product management, or a closely related role within a SaaS or technology-led organisation
  • Experience developing go-to-market plans for new products, product updates, or feature releases
  • Experience creating product positioning, messaging, and sales enablement materials for different customer audiences
  • Experience using market, customer, competitor, and campaign performance data to inform decisions and improve outcomes
  • Ability to work effectively with cross functional teams, including marketing, product, technical, sales, and customer facing teams
  • Customer-focused approach, with the ability to understand market needs and translate insight into meaningful product messaging
  • Relevant professional experience or qualification in marketing, product marketing, business, communications, or a related discipline

Even better if you…

  • Have experience working in healthcare, health-tech, compliance, risk, quality, or regulated markets
  • Have experience supporting campaigns or go-to market activity across multiple regions, including the US market
  • Are confident presenting product information through webinars, demos, presentations, or customer-facing sessions
  • Have knowledge of information security, data protection, or compliance requirements relevant to marketing communications
  • Are comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced environment with changing priorities
