Clinical Teaching Fellow (ST3+ Eq) in Obs and Gynae

n exciting opportunity has arisen at Yeovil District Hospital for a Clinical Teaching Fellow in Obstetrics &​ Gynaecology on a full time, permanent contract. This unique post offers the chance to contribute to an established and highly regarded teaching programme delivered in partnership with the University of Bristol Medical School while working within a supportive and experienced O&​G team.

The successful candidate will play a key role in the education and supervision of undergraduate medical students, helping to deliver a high-quality learning experience for approximately 70 students placed within the hospital each year. Alongside teaching responsibilities, you will gain valuable clinical experience within a busy and diverse Obstetrics and Gynaecology department.

You will join a well-established team of consultants and specialist clinicians with interests including:

Urogynaecology

Menstrual Dysfunction

Minimal Access Surgery

Endometriosis

Benign Gynaecological Surgery

Maternal Medicine

Colposcopy

Cancer Fast-Track Services

The Somerset-wide Gynaecological Oncology Service
