Mergers and Acquisitions Specialist

M&​A Origination Analyst | City of London | PE-Backed Real Estate | £55,000-£65,000+bonus

We're partnering with a city-based, private equity-backed real estate business to appoint an M&​A Origination Analyst. This is a corporate finance role working closely with the Chief Revenue Officer and Chief Acquisition Officer, with real scope to shape how the business identifies and pursues growth. The team structure is flat; you'll have direct exposure to senior decision-makers from day one.

What You'll Be Doing

• Identifying and evaluating acquisition and origination opportunities
• Working directly alongside the Chief Revenue Officers and Chief Acquisition Officer on strategic growth initiatives
• Supporting due diligence and deal execution across a high volume of live transactions
• Building financial models and investment cases to support origination strategy
• Managing multiple stakeholder relationships across the deal cycle, internally and externally
• Acting as a proactive, commercially-minded link between origination and execution

About You

• ACA qualified, with strong exposure to a high volume of transactions; deal-cycle breadth matters more than firm pedigree
• Comfortable operating close to senior leadership and confident managing multiple stakeholders
• Proactive, commercially sharp, and energised by a fast-moving, flat structure rather than a rigid hierarchy
• Financial due diligence experience useful but not the primary requirement; this is a broader corporate finance and origination role
• Real estate exposure an advantage, not a requirement
