This is a senior, hands-on engineering role combining software development, cloud infrastructure, technical leadership, and archite

cture.You will work closely with the leadership team and engineering function to shape the technical direction of the platform whilst remaining actively involved in development and del

ivery.The successful candidate will bring strong experience across modern application development, cloud infrastructure, DevOps practices, and platform architecture. You will play a key role in mentoring engineers, improving engineering standards, and helping scale the platform as the business grows. You are someone who takes pride in clean, tested, maintainable code, balances independence with teamwork, and confidently drives your work fo
