Location: Manchester (Hybrid / Remote available)

4th Utility Rise Fibre is looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Manager to lead our customer acquisition strategy and accelerate growth across our full fibre broadband.

You'll own the development, execution and optimisation of direct acquisition channels, including paid digital, direct mail, partnerships, and local campaigns. Working closely with sales, commercial and analytics teams, you'll use data-driven insights to maximise lead generation, customer acquisition and ROI while continually testing and scaling new growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver customer acquisition strategies that drive subscriber growth.
• Own performance across direct acquisition channels, managing budgets and optimising CPA, conversion and ROI.
• Lead campaign planning, execution and performance analysis across digital and offline channels.
• Identify and test new growth opportunities, partnerships and acquisition tactics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and an outstanding customer journey.
• Manage agency partners and internal stakeholders to deliver high-impact campaigns.

What We're Looking For

• Significant experience in growth marketing or customer acquisition, ideally within telecoms, utilities or subscription businesses.
• Strong commercial mindset with proven success delivering measurable customer growth.
• Expertise in performance marketing, campaign optimisation and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent stakeholder management and project leadership skills.
• A proactive, hands-on approach with a passion for testing, learning and continuous improvement.
