Our client is a well established global trading and investing group operating across multiple regulated markets worldwide. With key hubs in London and Limassol and teams located across more than 20 countries, the business has built a strong reputation for technology, transparency and high quality client service.

The company is now entering an important new phase of growth as it expands beyond leveraged trading into long term investing and wealth building solutions. This includes the development of equities, ETFs and other exchange traded investment products. This strategic expansion represents a key milestone in the organisation’s long term direction and presents a significant opportunity to shape a growing business area.

We are looking for a Head of Growth – Investing &​ Wealth to lead the expansion of this new investment offering. The role will be responsible for driving client acquisition, activation and retention across priority markets as well as defining and delivering the overall go to market and growth strategy.

You will take ownership of building and scaling growth channels, improving the customer journey and identifying opportunities to increase engagement and conversion across the full client lifecycle. Working closely with Product, Marketing, Business Development and Compliance teams, you will play a central role in successfully bringing new investment products to market.

This is a senior hands on leadership role suited to someone with strong experience in growth strategy within investing, wealth management or broader financial services, and the ability to operate effectively across multiple functions in a fast paced regulated environment.
