Key Responsibilities

• Support the execution of Healthcare and MedTech M&​A mandates and originate new business development leads
• Coordinate and perform business due diligence across live transactions
• Prepare high-quality marketing materials: management presentations, pitchbooks, teasers, and other client-facing documents
• Conduct company valuations and financial analyses (DCF, trading comps, transaction comps, accretion/dilution)
• Assist in the planning, marketing, and positioning of M&​A engagements
• Supervise and mentor junior staff, ensuring quality, adherence to firm standards, and their professional development

Qualifications &​ Experience

• 3–5 years of M&​A deal execution experience from an investment bank, boutique advisory firm, or Big 4 corporate finance / M&​A team
• Experience in the following sectors is desirable – Healthcare, Tech, Business Services or Consumer.
• Proven track record of completing multiple M&​A transactions from pitch to close
• Demonstrable experience managing multiple M&​A workstreams simultaneously
• Strong financial acumen, with the ability to value healthcare companies based on financial profile, strategic fit, and market attractiveness
• Ability to work effectively in complex situations and deliver results under pressure
• Strong problem-solving skills, creativity, and ability to innovate
• Proactive, energetic, and enthusiastic; able to drive internal and transaction-related initiatives
