Finatal are working with a mid-market private equity-backed multi-site healthcare portfolio company looking to complete an exit. One of your first tasks will be to manage the data room and lead the FDD, and you must have experience in transactional services. You will be liaising with advisors and running several further projects for the CFO around the exit. You’ll work closely with the operating partner and CFO, extracting data from systems in order to produce financial models and aid the advisors on all financial questions.

Ideally, you’ll have a track record in:

• Multisite healthcare experience
• Big 4 transaction services
• Running FDD
• ACA
