Training Specialist

Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year

The UK’s leading SAAS solution for case recording in Residential Child Care has a Training Specialist position available. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and presentation skills, enabling them to build rapport and provide an excellent customer experience.

Role

Clearcare Solutions are looking for a Training Specialist to deliver UK wide software training (Train-The-Trainer style Approach) to new customers and to carry out associated Administrative tasks related to the onboarding process of all new customers to Clearcare Solutions.

Requirements / Skills and Abilities

• Ability to present information to a variety of audiences
• Proficient with IT
• Must have exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Must have excellent interpersonal skills.
• Must have strong time management skills as well as be an effective multi-tasker.
• Full &​ Clean Driving Licence
