Shoulder Specialist — Territory Sales (UK)

We're hiring on behalf of a leading medtech business for a Shoulder Specialist to join their commercial team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with genuine experience supporting shoulder arthroplasty procedures who wants to step into a role with real autonomy, clinical depth, and earning potential.

What you'll be doing:

• Building and maintaining relationships with shoulder surgeons and key healthcare professionals
• Providing clinical and technical support during shoulder arthroplasty procedures
• Supporting pre-operative planning and ensuring effective product utilisation in theatre
• Delivering product training and education on shoulder replacement technologies
• Identifying and developing new business opportunities within your territory
• Meeting and exceeding territory sales targets

What we're looking for:

• 2–5 years' experience in medical device sales or orthopaedics
• Experience supporting shoulder arthroplasty, upper extremity, or reconstructive orthopaedic procedures preferred
• Strong clinical aptitude and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable working closely with surgeons and managing complex clinical cases
• Disciplined, organised, and confident managing your own pipeline
• Full UK driving licence and ability to travel extensively within your territory
