This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently while contributing to a wider health and safety team supporting clients across multiple sectors.

As part of the role, you’ll deliver a range of health screening and monitoring activities at client sites, helping organisations protect employee wellbeing and maintain compliance with current legislation and best practice.

What your day will look like:

·      Conduct audiometry, spirometry, vision screening, skin assessments, and HAVS questionnaires.

·      Carry out drug and alcohol testing

·      Deliver fitness‑for‑work medicals where appropriately trained.

·      Prepare, calibrate, and maintain clinical testing equipment.

·      Set up temporary testing facilities at client sites in a professional and efficient manner.

·      Accurately complete medical questionnaires, records, and documentation.

·      Upload and manage data within internal systems and produce reports when required.

·      Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive health information in line with GDPR.

·      Liaise professionally with clients, employees, and site contacts.

·      Support Occupational Health Advisors, Occupational Hygienists, and management teams.

·      Ensure compliance with company procedures, health &​ safety legislation, and clinical standards.

·      Maintain stock levels and ensure equipment is clean, well‑maintained, and fit for purpose.

Skills and experience:

·      A confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.

·      Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high clinical standards.

·      Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to different environments.

·      A professional, customer‑focused approach.

·      Full UK driving licence (role involves regular travel to client sites).
