Job Description As the founding commercial voice for physical retail, you will launch Tooth Fairy Healthcare Ltd's new smart toothbrush into the UK market from scratch. You will identify key partners, negotiate trade terms, and build the category story. This is a unique opportunity to scale a retail business and define a brand's presence.

What You Will Do

• Identify and secure first listings with major UK partners across pharmacy, grocery, and health and beauty channels, building the sell-in proposition from the ground up.
• Own the UK retail P&​L, negotiating trade terms and deal economics that protect margins while establishing a strong foothold in a competitive personal care category.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to ensure seamless product launches, stock availability, and effective in-store activation strategies.

The ideal candidate

• Proven track record with 5-7+ years of senior commercial experience launching consumer brands into UK retail, specifically within pharmacy, grocery, or mass retail environments.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen, with direct experience owning a retail P&​L, managing trade investment, and modeling complex promotional and pricing scenarios.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in high-growth wellness or personal care brands, possessing the grit and negotiation skills required to win listings from a standing start.
