Our client is a global change and transformation consultancy with a strong UK presence and a genuinely hands-on delivery culture. It sits in a nice space between pure strategy firms and large systems integrators; advisory-led, but close enough to delivery to see the impact of your work.

This is a role for someone who enjoys being close to the client, owning delivery, and making transformation actually happen. You’ll be leading complex projects across business change, technology-enabled transformation, operating model change and process improvement, working with senior stakeholders to keep delivery moving, risks managed and outcomes on track.

What you’ll be doing

• Leading end-to-end transformation projects across business, technology and operational change
• Managing project plans, milestones, RAID, dependencies, budgets and delivery governance
• Working directly with senior client stakeholders to shape scope, manage expectations and drive progress
• Coordinating cross-functional teams across business analysis, change, technology, data and operations
• Running steering meetings, governance forums and status reporting
• Identifying risks early and keeping delivery focused on measurable outcomes
• Supporting wider consulting activity, including client conversations, proposals and account growth

What you’ll bring

• Strong experience as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager within consulting or client-facing transformation
• A background delivering business transformation, technology change, digital transformation or operational improvement projects
• Confident stakeholder management skills, including senior client engagement
• Strong delivery fundamentals across planning, governance, risk, budget, scope and dependencies
• Experience working across Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery environments
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and bringing structure to complex programmes
• Previous consultancy experience is

essential

Nice to have

• Public Sector, Financial Services, Life Sciences, Telco, Utilities or Media experience
• Business analysis, change management or operating model exposure
• SC clearance eligibility or previous public sector delivery experience
• Project delivery certifications such as PRINCE2, AgilePM, PMP or Scrum
