Product Manager – Next Generation Sequencing (NGS)
📍 Oxford/Cambridge (Hybrid) | Global Role
I'm currently supporting an established international life sciences organisation that develops innovative molecular diagnostic technologies used across clinical, research and pharmaceutical markets.
As part of continued growth, they are looking to appoint a Product Manager to take ownership of a global NGS portfolio .
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute product strategies to support portfolio growth
- Gather market intelligence and customer insights to identify future opportunities
- Work closely with commercial, scientific and technical teams to prioritise product developments
- Support the planning and delivery of new product introductions
- Create compelling product positioning and customer value propositions
- Analyse market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions
- Produce commercial documentation and support sales enablement activities
- Build relationships with customers and key stakeholders to understand market requirements
- Monitor product performance and recommend continuous improvements
What they're looking for
- Degree in a life science subject
- Previous experience in Product Management within
Molecular Diagnostics, Genomics, Life Sciences or IVD
- Good understanding of Next Generation Sequencing (NGS)
- Ability to interpret customer and market requirements and translate them into commercial strategy
- Willingness to travel
