About The Role

Reporting directly to the Director of Governance, this role provides strategic assurance and operational leadership to ensure the Group operates safely, compliantly and sustainably across all activities. The post holder will work in close partnership with key stakeholders to ensure a consistent, aligned and robust HSE approach across the organisation. The post holder will manage the HSE team and together with them, champion best practice, ensure compliance with ISO 14001, and drive a strong safety culture throughout the business. This role will require a person who has an excellent understanding of and experience in HS&​E in a healthcare setting and with a particular interest in pathology including chemical and biological hazards. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who can work independently, multitask and who has excellent communication and influencing skills. The role is based in our central London offices with occasional travel required to other UK sites.
