Practice Manager

We are currently recruiting for a Practice Manager to lead an established GP practice across 4 sites in Norfolk.
The Role
You’ll take overall responsibility for the operational and strategic management of the practice, working closely with GP Partners, clinical leads and a wider management team.
You’ll have the opportunity to make the role your own, drive improvements and shape the future delivery of services across the practice.
Key Details
- Salary: £58,000–£60,000
- 4-site GP practice
- Established clinical team of 14 GPs and 8 Nurses
- Wider team of 50+ staff
- Senior leadership position
- Strong support from Operations and Clinical Leads
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic and operational leadership
- HR, recruitment and workforce planning
- Financial and budget management
- CQC, governance and compliance
- Managing complaints and significant events
- Performance and quality improvement
- Supporting service redesign and transformation
- Working with PCNs, ICBs and wider stakeholders
- Leading and developing multidisciplinary teams
About You
We're looking for an experienced Practice Manager who has:
Significant General Practice / Primary Care management experience
Strong leadership and people-management skills
Experience with HR, finance, CQC and governance
Excellent organisational and stakeholder-management skills
A strategic, forward-thinking approach
The ability to lead change and drive continuous improvement
